528 Auto Energizers Are Not Batteries
528 AUTO ENERGIZERS are Clearly Not Batteries and Don’t Even Use Batteries!
528 AUTO ENERGIZERS are powered by a strong (13,000 Gauss) magnet that “automatically” generates an electro-magnetic field of energy issuing electrons through a resonating crystal matrix vibrating at 528Hz frequency of sound, and 528nm of light. The small pyramid attaches by velcro to dashboards and back-panels of motor vehicles. From there, AUTO ENERGIZERS broadcast these “good vibrations” to help make driving safer and even “therapeutic.”
“Nestlé/Eveready picked on the wrong guy,” says Horowitz who filed his Response and Memorandum on 1-5-16, partly to defend his reputation. Energizer’s attorney, John Gary Maynard, III, libeled the doctor claiming Horowitz purchased the domains in “bad faith,” even though Maynard knew his allegations were untrue.
“It is not hard to do two minutes of Internet discovery to learn that I am widely known on the Internet as a consumer protection activist through my publications, controversial political films, and multi-national corporate corruption whistle-blowing,” Dr. Horowitz continued.
“I think there is a lot more to this story that simply Eveready’s quest to steal my web domains. Eveready, and its parent company Nestlé, misrepresents their enterprises claiming they offer healthy and green products. But the facts beyond my case evidence a pattern of wrongdoing and organized crime. Nestlé, already infamous for baby formula scams damaging mothers and infants in lesser-developed nations; and for engaging in human trafficking, whipping and beating underage workers, effectively child slave labor, was recently punished by the government of India for selling Maggi Noodles containing as much as 17 times the amount of lead permitted by law, now poisoning children’s brains. These facts raise reasonable concerns that Eveready’s lead battery waste is ending up in Nestlé’s food products, probably damaging far more children than the thousands of American children hospitalized annually after ingesting ENERGIZER batteries. That issue the company didn’t address until after thousand of children became seriously injured and many died.
In addition, the world’s largest food company, Nestlé, claimed its Maggi Noodles contained “No added MSG.” But lab tests detected the neurotoxic chemical, prompting the Indian government to sue Nestlé for the aforementioned public poisonings and deceptions.
Dr. Horowitz asserts the aforementioned facts prove a pattern of consumer fraud and crime similar to what he has witnessed. In Horowitz’s case, Eveready advertised its “528 ENERGIZER” battery claiming “no added mercury.” In fact, the battery still contained the poisonous heavy metal obviously polluting land fills and nearby water supplies.
In contrast, Horowitz advertises his 528 AUTO ENERGIZERS as useful for pain relief when applied directly to the body. He points to the specially selected, intelligently designed, 528nm energy technology that green grass and plants use to produce oxygen. The plant pigment chlorophyll vibrates at that color, 528nm, at the heart of sunshine and rainbows. Oriental physicians believe that is the color of your “heart chakra” or “energizing vortex” reflecting pure love—the “Universal Healer.”
“If you use 528 AUTO ENERGIZERS, or any of the many pyramid energizers on the market, you too are justifiably called an ‘energizer.’ When you add faithful prayer to healing with your hands, like many chiropractors, acupuncturists, and physical therapists regularly do to send the Holy Spirit power of love into recipients, you too are an ‘energizer.’”
