Conflict of Interests (Bribery) Best Explains Perjury of Senators and Testifiers at the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor & Pensions, Opposing ‘Vaccine Hesitancy’ in Support of Mandatory Intoxications

I. BRIBERY is defined in 18 U.S. Code § 201 as:

“Whoever— . . .

2) being a public official or person selected to be a public official, directly or indirectly, corruptly demands, seeks, receives, accepts, or agrees to receive or accept anything of value personally or for any other person or entity, in return for:

• (A) being influenced in the performance of any official act;
• (B) being influenced to commit or aid in committing, or to collude in, or allow, any fraud, or make opportunity for the commission of any fraud, on the United States; or
• (C)being induced to do or omit to do any act in violation of the official duty of such official or person;

(4) directly or indirectly, corruptly demands, seeks, receives, accepts, or agrees to receive or accept anything of value personally or for any other person or entity in return for being influenced in testimony under oath or affirmation as a witness upon any such trial, hearing, or other proceeding, or in return for absenting himself therefrom; shall be fined under this title or not more than three times the monetary equivalent of the thing of value, whichever is greater, or imprisoned for not more than fifteen years, or both, and may be disqualified from holding any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.

 

II. PERJURY is defined in federal law 18 U.S. Code § 1621 as:

Whoever—

• (1) having taken an oath before a competent tribunal, officer, or person, in any case in which a law of the United States authorizes an oath to be administered, that he will testify, declare, depose, or certify truly, or that any written testimony, declaration, deposition, or certificate by him subscribed, is true, willfully and contrary to such oath states or subscribes any material matter which he does not believe to be true; or
• (2) in any declaration, certificate, verification, or statement under penalty of perjury as permitted under section 1746 of title 28, United States Code, willfully subscribes as true any material matter which he does not believe to be true; is guilty of perjury and shall, except as otherwise expressly provided by law, be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. This section is applicable whether the statement or subscription is made within or without the United States.

 

III. RACKETEERING ACTIVITY is defined in 18 U.S. Code § 1961 as:

“(B) any act which is indictable under any of the following provisions of title 18, United States Code: Section 201 (relating to bribery), . . . , section 1341 (relating to mail fraud), section 1343 (relating to wire fraud), section 1344 (relating to financial institution fraud), . . . section 1503 (relating to obstruction of justice), . . . section 1512 (relating to tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant), . . . section 1951 (relating to interference with commerce or extortion), . . . section 1957 (relating to engaging in monetary transactions in property derived from specified unlawful activity), . . . sections 175–178 (relating to biological weapons). . . .”

 

IV. TREASON is defined in 18 U.S. Code § 2381 in relevant part as:

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, . . . adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

 

 

WE THE PEOPLE, in the ‘Court of Public Opinion,’ charge the following Senators with violations of the aforementioned criminal codes as evidenced by the “Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, Hearing on Vaccines and Outbreaks, March 5, 2019, as recorded below:

EVIDENCE OF PERJURY: FALSE STATEMENTS MADE BY SEN. ALEXANDER

Perjury 1 (@1 min. 16 sec.), “Following the introduction of a vaccine in 1955, polio was eliminated in 1979. . . . Polio is just one of the diseases we have eradicated in the United States thanks to vaccine.”

 

Statement is a fraudulent misrepresentation, compounded by omissions fraud. It is a fact in medical history that the 1955 Salk polio vaccine caused thousands of people to get polio. It did not “eliminate” polio in 1979. Further, the statement fraudulently omits improvements in hygiene and nutrition that dramatically reduced all infectious diseases, including polio. In addition, the statement contradicts the public record testimony of Dr. Albert Sabin–who developed the polio vaccine that replaced Salk’s dangerous and deadly vaccine. Sabin admitted that propaganda was entirely responsible for the ‘general acceptance’ that the polio vaccine eradicated polio. Finally, Sen. Alexander’s statement fraudulently omits the pandemic cancers associated with the polio vaccine contamination by the SV40 cancer virus. This cancer pandemic was caused by the Merck company’s negligence–what amounts to millions of deaths from ‘negligent manslaughter.’

 

Perjury 2 (@ 1 min. 43 sec.), “In 2000, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) declared measles eliminated in the United States. . . . a remarkable demonstration of what modern medicine can accomplish. . . .Four years ago [2015] . . . that was following the 2014 outbreak of measles, the worst outbreak [occurred] since the disease was declared eliminated. . . .”

 

This statement is two-times blatantly fraudulent. It obviously misrepresents the ‘elimination’ of measles. Sen. Alexander’s doublespeak contradicts the fact that if measles were truly ‘eliminated,’ it should not have reappeared in 2014 in “the worst outbreak.”

 

Perjury 3 (@ 2 min. 33 sec.), “According to the CDC, we continue to see outbreaks of the preventable disease because there are pockets in the United States that have low vaccination rates.”

 

Statement is baseless, blatantly fraudulent, and had already been solidly debunked by respondents to the ‘fake science’ published in the British Medical Journal in January, 2009–weeks prior to Mr. Alexander’s perjury. The authors of that fraudulent measles propaganda concealed their conflicting Big Pharma interests, as Sen. Alexander did likewise during the hearing.

 

Perjury 4 (@ 3 min. 07 sec.): “Not only has the Food and Drug Administration found them to be safe, but vaccines save lives.”

 

It is public knowledge that the FDA does not test vaccines for safety. FDA officials, many with conflicting interests themselves, review whatever the vaccine maker submits to allegedly prove efficacy. The statement is clearly false and misleading since the vaccine makers publish their presumed data showing many adverse injuries. So the vaccine are not ‘entirely safe’ as Alexander’s perjury misrepresents. Moreover, Rep. Bill Posey (R-FL) filed the “Vaccine Safety Study Act” (H.R. 3615) in 2017 that has been stonewalled. That legislation makes clear that lacking any definitive safety study, no one can justly claim vaccines are safe. Sen. Alexander knows, or should know this. These facts document ‘mens rea,’ or criminal intent to defraud the American people.

 

Perjury 5 (@ 3 min. 58 sec.): “Vaccines protect not only those who have been vaccinated, but the larger community. This is called ‘herd immunity.’ There are some young people who cannot be vaccinated. They’re too young or have a weakened immune system because of a genetic disorder, or they’re taking medicines that compromise their immune systems like cancer treatment. Vaccines protect people who cannot be vaccinated by preventing the spread of disease.”

 

This statement fraudulently omits the transmission of deadly viruses from vaccinated people to un-vaccinated people. The true statement that “some young people who cannot be vaccinated” due to “genetic disorders,” or because “they’re taking medicines that compromise their immune systems” recklessly omits the fact that to a great extent ‘genetic disorders’ can be due to vaccine-vectored gene-transmissions from parent to child (i.e., vertical spread) as has been recorded in the scientific literature. Alexander’s fraudulent omission and reckless perjury exhorts lawmakers to impose on the general population risks of genetic damage to presumably protect sick individuals, most of whom are made sick by drug side effects, or immune suppression by vaccination intoxication. The statement also fraudulently omits the profit motive of Sen. Alexander’s financial sponsors.

 

In Nazi Germany and American eugenics, the genetically weak, mentally ill, and physically-burdened people were put to death, some by lethal injections. Here, Alexander argues that America’s strong, healthy, intelligent people should be injected, intoxicated, and potentially killed to protect the weakest and most medically-damaged people. What’s wrong with this picture? UNCONSCIONABLE GENOCIDE!

 

Perjury 6 (@ 4 min. 38 sec.): “There’s a lot of misleading and incorrect information about vaccines that circulates online throughout social media. Here’s what I’d like parents . . . to know . . . everywhere in the country. Vaccines are approved by the Food and Drug Administration. They meet the . . . ‘gold standard’ of safety. . . . There’s nothing secret about any of this science. And countless studies have shown that vaccines are safe. Internet fraudsters who claim vaccines are not safe are praying on the unfounded fears and daily struggles of parents. And they are creating a public health hazard that is entirely preventable.

 

The statement that the Food and Drug Administration uses a “gold standard” to approve vaccines is a lie. In fact, there is no “gold standard of safety” in vaccinology. The statement, “There’s nothing secret about any of this science,” is blatant perjury, because Alexander secreted the science that established the ‘gold standard’ in testing chickens responses to vaccine antigens. That single study is posted HERE, and it is far from applicable to any or all vaccines. The authors ‘suggested’ use of their labeled “gold standard.” Online resources fail to provide any evidence that the suggested ‘gold standard’ for vaccines for chickens with colds was ever reproduced for healthy humans. Sen. Alexander’s misrepresentation is, again, unconscionable.

 

Perjury 7 (@ 6 min. 06 sec.): “The science is sound, vaccines save lives.”

 

This statement, repeats Perjury 4. Alexander’s summary statement is clearly fraudulent, because vaccines clearly kill people. We The People see people around us being damaged and killed by vaccines. We don’t have anything more than officials’ assurances to the contrary; and that is clearly-and-convincingly influenced by special interests, and often published and misrepresented by “fake science,” precisely like the ‘gold standard’ misrepresentation example shows. Such perjury and complicity in racketeering cannot remedy ‘vaccine hesitancy.’

 

We will not go through the many other instances of complicit officials’ perjury at this hearing. There are too many to mention in this brief article. Each of the officials favoring Sen. Alexander’s position should be investigated by an independent investigator and a grand jury for the aforementioned felonies, including racketeering and treason:

 

EVIDENCE OF RACKETEERING

Example from Sen. Alexander’s Statement (@ 2 min. 59 sec.): “We know some Americans are hesitant about vaccines. So today I want to stress the importance of vaccines.

 

Section 1503 prohibits “obstruction of justice; and Section 1512 prohibits “tampering” with an informant. The informant in this instance is the CDC and the bribed officials selected to misrepresent the truth about vaccines ‘safety,’ ‘efficacy,’ and ‘vaccine hesitancy.’ This was a ‘stacked deck.’ Alexander’s statement evidences two facts: (1) the purpose of the hearing was to DEBUNK and DISPARAGE those who express vaccine hesitancy; and (2) The statement “I want to stress the importance of vaccines” evidences an express bias and obstruction of justice. This obstruction of justice defies the ‘fact finding’ duty of the hearing committee. They are not elected to sell the American people on any commercial product or service. They are elected to safeguard citizens against threats to health, safety and property. Alexander and his complicit agents and co-conspirators failed to serve this express duty and their oaths of office. These Big Pharma agents are shown here aiding-and-abetting by willful blindness racketeering, and tampering with informants (‘fixing the hearing with biased witnesses presenting one-sided tampered evidence omitting known opposing science, clear risks, and widespread mounting damage.’)

On May 9, 1969,^[7] the New York Times reported that the United States had been bombing Cambodia. Kissinger called Hoover to find out who might have leaked this information to the press. Hoover suggested Halperin, and Kissinger agreed that was likely. That day, the FBI began tapping Halperin’s phones at Kissinger’s direction. (Kissinger says nothing of this in his memoirs and mentions Halperin in passing about four times.) The Nixon administration bugged Halperin’s home phone, without a warrant, for 21 months^[8] starting in 1969.^[9]

Defense Secretary Robert MacNamara asked Halperin to oversee the production of the Pentagon Papers. Les Gelb, a member of Halperin’s staff, oversaw the staff that actually wrote the study. Halperin was a friend of Daniel Ellsberg. When Ellsberg was investigated in connection with the Pentagon Papers, suspicion fell on Halperin, who some Nixon aides believed had kept classified documents when he left government service. The tapping of Halperin’s phone^[10] without a warrant was discovered when it came out in Ellsberg’s trial.^[11]

At the start of the Clinton administration, Halperin was appointed as a consultant to the Secretary of Defense and the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy (1993).

Non-Members with Conflicting Interests that testified to the U.S Senate Committee in support of Mandatory Vaccinations.

Jonathan A. McCullers is the Pediatrician-in-chief at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital.

Before joining Le Bonheur, McCullers worked as a pediatric infectious disease researcher at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

McCullers testified against non-medical vaccine refusals in front of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pension on Tuesday, March 5, 2019, saying the anti-vaccination movement “is one of the growing public health threats of our time.”

He further claimed, “Vaccine refusal, aided by state laws, has been “strongly linked” to numerous preventable disease outbreaks in the United States this past decade, including the resurgence of measles.”

“Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi all have different policies for granting exemptions to vaccines, which creates a tremendous problem to us and a threat to the children we serve, many of whom are too young to be vaccinated or are immunocompromised and more prone to severe diseases.”  On March 1, 2006, McCullers wrote a scientific paper titled, “Live Attenuated Influenza Vaccine Is Safe and Immunogenic in Immunocompromised Ferrets,” promoting MeImmune’s FluMist. His conflict of interests with this paper is he has served on the pediatric infectious disease advisory board of MedImmune Vaccines and as an ad hoc speaker at seminars sponsored by MedImmune Vaccines, whose product was used in the study. He received Financial support from American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities; Children’s Infection Defense Center, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
