Dr. Leonard Horowitz Files Police Complaint for Lawyer Fraud, Perjury, and Real Party Concealment of Hollywood Sex Server and Dr. Joseph Mercola Partner, Erin Elizabeth Finn

 

Hollywood, CA (8-28-17)—Award-winning film producer and veteran medical editor, Dr. Leonard Horowitz, filed criminal charges with Honolulu police on Saturday night for perjury, fraud, and organized crime committed in a copyright infringement case filed by California attorney Reza Sina concerning a photograph of Erin Elizabeth Finn, who purports to being the partner of Dr. Joseph Mercola–the nation’s most successful natural health products salesman. Sina’s filing under strict DMCA guidelines concealed his representation of Finn—the infamous Hollywood “Gang of Five – Pellicano Case” star witness, reputed to be Silicon Valley’s most pricey prostitute. Charges of perjury, conspiracy, fraudulent concealment, and extortion were filed by Horowitz against Sina of the Sina Law Group after the lawyer falsely swore during the official proceeding that his client was photographer Francis Specker, not Finn. The false complaint caused nine of Horowitz’s websites to be taken down before Specker admitted he did not hire Sina.

 

Sina used Specker as a “sham complainant” in exchange for Health Nut News entrepreneur Finn. He concealed Finn’s identity as the real party interested in taking down evidence of her role as a prostitute turned government witness against convicted Hollywood racketeer, Anthony Pellicano. Sina falsely claimed under oath in his affidavit that the complaint sourced from Specker.

 

“I didn’t hire an attorney,” Specker wrote Kane when contacted on Facebook. “I was contacted from a person that alerted me that there was a copyright infringement of my photos used on a website that was potentially libelous. They in turn contacted a law firm.”

 

Damages to Horowitz from Sina’s fraud and harassment included censorship of Horowitz’s most popular website, WarOnWeThePeople.com. There, Horowitz and investigative journalist Sherri Kane published a series of articles exposing Finn’s history, her partner’s indictment by the FTC in 2015 for defrauding natural health consumers, and similar false advertising to sell weight loss products.  Court records show Dr. Mercola was ordered to pay more than $5 million to more than a thousand defrauded customers. He pled guilty in order to make the FTC indictment disappear quickly.(4)

 

Those facts and more caused “The HOROKANE” to investigate Finn. They found photos of Finn on the Internet that she published claiming they were her “modeling” photos; articles soliciting Silicon Valley “geeks” for sex; and a “photoshopped” advertisement for weight loss products. They discovered a “before photo” showing Finn’s head obviously misaligned during its superimposition on a heavier woman’s body. The alleged consumer fraud sold their slimming program. Horowitz was required by professional ethics and laws, especially as the Editor-in-chief of Medical Veritas online journal, to publish that evidence, news, and commentary to prevent potentially millions of citizens from being damaged by Mercola’s and Finn’s false advertisement. Mercola.com boasts more than 50 million monthly visitors.

 

Hostgator restored Horowitz’s websites within 24 hours after taking into consideration his good faith reliance on Public Duty Doctrine and Fair Usage Doctrine excusing copyright infringers when reporting news in the public’s interest.

 

But Horowitz’s timely counter-notice to Hostgator did not stop damages from Sina’s fraud. Adding insult to injury, Hostgator administered the take downs prematurely, neglecting their own DMCA required grace period for counter-notices invited before take-downs.

 

Then, at the same time the websites went down, Sina’s lawyer and co-counsel, Matthew J. Geragos— Finn’s previous lawyer in the Pellicano case—falsely accused Horowitz of “wiretapping” and “embarrassing” Sina. Geragos wired Horowitz this harassment on August 20, 2017, claiming Horowitz had broken laws, damaging and distressing Sina, for which $100,000 in “settlement” was solicited by Geragos.

 

Honolulu police officer K Wong examined this evidence before issuing Report number 17-322891 for use in pending criminal complaints Horowitz plans to file with the FBI, California law enforcers, and the FTC.

 

 

In lieu of these facts evidencing a pattern of consumer fraud, Horowitz and Kane have called for an international boycott of Mercola.com, and urged his 50 million monthly website visitors to shop instead at other natural health products stores. This unprecedented appeal to the “court of public opinion” is meant to discipline the wrongdoers and support Horowitz and Kane for their public service, gutsy journalism, and consumer alert against Mercola’s and Finn’s sales scams.

(4) The repeated censorship of evidence compounding here with take-downs of Finn’s photos and Horowitz’s websites establishes a pattern that Mercola and Finn have committed while largely financing the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) and its President, Barbara Loe Fisher. Finn considers Fisher a close “family friend.” Fisher censored Horowitz during her second annual conference that Horowitz financially sponsored. Thereafter, Fisher “blacklisted” Horowitz from NVIC conferences after he discovered and published how Fisher co-opted the organization from its founder, Marge Grant.

 

Fisher’s NVIC was founded in 1982 by subverting the purely grassroots Dissatisfied Parents Together (DPT). From there the NVIC’s evolution was based on massive propaganda administered principally by Fisher and the suspiciously friendly mainstream media supported by Big Pharma.  The same is true for Mercola.

 

To gain control over DPT, Fisher, allied with vaccine industry lobby-linked attorney Jeffrey Schwartz. They converted the contacts of parents of vaccine-injured children generated by Grant, a mother of a DPT vaccine-injured child who appeared on the Phil Donohue Show pleading for members. Fisher and Schwartz ousted Grant to form the NVIC, championing passage of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. The Fisher-Schwartz endorsed legislation exclusively protected vaccine makers against lawsuits, and left millions of families without financial support and care for their damaged children. Horowitz opposed the entire affair, later writing to Mercola a personal letter to deter complicity in the wayward organization. Horowitz argues that the NVIC is not only based on an underhanded and hostile takeover, but that it promotes “The Big Lie”–claims that vaccines are “generally safe” and can be made “safer”, when in fact all vaccines are made from GMOs, and every intelligent person knows GMOs are dangerous and damaging to health and the environment.

 

“People are just awakening to ‘fake news’ generated by the politically-jaded financially-captured television networks,” Horowitz explained. “The NVIC is similarly situated, outputting the “Big Lie” that GMO-laced heavy-metal-poisoned vaccines can be made ‘safe.’  In my opinion, for this reason, Finn, Mercola and Fisher have commonly gained their popularity and financial success as agents for Big Pharma. Injection, infection and murder by deception, largely protects Big Pharma that relies on controlling its opposition using deceptive agents.

 

Vaccines are the “sacred cow” of “public health”–commanding genocidal depopulation while profiting investors that promote wars against germs, nations, the environment, and now even medical doctors. (The emergence of the Health First Database, IBM’s Watson diagnostic and treatment software is now overtaking medicine by instituting new impersonal ‘standards of care’ in hospitals and clinics; and increased governmental vaccination requirements to obtain social services, is damaging humanity, the economy, and this latter tragedy has advanced largely due to the NVIC, Fisher, and Mercola evading the politically-incorrect topic of iatrogenocide.”

Wow. Thank you for the expose on Erin Elizabeth. My mind has been reeling the last few hours from this.

I have followed Dr. Mercola for years and had really liked him. Elizabeth I had come to admire as well.

I had noticed when I listened to her talk in a much-touted podcast on detoxing that she provided little if anything in the way of practical information and came up empty when asked for details on what she had used to recover her health, claiming her memory was fuzzy on the details due to the amount of time that had passed!

Also, in one of her emails not long ago she included an article stating “After soaking the leaves in the water for 8 hours, they discovered that the fluoride was reduced to only 1.1 parts per million. I was shocked at this and wrote to her (shown below), but received no reply.

I had wondered a bit about NVIC… but had no idea of their involvement in protecting vaccine manufacturers!

I have been working for years in my community (Peel Region, Ontario, Canada) to end water fluoridation (I am spokesperson for Fluoride Free Peel). Dr. Horowitz, thank you so much for your recent amazing letter to the Australian government – I forwarded it to Peel Council!! 🙂

A resident here, [LC] hired a lawyer who put the Region on notice in 2014. (Many of us are wishing they would hurry up and launch the lawsuit.) LC indicated to me that she planned to ask you if you might write a letter directly to Peel Council, as they have been reviewing the issue since 2014 and even formally admitted in a resolution and letter to the provincial Health Minister that they are in over their heads, have no tox studies on HFSA and no expertise to evaluate studies and apparently no longer have complete faith in the local Medical Officers here (thank God).

I am sometimes in email contact with Paul Connett who I have admired immensely and never had any misgivings about (and he kindly came and presented to Peel Council in Jan. 2016). I didn’t see Fluoride Action Network, to which Mercola also contributes, in the list of donations included in your article, and really hope there are no issues with them.
