California SB 277 “Activist” Larry Cook Sells Out as a Concealed Double Agent Pushing Passage of the Mandatory Vaccination Law

Honolulu, HI (Feb. 23, 2016)– The Executive Director of the California Naturopathic Doctors Association (CBDA), Larry Cook, an alleged “activist” opposing California’s controversial mandatory vaccination bill SB 277, has been found to have defrauded voters by falsely claiming he was acting independently to defeat the legislation; when, in fact, he was professionally lobbying to pass the law in exchange for payoffs to doctors submitting to vaccine makers.

Larry Cook, the host of stopmandatoryvaccination.com, lobbied for a provision giving naturopathic doctors more power and money for voting in favor of the controversial mandatory vaccination bill affecting every family with school children in the State.

“Cook’s purported ‘anti SB277 activism’ was two-faced,” investigative journalist Sherri Kane said. “Cook was actually working as what we call a ‘PharmaTroll’–someone who blogs to disrupt honest candid dialogue, thus benefiting concealed special interests, in this case drug and vaccine makers.”

Cook’s double agency, hoodwinking all of his “friends” on Facebook and related web publications, was discovered following a near brawl that Cook incited during the conference attended by well known controversial speakers, including vaccination-risk whistleblowers, Dr. Leonard Horowitz and Dr. Andrew Wakefield. Throughout the “Conspira-Sea Cruise” of the Mexican Riviera, during the last week in January, CBDA official Cook fraudulently concealed his professional identity, pro-SB277 affiliation, and public deception undermining the legitimacy of his blogging and online publications.

“Had Cook disclosed that he acted as a lobbyist for the national and state organizations representing naturopathic physicians, whose leadership had decided to submit to Big Pharma’s money and forced vaccination agenda, ‘Larry’ would not likely have made many “friends” on the ship, on Facebook, or anywhere other than among SB277 promoters,” Dr. Horowitz said.

Indeed, Larry’s deception furthered a secret mission. Cook hoodwinked Horowitz into introducing the double agent to the audience, and giving up a few minutes of his presentation to enable the alleged “activist” to promote his website. Later, Cook assaulted and battered Horowitz, falsely claiming that he was trying to protect journalists commissioned by Popular Mechanics and Jezebel publications assigned to smear Dr. Wakefield.

Following the event, Larry Cook claimed on blogs and e-mails that he never threatened or touched Dr. Horowitz, although he admitted “blocking” Horowitz’s attempt to serve the reporters with Popular Mechanics publications that proved the journalists were assigned in bad faith to further damage Dr. Wakefield’s reputation.

“Wakefield has been made the ‘poster boy’ for anti-vaccinationist fraud by the libelous PharmaMedia, including Popular Mechanics, who had previously done a ‘hit piece” defaming the honorable doctor for allegedly defrauding people about the risk to children developing autism from untimely MMR vaccines,” Dr. Horowitz explained.

Instead of protecting Dr. Wakefield and alerting the rookie journalists about what their editorial bosses at the Hearst Corporation assigned them to do; including the fact that Hearst owns Popular Mechanics and is among the world’s leading healthcare intelligence gathering and data disseminating enterprises, Cook said he was protecting the journalists against Horowitz.

Popular Mechanics journalist Bronwen Dickey, commissioned to discredit the speakers, especially Dr. Wakefield, appears to apologize, saying “Sorry, it wasn’t my fault.” as she smiles for Sherri Kane’s picture.

After the incident, Sherri Kane, became suspicious of Cook’s intentions and questioned him on who he worked for. Cook responded by claiming he just had a large following on Facebook, but conveniently omitted who he was actually working for and their agenda.

After the cruise, Cook contacted the cruise organizer, Susan Shumsky and attempted to extort Dr. Horowitz and journalist Kane into forgetting, and not reporting, what actually happened.

Below is Cook’s e-mail with Dr. Horowitz’s rebuttal. Therein, Cook included Twitter postings from his allied Big Pharma propagandists attending the conference, each supporting Cook’s pro SB277 lobbying efforts, attacks on vaccine whistleblowers, and related consumer fraud.

“Like I said, I have not mentioned either one of you publicly,” Cook wrote. However, if it does not immediately stop – and I have your word that it will – you will force me to publicly tell my side of the story. All of the witnesses and reporters will back my version of the story, and honestly, no one will believe that I’m CO or a pharma shill – I have way too much momentum that proves otherwise. Plus, I’m not, so unless you start making things up, it’s not going to go anywhere and it’ll only damage your reputation.”

“Larry Cook has the freedom to do just that. Go ahead Larry. Tell your side of the story,” Dr. Horowitz said. “Because the proof is in what is documented and photographed here.”

Cook was determined to have competing interests by Sherri Kane. After the conference, she began to investigate Cook’s connections and association with McRobert’s cell of Big Pharma shills. Cook commiserated and supported the pro-mandatory vaccination propagandists at the conference and blogged with Cook after the cruise to defame Horowitz and Kane.

“Larry Cook had all the earmarks of being ‘Controlled Opposition,’ said Kane. “We have confirmed his double agency.”

Kane acquired intelligence on Cook, showing he had concealed his Executive Director post at the CNDA (See: http://www.larrydcook.com/about/ ) The evidence proved Cook lobbied to pass California’s controversial mandatory vaccination Bill SB277 in order to secure a cut of the healthcare dollar generated by imposing vaccinations on all school children, regardless of philosophical objections. “The self-righteous Mr. Cook, as Executive Director of the CNDA, was positioned perfectly to undermine the philosophy of naturopathic medicine,” Kane disclosed. “He actually misrepresented and undermined the professional interests and dedication of most members of the California organization.

“Likewise, CNDA parent group, the American Association for Naturopathic Physicians (AANP) covertly cowered to pharmaceutical interests through the organization’s pro-vaccination lobby for a piece of the vaccination dollar. Cook, an AANP affiliate, is cited on the American Association for Naturopathic Physician’s (AANP) website.

“In essence, the AANP’s position is grossly hypocritical,” Dr. Horowitz said. “The group publishes its mission and purpose that includes natural medicine with an emphasis on ‘the use of prevention and natural therapeutics. . . . guided by six principles: (1) Do No Harm; (2) The Healing Power of Nature; (3) Find the Cause; (4) Treat the Whole Person; (5) Preventive Medicine; and, (6) Doctor as Teacher.”

“Yet, this set of principles is grossly undermined by the politicians in the organization,” Dr. Horowitz explained, noting the hypocrisy in each mission commitment: (1) neglecting the known harm vaccines do to masses of people, especially children, even admitted by CDC and vaccine industry officials; (2) aiding-and-abetting unnatural and poisonous assaults on natural immunity; (3) neglecting and omitting a primary cause of brain damage in our children–the injection of heavy metals, GMOs, and more; (4) neglecting the “whole person” in need of detoxification, and further poisonous assaults; (5) neglecting preventive medicine that discourages petrochemical and genetic assaults against natural immunity; and (6) having doctor’s teach “prevention” while lobbying for vaccinations that purport to being “preventive,” but clearly hypersensitizing people’s immune systems into a state of auto-immune diseases.”

Accordingly, “Larry Cook is a hypocrite, double agent, con-artist, and crook for having aided-and-abetted the theft of “natural medicine” by Big PharmaWhores like him,” Kane charged.

“Only a despicable hypocrite would conceal his leadership in an organization claiming to advocate for ‘use [of] a variety of natural and non-invasive therapies, including clinical nutrition,’ when vaccination is one of the most invasive and toxic assaults committed in ‘medicine’ known to wreck havoc on gut microflora and more,” Kane concluded, referencing Dr. Wakefields whistleblowing on behalf of autistic children who can no longer digest their foods properly due to intestinal inflammation.

According to many experts, including conference speaker Jeffrey Smith, not only is digestion damaged by vaccinations, but the GMOs foods are causing alterations in digestive bacteria further intoxicating nerves and damaging mental health.

“Only a hypocrite and double agent would claim to oppose vaccinations, especially mandatory vaccinations, in his ‘time off,’ and work as a lobbyist with conflicting interest defrauding citizens and doctors into voting for SB277 to secure the wealth and power of his conflicting interest group,” Kane concluded.

That article was posted by an extremely disappointed naturopathic physician, Britt Hermes, on August 6, 2015. Dr. Hermes’ whistleblowing on the group for whom Cook works is compelling.

Dr. Hermes speaks to the world of “natural medicine,” and to its wholesale “sell-out” to Big Pharma.

“Naturopathic medicine is not what I was led to believe,” Dr. Hermes confessed. “I discovered that the profession functions as a system of indoctrination based on discredited ideas about health and medicine, full of anti-science rhetoric with many ineffective and dangerous practices.”I left the profession of naturopathic medicine to pursue a career in biomedical research,” Hermes added. “Since my departure, I have been working to understand my former biases within naturopathic medicine. I am now exploring the ethics and evidence, or lack thereof, of naturopathic education and practice. I hope I can convey the message that naturopathy must be highly scrutinized, as its proponents have a seemingly on-going history of deceit, exploitation, and medical fraud.”

Defrauding California SB277 Voters and Others

California’s SB277 passed by a narrow margin, and Cook’s organization helped that happen.

Investigators will note that Cook was positioned at the CNDA in 2012, perfectly timed for the controversial California bill to be lobbied. Cook was timely positioned to sell out citizen’s philosophical and religious exemptions to mandatory vaccinations.

Cook’s job was to pitch passage of SB277 to the naturopathic doctors throughout the State, and tell them that they will lose the fight for freedom of choice anyway; so why oppose the bill. The doctors, Cook advised, needed to cut a deal to secure their ability to administer medical exemptions. Never mind the principles of natural medicine or the vaccine injured!

Cook knew that philosophical and religious exemptions are the only saving grace for anti-vaxxers. So he knowingly undermined what he lead voters to believe about him from his “grassroots” website, stopmandatoryvaccinations.com.

Compounding evidence of Larry Cook’s duplicity, double agency, and hypocrisy, Cook lied repeatedly, and libeled Dr. Horowitz by publishing falsehoods e-mailed to the conference organizer, Susan Shumsky. Cook claimed he was concerned about tweeted lies by the Popular Mechanics journalist Bronwen Dickey as republished below.

Cook and Dickey claimed that Horowitz (with Kane) had “accosted, cornered, screamed at, and chased [her] with a camera.” Cook published these misrepresentations and frank lies, and defended the group of journalist-infiltrators. Cook’s accomplices in lying and libel included Pfizer shill McRoberts, as shown in the screen shots below, and in Cook’s extortionate e-mail. By law, Cook’s e-mail evidences actionable libel, compounding his crimes assaulting and battering Dr. Horowitz.

Cook attached to his e-mail Dickey’s published correspondence Tweeted to McRoberts “Kolyin” and Jezebel‘s, pro-vaccine, feminist, journalist–Anna Merlan. Merlan was largely responsible for causing Rolling Stone to publish false information, accusing male students of rape in the “Botched Rape Story” scandal, in which Merlan later publicly apologized.

On the cruise, Cook regularly commiserated with the bad faith infiltrators, and then protected them from being exposed for infiltrating the conference to spy on the speakers, and gather intelligence to discredit mainly Dr. Wakefield for his whistleblowing and forthcoming documentary. The film, tentatively titled “Injecting Lies” contains outrageously revealing evidence of the actual CDC cover-up of the MMR vaccine-autism link devastating masses of African-American boys in particular. The shocking evidence secreted by top health officials effectively documents genocide being profitably administered by vaccine makers in political and financial alliances with lobbyists and media propagandists including McRoberts and Cook.

Cook maintains that he did not assault or batter the doctor, but the photos taken by Kane tell a different story.

Shumsky officially apologized for her lacking discernment, inviting the “journalists” to the conference: “I did not know anything about any of them or about their publications, and I did not know anything about their intentions. . . . The lesson I learned is that reporters do not always have good intentions, and that will make me cautious in the future.”

Of course I am now getting messages about the posts happening in the Hawaii FB Group where I am being slandered, and I would like to bring to your attention that I have deliberately not posted your names in social media or shared my version of the story about what happened during the cruise.

In brief, I would like to refresh your memory that I was the one who brought to your attention that the reporters may not give a balanced report, and I recommended to you that you not allow them in your seminars. [In fact, Cook provided no such alert, nor recommendation. Sherri Kane and I both, independently, nearly instantly picked up on Anna Merlan’s “dark energy.”] Andrew Wakefield blocked them from seeing his film. Jeff Smith blocked them from his strategy seminar. You both could have easily banned them from your Paris Attacks screening. [Why would we exclude members of the press from seeing our newsworthy documentary? That would be stupid. The truth shall set us free, not further concealment. Anna Merlan tracked me down to ask me about the Bataclan Theater sale to the Sheik of Qatar’s Legardere Group on 9/11/15, after the screening. She is unable to controvert the evidence I presented in the film.] Instead of doing that though, you chose to call the photographer to the front of the room and harass and intimidate her in front of everyone after your screening. [In fact, Sherri Kane called the photographer to the front of the room to expose the fact that she was there in bad faith, like a paparazzi, to divert from the substance of the film and discredit the speakers.] You were relentless no matter what she said. She is freelance. [Cook lies twice here. We were not “relentless,” in fact, we were at that time being verbally assaulted by Ms. Shumsky’s niece, Abbie Hayutin, who was relentless in her attacks; and Cook did not engage that heated discussion what-so-ever.] I stepped in because you wouldn’t stop, even after people said they were leaving the room because you were making them uncomfortable with your hostile energy. [Again, a total lie. Cook did not “step in” until the next day, when he assaulted and battered me physically when I simply attempted to hand paparazzi Litovsky proof of Popular Mechanics ownership by Hearst Corp. and their previous publication(s) libeling Andrew Wakefield. The photos above were taken at that time, moments to minutes after Cook assaulted me. Kane snapped the photos. Accordingly, no one ever accosted, cornered, or chased anyone. The screaming was done by Abbie Hayutin, the night before these photos were taken. Neither I nor Cook were “screaming” during our physical confrontation in the doorway and hallway as shown.] Another goer got involved as well, and finally Susan came in and shut the whole thing down. Shortly thereafter the photographer collapsed into tears. [We have no knowledge of paparazzi Litovsky collapsing into tears. Sherri, when I talked with you as we were leaving and you complained that they didn’t come talk with you, I thought we had an understanding when I said to you that you could have just as easily approached them and asked for an interview. [Cook misrepresents what Kane said. Her complaint is proven by the fact that the media in general, as well as the journalist infiltrators at the event, never want to report on anything we have been reporting for years, because the evidence we present of BigPharma’s genocide is overwhelming and irrefutable.] I would later find out that you both accosted Anna in the Internet Cafe. [“Accosted” is another misrepresentation. Our meeting with Jezebel reporter, Ms. Merlan, was filmed by both parties, even according to Merlan’s latest article, with event organizer Shumsky present in the room. The dialog, mutual “interview,” lasted for nearly a half hour, and terminated civilly.]

I had hoped that Danion [Brinkley] and Sean [Morton, the event MC] talking with you both would have calmed the energies. [A lame statement since: (1) Dannion Brinkley said he encouraged having “trouble makers” aboard; and (2) Sean never said a word to us about any of this.]

On Friday when I came down to talk with Andrew Wakefield, I saw you Len as you tried to give the photographer your package and she said “no” and ignored you. You and Sherri became enraged and extremely hostile with the reporters after that, and yes, I stepped in to block you from engaging with the reporters. Len, you were hostile – so much so that Bronwen took to Twitter and stated she feared for her safety. She wasn’t saying that about me. She’s not the only witness to what happened. And I went to FB and asked for prayers of protection.

[The above statement is Cook’s admission that he PHYSICALLY “stepped in to block me from engaging with the reporters.” When he did that, by grabbing my shoulder and then arm, then hurling me around, he assaulted me and battered me according to strict definitions in law. I became enraged by his crimes, at which time he refused to “get out of my face” for two or three more minutes. After approximately two minutes of Cook incited this violence and commotion, I challenged him to an all out brawl in the gym. I, otherwise, pledged to call in the ship’s security. Cook stood down shortly thereafter.]

Making people fear for their safety is not right, no matter how you feel they may be maligning you. I did not do anything to you Len that made you fear for your safety, nor did I assault you. [A total lie.] You did comment about going to the gym – ostensibly to have a fist fight. That didn’t interest me – the only thing that interested me was trying to get you to calm down. [You don’t get a person to “calm down” by assaulting him, or blocking their every movement for minutes within inches of their face. Any reasonable person would be outraged as was I. Only later did I learn that Cook had concealed his conflicting interests, associations with the journalists, including Pfizer shill McRoberts, who had corresponded with Cook through Liz Ditz months earlier to advance their pro-SB277 lobby coalition, using their social media and Big Pharma alliances. Had I known this about Cook, I think I may have responded to his assault by punching him in the face.]

And as for Colin, if you read his entire series, he is actually miffed at me on his first and third post. He is pro vaccine, pro GMO, and I am not. I actually told you about him as well. [Not so. Cook never warned us about McRoberts.] It’s my FB peeps who found his first blog and shared it with me – that’s how I found out he was writing a blog. [This appears to be a lie also, because McRoberts shared social media contacts with Cook and Liz Ditz–a leader in the pro-vaccine SB277 campaign in which Cook was likewise very active, but supposedly on the opposing side. In fact, the following screen shot shows Ditz questioning Cook’s funding and excess video production budget, when Ditz, working with McRoberts, would have, or should have known, that Cook was CNDA Executive Director lobbying, like her, for SB277’s passage.

When we first met I talked with you in good faith and had your best interests in mind. Len, I have your book. I had actually wanted to video interview you for my YouTube Channel – I brought my camera. It’s the main reason I even introduced myself to you. And, I’d like to point out that because I had introduced myself to you I felt that if I stepped in you would respect me and calm down. Clearly that didn’t happen.
