ASTRONOMER “KANEHAU” RESPONDS TO OPEN LETTER TO DAVID BOCK FROM DR. LEONARD HOROWITZ. READ DR. HOROWITZ’S REBUTTAL OF “KANEHAU” BELOW.

I’m sorry to burst your bubble – but no telescope on Mauna Kea, and that includes the hopefully future TMT, has military use.

Many of the observatories use AO. Keck, Subaru, etc… are all using AO.

AO (Adaptive Optics) are used in two ways:

1. To remove the ‘twinkle’ from starlight. The ‘twinkle’ is upper atmospheric disturbances caused by water vapor. By projecting a laser into the upper atmosphere and examining the reflected beam in real-time, a tiny 6 inch deformable mirror can be dynamically modified to counteract the distortion, thus removing the twinkle.

2. To use as an artificial guide star. Modern telescopes such as Keck, Gemini, Subaru, and TMT can track any type of object (star, planet, comet, etc). Often they use a nearby object to track the object they want to observe. For example, they might track on a star near to, but not directly in the view,, of another star they are observing. Sometimes, however, there is not a good candidate star for the guide star, whether it be just no good candidate or weather obscuring the desired star. In this case, the AO laser can be used to project an artificial star into the upper atmosphere which can be used to guide the telescope.

Both capabilities can be used simultaneously.

Neither of these uses are useful for military applications. (Mauna Kea telescopes do assist in some NASA missions, but NASA missions by definition are not military.)

As I’m sure you know, AO was invented by the military and filtered down to other fields, including astronomy, once it was declassified. Any such device that TMT may use is commercially available (though it might be export restricted). The military use AO, primarily in the IR wavelength, to make missiles find their target easier through fog, rain, etc. Astronomy uses visible low power lasers (IR is invisible to human vision).

In other words, the military’s AO capability is WAY BEYOND anything used in Astronomy, and their current capabilities remain classified. They would laugh at our puny AO devices.

(BTW, AO is used in a large number of fields, including medical imaging, etc.)

It might come as a surprise to you to find out that the wattage of a typical astronomical AO laser (normally sodium ion – orange, like our street lights on the Big Island) are usually around 6 watts. That is not enough to be any type of weapon unless you were to get it directly in your eye (it can pop balloons at a discrete distance, or light a match – but that is about it).

How do I know these things? I’m associated with the astronomical community. I’m also ex-NASA (GSFC). I’ve worked on software for some AO systems. I’ve seen the AO systems in operation and looked at the differences in observing with, and without, the AO systems.

You might consider looking at Space Command on Oahu – they ARE military and they probably are doing more of what you are suggesting (though as far as I know, Space Command is more of a detection operation than an offensive operation).

I am going to quote from your two postings to expose your hypocrisy.

Let’s see whether or not you are simply ignorant, and diagnose the manner in which intelligent “fools,” like you, are steeped in denial and deceptive trance states.

Alternatively, let’s consider whether or not your metamorphosis as an “ex-NASA (GSFC)” and “astronomical community” leader has turned you into a public relations agent on assignment to lie for a piece of the $1.B pie.

First, the issue is black or white, Mr. “Kanehau.” But you write to make it gray.

(Question: Is Mr. “Kanehau”  your real name? You know my real name. Why is your name, and most of my other critics’ real names, concealed? Is that “fair play” and “candor” before the “court of public opinion,” “Mr. Kanehau”?)

The overriding issue is:

“Military Connections” or “No Military Connections”

So let’s stay focused.

Your “scientific” opinion concludes that I, Dr. Leonard Horowitz, “am not doing any service to humanity by spreading false information and fear mongering.” You further claim that I need to remove my “tin-foil hat” that is “way too tight,” and stop prompting “all the looney toon crazies.”

Your opinion of me, however, does not address the matter, Mr. Kanehau:  

“Military Connections” or “No Military Connections”

So let’s examine your background and some clear and convincing evidence of your deceptiveness found right in your writing, your admissions, beginning with your statement:

Now that is an interesting misrepresentation refuted by anyone who puts “joint NASA U.S. Air Force projects” into a search engine and comes up with 776,000 hits, as I did (as shown below).

That establishes the fact that you knowingly and willfully misrepresent your own knowledge in your own writing, as a hypocrite or propagandist would.

Pretty good trick, disappearing NASA’s intimacy with the U.S. military. You should perform in Vegas.

You wrote on the AO matter of military connection as follows:

That statement confirms two of our main points in publishing SpacePearlHarbor.com:

(1) The “EXPORT RESTRICTION” is precisely why the U.S. Government is not supposed to be a “partner” in the TMT Project, and the MILITARY CONNECTIONS HAVE BEEN CONCEALED. That “export restriction” avoids violating the Arms Export Control Act and the Trading with (Allies of the) Enemy Act. China supports the Taliban at war with America in Afghanistan. You do not have a better explanation for America’s exclusion from the TMT “partnership.”

Moreover, (2) your statement, “The military use AO, primarily in the IR wavelength, to make missiles find their target,” is precisely why my co-author, Sherri Kane, and I served you and the public by exposing what is at risk by granting China the “partnership” in the TMT, and using the University of Hawaii—academia–and the “astronomical community” as a “front” to violate the Arms Export Control Act and the Trading with the Enemy Act.

Certainly, you are intelligent enough to see your own hypocrisy in your own duality: (a) admitting the “Military Connection;” (b) concealing the “Military Connection”; and (c) disparaging me and Ms. Kane for allegedly “fear mongering” and inciting “looney toons.”

You, in fact, have us to thank for bringing this matter of fraud to the forefront of TMT debate, as well as awakening you to your own foolishness and pitiful “scotoma.”

Surely you know, or should know, what that term means as an expert in the field of “Adaptive Optics.” You write about the AO technology—astronomy’s remedy for its own scotoma. It means a “blind spot” in your vision. In the world of psychology, behavioral science, and public relations/advertising it is called “belief-behavioral incongruence” or “delusional denial” causing damaging reactions in the real world.

Now you also have me to thank for your free psychoanalysis and medical diagnosis. Unfortunately, you have a poor prognosis. Scotomas are very difficult to treat. The blind and mentally ill simply can’t see what is right in front of them, even with 20/20 vision and high powered telescopes.

You continued, “In other words, the military’s AO capability is WAY BEYOND anything used in Astronomy, and their current capabilities remain classified. They would laugh at our puny AO devices.”

Even assuming that was true, Mr. Kanehau, there are three obvious problems with that statement:

(1) According to your posted article that was part of our discoveries published by TMT and dated 2012, the CCID-61 AO technology was heralded only recently. At that time (in 2012) it was referred to as a “prototype” of the most extraordinary and powerful kind developed by the U.S. Air Force’s Lincoln Labs. (I don’t suppose you see a “military connection” to this while suffering with a scotoma.);

(2) TMT news heralds the “world’s most powerful telescope.” Given this fact, it’s AO “eye” is extraordinary. It was developed by the military only three years ago. How stupid would the U.S. Air Force be to not be interested in the welfare, operations, and “connection” to their baby’s first trials in the “world’s most powerful telescope?” (Scotomas may cause “delusional” thinking, Mr. Kanehau.); and

(3) the AO infrared system (IR) is PRECISELY what Chinese officials published they were lacking in order to complete their space arsenal. So “the military’s AO capability is [NOT] WAY BEYOND anything used in [China]” The People’s Liberation Army “connections” through China’s “astronomical community” to the TMT is widely known and of great concern to military officials according to Congressional reports we republished in two chapters of our “Space Pearl Harbor e-book“. (For those who think our $9.95 download price for six months of our work is “self-serving,” please consider all public broadcasting services require support from people like you, funding, for example, our Space Pearl Harbor DVD freely viewed online by visiting SPACEPEARLHARBOR.com. This Herald Tribune newspaper costs as much as $1 to buy in some stores, doesn’t it? Is Editor Bock “self-serving?” Why doesn’t advertising revenue completely pay for readers’ access to news and commentary?)

You also wrote, “The biggest component is the laser itself – but most of these fit pretty nicely on a truck or plane, or ship. In fact, that is where they have been deployed.”

This is an accurate statement that we also make very clearly in our publications.

But unlike you, fraudulently concealing the “military connection” to the TMT, the Mauna Kea based TMT affords a “triangulation” capability for “real time” targeting of objects anywhere on earth (through the “eye” and high speed laser satellite “secured” telecommunications systems) enabling land based missile defenses, including mobile ones, for the world’s best C4ISR (i.e., Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance).

You continued, “Military lasers are all mobile devices. Does it not seem a bit stupid to put a major laser weapon on a naked mountain top at 13,796 feet where everyone can see it. Kind of makes it a sitting duck for a target, doesn’t it?”

GREAT POINT!

That is also a point that we raised, one of many justifying BLOCKING THE TMT’s CONSTRUCTION due to the risk to Big Islanders and people worldwide face–people who were defrauded by people like you, writing rhetorical questions like yours, and speaking through yellow-presses such as the TMT propaganda mill, the Hawaii Tribune Herald. People who speak with “forked tongues”–breathless ones—Haole’s—who suffer from scotomas and self-justifying psycho-pathologies to gain their payoffs and karma.

The World Trade Towers on 911 was also a “sitting duck for a target,” wasn’t it, you idiot!

Terrorism fueled by lying psychopaths who can justify and conceal anything and everything is a reality, in case you haven’t noticed from your “observatory.”

Beam us up Scotty. . . . There are no intelligent life forms on this planet inhabited by astronomers from Keck and TMT.

Mr. Kanehau, You have the audacity to write, “Dr Leonard Horowitz . . . is some character from Big Bang Theory” and “I’m not sure what you find so threatening. This is an IMAGE SENSOR. Like what is in your iPhone or digital camera.”

What I find “so threatening” Mr. Kanehau is that your illness is infectious, and has poisoned the minds of most of your colleagues and Tom Callis who now exhibit the same symptoms of hypocrisy, public deception, and consumer fraud. You want people to buy your bull to sell us on programs that pay your salaries regardless of risks or what cultures you destroy.

You demonstrate that the TMT SHOULD NEVER BE BUILT simply because hypocrites purporting to be “scientists” and “intelligent” people can’t see anything wrong in misrepresenting facts and fraudulently concealing military technologies performing “dual use” functions in our backyards risking nuclear Armageddon.  

Entrusting you and your ilk—so-called university “academics” —on your words is like trusting Satan on his promise to care for planet earth.

Putting the TMT AO in the hands of the Chinese military, while America is not even a partner in the TMT project on “American soil”—the “State of Hawaii” —threatens humanity; all nations who are not “partnered” or invested in the “war paradigm.”

And it is that paradigm, the “war paradigm” vs. the “peace paradigm” that Ms. Kane and I find most interesting, and compelling to cover as news of this saga unfolds before our eyes on our Big Island pitting people like you against our brothers and sisters who are being arrested, or who see and feel through their hearts in righteousness and honesty, telling you to “Get lost!” “Leave this sacred place!” “You lying multi-national corporate psychopaths and self-serving ‘scientists’ blindly defending genocide must go!”

“Sorry folks,” Mr. Kanehau concludes. “Nothing to see here except good old science at work!”

OPEN LETTER FROM DR. HOROWITZ TO HAWAII TRIBUNE HERALD EDITOR, DAVID BOCK

Dear Editor Bock:

Your Sunday, September 20, 2015 “Setting the Record Straight” invites corrections and a phone call to you, which I did today at your published telephone number, 808-930-7323.

My complaint is with your two-part article “TMT Aims for 2024 Completion.” Written by pro-TMT writer Tom Callis, the first segment is titled “Work Continues on Mirror, Other Telescope Features Despite Constructive Setback,” and the second article “’King of Hawaii’ Threatens to Send Armed ‘Marshals’ to Aid Telescope Protesters.” The first segment expresses the biased hope the telescope will be timely completed to aid “science,” and the second article aims to discredit an alleged Hawaiian royal by publishing opposition to his effort to send armed “marshals” to the site to protect the “protectors” and the cultural artifacts they erect.

The specific errors that you need to correct source from Tom Callis’s claim that the purported Royal Family descendant sent a letter to Governor Ige that “repeated a conspiracy theory spread on social media that claims the observatory will be used as a military weapon by the United States to target satellites.” This statement is false and misleading for several reasons, as I should know as the co-author (with investigative journalist Sherri Kane) of the 400 page book and 39 minute newscast on this subject now on the Internet providing accurate intelligence that your newspaper is (1) neglecting, and (2) misrepresenting.

The fact is the TMT “mirror” that you herald has an “eye” called the CCID-61 “prototype” Adaptive Optics (AO) hardware manufactured by the U.S. Air Force through their Lincoln Labs in Lexington, Massachusetts. The power of that new “eye” is unprecedented, and TMT is planned for use as a military testing ground not simply for the U.S. military, but for “partner” China—two nations vying for “space supremacy.”

You will recall that:

(1) the U.S. Govt. is not supposed to be involved in the TMT (i.e., the U.S. is not listed as a “partner” with China, Canada, India and Japan in the TMT project);

(2) China supports the Taliban in Afghanistan who are at war with America, and besides supporting Iran’s nuclear program, China is threatening our Pacific Fleet in Taiwan; and (3) throughout the seven (7) years of purported “open pubic debate” on the TMT land lease deal with the Univ. of Hawaii and Department of Land and Natural Resources (“DLNR”) all officials repeatedly claimed the TMT project has “no connections at all to the military.” That statement is not only a lie, but conceals the threat of a “Space Pearl Harbor” brought to the attention of a U.S. Congressional investigating committee earlier this year. That CCID-61 AO “eye” is chillingly useful for administering “counter space” and nuclear missile “defense” systems and military operations everywhere on earth in “real time” from the “high ground” of space as seen through that “eye.”

Accordingly, Tom Callis’s biased opinion published as a “news feature” by the Hilo Tribune Herald claiming the aforementioned is a “conspiracy theory” needs to be retracted with an apology to everyone who is justifiably concerned about the lies output by TMT proponents including Mr. Callis. Otherwise, your newspaper will become increasingly discredited as news filters-out through your online competition.

This includes the fact that hundreds of millions of dollars have been allocated to pro-TMT media outlets by a local public relations firm, and that it appears that Mr. Callis, with your complicity, is heralding a “conspiracy theory” to hash the disturbing “military reality” and fraud.

P.S. It is very apparent by your juxtaposed articles, and divisive content therein, that your newspaper discourages a unified anti-TMT effort, just as it discourages groups laboring for sovereignty and rights on par with those reclaimed by Native Americans; to come together with one organized voice to establish a provisional government.

In essence, yours is the voice of commercial fraud and political repression.

This article evidences the key “military connections” to the TMT project, and raises scientific, technical, legal, and political questions based on this emerging intelligence. Questions include “Why did TMT officials lie to conceal the U.S. Air Force’s involvement in producing the CCID-61 ‘eye’ of the telescope?” “What impact can this knowledge of military connections have in the scientific v. cultural debate?” “Why must anti-and-pro TMT activists, litigants, and military strategists monitor events in the Taiwan Strait, the fighting in Afghanistan, and the growing nuclear threat in Iran?”

This knowledge reflects the growing tensions between the U.S. and China pursuant to space supremacy and nuclear defense capabilities, and may impact contemporary geopolitics and the commercial interests of war-makers.

Introduction

ON THE TMT’s WEBSITE, (which TMT officials removed after we exposed it), under the subject heading “Observatory/ Site Information/ Facts & Rumors,” officials make the following representation:

 “The TMT is a purely scientific endeavor, and managed entirely by the university partners. There is no connection at all to the military.”

In Facebook responses to “Treason on Mauna Kea,” (July 13, 2015) published by these authors, Leonard G. Horowitz and Sherri Kane, on the website WarOnWeThePeople.com, TMT advocates working on Mauna Kea, and elsewhere, misrepresented, censored and/or diverted the debate over whether or not TMT is connected to the military.

These authors were disparaged for allegedly being “self-serving.” One was banned from posting the article and publishing anything on the “Stand for Mauna a Wakea” blog. Members of “Protect Mauna Kea” also censored the article. Another pro-TMT critic posting on the anti-TMT discussion group called the article “laughable.” Another called it “right wing” propaganda. Others smeared “Treason on Mauna Kea” as  “conspiracy theory.” One man, who identified himself as a “peace activist,” and rejected these authors as “conspiracy theorists,” stated: “I don’t believe in conspiracy theories or God, I believe in ‘scientific chaos theory.'”  Facebook blog administrators, including those representing themselves as supporting the “Lawful Hawaiian Government,” likewise struck the article and rejected the authors’ good faith correspondence.

Dominating debate on Facebook, on the “Protect Mauna Kea”  blog, was Andrew Cooper, the host of “A Darker View.” Mr. Cooper was later determined to be an engineer working at Keck on the TMT Project.

Cooper denied extensive knowledge evidencing the military connections to the development of the “eye” of the TMT–the critical CCID-61 imaging technology developed by the U.S. Air Force’s Lincoln Labs in Massachusetts. The TMT/Keck employee downright denied, concealed, and evaded evidence published by his TMT supervisor, Brent L. Ellerbroek,

“There is a huge difference between buying tech from an aerospace contractor,” Cooper wrote, “and being used for a military purpose.”

Elizabeth Kubler Ross, the Swiss-American psychiatrist who pioneered near-death studies, and wrote the groundbreaking book On Death and Dying, defended her theory of denial as a necessary stage of coping with news of impending death.

Is there a military connection to the TMT?

The Oxford Dictionary defines the word “connection” as:

“A relationship in which a person, thing, or idea is linked or associated with something else.”

To have a “connection” therefore does not require “purpose,” merely association.

Public Relations (PR) officials working to promote the TMT are presumed to have chosen their words carefully in their media advertisements. They represented “no military connection” under a section entitled “Facts & Rumors.” Therein, TMT officials wrote specifically to the “rumor” that there was a connection to the military. Below is the text, and a screenshot of the official publication, that asks and answers:

“‘Is there any military connection to TMT?‘

No. The TMT is a purely scientific endeavor, and managed entirely by the university partners. There is no connection at all to the military”

PR executives published the words “at all” for emphasis after the word “connection.” Clearly TMT officials ruled out even a weak connection in order to reiterate its representation that TMT is a “purely scientific endeavor.”

But the “military connection” is absolutely certain. And the propaganda satisfies the legal definition of  a “fraudulent misrepresentation.” That is, statement known to be false when it was made, in order to cause people to do things they would not do if they had full knowledge.

In fact, the purposeful concealment of at least one military connection, and evidence of others in Department of Defense publications, and the TMT’s own scientific documents, satisfies the legal elements of fraudulent concealment for which TMT officials are liable to the public and individual property owners.

The following publications and discussions clearly demonstrate, beyond any doubt, that the key “critical” Advanced Optics (AO) “prototype”  instrument awaiting “first light” trials at the TMT,  was designed, fabricated, and tested by the DoD/MIT Lincoln Labs for the United States Air Force (USAF). “First light” means when the technology first becomes operational. There is no doubt that China is working to convert this AO CCID-61 American military advancement at the present time to optimize the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Space-based C4ISR (i.e., Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance). As stated in a recent report to Congress on China’s Space and Counterspace Programs:

“A robust, space-based C4ISR system is often described as a critical component of a future networked PLA. The necessity to develop space-based C4ISR systems is based on the requirement to develop power-projection and precision-strike capabilities. The development of long-range cruise missiles and ballistic missiles requires the ability to locate and target enemy ships and bases hundreds of kilometers away from China’s shores, as well as the ability to coordinate these operations with units from multiple services. In doing so, remote sensing satellites can provide intelligence on the disposition of enemy forces and provide strategic intelligence before a conflict begins. Communication satellites can provide global connectivity and can facilitate communications between far-flung forces. Navigation and positioning satellites can provide critical information on location and can improve the accuracy of strikes.”

Facts evidencing TMT’s military connection with DoD (MIT/ Lincoln Labs), Starfire Optical Range (Kirtland AFB) and the USAF

The following information confirming a military connection to the TMT sources from Keck “engineer” Andrew Cooper’s senior TMT instrument director, Brent L. Ellerbroek, who wrote:

“The LGS WFS design for NFIRAOS [Narrow Field Infrared Adaptive Optics System used in the TMT] features a ‘polar coordinate’ CCD array with a pixel geometry customized for use with elongated laser guide star images.” (Adkins2012).

“In 2011, MIT Lincoln Laboratory [US Air Force/Department of Defense] completed the fabrication, probing, dicing, frontside processing, back-side thinning, and packaging of several single quadrant, 30×30 subaperture prototypes of this device (see Fig. 8).” (Emphasis added.)

Furthermore, according to Adaptive Optics Systems III, Brent L. Ellerbroek [TMT AO manager]; Enrico Marchetti; Jean-Pierre Véran, Amsterdam, Netherlands, July 01, 2012:

“The polar coordinate detector is designed to address the problem of adaptive optics (AO) laser guide star (LGS) spot image elongation in Shack Hartmann wavefront sensors for extremely large telescopes. The prototype detector, designated the CCID-61, was developed in collaboration with the MIT Lincoln Laboratory [USAF/DoD]. The CCID-61 implements a detector for one quadrant (30 x 30 subapertures) of the planned 60 x 60 subaperture LGS wavefront sensors of the TMT early light AO system NFIRAOS.” (Emphasis added.)

The above expert intelligence contradicts Andrew Cooper’s repeated claim that the TMT contains simply “commercial,” but not “military,” technologies.

Cooper’s and TMT’s propaganda is also solidly debunked by his associate at Keck in the publication: “Measured performance of the prototype polar coordinate CCD array” by Sean M. Adkins W. M. Keck Observatory, 65-1120 Mamalahoa Highway, Kamuela, HI, USA 96743.

According to Adkins these military-produced CCDs are prototypes, not conventional, nor commercially available! Remember, the CCID-61 is the “eye” of the TMT in the Advanced Optics (AO) system.

Explaining the metaphor. The CCID-61 “sees” the light coming through the lens, records that image, and issues “real time” feedback and control over a special “deformable mirror.” This system enables the telescope to function like a general in the field of battle. It records intelligence, and issues orders in response to what enemies might be doing in space, including next moves so that the Air Force and/or the Navy can make instant adjustments, including weapons strike coordinates, via satellite telecommunications.

Explaining for technology buffs the unique problems this extraordinary intelligence gathering system can have due to its large size, Adkins reiterated the military connection, writing:

“The prototype detector, designated the CCID-61, was developed in collaboration with the MIT Lincoln Laboratory [USAF/DoD]. If a conventional detector is used, then a large number of pixels will be required for the detector, since the orientation of the axis of elongation varies across the detector. In effect the polar coordinate detector adopts an approach referred to as the “designer detector;” which takes advantage of the flexibility of computer aided design of CCDs, and the ability to fabricate semiconductor devices with very fine scale features. In brief, the idea of designer detectors is to discard the conventional approach to CCD design which uses a regular grid to define a two dimensional array of pixels. . . .

Adkins continued: “The CCID-61 was fabricated on a dedicated AO and high speed imager wafer run at MIT/LL [Lincoln Labs/USAF]  jointly funded by WMKO, the TMT, and the Starfire Optical Range (SOR) of the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). . . .”

Adkins then thanked seven (7) specialists, each with military clearances required to work on this project, thusly: “In addition, the author would like to especially acknowledge the contributions of Brian Aull, Brad Felton, Jim Gregory, Kay Johnson, Dan O’Mara, Robert Reich, and Dan Schutte, all of MIT/Lincoln Labs.”

So now you have at least two “military connections” to the TMT: (1) the USAF Lincoln Labs, and (2) the USAF Starfire Optical Range.

And there are more than these as you will read below.

(FYI: Starfire is the leading military Adaptive Optics (AO) facility for the U.S. military, located at Kirkland Airforce base in New Mexico. TMT is three times larger than Starfire. And when Extremely Large Telescopes (ELTs) are implemented at the Starfire range, or on Mauna Kea, the CCID-61 prototype shall serve to pioneer the military applications of the same or similar technology. A number of CCDs beyond 61 have been developed and are either being tested, or await testing.)

Q. Why Did TMT Officials Lie? (Alternatively, “How or why does China’s ‘partnership’ in the TMT threaten U.S. National Security?”)

Now you will need to judge whether this is a “conspiracy theory” or an actual conspiracy.

In simple terms, the TMT project will give China an advantage in space earned by years of USAF military R&D costing billions of dollars; and in return, America will get nothing new.

In return for granting Chinese “scientists” access to the CCID-61 technology, the Chinese will deliver nothing of military value, and nothing new in the world of astronomy either.

In fact, giving China access to the advanced prototype CCDs becoming field-operational for the first time in the giant telescope on Mauna Kea gives China a military advantage in space that potentially neutralizes, or certainly threatens, America’s satellites and satellite controlled nuclear defenses. With China having access to American military-developed CCDs, they will be able to shoot down our satellites in the highest orbits at ease–something that they are not able to do at present.

To consider this urgent matter in detail, you need some technical understanding of what the TMT AO system is, the problems faced by the Chinese vs. USAF researchers and developers who made it, especially the CCID-61 prototype that China will undoubtedly seek to convert to their own military uses once they have access to it.

Then, in contrast, if you are an American, and support American service men and women,  you will probably feel like these authors do–completely betrayed.

Now the corporate-controlled media’s silence on this technology and its pending transfer from the US to China at the TMT is deafening. While Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner is making headline news, China’s allies in Iran and Afghanistan are testing America’s diplomacy and nuclear strategy that has taken years for USAF researchers and developers to evolve. Figuring out how to capture images in space that are prone to distort due to the increasing sizes of telescopes was not easy. The Chinese did not worked on this problem. The USAF did. America sourced this “prototype” technology. The hardware is so new that it still has “kinks” that are supposed to be worked out when the system goes online.

We considered what the Chinese are giving America, while threatening war in the Taiwan Strait, and aiding enemies in Afghanistan and the Middle East. The Chinese government now mass produces “drones” and/or missiles directed by satellite intelligence and images. These military systems would be greatly improved by applications of USAF CCD technology. It would give China the capacity to see and target military telecommunications satellites, better than the Chinese military can do now.

Here’s the tech speak on the AO system being given the Chinese “astronomers,” followed by a brief explanation of what America is getting in return:

“Integral to any AO system is the wavefront sensor (WFS). The WFS serves as the eyes of an adaptive optics system. It collects information about the phase aberrations in an incoming wavefront which is then used by the reconstruction algorithm to control the deformable mirror (DM).” Reference.

The “eye” of the telescope sees an image in space filtered through a yellow laser beam that cuts through the atmospheric distortion caused by pollution, bad weather, and more. Thus, the “eye” adapts to, and records, the light projecting from objects in space (light bouncing back off the objects). This military CCD system is described as “a low noise, polar coordinate CCD array optimized for helping the wavefront sensor.”

To be clear that the technological exchange is inequitable, China is said to be responsible for the “Laser Guide Star” (LGS) system. That system includes the array of 6 to 9 lasers that shoot a yellow (589nm) beam up above the atmosphere. That beam creates what is called a “point star,” or a group of “guide stars” called “asterisms.” These lasers, coupled with the AO system, increases the accuracy of measuring the light and sound signals (i.e., photons and phonons) returning from objects tracked in space. As mentioned, an adjustable mirror in the TMT is designed to adjust in nanoseconds to capture the clearest images possible, and track the objects better, such as satellites, missiles, or space debris. This enables military facilities on the ground to target the images most effectively.

But the lasers themselves, and the technology of creating the asterisms or wave front sensors, is nothing new, according to the experts.

Read what the Chinese government admitted–how much they are looking forward to getting their hands on this CCD TMT technology. And read between the lines. This is not simply about “astronomy research” or the ancient “Big Bang.” This impacts the pending “Big Bang” resulting from current events in the worlds of politics, economics, military science, the “balance of powers,” and what is happening in the world today.

To understand why China would want to partner in the TMT, read this article published by the Chinese Government titled, “Science Case for the Chinese TMT Project,” that states:

“China has no access to infrared CCD technology. . . . [T]he TMT project requires a multitude of expertise in science, technology, engineering and management; such teams are not yet mature within China. Lastly, the cost involved is prohibitive for any single country. All the proposed 30m class telescopes (TMT, GMT, and E-ELT) involve large international collaborations. The Chinese participation in TMT will bring a number of scientific, managerial, technological and industrial benefits to China:

• It will thrust China into the forefront of astronomy in the extremely large telescope era; it will establish a platform for China to collaborate and compete with world astronomers.
• It will also enable other large Chinese science projects such as LAMOST and FAST to realise their fullest science capabilities and potentials.
• It will enable China to learn key technologies in advanced optics, mechanics, electronics and automation, including technologies in IR CCDs that are inaccessible currently. [Emphasis added.]”

“The Chinese Astrophysics Strategy Committee ( 天体物理发展战略专家委员会 ), after careful deliberations, recommended the participation in the TMT as the highest priority for the future development of Chinese astronomy.

It should be noted that China’s investment in the TMT involves the LGSF, according to the Institute of Optics and Electronics (IOE). The IOE is part of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (“CAS”).² The CAS acts in concert with the Chinese Astronomical Society. The CAS is the Astronomical Society’s parent group.  The National Astronomical Observatories also falls under the CAS, which controls the Institute for High Energy Physics that operates on behalf of China’s nuclear energy and nuclear weapons industries. The government of China controls the CAS and its subordinate nuclear interests. In other words, the TMT “partnership” feeds China’s nuclear industry America’s most advanced military optics technology crucial to Star Wars operations against America’s nuclear defenses.

It would be unreasonable, and even treasonous, to argue otherwise, given the recent Congressional Report (February 18, 2015), titled “China’s Space and Counterspace Programs,” in which it is clearly stated (pg. 12):

Is the TMT’s “no military connection” advertisement a “fraudulent misrepresentation,” actionable in a court of law?

Throughout the “7-year public process” of securing consent for the TMT construction, officials consistently repeated the meme that the telescope was “pure science.”

To be against TMT was to be against “progress,” knowledge, and mankind’s future.

This agenda was carefully crafted and implemented in order to counterbalance, and ultimately displace, the “sacred” view held by philosophical and cultural opponents serving to protect Mauna Kea.

The idea that TMT was “pure science” legitimized the view that there should be a compromise. The propaganda placed the protectors of Mauna Kea on the defensive. After all, native Hawaiians were descendants of great mariners who looked to the stars for guidance. The pursuit of “pure science” and the exploration of the stars was part of our common heritage. The telescope is just a modern canoe. Surely Mauna Kea is big enough for both scientific exploration and the sacred to co-exist, the majority of people believe.

But the false characterization that the telescope has no military connection voids the project’s contracts and the public’s trust. The military involvement does not comport with the County of Hawaii Master Plan II F, Sec 153.  And neglected questions/public hearings regarding these military connections, and their impact on the definition of “scientific complex,” which the lease exclusively permits and requires, were obviously obviated for DNLR permitting purposes.

The DECISION AND ORDER following the FINDING OF FACTS AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW pursuant to the TMT permitting process in which the University of Hawaii at Hilo (UHH) prevailed against cultural objectors states in relevant parts:

Now that military connections to the TMT are irrefutable, and unreasonable considering the risk to U.S. National Security and the U.S. Military from giving China access to advanced military technology, the contract(s) are void.

Fraud vitiates all contracts, written or verbal, sealed or unsealed. [Landmark Dev. Group v. Tmk Assocs., 2002 Conn. Super. LEXIS 731 (Conn. Super. Ct. Mar. 5, 2002)]  If an assignment, such as a land grant, is obtained through some kind of fraud, the entire assignment in invalid.  Fraud destroys the validity of everything into which it enters.  It vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments. [International Milling Co. v. Priem, 179 Wis. 622 (Wis. 1923)]

Dismissing lawsuits bearing on these military questions and public safety concerns in federal court is not likely to happen, because of the fraud and material facts in dispute. The military connections to the project, violating laws, neglecting officials’ public duties, fraudulently concealing from the public the facts, is not in the public’s interest and must be tried before a jury.

What if TMT and UHH officials were to apologize for committing fraud, would the project continue?

No. Not likely. Not without more fraud and crime committed in contempt of court(s).

The military connections negate the “purely scientific” purpose espoused by officials. For TMT officials to now argue, after these concealed connections have been disclosed, that TMT can be used for both science and military is at best disingenuous. Considering the real and present Chinese threat, that backpedaling could be adjudged treasonous.

TMT officials’ falsely-promulgated “no connection” meme runs contrary to “public trust doctrine,” especially since it makes Mauna Kea a military target, as well as a military asset.

The permit was given without any reference to these facts. Under statute and administrative rule 2C23A, the proposed land use is consistent with the “conservation district.” That includes conserving, protecting, preserving, and promoting long-term sustainability, public health, safety and welfare, under 13-5-30 of the Hawaii Administrative Rules. This cannot be accomplished if everyone is forced to worry about the fraud, military attacks, and risk of the Chinese wiping out America’s satellites and nuclear defenses.

Also the project needs to conform to the “Master Plan’s” goals and objectives, and be consistent with the Master Plan’s design guidelines. This same Master Plan requires community involvement in the management of Mauna Kea as a “scientific reserve.” The general lease allows for the UHH to use the leased land as a “scientific complex,” and as a buffer zone to prevent activities inimical (i.e., against) to said “scientific complex.”

So one big issue is whether the proposed land use is consistent with the criteria set forth in Hawaii’s Administrative Rule section 3-5-30(C).  And because there has been so much fraud, and no public participation or debate on all the above risks, material facts, and the military applications, a simple apology is insufficient.

In fact, now that there are so many material facts in dispute, a trial by jury is required to resolve all the claims and counterclaims the project, fraud, and damages have caused.

Why did TMT officials willfully and knowingly misrepresent and conceal military connections?

 

We are not sure, but advance two “theories” best explaining the obvious fraud and crime.

 

 

1) Public Approval: The idea of “pure science” was so important to the telescope’s public approval, TMT officials strategically and categorically denied that the military was connected to the design, manufacture, and testing of one of the telescope’s key components–the CCID-61–the “eye” of telescope that could be instrumental in missile guidance, satellite recognizance, and nuclear defense.

 

2) Legal Red Tape: It seems that TMT officials’ bad faith publications and fraudulent concealment(s) of the “military connection” by which TMT might “export,” and China might “import” the CCID–61 technology may have a lot to do with required restrictions and bureaucratic “red tape.” Any possibility of exporting advanced American military intelligence and technologies to China would require a special treaty and/or presidential oversight, and involve the Arms Export Control Act, 22 USC 2778.

That Law passed by Congress states, in relevant part (with emphasis added):

(a) Presidential control of exports and imports of defense articles and services, guidance of policy, etc.; . . . negotiations information

• (1) In furtherance of world peace and the security and foreign policy of the United States, the President is authorized to control the import and the export of defense articles and defense services and to provide foreign policy guidance to persons of the United States involved in the export and import of such articles and services. The President is authorized to designate those items which shall be considered as defense articles and defense services for the purposes of this section and to promulgate regulations for the import and export of such articles and services. The items so designated shall constitute the United States Munitions List.

• (2) Decisions on issuing export licenses under this section shall take into account whether the export of an article would contribute to an arms race, aid in the development of weapons of mass destruction, support international terrorism, increase the possibility of outbreak or escalation of conflict, or prejudice the development of bilateral or multilateral arms control or nonproliferation agreements or other arrangements.

• (3) In exercising the authorities conferred by this section, the President may require that any defense article or defense service be sold under this chapter as a condition of its eligibility for export, and may require that persons engaged in the negotiation for the export of defense articles and services keep the President fully and currently informed of the progress and future prospects of such negotiations.

Assuming, for the sake of argument, that the U.S. had signed an official treaty with China permitting TMT officials to transfer or “share” the CCID-61 with China that is allied with (and trading with) enemies at war with America, such as the Taliban in Afghanistan, even that exception would not be permitted under 22 USC 2778, because this law limits the scope of such a treaty for:

• (III) defense articles and defense services listed in the Missile Technology Control Regime Annex Category II that are for use in rocket systems, as that term is used in such Annex, including associated production facilities, software, or technology;. . . . (Emphasis added.)
  

The “eyes” of a telescopic system developed by the USAF that could be used militarily for rocket or missile guidance or defense, appears to be technology that would fit this 22 USC 2778 description.

The question is, therefore, not whether the TMT has an astronomical purpose, or a military purpose, or both. The cat is now out of the bag. Even if officials were to claim a dual use, restrictions would kick in under the Arms Export Control Act, and the first question to be asked is whether the CCID–61 would be considered “significant military equipment” restricted for transfer to the Chinese in accordance with section 120.19.

And that answer has already been concealed. The answer, in these authors’ opinions, is “Yes.”

So we are calling upon TMT officials to come clean now, to inform people honestly that its “prototype,” the “ultimate” CCID-61 Air Force property and technology, illegally administered on State, or otherwise Hawaiian, property is significant. (No one has addressed this question.) Further, we are petitioning by this article and public “Notice” officials of the DLNR to suspend UHH’s license pending further investigation in this matter.

Since China supports the Taliban in Afghanistan, and is preparing for war against the United States in the Taiwan Strait or even Iran, what should TMT officials and citizens claiming interest in Mauna Kea do?

Unless they wish to commit treason against America, they should stop the project that threatens violations of the Trading With The Enemy Act, returning any money or property to China that China has invested in the TMT, and terminate the “partnership” in good faith.

To reiterate, America’s key contribution to the TMT project is the NFIRAOS (Narrow Field Infra Red Adaptive Optics System), that includes the Wavefront Sensor, and CCD “eyes” of the Wavefront Sensor. Alternatively, China purportedly contributed the Laser Guidestar Facility, (LGSF). The former is new, extraordinarily powerful military developed technology, while the latter is relatively old, not especially powerful and commercially available technology. Return it to China.

China’s investments in the project should be refunded, reflecting the official Chinese intelligence report of Kai Wei, Institute of Optics and Electronics (Nov. 4, 2014), in the “TMT LGSF (Laser Guide Star Facility) Cooperative Study.”

The remaining “partners” could then, conceivably, continue the project and its legal defense, providing they do it in good faith without breaking more laws.

Under the present circumstances, and the Arms Export and Trading with the Enemy Act of 1933, TMT officials are required to serve Notice to the President of the United States, and his “Alien Property Custodian,” as codified in Title 50, Section 3, of that Act.

Reason?

The definition of “ally of enemy” in that law makes TMT project officers and their PR “trolls” serving propaganda on the Internet on behalf of China and their concealed special interests traitors to America, and especially the citizens of Hawaii.

China has been harshly criticized recently by Hillary Rodham Clinton for “trying to hack into everything that doesn’t move,” and putting American National Security interests at risk. Related warnings have come from Republican Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Government Oversight, who has blasted China for funding anti-U.S. radio broadcasts supporting the Taliban.

“That China would be involved in anti-U.S./NATO broadcasts in Afghanistan should not be surprising, especially in the Pashto language,” Rohrabacher told the Free Beacon in a recent statement. “It is from the Pashtun tribes in Afghanistan and Pakistan that the Taliban recruit.”

Thus far, TMT officials and their PR minions have censored, concealed, misrepresented, or diverted from intelligence that risks U.S. National Security, to benefit mainly their bank accounts, egos, and China.

Quoting again from the Congressional Record “China’s Space and Counterspace Programs,” (pp. 13-15):

Below is the law³ that can and should be used against this grave risk to America, even civilization as a whole. This law also promises Mauna Kea protectors and cultural defenders relief, and even possibly the return of the contested property to its rightful owner(s).

The first legal requirement is that TMT officials submit at least one, perhaps two, “reports” of their alliance with China, honestly and openly detailing the advanced “prototype” U.S. Air Force technology—the CCID-61—being traded with the Taliban’s ally, very probably providing China with the capacity to knock out America’s nuclear defenses and satellite telecommunications.

Those legitimate parties claiming an interest and ownership in Mauna Kea can and should file reports or notices to: (1) President Obama; and (2) the Alien Property Custodian, to seize Mauna Kea to be held in trust pending “due process” and adjudicating all the claims of all the parties claiming damages and threats to America.

Q. What if TMT Officials Were to Claim a “Dual Use” for the CCD Technology?

We posed this question to California Attorney at Law, Mitch Fine. He replied that TMT’s sharing of the CCD “prototype” technology in “partnership” with China could reasonably be considered a “transfer of military equipment.”
 
According to the U.S. Export Control System, Fine explained, “Goods and technologies are considered to be dual-use when they can be used for both civil and military purposes, such as special materials, sensors and lasers, and high-end electronics.”
 
“In 1999, in response to the transfer of space technology to China by two U.S. Corporations in violation of military export rules, the National Defense Authorization Act required all space technology exports to China be treated as a military transfer.
 
“In 2009 this law was amended, but in 2012 the Office of the Secretary of Defense’s Annual Report to Congress for 2011 on Military and Security Developments Involving the People’s Republic of China concluded:
 
‘As China advances in operational space capabilities, it is actively focusing on how to destroy, disrupt, or deny U.S. access to our own space assets…
 
‘…China’s continuing efforts to acquire U.S. military and dual use technologies are enabling China’s science and technology base to advance its defense industrial capability and to improve its technological acumen in areas critical to the development of military weapons and communications systems…
 
‘…Many of the organizations comprising China’s military-industrial complex have both military and civilian research and development functions. This network of government-affiliated companies and research institutes enables the PLA to access sensitive and dual-use technologies under the guise of civilian research and development. The enterprises accomplish this through technology conferences and symposia, legitimate contracts and joint commercial ventures, partnerships with foreign firms, and joint development of specific technologies…
 

‘…China’s civilian and military space industry are fused together such that reasonable regulators must consider the high likelihood that space-related items and technology will be diverted from a civil use and applied to military programs.'”
 
“The application of civilian technology to military use is a tradition with a rich pedigree in modern  Chinese history… party officials unveiled the “16-Character Policy” in 1997, a directive intended to  foster mutually reinforcing relationships between China’s military and commercial institutions. The  instructions contained in the 16 characters translate literally as: “combine the military and civil” (jun-min jiehe); “combine peace and war” (ping-zhan jiehe); “give priority to military products” (jun-pin youxian); and “let the civil support the military” (yi min yan jun), (U.S. DTRA/ 9.2010)”
 
 
 
Says Fine, “My concerns were definitely heightened by this Report to Congress and after reviewing the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s findings on China’s past acquisition of dual use technology for military purposes. If it is determined that the DOD polar coordinate CCD prototype, or the Geiger-Mode Avalanche Photodiode (GM-APD), are dual use technologies, it would be my hope that this would trigger a review by U.S. Strategic Command prior to allowing China access.
 

If officials and citizens claiming interest in Mauna Kea fail to act, what could happen?

New technologies providing advanced military capabilities are expected to be added to the TMT and positioned on Mauna Kea or elsewhere, including energy weapons.

Below is a screenshot of one of many military defense contractors’ websites, showing contracts given to NANOHMICS that give us some idea of these rapid advancements in Star Wars capabilities, including directed energy weapons; and even how the military has been gearing up to fight the Chinese in the Taiwan Strait.

According to the DOD, in its Annual Report to Congress titled “Military and Security Developments Involving the People’s Republic of China, 2015,” China’s ability to conduct long-range reconnaissance and strike operations is a very serious liability.

China is advancing its development and deployment of UAVs, that is, “unmanned aircraft systems,” such as drones.  Quoting that recent publication, “Some estimates indicate China plans to produce upwards of 41,800 land-and-sea-based unmanned [AUTONOMOUS] systems, worth about $10.5 billion, between 2014 and 2023. During 2013, China began incorporating its UAVs into military exercises and conducted ISR over the East China Sea with the BZK-005 UAV. In 2013, China unveiled details of four UAVs under development—the Xianglong, Yilong, Sky Saber, and Lijian—the last three of which are designed to carry precision-strike capable.” (Emphasis added.)

Many industry articles relay the seriousness, even urgency, of concealed technology transfers involving the two superpowers–the U.S. and China–preparing for a “Space Pearl Harbor.” One such article was written by Craig Covault titled, “US Warns China to Halt ASAT Threats as Defense Dept. Reorganizes for Improved Space Warfare Capability.” Covault wrote, “Significant changes are underway in U.S. military space operations due to the growing threat from Chinese anti-satellite (ASAT) weapons and the exponential growth in lightsats and CubeSats that threaten to “darken the sky,” consuming huge bandwidth while also raising new satellite collision dangers.

The “darken the sky” vision may refer to the capacity of China to “darken the sky” in the Taiwan Strait with thousands of drones targeting America’s largest aircraft carriers in the Pacific Fleet. The drones could be equipped with torpedoes and missiles. America’s fleet largely depends upon satellite telecommunications that could simultaneously be compromised by the Chinese, especially if they were to make use of the technology transferred to them through the TMT project.

Hawaii, currently under American military occupation, could soon fall under China’s occupation, since the Pacific Fleet is increasingly being made more vulnerable through covert “business deals” involving military contractors and China. The actual TMT contract between the partners and China is nowhere to be found on the Internet.

Since the 1980s, wrote Joseph Bosco for The Diplomat (May 15, 2015)  Taiwan has advanced through a phased “planned transition to democracy;” meaning “that Washington and the West . . . Americans, and Japanese, could look at Taiwan as a moral and political soul mate, certainly by contrast to a country ruled by the Chinese Communist Party.”

When President Obama announced what he called the U.S. “pivot to Asia” before the Australian parliament in 2011, Bosco recalled, “he linked America’s strategic interests [in Taiwan] to the success of democracy in the region and pledged ‘every element of American power’ to achieving ‘security, prosperity, and dignity for all.’”

America’s commitment in defense of Taiwan against Chinese aggression – as well as to stability in the Taiwan Strait that might be threatened by military action against Taiwan by China. Such conflict is rationalized by “Taiwan’s geopolitical position in East Asia and America’s own strategic interests.” General Douglas MacArthur, who was responsible for the postwar transitional administration of Japan, said:

“I believe if you lose Formosa [i.e., Taiwan], you lose the key to our littoral line of defense . . . the Philippines and Japan both would be untenable from our military point of view.

[F]rom our standpoint we practically lose the Pacific Ocean [including Hawaii] if we give up or lose Formosa. . . . We do not need Formosa for bases or anything else. But Formosa should not be allowed to fall into red hands.

If the enemy secured Formosa and secured thereby the Pacific Ocean, that would immeasurably increase the dangers of that ocean being used as an avenue of advance by any potential enemy.”

Conclusion

We have obviously entered a new era in military preparedness, in a most turbulent age of geopolitical and economic instability. At the time of this writing, the Obama Administration’s Pacific Fleet and military space commanders have openly protested against China’s anti-satellite (ASAT) developments. China’s capacity to knock out America’s strategic nuclear weapons satellites is chilling, nightmarish, and now very real.

In the view of these authors, based on certain military concealments, the TMT may play an important role in America’s downfall. The CCID-61 provides China with the technology to administer a “Space Pearl Harbor.” Since this could be a re-run of 1941, these authors are compelled by public duty doctrine to bring this information to the public’s attention.

With the TMT, State and federal policy makers have been caught in a lie. They told us the construction had “no connection at all to the military,” Now that lie is shown to risk U.S. National Security.

Our nuclear defense strategy has been central to U.S. foreign policy for the past sixty years. During that time the war industry has shifted rapidly, especially during the past two decades with the emergence of satellite telecommunications and directed energy weapons. The speed and accuracy of this war technology has rapidly moved to China.

“Pride comes before the fall.” America’s openness and arrogance about their nuclear supremacy, sharing increasingly intelligence, military secrets, and technologies with China is the West’s Achilles heal.

War history forebodes reliance on outdated methods and materials resulting in defeated nations.  Examples include the rapid defeat of France by “Blitzkrieg methods” used by the Nazis. Germany’s armored infantry with close air support annihilated foot soldiers exclusively relied upon in previous wars. World War II similarly ceased with two nuclear bombs. World War III is expected to follow this pattern of innovation. Officials predict the Pacific Fleet will engage drone-darkened skies, at a time when its satellite telecommunications and America’s nuclear defenses may go offline.

Call the President and your favorite Senator. Tell them what TMT officials have been concealing at everyone’s risk.

When we peel off TMT’s mask, what we see is not a vision of an open ended quest for knowledge. What we see is a hand full of university astronomers who are willing to defile a sacred mountain, and compromise US national security, in order to gain access to the latest astronomical toys for their viewing pleasure.

These agents of deception, by concealing their trade with the enemy using advanced C4ISR technology that is critical militarily, are traitors and should be treated as such.

Lists of enemy or ally of enemy officers, directors or stockholders of corporations in United States

“Any person in the United States who holds or has or shall hold or have custody or control of any property beneficial or otherwise, alone or jointly with others, of, for, or on behalf of an enemy or ally of enemy, or of any person whom he may have reasonable cause to believe to be an enemy or ally of enemy and any person in the United States who is or shall be indebted in any way to an enemy or ally of enemy, or to any person whom he may have reasonable cause to believe to be an enemy or ally of enemy, shall, with such exceptions and under such rules and regulations as the President shall prescribe, . . . or within thirty days after such property shall come within his custody or control, or after such debt shall become due, report the fact to the alien-property custodian by written statement under oath containing such particulars as said custodian shall require. The President may also require a similar report of all property so held, of, for, or on behalf of, and of all debts so owed to, any person now defined as an enemy or ally of enemy, . . .

The alien-property custodian report or Notice might ask for “declaratory judgment” on the questionable contract and property use between the Univ. of Hawaii et. al., and the TMT China et. al. alliance leasing Mauna Kea. Whether this lease was legally executed (i.e., honestly—without concealments and misrepresentations) needs to be included in the “Report” of the alliance involving current ally of the Taliban, China, including details of the threat of knocking out America’s nuclear defense and threat to telecommunications using the CCID-61, since related laws read:

Contracts, mortgages, or pledges against or with enemy or ally of enemy; abrogation of contracts; suspension of limitations.

(b) Any contract entered into prior to the beginning of the war between any citizen of the United States or any corporation organized within the United States, and an enemy or ally of an enemy, the terms of which provide for the delivery, during or after any war in which a present enemy or ally of enemy nation has been or is now engaged, of anything produced, mined, or manufactured in the United States, may be abrogated by such citizen or corporation by serving thirty days’ notice in writing upon the alien property custodian of his or its election to abrogate such contract.

(a) Any person not an enemy or ally of enemy claiming any interest, right, or title in any money or other property which may have been conveyed, transferred, assigned, delivered, or paid to the Alien Property Custodian or seized by him hereunder and held by him or by the Treasurer of the United States, or to whom any debt may be owing from an enemy or ally of enemy whose property or any part thereof shall have been conveyed, transferred, assigned, delivered, or paid to the Alien Property Custodian or seized by him hereunder and held by him or by the Treasurer of the United States may file with the said custodian a notice of his claim under oath and in such form and containing such particulars as the said custodian shall require; and the President, if application is made therefor by the claimant, may order the payment, conveyance, transfer, assignment, or delivery to said claimant of the money or other property so held by the Alien Property Custodian or by the Treasurer of the United States, or of the interest therein to which the President shall determine said claimant is entitled: . . . .

Then the President, without any application being made therefor, may order the payment, conveyance, transfer, assignment, or delivery of such money or other property held by the Alien Property Custodian or by the Treasurer of the United States, or of the interest therein to which the President shall determine such person entitled, either to the said owner or to the person by whom said property was conveyed, transferred, assigned, delivered, or paid over to the Alien Property Custodian: . . .”

Officials Lie About Military Involvements in the World’s Most Advanced “Purely Scientific” Telescope; the TMT Fraud Amounts to Treason on Mauna Kea for Giving China Control Over Capabilities Risking America’s National Security and Nuclear Advantage

Hilo, HI (July 12, 2015)– Construction on the Thirty Meter Telescope (TMT)–the world’s most advanced optical technology claimed by officials to have “no connection at all to the military,” contains the most advanced Star Wars capabilities for nuclear supremacy.

Worse than defrauding the public, officials have apparently committed treason and sedition according to documents herein revealed. Governor Ige; the mayor of Hawaii County; officials from Canada, China, India, and Japan; the University of California, California Institute of Technology, and the University of Hawaii, have neglected, or purposely concealed, irrefutable evidence that U.S. defense secrets, including TMT’s satellite targeting systems, are being placed at grave risk by China’s “partnership” in the project endangering U.S. National Security.

This conspiracy to defraud people amounts to treason on Mauna Kea, and a clear and present danger to America should this program continue and war breaks out between China and the United States, as some officials are now threatening.

The Scene of the Crime

Mauna Kea is the tallest mountain in the world, considered sacred by native Hawaiians. Beyond being the place where the first light strikes the planet, Mauna Kea is central to prophesy. Hawaiian elders and kahunas honor this  outdoor “temple” from which a spiritual “umbilical cord” connecting to earth from the heart of the universe in the “last days” is expected to manifest to secure the ‘Aina (“the land that feeds”).

This “temple” is also prophesied to play a key role in restoring the aloha spirit internationally in the “end times.” An energy vortex, that many people claim to feel here, blesses these lands surrounding the TMT construction site.

Many native Hawaiians blame their culture’s and the environment’s demise on the “breathless-ones”–spiritless white men called “Ha`ole.” This aboriginal attitude is similar to the Native American proverb, “White men speak with forked tongues.” Some Hawaiians justifiably argue the mindless, soul-suppressed, intruders, virtual slaves to Babylonian-style deceptions, threaten civilization with extinction.

The events recorded here on Hawaii’s Big Island during the past few months are increasingly justifying the harshest critics, as the ancient prophesies appear to be unfolding on time.

Science vs. Spirituality: The PSYOPS for Mission Control

“We have nothing against science,” the masses of protestors affirm as they  block access to the $1.4 billion “science project.”

“It’s the spirituality of this mountain that compels us to protect this land.”

Their commitment to the ‘Aina justifies their opposition; and many activists are willing to get arrested to support the cause.

But the entire debate has been biased from the start by lies and liars, aided-and-abetted by standard psychological warfare operations called “PSYOPS,” administered by the persuasive corporate-controlled media.

Propaganda is crucial to winning any war, including this war between people economically and culturally struggling.

Native Hawaiians are disproportionately jailed by corrupt prosecutors and complicit courts. The “system of injustice” in Hawaii regularly enables land thieves to steal properties under the fallacy of the government’s jurisdictional authority. Officials illegitimately rule over Hawaiian lands, native people, and everyone that gets in the way of “progress” (or the huge drug industry that traffics through Hilo).

In this climate of undeclared war, against a people who don’t take drugs, nor orders from uniformed intruders, the manner in which the TMT debate has been framed by the media is consistent with a PSYOPS.

In strategic warfare terms, officials have taken “the high ground” with the media’s help.

The higher ground has been granted to “science.” Science asserts the benefits of exploring the universe. TMT will enable us to “go back in time.” Astrophysicists predict we will be able to view the universe from a new vantage point. This will possibly enable us to better explain the “Big Bang.”

Science advocates here and elsewhere claim they want what was given to ancient Hawaiians–the opportunity to explore uncharted places. Early Hawaiians were great navigators. They explored oceans much like astronomers today seek to discover galaxies with the TMT.

Given science’s majority view, anyone opposing TMT, rejecting the idea of exploring the heavens, and advancing knowledge about space, is considered mentally defective. The protestors are generally portrayed and viewed this way.

The “high ground” vs. the “low ground” has, thus, been imposed. And this time-tested military strategy of securing the higher ground is expected to produce victory for all commercial investors.

This subtle yet powerful “population management,” media propaganda, and persuasion force administered by officials favoring status quo development has caused the low grounders to assume the defense in the framed debate, “We’re not against science; we’re for spirituality.”

Officials Lie and “Scientists” are Clueless

This dominance of “science” over “spirituality,” and biased debate, is now compromised by government reports that prove beyond any reasonable doubt that officials lied to everyone.

Worse than that, the liars have placed American militarists and peace activists alike in the same sinking ship. In fact, TMT officials representing known and concealed special interests have placed all of America, America’s allies, and America’s economic interests abroad, at grave risk.

Officials claiming there are no military interests or warfare applications in this “purely science” project have been caught in more than a white lie. This “consumer fraud” used to sell TMT is treasonous, and will not go over well anywhere in the world, especially here where “scientists” have yet to explain why, only a short distance from the TMT construction site, Lake Wai’au, also considered sacred, is suddenly and woefully disappearing. A bleak omen of worse times to come.

The “God’s of science” are hard pressed to explain how or why Pele’ suddenly stopped its 14 mile lava flow last October less than 1/4 mile from the newly built police station serving to secure America’s methamphetamine capital and the vast majority of Hawaii’s $3.5 billion annual illegal marijuana harvest trafficked from Pahoa near the base of Mauna Kea.

In the County of Hawaii, there is a huge disparity between righteousness for justice versus hypocrisy favoring organized crime. Here, nearly everyone expects Mayor Billy Kenoi to be exonerated for embezzling more than $31,000 of public funds. And the Tribune Herald‘s and Honolulu Star-Advertiser‘s Canadian owner, The Black Press, ltd, who regularly solicits mail and stories from locals, consistently rejects letters and articles from complainants about the local police and prosecutors now arresting protestors but neglecting white collar criminals.

Despite all of these forces dividing and disabling opponents engaged in the propaganda war over their Mauna Kea temple, the public’s perception about the TMT “non-military” project is about to implode.

TMT: The Mother of All Military Surveillance Technologies

Below is a screen shot from the TMT website that states, under “Facts and Rumors:”  “The TMT is a purely scientific endeavor, and managed entirely by the university partners. There is no connection at all to the military.”

Is the claim of no military connection to this telescope honest, or treasonous?

According to University of Hawaii officials, no one presented any viable arguments that the TMT risked people’s health and safety. According to Hawaii Governor Ige, planners spent 7 years investigating and justifying the “non-military” project through open public discussions, all the time misrepresenting the material fact that the U.S. and China both maintain substantial military interests in the TMT, and that the safety and security of the American people is actually at stake if this project moves forward as planned.

Pull the telescope apart and you will discover the lies. TMT’s main components are certifiably military, and more importantly, their military implications and planned operations are not only apparent, but dooming.

At the heart of this military undertaking, this largest ground based telescope in history, is the principle technology called adaptive optics.

Advances in adaptive optics are crucial for U.S. and foreign Star Wars activities. According to a Kirtland Air Force Base data sheet, “[f]reedom to maneuver in space is critical to meeting the United States Air Force’s mission to fly, fight, and win in air, space and cyberspace. The ability to exploit the characteristics of space gives the warfighter a competitive edge in virtually all engagements.

“Additionally, space allows the United States to watch the entire globe on an almost “real time” basis, getting instantaneous information. To maintain space situational awareness, the Air Force conducts research in laser guide star adaptive optics, beam control, and space object identification.

“As satellites get smaller and the number of space objects increases dramatically, research in imaging and identification of space objects is paramount to meeting the Air Force’s mission.

“This facility leads the industry changing technology of laser beacon adaptive optics for military uses and civilian applications such as astronomy. It is a major component of the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Directed Energy Directorate.

“The SOR operates one of the world’s premier adaptive-optics telescopes capable of tracking low-earth orbiting satellites.” [Emphasis added.]

Adaptive-optics (AO) is cutting edge military science, and the TMT is expected to dramatically out-perform the Air Force’s current AO equipment that compensates for earth’s atmospheric distortions damaging quality imaging.

In other words, “adaptive-optics” is at the heart of the TMT that nearly eliminates atmospheric distortion that causes stars to twinkle.  Stars don’t really twinkle, but the distortion of the earth’s atmosphere causes the “twinkling.”

The TMT technology is being deployed to compensate for the earth’s fluid and polluted atmosphere. Otherwise, without this advancement, information gathered can be compromised, even unintelligible, making precise “targeting” impossible.

Today, the Air Force fires lasers into space to gather intelligence. Acoustic and light vibrations from space are recorded from distant objects, such as satellites, planets, and the sun. These data distort if lasers, that is, adaptive-optics, are not used.

You also have to have a telescope of sufficient size to make these critical adjustments that the Air Force depends on to “maintain space situational awareness.”

Problems with Accepting China as a TMT Partner

Thus far, “science” has been unable to get this AO technology into space because it is too large, costly, and presents refueling nightmares, and much information was learned from the famous Hubble space telescope that is only 1/10^th the size of the TMT.

Hubble does not have a problem with atmospheric distortion (or twinkling stars), because Hubble orbits above the atmosphere. But Hubble is also not capable of providing the required military advantage needed against China and Russia that compete with America for dominance in space, experts say.

The “space race” is alive and well according to the US Air Force’s fact sheet titled, “STARFIRE OPTICAL RANGE AT KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE, NEW MEXICO.”  But opponents have repeatedly warned American military officials about the threat of China or Russia getting hold of U.S. military space secrets. Brian Weeden is one such watchman. Weeden serves as the technical adviser to the Secure World Foundation that promotes the peaceful use of space. Weeden, along with many others in the military, oppose high level White House deals giving away America’s military space secrets to China. 60 Minutes covered this matter on April 26, 2015.

General John Hyten, the head of the Air Force Space Command was recorded saying, “You know, the Chinese are also building a very robust exploration program . . . to explore the stars. They could destroy their entire program by going down the way they are,” implying possible retaliation for threatening America’s leadership and satellite control systems guiding nuclear strikes from space.

Now this dangerous race is being run in Hawaii, blocked only by protestors defending the future of the human race, and Mauna Kea’s special destiny therein.

The Lie at the Heart of Lincoln Labs Adaptive Optics

According to TMT reports, the advanced adaptive optics system to be built includes as many as nine (9) lasers that will be able to track and target threats to satellites, or threatening satellites, and other faint objects in space such as missiles or debris.

The TMT system will be able to adjust instantaneously to not only the atmospheric distortions, and dimly lit objects in space, but also to the earth’s rapid rotation and movement through space.

In the past, military mission controllers and astrophysicists would point their telescopes at bright stars to capture base measures with which to compare other observations and data collections. The brighter star data could be used to observe and measure the distortion of the light piercing the atmosphere; and with that intelligence, corrections could be made to view and position comparable stars or satellites. This way, weapons systems could target satellites most accurately, enabling enemies using this adaptive-optic technology to destroy satellites used for everything from telecommunications to guiding nuclear weapons.

Simply explaining this technology, the TMT’s laser beams are able to produce a “point star,” or a group of “guide stars” called “asterisms.” These laser images, coupled with the adaptive optics, will increase the accuracy of measuring the light and sound signals (i.e., photons and phonons) returning from the guide stars or asterism(s). Mirrors in the TMT are designed to adjust in nanoseconds to capture the clearest images possible, and track most precisely where targets are expected to be at the time of impact.

The TMT will use 6, 8 or 9 lasers, fired simultaneously to measure photons of light returning from space well enough to capture even faint asterisms, or objects flying faintly beyond the Air Force’s current tracking and targeting capability. Certifying the military’s signature on this technology, one of the three TMT subsystems involved in the AO system is called the “Near Field Infra Red Adaptive Optics System, or “NFIRAOS,” produced by Lincoln Labs at MIT, a strictly military agency associated with Hanscom Air Force Base in Lexington, Massachusetts.

To give you some appreciation for the advanced technology Lincoln Labs produced for the Air Force and the TMT application, a major component of NFIRAOS is called a “CCD,” short for Charged Couple Device used in imaging. These CCDs are made of silicone, and the silicone crystals are grown at great expense to produce this equipment. The higher imaging capabilities, the more expensive the CCDs.

In current consumer products, such as cameras or cell phones, images are projected onto small CCDs. Comparing the military versus the consumer  technologies, a typical cell phone imaging system might capture 3 to 6 pixels at best. The older military CCDs conduct “wavefront sensing” at 60 x 60 pixels. These can barely capture “faint natural guidestars.”

Better quality CCDs were produced capturing images at 160 x 160 pixels. These were fabricated and tested under an AODP grant at Lincoln Labs. The National Science Foundation also gave Lincoln Labs a grant to do this work.

But the new CCDs planned for use in the TMT’s NFIRAOS produce 256 x 256 pixels. These “full capacity CCDs” are far more powerful than what has been used commercially, or previously by the military. Images from NFIRAOS, and these highest optical quality CCDs produced at Lincoln Labs in Cambridge, Massachusetts, are incredibly sharp, as required for advanced Star Wars applications, to purportedly protect U.S. National Security.

Treason and Trading with the Enemy on Mauna Kea

There are many critics in both civilian and military communities who would argue that even though TMT officials lied to us, America still needs this project.

But it is unreasonable to continue the TMT enterprise with China as a 25% partner. China’s National Astronomical Observatories of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (NAOC) are contracted with Chinese special interests on military assignments. It is unrealistic to believe that China would not use their TMT share militarily.

China’s lunar mission, for instance, is headed by SASTIND (State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defence). The primary contractor for that project is CAST (China Academy of Space Technology) of the China Aerospace Science & Technology Corporation (CASC). CAST, in turn, is under contract with the Shanghai Aerospace System Engineering Institute.

In addition, the Chinese Institute of High Energy Physics (IGEP) evolved from the former Chinese Institute of Atomic Energy responsible for the exploiting atomic energy for military and industrial purposes. Access to TMT, and related technology, gives China the ability to literally destroy America’s nuclear strength. This is America’s Achilles heal, according to many experts.

Last week, Hillary Rodham Clinton, campaigning for the presidency, accused China of stealing America’s trade secrets and government information. The former first lady and Secretary of State’s comments centered on widely reported Chinese hacking jeopardizing U.S. National Security.

Consequently, the hypocrisy in the TMT program is unconscionable. Especially since Clinton, on behalf of the Obama administration in 2009, negotiated certain trade concessions to secure China against America’s faltering economy and huge debt. (See: Bloomberg.)

Could it be that among China’s “secured interests” granted by the Obama administration is their partnership in the TMT?

That is most probable. And if such a deal was struck, these covert actions violate a number of laws, beginning with 18 U.S. Code § 957. If American officials secretly and illegally conspired to give possession of Hawaiian property away to aid and repay China, officials require jail time.

Section 957 forbids, “[w]hoever, in aid of any foreign government, knowingly and willfully possesses or controls any property or papers used or designed or intended for use in violating any penal statute, or any of the rights or obligations of the United States under any treaty or the law of nations, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”

Speak to Hawaiians appalled by America’s armed insurrection against Queen Liliuokalani, and now continuing an illegal military occupation of the Hawaiian Kingdom in violation of treaties and laws of nations, and you will see why justice demands Section 957 law enforcement.

Then there is the penal code violated called treason, as defined by 18 U.S. Code § 2381 that prohibits:

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Consider also Misprision of Treason as defined in 18 U.S. Code § 2382:

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

The central issue in bringing officials to justice for lying to We The People to conceal a secret deal with China resulting in the TMT partnership and compromised National Security is a matter for the President. It is now up to Hawaii’s purported native son, Barack Obama, to fulfill his duty to American citizens, Hawaiian citizens, and to world peace, by ruling on these matters.

To help, the definition of enemy is crucial in this adjudicative undertaking. The President needs to decide who orchestrated the TMT deal with China, now threatening to damage We The People.

“The years have not destroyed nor diminished the importance of citizenship nor have they sapped the vitality of a citizen’s claims upon his government for protection,” ruled the Supreme Court of the United States in 1950.

Quoting liberally from that case, Johnson v. Eisentrager, 339 US 763:

“Because the Government’s obligation of protection is correlative with the duty of loyal support inherent in the citizen’s allegiance, Congress has directed the President to exert the full diplomatic and political power of the United States on behalf of any citizen, . . .  When any citizen is deprived of his liberty by any foreign government, it is made the duty of the President to demand the reasons and, if the detention appears wrongful, to use means not amounting to acts of war to effectuate his release.^[4] It is neither sentimentality nor chauvinism to repeat that “Citizenship is a high privilege.” United States v. Manzi, 276 U. S. 463, 467. (Quotes from Johnson, Op cit. at 770.)

“[I]n war ‘every individual of the one nation must acknowledge every individual of the other nation as his own enemy—because the enemy of his country.” The Rapid, 8 Cranch 155, 161. See also White v. Burnley, 20 How. 235, 249; Lamar v. Browne, 92 U. S. 187, 194. And this without regard to his individual sentiments or disposition. The Benito Estenger, 176 U. S. 568, 571. The alien enemy is bound by an allegiance which commits him to lose no opportunity to forward the cause of our enemy; hence the United States, assuming him to be faithful to his allegiance, 773*773 regards him as part of the enemy resources. It therefore takes measures to disable him from commission of hostile acts imputed as his intention because they are a duty to his sovereign.”

In other words, it is President Obama’s duty at this time of threatened National Security, evidenced by acts of fraud and fraudulent concealments in Hawaii regarding the TMT, impacting America’s space based weaponry and national defense, to serve justice to those who sold or traded-away America’s AO intelligence. Who has destabilized our nuclear interests in space. Who has invited foreign “scientists” dutifully serving their sovereign Chinese government, to the AO table. And what agents and agencies are responsible for leasing or controlling lands illegally confiscated from Hawaiian nationals in violation of human rights and international treaties, in efforts to share Star Wars secrets with a threatening nation.

Considering the force used by lying officials manipulating the complicit media to administer propaganda, and the PSYOPS needed to conceal these crimes and Star Wars deceptions, those guilty must also be charged with sedition under 18 U.S. Code § 2384.

The eyes of the world are now watching this crime unfold.

In addition to saving his great reputation, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack-buster was compelled to post this clarification to save lives lost by the Deep State’s drug MONOPOLY. It controls all of healthcare.

Ott, who used the alias of “Dr. ‘True’ Ott,” was hosted by the karmically-cursed now dead pedophile-protector, Alex McGowan Studer. Their allies generated a network of cyber criminals to generate the false social impression of Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack being the real Leonard G. Horowitz quack-buster.

Solid Evidence of Google’s Complicity in Treason and Genocide

Here is evidence that this “conspiracy theory” is not a conspiracy theory at all. It is a  “conspiracy reality.” The actual conspiracy is solidly evidence.

Here is a clear-and-convincing fact, for example. This adjacent screenshot shows covert ‘predictive programming’ to  predict where you want to go on the Internet when you search Google. But the program takes you elsewhere. The artificial intelligence built into the Google search engine predicts where you want to go, and ‘programs’ your brain to go where the Deep State protection racket wants you to go.

In this example, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack-buster purposely misspelled his name to evidence the Google/Deep State scam. He input into the Google search window “dr leonarg g ho”. The quack buster did not even finish typing before Google not only corrected the spelling of his name, but listed “dr. leonard g. horowitz quack” as third option.

Now if that’s not bad enough, evidencing further programming for malicious libel, consumer fraud, and unfair competition, in a second trial, when Leonard G. Horowitz quack-buster spelled his name correctly with ‘wikipedia’ added, or simply clicked on the Google menu item “dr. leonard g. horowitz wikipedia,” the following result was obtained as evidenced below.

Google search returned no wikipedia link whatsoever. That is because Wikipedia (CIA/NSA/DARPA/JTRIG) controllers censored the doctor’s Wikipedia bio years ago. This censorship was reported HERE in an article titled: “Solid Evidence of Wikipedia Deep State Fraud : Dr. Leonard Horowitz Page Deleted Despite Editors Agreeing to ‘Keep’!”

The reason for the censorship by deletion was transparent. Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack-buster is the author of the national bestselling book, Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola–Nature, Accident or Intentional?

At a national news conference on April 28, 2008, presidential candidate Barack Obama’s spiritual advisor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, honorably attributed his knowledge of the AIDS genocide targeting disproportionately “people of color” to Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack-buster. Two days later, Wikipedia controllers struck Horowitz’s presence from their ‘public service’ website.

Please understand, vaccines are genocidal weapons of mass depopulation unless and until proven otherwise. Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack-buster made this scientific fact clear and convincing, as you can further investigate HERE and HERE.

The screenshots below evidence the results of the second test. They prove how social-engineering protecting the Deep State’s narco-empire and pharmaceutical cartel damages civilization and certain targeted individuals, like Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack-buster.

Having struck the real doctor’s biography from Wikipedia, the criminals then programmed their web operations to divert all interest in Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack-buster, to their fictional character, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack.

You can see from these screenshots that the criminal psychopaths elevated the fictional character,  Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack, to the first position; and at the same time demoted the real person, Horowitz quack-buster, to a lower rank.

You can even notice that the ‘predictive programming’ of the Google artificially-intelligent search service suppressed to the sixth position the actual search terms used, including “Wikipedia” and “Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz.” They were actually together in one sentence in the test and the article titled “Solid Evidence of Wikipedia Deep State Fraud Deletes Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz . . .” This programming was done to: (1) disparage the real doctor; and (2) obscure the entire subject of Deep State delivered genocide.

RationalWiki’s Transparent Fraud and Libel

The aforementioned deadly criminal enterprise that commits such illusions and fabrications to smear, disparage and ‘neutralize’ Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack – buster, and stop this world leading opponent to the Deep State’s genocidal narco-empire, features the “RationalWiki.”

This ‘fake wiki’ was established to supplement Wikipedia’s ‘public service’ as needed when, for instance, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack-buster’s celebrity and publications grew to the point that defaming him on Wikipedia became a liability.

“Leonard Horowitz DMD is a former dentist, public speaker, sound healer, and prolific self-help author who styles himself as “The ‘King David of Natural Healing’ vs. The Goliath of ‘Slash, Burn and Poison Medicine.'”

An honest unbiased biographer would note that the “former dentist” obtained two post-doctoral master’s degrees, one from Harvard University, School of Public Health, in “behavioral science, media health education/health promotion, persuasion technologies research and development.” Accordingly, the more accurate bio would state: “Leonard G Horowitz, DMD, MA, MPH, DNM (hon.), DMM (hon.)” is a former dentist .  .  .”

Seemingly belittling the fake character Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack as simply “a former dentist” makes the foolish mistake of not only revealing RationalWiki‘s bias, but also gross ignorance. It is public knowledge, especially known to medical historians,’ that a dentist pioneered the entire field of anesthesiology celebrated throughout healthcare.

Where would the world be without that dentist? Without anesthesiology?

“He is an adherent and influential promoter of a large range of pseudoscientific conspiracy theories about health and medicine, and is respected among factions of the extreme right as an authority on these topics,” RationalWiki continued.

In fact, if the real Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack-buster published “pseudoscientific conspiracy theories” about HIV/AIDS, pandemic cancers outbreaking from herpes virus vaccine contamination, and Ebola viruses outbreaking as explained below, then’skeptics’ and critics could easily disprove Horowitz’s science, rather than smear him and censor his presentation of facts. Instead, they character assassinate the messenger, rather than refuting his urgent message. Is that really the true process of real science?

So who is the real purveyor of pseudoscience?  RationalWiki.

In fact, the real character, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack-buster, reviewed the real science that exposed the real outbreaks. That’s why his book, Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola–Nature, Accident or Intentional?, became a national bestseller, and largely prompted the international vaccine risk awareness movement.

Ebola Zaire came from Litton’s ‘Rhabdovirus simian’ tainted shipments of chimps and monkeys to three vaccine production facilities in Europe–Belgrade Yugoslavia, Frankfurt, Germany; and Marburg Germany. This is where Ebola’s mother got its name, that is, the ‘Marburg Virus.’

These are irrefutable scientific facts, not theories. Only genocidal counterintelligence racketeers would claim irrefutable facts are “theories,” and misrepresent these non-controverted and not-controvertable scientific facts are “pseudoscientific conspiracy theories.”

RationalWiki‘s misinformants attacked their fictional character, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack, as a “fear monger.” They wrote, “Horowitz has spent many years aggressively pushing the idea that vaccines were designed for genocidal purposes, and that both HIV/AIDS and Ebola were manufactured as biological weapons by the U.S. government.

As though the CDC and WHO never frighten people with disease including SARS, anthrax, Ebola, H1N1 Swine Flu, and Measles!

The misrepresentation of Horowitz’s “fear mongering” is hypocritical to say the least. The hypocrisy in this misrepresentation is RationalWiki‘s aversion to discerning the corporate-controlled media’s abuse of fear to extort the public’s compliance with risky, even deadly, antibiotic and vaccination impositions.

Talk About “Medicinal Music”

Finally, RationalWiki‘s misinformants describe Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack-buster’s research, publications, and pioneering products and services celebrating the “528Revolution.” The hypocrites describe its benefits to the arts and sciences as “strange.”

The agents named below ignorantly wrote to deceive the Christian community into dismissing this most important prophetic work as “entirely based on numerology.” That is a lie!

The precise numbers came from a pattern of verse numbers in the Bible’s Book of Numbers (Chapter 7, verses 12 thru 83). The propagandists named below maliciously omitted mention of the Bible reference that yielded the original six (6) Solfeggio musical scale  “frequencies.

This is best detailed in Horowitz’s second best-seller, Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse.

RationalWiki‘s disinformation agents call these factual revelations “a strange misuse of the terminology from the solfège music education method, to the detriment of people who actually search online for information on this method.”

But RationalWiki‘s downright fraud is made readily apparent by their following statement.  They totally misrepresented the actual meanings of the Solfeggio tones published in Webster’s dictionary! The real Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz quack-buster re-published this evidence below to prove RationalWiki‘s fraud (Read: “Fig. 5.3” from and old Webster’s Dictionary.)

RationalWiki fraudulently published, “Not only does Horowitz propagate the improbable claims surrounding these tones (e.g. 396 Hz “liberat(es) guilt and fear”, 417 Hz “undo(es) situations and facilitat(es) change” etc.) but his “additional research” has apparently “revealed” three more “solfeggio frequencies” (963, 174 and 285), which, somewhat predictably, adhere to the same numerological pattern.”

In fact, RationalWiki’s ‘editors’ were so stupid, they even got wrong the 963, 174 and 285 “somewhat predictably. . . numerological pattern.” These tones completed Dr. Horowitz’s trademarked logo, “The Perfect Circle of Sound^TM“. The “predictable pattern” revealed those three not “Solfeggio frequencies.”

These public reactions to the “BALLISTIC MISSILE THREAT INBOUND TO HAWAII” evidence a world engulfed in cyber-warfare, “fake news,” and overall madness. It is totally unreasonable and unconscionable that society would permit two alleged mad men on two sides of the Pacific to threaten the world with nuclear Armageddon. You would need to be a total criminal psychopath to aid-and-abet in any way this crisis, or exonerate its perpetrators.

Waking-up to Your Last Minutes on Earth

The Hawaii ballistic missile threat emergency alert was broadcast at 8:07 a.m., and not corrected as a “False Alarm” until 8:46. I reported this fact on KWAI 1080AM in Honolulu at 9:10AM that morning. Dr. Horowitz and I were preparing for the studio interview at the time the so-called “mistake” happened. Enroute to the station we called authorities to no avail. Civil defense officials were clueless and swamped with calls.

Civil Defense officials in the Honolulu Police Department had no knowledge of who or what “pushed the wrong button.” They thought they had control over the state’s “early warning” system that relies on cyber-security. At least, they believed, they would be well-informed if and when the feds might need to intervene in public health and safety, or run a ‘real life’ “drill.”

Was it a hacker? Was it someone accessing the system through the CIA’s headquarters in Langley? Did Booz Allen Hamilton serving National Security in Honolulu broadcast the warning? Or was it Homeland Security messing-up a test? State and federal officials claimed ignorance long after the 38 (some say 39) minutes of sheer panic that continued to damage citizens in Hawaii hours later.

“Can I come out of my bunker now?” asked a cell-phone caller to the station minutes after The Source Naturals Radio Show began, at 9:10. “Yes. I do believe you are safe now,” Bob, the engineer kindly advised the distressed listener.

“There can only be one of two possible explanations,” wrote J.T. Kong to KWAI midway through the show. Kong, the scholarly co-investigator of The Las Vegas Deep State Massacre e-book, was at Honolulu International Airport at the time the Hawaii ballistic missile threat appeared on everyone’s cell phones. Kong posted: “The first explanation is hacking. The second is a social experiment called a PSYOPS, short for a psychological operation.”

Curiously, The Source Naturals Radio Show hosted by Damian and Karen Paul, and sponsored by their store in Kailua, HI (where Past-President Obama vacations), scheduled us for the broadcast month ago. Dubbed “The HOROKANE” for our controversial celebrity, we planned to discuss The Las Vegas Deep State Massacre. Fresh from our three month investigation of that terrifying tragedy on October 1, 2017, Dr. Horowitz, an award-winning author, filmmaker, and world leading independent intelligence industry analyst provided most of the unprecedented discussion on the show. Hawaii citizens were freaking out during the crisis, and distressed callers phoned in for emotional support and explanations.

The “Wrong Button” Excuse Arrived From China Through the UK

First reported by the Chinese owned Daily Mail in the UK, “the false alarm was caused by a Hawaii Emergency Management Agency employee who ‘pushed the wrong buttons’ during an internal drill timed to coincide with a shift handover at 8.07am. The all-clear phone alert was not sent until 38 minutes later.”

“Incredibly, officials said the employee who made the mistake wasn’t aware of it until mobile phones in the command center began displaying the alert.” That is, seconds after the idiot supposedly pushed the wrong button.

‘This guy feels bad, right. He’s not doing this on purpose – it was a mistake on his part and he feels terrible about it,’ said EMA Administrator Vern Miyagi in a press conference Saturday afternoon.”

With all the millions of dollars spent on this emergency response system, it is unreasonable to claim some unidentified fool, as U.S. Army Retired Maj. General, Vern Miyagi, claimed, could not have cancelled the alert and corrected the message faster than two-thirds of an hour later.

Incredibly,  Miyagi admitted during a press conference that he was home, got the alert on his cell phone, and immediately thought it was just a false alarm. He advised the public to keep tabs on what political tensions might be happening in order to know if any alarm the government issues is either false or real, if it ever happens again!*?!*?

As instructed by USA Today on the 14th, Miyagi was to play the role of the fall guy. He “took responsibility for the false alarm and for the 38-minute delay in recalling it. . . . because that button was not programmed and in place, Miyagi said. ‘That’s on me.'”

“The agency implemented a new alert protocol since the mishap. . . . [F]rom now on [it] will require activation and verification by two people, the agency said. And a pre-scripted cancellation command has been written and can be issued within seconds of an error, Miyagi said.”

Miyagi could not explain why the existing two step verification procedure already in place did not work.

Nor did he know why it was that some loud alarms went off in some communities, but others not. “They are separate systems,” he admitted.

And that admission gives cause to realize a coordinated covert operation was being administered by a powerful federal agency beyond Miyagi’s knowledge. Otherwise, it would not make sense that Miyagi was home, knew the alarm was false immediately, but others in his organization had to deal with it for 38 minutes without him being at the control center.

Compounding this evidence of coordinated Deep State cyber-crime administration, Miyagi also admitted when questioned that certain cell phone companies broadcast the warning while others did not.

Only federal intelligence agencies, not a state police and civil defense department, have the power to automatically trigger some wireless companies, but not others, to broadcast phone alerts.

We’re supposed to believe that when Miyagi et. al., scripted and programmed the Hawaii’s most important messaging computer to broadcast the alert, they did not think to add the cancellation notice.

But that too is inconsistent with the facts reported earlier by officials. The cancellation protocol required FEMA involvement, they initially said. And that is the truth. In fact, the entire state-federal integrated system required licensing from FEMA. FEMA protocol, in fact, must be followed in order to broadcast that warning through cell-phone networks, involving cell-phone companies.

Meanwhile, the criminally negligent act creating tort liability here is being concealed by Governor Ige and Miyagi. This was first published by the Hawaii Free Press, and confirmed by these authors.

During the Saturday afternoon conference, Miyagi stated he and his team were solely accountable and embarrassed.

But this disgraceful unreasonable false and contradicting set of allegations violates the doctrine of impossibility. It’s really impossible for Miyagi’s single fall guy, or even state actors to have done this alone.  The telecommunications industry and mass media is not controlled by the state, especially when it is used for a nuclear missile alert or a military neuroscience “drill.”

No, this experiment was perfectly administered to see how people and the media would react to the alarm–critical data that Deep State officials would want and need to have in “preparedness planning.”

“The Hawaii emergency management officials . . . noted the obvious need for a better way to recall accidental messages,” wrote Issie Lapowsky  for WIRED at 6:14 PM. Outrageous!

According to such reports it took 38 minutes for Miyagi, or state and federal officials at FEMA, to agree on the protocol to send out a three word message: “FALSE MISSILE ALERT.”

Common Sense Questions

The official excuse doesn’t make much sense because cell phones sounded the alert 39 minutes before this “guy” administered the correction. If he really felt so terrible, it is unconscionable for him to have permitted 39 minutes of terror to have distressed and damaged the general population of Hawaii for anything other than an unprecedented social experiment in the public’s response to a “real” nuclear threat. In fact, this most valuable intelligence was precisely required for military neuroscientists addressing a planned CDC conference scheduled for three days later. (1)

Alternatively, if that “guy” actually was an idiot, it shows the State of Hawaii hires idiots, total incompetents, to push the government’s two most important switches. It shows how dysfunctional our civil defense and governmental security systems are in the wake of a ballistic missile threat. And it shows how taxpayers have been defrauded into believing our security systems are viable. It shows how vulnerable we are to those on government payrolls administering “preparedness” and “defense strategies.” It shows the most advanced technologies and communications systems are susceptible to idiot errors. And it shows we are not protected from ego-maniacs targeting any American city with a nuclear missile. It shows that all nuclear weapons MUST be banned immediately by every nation in accordance with World Beyond War justifications and common sense.

Certainly, the single “guy” was not the only responsible party. The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) must have known about this horrible mistake by 8:08AM. Their officials have cell phones, and they are supposed to be in steady contact with Hickam Air Force Base at Pearl Harbor. That Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam organization serves the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) that load planes with nuclear bombs that are supposed to be airborne within a few minutes of an alert coordinated with the Strategic Air Command (SAC).

On several occasions during the 1970s and 80s these groups made mistakes administering false alarms. Surely by 2018 they would have nearly instant access to false alarm correction systems linking federal and state emergency response personnel and their communications systems. Why did it take these forces nearly an hour to respond? Likewise with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, FEMA.

So the official excuse–the single “guy” at the switch–seems ridiculous, outrageous, certainly unreasonable, especially when compared with the social PSYOPS thesis and the news media’s abuse of the public for months prior to this event. As the unprecedented Star Advertiser image shown below evidences, covert interests launched this attack against peaceful enjoyment of life and property in Hawaii months ago.

The Media is the Message Making the Money

The “idiot” had less motive to flip the wrong switch than those in the corporate-controlled media reporting this ridiculous excuse that conceals the obvious PSYOPS. Investigating the Star Advertiser, for example, for clear and present motives for frightening the public so criminally, this most circulated news organization in Hawaii is owned by David Black, previously with the Hearst Corporation. In 2014-15, Black merged assets with Glacier Media Inc. Glacier’s major shareholders include the Bissett group, including Franklin Bissett Microcap A and FaithLife Cdn Small Cap Equity.

These, in turn, are controlled by J.P. Morgan Bank Canada, a branch of the J.P. Morgan Chase enterprise that is HEAVILY invested in the defense industry.

And not only is this concealed conflicting interest disgusting, this criminal enterprise openly advertises the financial benefits to their investors of destabilizing Asian-American relations and generating the “bullish” military markets that will profit stockholders, depending on global and regional disputes inflamed by their media and political puppets, as advertised HERE and in the graphic below.

Identifying the political puppets bribed to go along with this “white collar organized crime” and racketeering enterprise is also not hard. The main politicians controlling Hawaii and the citizens here feature Democratic State Senator Roselyn Baker, exposed by Dr. Horowitz and I earlier on JudicialCorruptionNews.com for her $250,000 in payoffs concealed from the Campaign Finance Committee. The Blackrock “iShares” bribe came through the state’s leading lobbyists–George A. Morris and John H Radcliff of Capitol Consultants. This matter, that the election committee whitewashed, has been stonewalled by the State’s Ethics Committee since 2015.

“How is it that we have allowed this small subset of people on this planet to control us?” Kong blogged. “What does this say about society?”

“This is the fruit of their will, and our silence, since We The People simply accept their stories, propaganda, and agendas. “If you follow them, you will surely die.” That message came loud and clear today through every cell phone in Hawaii.”

What keeps people locked, like hypnotized deer in headlights, is the “evil obedience” Dr. Vernon Neppe details. His work is introduced below.  If the masses awakened, we could save ourselves and civilization. (2)

Today, Hawaiian citizens were forced to confront their death. This was the fruit of the demons’ labor aided-and-abetted by evil obedience.  What can and must be done most urgently is a popular peaceful uprising of citizen/consumers ousting the devildoers from office, politics, and commerce. Boycotting complicit companies, such as the Star Advertiser; shunning all the local news media that neglects their public duty and First Amendment license to serve people above multinational corporate sponsors; and exposing as best we can the willfully-blind agents within the FBI and law enforcers who are aiding-and-abetting such blatant organized crime for fear of losing their jobs. These people’s jobs are not as valuable as people’s lives or the further of life on earth.

The Art of Military Neuroscience: “Drills” and PSYOPS for Crisis Capitalism

“Follow the money” if you want to discover concealed truths that can set us free. Here, as usual, the wealth flows through a maze of National Security officials and their boardrooms comprised of defense planners and preparedness entrepreneurs. You will find “crisis capitalism” and patented “military neuroscience” applications tested and perfected in this labyrinth of commercial crime.

The “public alert system” that uses, and today abused, the most advanced media persuasion technologies did not fail. Alternatively, it served brilliantly for 39 terrorizing minutes administering a “PSYOPS-like” experiment. This observation best fits the facts.

And with this Hawaii ballistic missile threat we see common links to other terrorizing events. Today’s “drill” extended a pattern of Deep State “drills”–organized criminal “exercises” compounding for years according many experts, including Dr. Horowitz.

In the recorded-live broadcast (playable by clicking HERE) Dr. Horowitz compared the Las Vegas and Hawaii frights, including the fact that both events occurred contemporaneously with federal “drills.” The Las Vegas shootings occurred during a Department of Homeland Security “exercise.” This best explained police and citizens’ reports of shootings at hotels other than the Mandalay Bay along the strip. The Hawaii ” BALLISTIC MISSILE THREAT ” happened only three (3) days before the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) planned to stage a training session on January 16, titled “Public Health Response to a Nuclear Detonation.”(1) The false alert obviously provided some “real life” data.

“The Washington Post published in 2000 that the CIA oversees the CDC’s activities in matters risking national security and public health,” Dr. Horowitz, a Harvard-trained public health expert explained. “The so called ‘Deep State’ involving government officials in the intelligence and national security communities are heavily implicated in this kind of ‘crisis capitalism’ that profitably drives legislation, security technology markets, and defense contracts enriching ‘retired’ government officials that converted their connections and intelligence into private corporations thriving by media-driven fears and ‘evil obedience.'”

The Consequences of “Evil Obedience”

The phrase evil obedience was coined by Dr. Vernon Neppe. Professor Neppe is among America’s leading forensic psychiatrists. He has built a career by classifying types of mental illness for government prosecutors, insurers, and physicians. And he has published the definitive report on good and evil in psychiatry and society. He happened to visit Honolulu two weeks ago when I interviewed him on his latest research. (3)

Dr. Neppe concluded that “evil obedience” extends throughout our culture, as evidenced by people submitting to damaging politicians and manipulative agendas.(3) He used Nazi Germany as an example since frightened people obedient to Hitler justified WWII by reason of media propaganda. The citizens obeyed the Third Reich, and thereby contributed to the Holocaust. This evil obedience is akin to widespread “willful-blindness” in society. We see but act blind to the injustices aroud us. This justifies a separate category of mental illness, according to Dr. Neppe, called “evil obedience.”

The Hawaii ballistic missile threat gave “military neuroscientists” a perfect opportunity to study this “psychosocial pathology” of evil obedience.

In other words, agents applying military neuroscience best explain this one more in a series of Deep State PSYOPS.

We’re not blaming victims, but if you study Dr. Neppe’s reasonable conclusions you would have to conclude the vast majority of society is obedient to evil. And this mental illness is worse than simple ignorance and negligence. Evil obedience is a level of criminal insanity where people don’t even realize their ‘willful-blindness,’ fear, arrogance, and denialist state of hypnosis compounds and aids-and-abets society’s damage, distress, citizens’ premature death, and many types of diseases.(3)

“What we are warned,” reported Emily Stewart for Vox, “given the rising tensions between the United States and North Korea, the [CDC’s January 16th nuclear] event seems eerily well-timed. The “grand rounds,” as they’re called, will focus on what federal, state, and local public health programs have done to prepare for a nuclear detonation. The event is aimed at health professionals, but members of the public will be able to watch via livestream.”

The CDC has been under attack by the President, who appears to be at war with the Deep State; while the CDC’s justification for the January 16th “grand rounds” has been the “nuclear detonation” threatened by Kim and Trump. So the Hawaii ballistic missile threat appears to be a perfectly timed PSYOPS. The January 13th alert evidences a classic ‘wag-the-dog’ military neuroscience experiment not only to support the CDC by helping to justify its existence, but it also gives the conference more importance, better attendance, and the government officials something to talk about with ‘real life’ data from the ‘real world’ driving new commercial security markets. Under these circumstances it is most suspicious that the CDC cancelled this event two days before the Hawaii “mistake.” (1)

“A spokesperson for the agency said planning for the event ha[d] been underway for months — in fact, since CDC officials took part in a “radiation/nuclear incident exercise” led by the Federal Emergency Management Agency last April, Kathy Harben [of the CDC] said in an email.” Also, curiously, the “Wayback Machine” record of December 31, 2017 was struck, precluding us from identifying the FEMA speaker(s) who had booked their flights to-and-from the conference.

“Now we can view the Hawaii ballistic missile threat within a clear pattern of deadly racketeering activities facilitating political agendas,” Dr. Horowitz added. “We published this pattern of ‘crisis capitalism’ first with the Gulf War, then with the Gulf Oil Disaster, then with the Ebola Emergency of 2014, then with the Paris Attacks of 2015, then the Las Vegas Massacre in 2017, and now with the Hawaii “mistake” in 2018. In each one we evidenced financial and political motives giving ‘probable cause’ for law enforcers at the FBI and Justice Department to investigate and arrest the Deep State players making these deadly moves. But instead, all we got was ‘silence,’ diversions or ‘fake news,’ permitting the organized criminals to continue to expand their ‘crisis capitalism’ damaging, distressing, and killing people.” (4)

“I believe at this point,” it was a PSYOPS, Dr. Horowitz said during the riveting KWAI broadcast. “And although the truth about this ballistic missile threat needs to be investigated and those responsible disciplined, a lot of good may come out of this.”

Dr. Horowitz, the award-winning author and filmmaker of many controversial works; who survived a number of death threats said, “The kind of work that we do, we are forced to come to terms with our mortality, like everyone in Hawaii was forced to do today. The bottom-line message of ‘I love you,’ coupled with a sudden urge to pray to God for salvation, are the two most common reactions to immanent death. Perhaps the military neuroscientists addressing the CDC’s audience in a couple of days will make this point clear, and apply it to do some good.”

The doctor concluded, “I don’t know about you, but I enjoy sleep. And the threat of impending death makes you appreciate every moment of life so much more.”

Perhaps this wisdom, and the recorded outcomes of the Hawaii ballistic missile threat, will teach the CDC, and other government officials, this lesson, so their leaders will cease-and-desist stealing people’s precious moments of life to feed their “evil obedience.”

. . . .We watched the news for hours afterward seeing films of people removing sewer manhole covers Honolulu and lifting their children down inside to shelter them from the incoming bombs and radiation. UH students running across campus trying to get to their rooms to make one last call to their parents on the mainland to say goodbye and maybe find shelter. Many people did just that. For a little while we were living WWIII here.
You are a part of the fabric of these islands so I want you to know what it was really like. . . .

This was surreal. For about an hour we were in WWIII and faced imminent death. Life is over when you get a message like that. “Oops, sorry” doesn’t begin to wash away what happened as a result. It’s like a branding iron was used to burn this into our souls here. January 13th, 2018, will never be forgotten. We are glad it was a false alarm but I know life has changed here for most people.

In a way we were lucky, the messages didn’t come thru in real time since we are rural and reception is sketchy. So it was pretty much over before we saw them. Still, I will never forget sister coming into the house to find me after waking up to find those messages while I was preparing to go out and do yard work. She asked me to please stay together and hold each other to the end. That is what would have been if the attack were real. We would have no chance of surviving it and we know it. A simple notification of impending death. No shelters out here and we don’t think we would want to remain with everything being destroyed. It was surreal.

Bush Appointee Seabright Under Scrutiny for Obstructing Grand Jury Investigation Into Hawaii Corruption in Cases that Vet Deep State Treason

Clear corruption in the Justice Department and federal courts extends to every state. But Hawaii presents the most glaring example. The U.S. District Court decisions in Hawaii that blocked President Trump’s immigration policy provides substantive evidence for this analysis of Deep State influence and charges of treason.

Background on “Mob Rule” Over “Paradise”

According to these authors knowledge and beliefs, on July 27, 2017, the Supreme Court’s Ninth District opened an investigation into allegations of “Judicial Misconduct” charged against Hawaii’s Chief Justice, J. Michael Seabright, in the federal District Court of Honolulu.

Seabright is being accused of obstructing justice and aiding-and-abetting racketeering in Hawaii. These matters of fact are explained in a new book by retired police investigator, James Benish. The Fifth Seal: RICO Hawaiian Style, begins with Benish investigating the murder of 4 year-old Hawaii royal, Lacy Woolsey Ruff–a heroic quest that takes Benish through the heart of “mob rule” in “paradise.” He now demands to know why Judge Seabright squelched the Grand Jury investigation and is suggesting a new Grand Jury be relocated to another district.

Racketeers in white collar organized crimes within the judiciary and police departments are rampant in this “rainbow state,” and Seabright is evidenced to have compounded, even aided-and-abetted, their damage by blocking Benish’s pursuit of justice.  These authors are among the many victims.

Earlier, Seabright squelched the complaint filed by these authors against Hilo, Hawaii attorney, Paul J. Sulla, Jr. and his “expert witness,” Alma C. Ott. Ott (a.k.a “Dr. ‘True’ Ott). Incredibly, in a state called “the multi-cultural melting pot,” Ott received Seabright’s favor despite evidence of Ott being America’s leading White Supremacist neo-Nazi propagandist.

Meanwhile, in a case involving these authors, Sulla is charged with running drugs through a “KKK-like church” on Hawaii island. His Jonestown-like facility manufactures the psychedelic brew called “hoasca” (i.e., “DMT”), forbidden by the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Gonzales v. O Centro Espírita Beneficente União do Vegetal, (546 US 418 – Supreme Court 2006). Sulla is the church’s “head priest,” and its drug “kingpin.” He operates by virtual consent and willful blindness of the Hawaii courts, state and federal, and bribed officials.

Seabright blocked Benish’s grand jury complaint alleging the publicly censured lawyer Sulla stole more than Dr. Horowitz’s home and life savingsd. The Affidavit alleges kidnapping, family trust conversions, foreclosure fraud, wire fraud, real estate theft, forgery, and perjury. Benish reported widespread judicial corruption has permitted many families to suffer similarly, from Sulla and the “brotherhood” of lawyers across the state operating “above the law.” State judges, prosecutors, Seabright and even the FBI turned willfully blind eyes to, for instance, Sulla’s fake churches and sham companies used to launder money and steal people’s properties.

In another case stealing Jack Stahley’s family inheritance, the State’s top non-profit regulator in the Attorney General’s office helped his own wife and her co-counsel escape criminal indictments. Nancy Budd laundered Stahley’s stolen trust fund through the Hawaii Community Foundation–the state’s leading “non-profit.”

In 2016, Seabright put a hold on Sulla’s prosecution, leaving an $8 million default judgment still owed to these authors by Sulla’s collaborator, Ott. Meanwhile, Ott is known to the FBI as America’s leading White Supremacist and KKK propagandist. He operated under the FBI-CIA agent named Ted Gunderson. This West Coast FBI Division 5 Past Director, now deceased, largely pioneered the “conspiracy industry,” and the “Illuminati’s” infamy.

Every year, according to USA Today, more than 5,000 crimes are committed by FBI agents in, supposedly, pursuit of justice. Diving that number by 50 states, 100 crimes annually are committed in Hawaii by federal agents, and Ott and Sulla’s crimes are evidenced among them.

FBI director Gunderson and Ott worked together with Hollywood filmmaker Anthony Hilder. Together, Gunderson, Hilder and Ott, largely manufactured the anti-government movement exploding today. The “Patriot movement” and the “Christian Identity” movement was, likewise, substantially generated by these three agents of deception. They concealed and protected the FBI’s administration of KKK racially divisive groups.

The purpose of their success in outputting terrorizing propaganda was social engineering, inciting hatred and violence as witnessed in Charlottesville, VA. And if that is not bad enough, this FBI/CIA/NSA/Deep State Gunderson-administered protection racket concealed a child sex trafficking network involving many corrupted and bribed officials.

Their Deep State financed enterprise made money from false flag operations, violence, diseases, and genocides.  Corporate fascists prosper managing racial divides and ethnic violence. They promote eugenics and globalization economics. All of this has justified the FBI’s increased appropriations for profitable “law enforcement.” FBI/CIA/NSA Deep State actions against groups like the Native Hawaiians, their Royal Family, the Black Panthers, today’s Black Lives Matter, and minority leaders like Malcolm X, Doctor King, and the Kennedys, are widely known to have shamed our “Democracy.” Lesser known is the “Franklin Double Coverup” that was suppressed like the “Lolita Express” in Pizzagate.(2)

The Gunderson-Hilder-Ott “cell” was assigned to manufacture right-wing anti-government propaganda. They spun the media to dominate and neutralize the Internet. They spread KKK (Christian Identity–White Nationalist) doctrines smearing Jews, Blacks, Muslims, and other ethnic groups.

This media savvy covert enterprise (i.e., the COINTELPRO it was called in J. Edgar Hoover’s day, or simply the “counter-intelligence program”) created and administered “CONTROLLED OPPOSITION” to secure their secret agendas. This is largely responsible for the political and social chaos seen today–the “anti-government movement.” That anti-government movement is actually a pro-globalization movement in disguise, and operated as “Controlled Opposition.”

In another instance, Ott’s and Gunderson’s supposed targets included key Deep State kingpins. President George H.W. Bush was frequently trashed. He was implicated by these “Controlled Opposition” agents in Pizzagate-like child sex trafficking. These provocateurs launched anti-government, easily-discredited, “radical,” “conspiracy theories,” charging “old man Bush” for pedophilia and kidnappings. The Johnny Gosch case is one example.

Thus, in this instant Ninth Circuit matter of investigating Seabright’s “impression of impropriety” and pattern of obstructing justice, we have an especially outrageous fact interfering. . . . Seabright was appointed by George H.W. Bush–the Deep State patriarch largely directing the Controlled Opposition cells that include Ott’s group of racist misfits.

Adding injury to insult, in 2015 Seabright described these authors’ filing for protection against Ott and Sulla’s cell of propagandists as “delusional.” That filing directly warned against the neo-Nazi-violence dividing and damaging America today. Ott and his underlings are evidenced having sourced the majority of anti-government propaganda surrounding the Arizona Massacre on January 8, 2011. That violence killed the Constitution-favoring Judge John Roll, and critically wounded his Jewish ally against drug trafficking and money laundering, Rep. Gabrielle Giffords. This act of hate was inspired largely by Ott’s “cell” of neo-Nazi “Christian-Identity,” anti-government, propagandists. The shooter’s far-right-wing, anti-government, anti-Semitic, pro-violence attitudes were formed the same way most White Supremacists and neo-Nazis in America developed their radical biases today. Seabright sequestered this evidence, struck the illuminating filing, and by so doing, “harbored” Ott’’s and Sulla’s cell of Deep State agents. In effect, the Chief Justice of the U.S. District Court of Hawaii protected double-agents destroying America, committing treason.

Seabright’s ruling fueled Ott’s and Sulla’s alleged racketeering enterprise, and inspired Ott’s and Sulla’s cohorts in crime. Seabright arguably aided-and-abetted treason since Sulla’s drugs and Ott’s White hate campaigns have substantially destroyed the fabric of American society and the nation’s drug-free, violence-free, ethical, moral, and constitutional foundation.

Besides squashing Horowitz and Kane v. Sulla, Ott et. al., Seabright blocked Benish’s grand jury investigation. This obstruction of justice extended the cover-up of Hawaiian Royal, Lacy Wolsey Ruff, a murdered four-year-old.

Additional victims include Macia Zedales Maire, who evidences Sulla having directed a $200,000 theft by forgery, alleged kidnapping, and suspected murder of her father. Sulla targeted Mr. Zedales and his trust fund, according to court records. Sulla converted the family’s Trust from California to the First Hawaiian Bank. That bank, incredibly, is complicit with the Hawaii Community Foundation in alleged money laundering beyond Sulla’s pattern of grand larceny and Nancy Budd’s similar acts against Jack Stahley’s family. That bank is directly tied to the suspected murder of King Kalakaua, the last Hawaiian king, and the subsequent theft of Hawaiian Crown Lands from Queen Liliokalani.

Seabright has protected these alleged criminals, and his subordinates too. Judge Derick Watson and bankruptcy Judge Robert J. Faris. Faris did everything he could to secure Sulla’s theft of Horowitz’s estate. Watson directed the State’s case against Trump’s “travel ban,” and also ruled in favor of Sulla to preclude showing cause for Sulla’s thievery of Horowitz’s property.

Similarly, corrupt and willfully blind Big Island prosecutor Mitch Roth ceded Horowitz’s property to Sulla with support from the Hawaii County Council, Lincoln S. Ashida and State AG, Douglas Chin.  Chin’s complaint against President Trump’s immigration law made national news in March, 2017.

Accordingly, based simply on this truthful article, Chin and Watson should also be investigated for treason. Why?

Watson ruled against Trump in favor of Ismail Elsheik, who, according to the FBI and intelligence community, operates as a leader within the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist enterprise conducting Jihad, the radical Islamic “Holy War,” against America and its allies.

Section 1 of the U.S. Criminal Code defines treason as: “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason.” (Emphasis added.)

Accordingly, Seabright’s and Watson’s administration gave aid and comfort to Chin’s plaintiff, Elsheik, and did similarly for Sulla. Elsheik’s terrorist group connections and Sulla’s drug trafficking were both neglected. So much for the nation’s “War on Terror,” “War on Drugs,” and allegations of treason against judges Seabrightm Faris, and Watson.

These neglected “elephants in the courts” document treasonous miscarriages of justice. And evidence of Deep State influence in this treasonous enterprise is obvious in the media’s “silence” regarding these matters of judicial mischief and harboring agents threatening America. This willful blindness, silence, and National Security risk from official and media negligence reflects the heart of the “beast”—the illegal takeover of the Hawaiian Islands by corporate imperialists.

Background on Hawaii’s and America’s Illegal Occupation

During the late 1800s, the U.S. military acted as an accomplice with “Christian missionaries”–commercial agents  from New England–in the illegal takeover of the Kingdom of Hawaii and its valuable Crown lands. This criminal conversion featured the King’s manslaughter. Pearl Harbor, a key opium trafficking port, generated vast sums of Pacific commerce. This termination of the King, followed by genocidal injustice in the local courts, is widely known for decimating the Native Hawaiian people and stealing their properties. Concealing these facts, and aiding the perpetrators, is also treasonous, because it is a direct violation of judges’ oaths of office, in direct defiance of the First and Fourteenth Amendments to Constitution.

Under these “special circumstances,” is not surprising the U.S. Supreme Court would neglect the “threshold issue” of its jurisdiction in this most controversial case. (1) Native Hawaiian sovereignty groups strongly oppose State and Federal presumptions of legal jurisdiction over matters impacting citizens living in the “aloha state.”  The fact is, the Kingdom of Hawaii is an internationally recognized nation under illegal U.S. military occupation. In fact (for those who still don’t know), the monarchy was usurped by immigrants (called “businessmen” and “missionaries”) from New England who promised religious salvation financed by maritime commerce and Freemason-controlled banks. These entities, now called “The Big Five,” monopolized “New World” commerce through the Hawaiian islands featuring drug trafficking, slave trade, and plantation economies backed by military might repressing the monarchy and peaceful kingdom. New evidence published in Medical Veritas indicts U.S. military officials complicit with the founders of the Bank of Hawaii, First Hawaiian Bank, and University of Hawaii, in a conspiracy to overtake the Kingdom by manslaughter and media deceptions.

Judges are not supposed to be giving impressions of impropriety, by “silence,” willful blindness, obstructing justice, or otherwise.  Chin’s victory for allegedly the “Muslim Community” in Watson’s court under Seabright’s watchful eyes no less, gave more than an “impression of impropriety.”

Watson’s ruling, largely favored by the recent Supreme Court decision in DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, ET AL  v. INTERNATIONAL REFUGEE ASSISTANCE PROJECT, ET AL. (No. 16–1436 (16A1190)), came, get this, immediately after an “unscheduled” visit to Honolulu by Muslim Barack Hussein Obama, Trump’s adversary and Bush cartel’s Deep State agent. This impression of impropriety occurred just two days before Judge Watson–Obama’s judicial appointee–blocked Trump’s travel ban. The timing of this “unscheduled” event compounds the “impressions of impropriety” that partly explains the harsh criticism Judge Watson received from his Ninth Circuit detractors.

But this impression of impropriety under Deep State influence is also compounded by: (1) Seabright’s appointment to the federal bench by Hilary Clinton’s backer, Trump’s adversary, George H.W. Bush; (2) similarities between Obama’s Muslim associations and earlier financing by Bill and Bernardine Dohrn of the Weather Underground responsible for previous terrorist bombings of the Pentagon and government buildings during the 1970s to destabilize America in favor of communism; and (3) Bush’s, Obama’s and Elsheik’s links to radical Islamic financing fueling jihad by the Sheik of Qatar. (Note: These authors published irrefutable evidence of the Obama Administration’s alliance with Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Thani, heavily implicated in the funding of ISIS/ISIL and the massacre in Paris at the Bataclan Theater in 2015.

Contrary to Seabright and Watson’s decisions, the substantive issue is not simply President Trump’s seemingly hard-line anti-Muslim campaign statements claimed to evidence “un-Constitutional” religious “animus.” Nor is it simply a small time drug pusher and real estate money launderer named Sulla protected by the Hawaii mob. The real-and-present danger to Americans is bloody revolution, religious uprisings,  or more terrorist attacks by mindless members of criminal cults concealing their leaders’ Deep State ties, such as Sulla’s connections to the CIA, and Elsheik’s links to the anti-American Islamic Brotherhood’s jihad.

All of this smacks of the same Deep State dynamics of CIA backing, financing, and arming of ISIS/ISIL openly acknowledged and opposed, almost exclusively by Russian President Putin, Syrian President Assad, and Hawaii Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard.

Most substantive to this scandal is the concealed financing and traitorous political interests of the State of Hawaii’s transparent alliance with the Muslim Brotherhood and Deep State influence here. In this “rainbow state,” the once-named “Bush cartel” heavily influences military, immigration, and intelligence operations, including the corporate-controlled media, the courts, and sadly, the Justice Department too.

Legalizing peace

JOIN WORLD BEYOND WAR for our annual global conference in Toronto on September 21 and 22, 2018, at OCAD University (Ontario College of Art and Design University), 100 McCaul St, Toronto, ON M5T 1W1, Canada.

At “NoWar2018” we will explore how the rule of law has been used both to restrain war and to legitimize it — and how we can re-design systems to abolish the institution of war and uphold human and ecological justice.

The conference will take place on Friday September 21 (5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., doors open at 4:00 p.m.) and Saturday September 22. (9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., doors open at 8:00 a.m.).

Their transparent mental illness is sickening.

The damage their transmissible derangement causes society, the economy, the environment, and all biology, cuts against civility.

Peace and harmony sustains nature, not war-makers.

NEWSFLASH: Animals don’t kill for sport or profit.

Nature is perma-culturally sustained and doesn’t require drug wars or nuclear bombs.

War-makers–arrogant, ignorant, greedy, soulless, racketeers–require psychiatric care, not more support from presidents, political puppets, and media-entranced “sheeple.”

Social and commercial freedoms oppose political impositions by multinational corporations. Transparently engineered divisions between the religions, races, ethnicities, nations, and “trading blocks” are acts of War on We the People.  Politicians propose blocking websites claimed to spin lies for one side or another.

They should instead block the propaganda powers abused by the east and west, north and south. Isn’t it time to unveil the Wizards of War behind the hypnotronic technology we call “TV?”

Shall we not censor the agents and agencies fomenting international aggression?

The warlords should be gathered-up and banished to places they have already poisoned–such as Kahoâolawe in Hawaii where the land is so scorched it is no longer inhabitable. Alternatively, the Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) on the Big Island of Hawaii would make a marvelous group therapy encampment. There depleted uranium taints the 108,792 acre military training site. Simply raise the fence to the height Trump envisions for the southern U.S. Corral these menaces in “paradise lost.”

This “healing colony” awaits transformation for ‘group therapy’ featuring guaranteed psychopathic recovery. The only side effect is thyroid cancer from depleted uranium. Here is where the warriors who live in denial of peace and harmony throughout nature should live (at their own, and not taxpayers’ expense).

Unless these deranged sub-humans are exiled, the risk of many more species extinctions grossly evidencing ecological emergencies will multiply. Biological, chemical, and nuclear weapons have already decimated world populations, and damaged everyone’s health and environmental safety.

It would be just compensation to terminate their commercial contracts and seize their Wall Street accounts fueling their sickness and aggression. Only then will their continuous frightful deceptions cease fanning fears and wickedness to wage war on the weary and everything targetable.

Aren’t we all weary enough of wars?

Are you not already sick and tired of combating everything from AIDS and cancers to other people who don’t look, speak, or think like you?

Consider autism’s sudden skyrocketing emergence in children worldwide linked to toxic pesticides–war against the insect world; GMOs–war against nature’s world; and poisonous vaccinations–war against the microbial world. When will you realize enough is enough?

Humanity harvests only morbidity and mortality with every new war fought.

The military-medical-petrochemical-pharmaceutical-banking cartel does not immunized humanity against its impositions, the sources of current and coming plagues and conflicts.

Now is a critical time in history when it has become unconscionable to permit war-makers’ mental illness to rule. We the People cannot afford to permit their cronies to prosper, remain neglected, and spread their diseases, weapons, mental illness and death any longer.

We need a World Beyond War. And here it begins with you, most lovingly in the Spirit of Aloha in Hawaii.
