Introduction

 

The best kept secret about the Paris Attacks exposes the criminal enterprise financing and profiting from fear and mass murder. The Muslim world’s wealthiest nation (per capita)–Qatar–known to be financing ISIS, acquired the site of the bloodiest killings–The Bataclan Theatre–on “9/11” 2015. Qatar’s mega-media anti-Zionist Lagardère conglomerate, that controls Al Jazeerra Media Network, purchased the crime scene from Zionist Jews while concert organizers in America booked the Eagles of Death Metal band through the William Morris Endeavor agency controlled by radical Revisionist Zionist Ari Emanuel, brother of Rahm Emanual, past White House Chief of Staff for the Obama Administration, and current Mayor of Chicago.

 

These shocking associations, concealed by intelligence agencies, investigating officials, and the media, evidence an organized criminal conspiracy and global racketeering enterprise investing in media diversions, terror, and profiting from murder.

 

The Paris attacks, only weeks after an ISIS suicide bomber destroyed a Russian jet killing all 224 passengers aboard, and two murders earlier this week by ISIS terrorists killing hostages from China and Norway, appear to have prompted an unprecedented East/West alliance now called the “International War on Terror.”

 

The revelations contained in this report may help: (1) stay international terrorism under the light of public scrutiny; (2) prompt government and political party internal affairs officials to investigate likely infiltration by radical agents, purge identifiable provocateurs, thus prevent terrorism and racism from spreading and tainting lawful government; (3) relieve massive public confusion and associated fear; and (4) bring terrorizing killers and their financiers to justice.

 

The facts presented in this article also provide probable cause for officials to act according to their sworn public duties; or, if they won’t act, for citizen law-enforcers to act. In the United States, for example, “private attorneys general” are authorized by Congress under 42 USC § 1988, to act on behalf of public safety. They may serve arrest warrants to vindicate civil rights for victims damaged by terrorism and organized crime.

 

Alternatively, to protect people desiring to live safely and peacefully while protecting their property, common law grand juries may be organized in every state, and relied upon to issue search and arrest warrants, indict accountable agents, agencies, and companies aiding-and-abetting ISIS, genocide, deadly and distressing media propaganda, to stop the international racketeering enterprise profiting from terrorism.

 

 

The Science of Mass Persuasion

 

The most powerful science in the world of politics and “population management” is behavioral science. Media-persuasion is the greatest weapon in moving, directing, deceiving, and killing people without arms.

 

Propaganda is used to justify holy wars, major governmental investments in “defense spending,” and political transitions in every nation and region. Propaganda is critical in elections, re-elections, and sustaining political parties, and terminating competing interests.

 

So any reasonably intelligent assignment editor, investigator, or journalist would seek to determine the most powerful source of terrorist influence and media propaganda in the world at this turbulent time. It would not take long, thereby, to compile a short list of suspects that are not any of the top 10 media conglomerates that neglect this assignment and consistently censor the answer–Qatar and its monarch, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
 

And this fact is quite odd since propaganda sources say Jews are running everything, the banks, the media including Hollywood and the entertainment industry. In fact, the Jews who certainly are well represented in these industries all avoid publicizing the nation that hates Jews the most–Qatar and its monarch, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

 

It is not surprising, therefore, that the Bataclan Theatre was sold by a wealthy Jewish family to Qatar’s monarch Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, through his agents and massive media enterprise specializing in military “defense” propaganda called The Lagardère Group, only two months before The Bataclan Theatre became the bloodiest attack site in the Friday-the-13th “International War on Terror.”

 

Nor is it surprising that the Stade de France–the national sports stadium of France at which three suicide bombers and French President François Hollande appeared simultaneously that night– competes directly with Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani‘s sports stadium and concert venue, called the Paris Saint-Germain F.C.

 

Military strikes and propaganda go hand-in-hand in every war, especially this “War on Terror” now affecting every nation in the world in the aftermath of the “homemade” bombing of the Russian jet over Egypt that killed 224 passengers on Oct. 31, 2015, and the ISIS murders of Chinese and Norwegian hostages heralded by Ruppert Murdoch’s Wall Street Journal at the time of this writing.

 

And if the purpose of the “International War on Terror” is to stop terrorism then the media conglomerates are at odds with the official campaign. The United States does not bargain with terrorists. U.S. policy demands hostages be killed rather than pay ransoms. Yet the American government permits news sources like the Wall Street Journal to terrorize and enrage readers, just like ISIS and its financiers seek to accomplish for their main mission underlying terrorism.

 

Now even the worlds of sports and entertainment are tainted by terror and steeped in propaganda in the wake of the Paris attacks.

 

If transition to global governance and a unified international peace-keeping force countering ISIS or other terrorist groups was sought by power brokers, then behaviorists directing media propaganda, precisely as we are witnessing, would be critical to the process, including the concealment of the aforementioned facts that provide clues evidencing official malfeasance and a racketeering enterprise engaged in organized crime.

 

Fuel for Thought: Magic, The Bataclan Connection, and Purposely Neglected Clues.

 

Magic is mainly administered by the “slight-of-hand.” The entertainer prompts onlookers to focus on one hand while the other hand works the trick. The diversion is fundamental to the deception. Afterwards, magicians traditionally conceal how the trick is administered, and divert when you ask them to reveal their secrets.

 

The world of “false flag” terrorism and counter-terrorism is similarly administered. The propagandists on both sides of the war profit from the entire terror enterprise, and all parties conceal who amongst them is really accountable, how the deception is managed, and why. (Footnote 1)

 

This intelligence in behavioral science and mass media persuasion/deception is crucial in bringing the murderers to justice; and in this context, the Bataclan Theatre purchase and sale is most important.

 

If you were to do a Google search, as these authors did on 11-18-15, using the phrase “bataclan sold to Qatar company” you would expect several “hits” providing evidence of the sale and implications of the sale, especially with leading governmental and media investigators claiming they are doing everything in their power to track and apprehend suspects, and provide “exceptional ‘up-to-the-minute’ reporting.” However, as you can see by the screen shot below, our search returned nothing other than a few articles from the London’s Daily Mail dating back months and years with not a word about the Bataclan’s sale to Qatar, or any entity what-so-ever.

 

The “Bataclan Connection” is obviously neglected by intent. The purchase itself provides an important clue in what a rapidly growing consensus of intelligent independent investigators are concluding was a “false flag” conspiracy involving more than ISIS planning and acting. And the neglect of the sale by the media compounds the evidence for the correct “false flag” assessment concluding a propaganda campaign is unfolding in place of legitimate news reporting.

 

 

The Bataclan-Qatar Connection

 

The Bataclan concert venue was owned for 40 years by a Jewish family that was allegedly targeted by anti-Zionists, according to The Times of Israel that wrote nothing of who bought the property.  The theater often hosted pro-Israel events, including last month’s conference of approximately 500 Christian Zionists added the International Business News. Those events drew fierce opposition from Muslim radicals. The extremist group Army of Islam told French security services in 2011 that, “We had planned an attack against the Bataclan because its owners are Jews.”

 

It was extremely hard to find the concealed buyer of The Bataclan, as explained by Adam Peart, blogging on PopularLiberty.com. Peart wrote:

 

“What HASN’T BEEN [mentioned in the press] is the name of the NEW owners. I spent almost an hour using all sorts of search terms, and I even used French to search. I used different search engines. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Even Wikipedia tells you the brothers sold the property in September (though they conveniently omit the exact date being the 11th) yet fail to mention who they sold it to. I found this odd. Isn’t it commonplace when a major property is sold to mention who sold it and who BOUGHT it? I finally found what I was looking for from our helpful friends Adam Curry and John Devorac at noagendashow.com. Turns out that the new owner is investment firm Lagardere, whose largest limited partner is Qatar holdings (Qatari sovereign wealth fund.) It’s known terror financiers live freely in Qatar, and are notorious for being the “worst” in counterterrorism efforts. So I ask, coincidence or conspiracy?”

 

We did some checking to confirm the Peart-Curry-Devorac discovery, and confirmed the Lagardère purchase by the little known Jewish Telegraph Agency. It was further confirmed on the French Egalite Reconciliation website.

 

The Bataclan’s new owner–The Lagardère Group, is effectively owned and controlled by Qatar’s monarch, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani‘s. Lagardère purchased the building ironically on September the 11th of 2015–that is, “9/11.” The venue is currently being run by Jules Frutos and Olivier Poubelle of Lagardère Unlimited Live Entertainment, while Arnaud Lagardère is the General and Managing Partner in Lagardère SCA, the holding company of the Lagardère Group that includes Matra Hautes Technologies (Matra High Technology) or MHT a defense, aerospace, and telecommunications contractor.

Qatar’s Largardère is among the world’s most powerful media conglomerates whose client list reads like a who’s who in global defense, security, oil, aerospace, and publishing.

 

According to this group’s propaganda, it is a “world leading” advertising and promotions “content producer” whose powerful brands leverage its virtual and physical networks to attract and retain qualified audiences.

 

In other words, pursuant to ISIS and the Paris attacks, the group holds a special interest in generating terrorist attacks and related publicity that leverages ISIS through its “virtual” (i.e., concealed) and physical (media) “networks to attract and retain qualified audiences” who are qualified by their susceptibility to terrorist attacks and the fears and markets the mass murderers and genocides generate.

 

The Group’s business model, Largardère states, “relies on creating a lasting and exclusive relationship between the content it offers and its customers.” This means, of course, that the “International War on Terror” will continue along with Qatar’s investments in the New World economy.

Qatar: The Pro ISIS Anti-Semitic Financier that Corporate-Controlled Media Diverts From Implicating

 

Qatar is the richest country in the world per capita with the average income in the country US$86,440 a year per person. During Sheikh Al Thani’s reign, several major sports and diplomatic events took place in Qatar. He established the Qatar Investment Authority that by 2013 had invested over $100 billion around the world, most prominently in The Shard, Barclays Bank, Heathrow Airport, Harrods, Paris Saint-Germain F.C., Volkswagen, Siemens, and Royal Dutch Shell. The latter, commonly known as Shell, headquartered in the Netherlands, is the fourth largest company in the world.

 

Quoting Wikipedia, “There are few Jews in Qatar.”

 

Officially the State of Qatar (Arabic: دولة قطر‎ Dawlat Qaṭar), is a sovereign country. It occupies the small Qatar Peninsula on the northeastern coast of the Arabian Peninsula. Its sole land border is with Saudi Arabia to the south; with the rest of its territory surrounded by the Persian Gulf. A strait in the Persian Gulf separates Qatar from the nearby island kingdom of Bahrain. In 2013, Qatar’s total population was 1.8 million: 278,000 Qatari citizens and 1.5 million expatriates.

 

Following Ottoman rule, Qatar became a British protectorate in the early 20th century until gaining independence in 1971. Qatar has been ruled by the Al Thani family since the mid-19th century. Qatar is an absolute monarchy . . . After Saudi Arabia, Qatar is the most conservative society in the Gulf Cooperation Council as most Qataris adhere to the strict Wahhabi interpretation of Islam. Sharia law is the main source of Qatari legislation according to Qatar’s Constitution. Qatar is a high income economy backed by the world’s third largest natural gas reserves and oil reserves. . . . Qatar is an influential player in the Arab world, supporting several rebel groups during the Arab Spring both financially and through its globally expanding media group, Al Jazeera Media Network. . . . For its size, Qatar wields disproportionate influence in the world, and has been identified as a middle power.

 

In 2010, they caused Harrod’s London department store to have a boycott campaign against them, when the father of the late Princess Diana’s boyfriend’s, Mohamed Al Fayed sold Harrod’s to Qatar Holdings.

 

Pictured below is evidence of the gross disrespect the Qatar monarch has for English law.

 

Qatar has promoted professional sports as part of the country’s bid to raise its international profile. In 2005, Qatar Sport Investments was founded, which owns Paris Saint-Germain F.C. among other properties. This sports complex competes directly with Stade de France, that likewise hosts sporting events and rock concerts. This association fuels more suspicion that the suicide bomber attacks at the Stade de France was partly directed by competing Qatari interests.

 

The Qatar Investment Authority (Arabic: جهاز قطر للاستثمار) (QIA) is Qatar‘s sovereign wealth fund, specializing in domestic and foreign investment. The QIA was founded by the State of Qatar in 2005 to strengthen the country’s economy by diversifying into new asset classes.

 

According to Western intelligence, in October 2014, Qatar Investment Authority, signed an agreement with CITIC Group Corp to launch a $10 billion fund that it has been investing in China. The QIA announced its intention to invest $35 billion more in the U.S. over a five-year period, beginning September, 2015.

 

 

Money For ISIS and Media Tricks for Free

 

Liberally quoting from Newsweek’s November 2014 investigation into ISIS’s funding:

 

“Grossing as much as $40 million or more over the past two years, ISIS has accepted funding from government or private sources in the oil-rich nations of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait—and a large network of private donors, including Persian Gulf royalty, businessmen and wealthy families.

 

Until recently, all three countries had openly given hefty sums to rebels fighting Bashar Assad’s Syrian regime, among them ISIS. Only after widespread criticism from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the international community did Saudi Arabia pass legislation in 2013 criminalizing financial support of terrorist organizations such as Al-Qaeda, Al-Nusra and ISIS.

 

In August, ISIS was declared ‘Enemy Number One’ by the most senior Islamic cleric in Saudi Arabia, Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdul Aziz al-Sheikh, and Saudi Arabian bomber and fighter planes joined U.S. airstrikes against ISIS. So far, Qatar and Kuwait have not followed suit.

 

Lori Plotkin Boghardt, a fellow in Gulf politics at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy in Washington, D.C., tells Newsweek that private donors across the Persian Gulf are continuing to funnel money to ISIS. ‘Qatar and Kuwait continue to stick out as two trouble spots when it comes to counter-terrorist financing enforcement,’ she said. Continued financial sanctions imposed on Kuwait and Qatar terrorist financiers by the U.S. Treasury ‘suggest the U.S. government continues to be concerned about  Kuwaiti and Qatari enforcement of their counter-terrorist financing laws.’

 

A couple of factors are frustrating attempts to dam these rivers of cash. First, the relatively open banking systems of Qatar and Kuwait are being skillfully exploited by ISIS, since, unlike Saudi banks, they do not automatically raise red flags when money is siphoned to Islamist causes.

 

Second, Qatar and Kuwait are adverse to limiting the activities of highly influential ISIS donors due to the political fallout such intervention may cause. In Kuwait, a family of parliamentarians—including Kuwaiti member of parliament Mohammed Hayef al-Mutairi—has raised funds for jihadist groups with direct ties to ISIS. ‘Cracking down on some ISIS financiers is politically complicated for these countries’ leaderships,’ Boghardt says.

 

Funds tend to reach ISIS militants by a circuitous route, frequently flowing from Qatar to Kuwait, which operates as a clearinghouse for funds headed to Syria and Iraq, according to the Washington think tank the Brookings Institution.”

 

 

Analysis, Commentary, and Conclusion

 

An organized criminal conspiracy involving complicit parties in the media, government, high finance, and politics is evidenced by the aforementioned facts that compound previously supplied evidence (linked here) that Ari Emanuel, a hard-line Revisionist Zionist, media-mogul, and image-maker for the Pope, booked the “Eagles of Death Metal” band at the Bataclan Theatre now owned and operated by the world’s leading anti-Semitic terrorist financier only a few weeks after 500 Christian Zionists convened at the site of the Paris attacks.

 

These confusing and shocking facts not only evidence organized crime and secret deals made to manufacture and publicize the “War on Terror,” this article further evidences the Paris attacks as a bloody “false flag” murderous deception, intended to confuse and frighten world populations, drive profitable markets for “national security” and “defense” spending, but also spur “globalization” in the wake of 129 victims of this “Holy War,” joining 224 killed on a Russian flight over Egypt on Halloween,  justifying what we are now witnessing–a new “International War on Terror.”

 

The aforementioned facts supplement evidence previously published that provide probable cause for investigators and law enforcers in France, Russia, and elsewhere, to issue indictments against the agents, agencies, and companies named in this series of articles that are evidenced to be aiding-and-abetting terrorism by their funding and concealing  special interests in media-driven terrorism. These entities are not simply reporting the news, they are manufacturing it.

 

Profiting from murder and terror are obviously illegal activities. Investing profits from this criminal enterprise to grow companies is called “money laundering.” Add bribery–payoffs persuading officials to conceal facts, and causing news sources to defraud readers by methods that include censorship–knowingly omitting and misrepresenting facts to accomplice conspiracy to defraud, terrorize, and damage the public, including wire fraud–and several other “predicate acts,” satisfy the definition of a “racketeering enterprise” according to 18 U.S.C. 1961.

 

The evidence and facts herein contained provide law enforcers probable cause to have courts issue warrants and indictments at the present time.

 

Occam’s razor analysis cuts through the confusion here by providing jurors with sufficient facts to conclude the Paris attacks did not simply happen due to a few ISIS members. It is unreasonable, in fact ridiculous and irresponsible, to argue that ISIS agent Abdelhamid Abaaoud, in his late 20s, “believed to have ties” to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, would have, and could have, coordinated the Paris attacks, while criminally neglecting:

 

(1) Ari and Rahm Emanuel’s political positions and Revisionist Zionist stance on the Palestinian genocide; Ari Emanuel’s WME-booked “Death Metal” band performing demonic lyrics at The Bataclan at the precise time the shootings began; obviously knowing that venue had been sold to adversaries of Zionism, and that enemies of Israel would use this crude and outrageous demonstration of Jew-instigated devil worship to fuel anti-Semitism and further terrorism.

 

In fact, it is unreasonable to argue that the Emanuels, given their powerful positions in politics and the media, interfacing with Western intelligence agencies, and the flow of information therein, were not aware that the wealthiest source of ISIS funding–Qatar agents–owned and operated The Bataclan at showtime; and 

 

(2) The Bataclan’s sale to Largardère-Qatar, plus Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani’s anti-Semitic record, and absolute defiance of laws by the Sheikh and Qatar while funding ISIS and other terrorist organizations in efforts to expand the so-called “Holy War” internationally most profitably, regardless of the casualties, is unconscionable and clearly indicative of criminal psychopathology as a “condition of mind” to commit genocide.

 

We conclude that the Paris attacks, and current international call to arms against ISIS/ISIL, is a political campaign waged by co-conspiring groups, not necessarily competing groups, much like two competing mobs joining forces to expand their wealth and power through a joint racketeering enterprise. In other words, it is most profitable for radical Revisionist Zionist and anti-Zionist mobs to work together to co-create the “Helter Skelter” media deceptions we are witnessing.

 

Readers should spread this intelligence by every available legal means in lieu of the mainstream media blackout, in efforts to shed light on this “bigger picture.” Only by such grass-roots activism can we stop civilization’s victimization and generate sufficient public awareness to shame and indict devil-doers to cease and desist committing these heinous crimes.
