JOURNALISTS SHERRI KANE AND DR. LEONARD HOROWITZ VET MEDIA PSYOPS: JEWISH ACTIVISTS TARGETED BY WHITE SUPREMACISTS SUE LEADING ISPs & CONSPIRACY PROPAGANDISTS IN LANDMARK CASE PITTING THE WORLD’S LEADING WHISTLEBLOWERS AGAINST THE ISPs AND MEDIA COMPLICIT IN FUELING TERROR, AND VIOLATING THE U.S. CONSTITUTION
INTRODUCTION
This case is one for the history books, law reviews, and Hollywood.
Dr. Leonard Horowitz and Sherri Kane, two of the most endangered journalists on earth, were attacked by nine cyber-propagandists bent on destroying their reputations, careers, businesses, and livelihoods.
The Jewish journalists investigated their racist and sexist harassers, materially evidenced their conspiracy and complicity in organized crime (RICO), and filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit growing at the present time into a class-action involving additional co-plaintiffs harassed and defamed by the same “cyber-bullies.”
Initially filed in the State of Hawaii’s Circuit Court, the entire matter was suddenly uprooted to the US District Court in Honolulu by the company complicit in causing much of the couple’s financial damages. The mega-ISP–SoftLayer Technologies, Inc.–a company infamous for serving online terror sites and Neo-Nazi organizations, is among thirty (30) co-defendants.
The litigation pits Americans’ First Amendment Rights against an organized crime gang of agent-provocateurs administering an illegal propaganda, defamation, and harassment program approved by intelligence agencies benefitting war-makers on Capitol Hill and Wall Street. The lawsuit strikes at the heart of racial intolerance and unrest in American society. It names agents and agencies fueling and profiting from this treason of manufactured aggression. The suit vets the administrators of organized crime and unfair trade, and how this program involving mass media and psychological operations is being conducted covertly and heartlessly to damage We The People politically and behaviorally.
This landmark case questions freedom of speech in cyber-space under commercially-controlled governments and special interest groups influencing what media celebrities are paid to say and the public is persuaded to think.
The Complaint materially-evidences a conspiracy to deprive Americans of their rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, since racism, sexism, and terrorism, generated commercially through the communications industry, subverts the “American Dream,” prosperity, and economic recovery.
The Plaintiffs also assert the freedom to live and think in an era of media-influenced choice, programmed commercially from 5th Avenue or by special interest groups abusing the benefits of the Internet, is actionable.
According to exhibited evidence in the Complaint, the terrorizing, extortionate, libelous and lascivious assaults against the journalists also damages the civil liberties of the public, since the media malpractices conveying propaganda influence politics and the economy subversively, endangering, not benefiting, “national security” or economic recovery.
In this case, Horowitz and Kane charge white-supremacists (also called “cause stalkers”), and their broadcasting media (including ISPs) with violating laws to sway public opinion about “Zionism,” anti-Semitism, “anti-government extremism,” and about themselves as targets of disinformation and organized crime.
This landmark litigation has been filed by well-known activists/journalists to secure remedies for social unrest, civil discord, ethnic intolerance, and religious hate generated by special interests that abuse the media to sway public opinion using terrorizing propaganda. The agents, agencies, and companies complicit in this organized crime are exposed for the damages they caused to the journalists and the American people.
Target Sherri Kane and Dr. Leonard Horowitz: “The HOROKANE”
In 2007, immediately after Dr. Horowitz decrypted Leonardo da Vinci’s most famous drawing, then published LOVE: The Real da Vinci CODE, containing paradigm-shattering knowledge un-welcomed by the pharmaceutical industry, he began to be harassed and libeled by “cyberbullies” claiming he was knighted by the Pope to serve a globalist population control agenda.
The Internet “cause stalkers” claimed that Horowitz was a shill for the Vatican run by Jewish bankers and Zionists. Two of their agents, outspoken white supremacists, forged a Knights of Malta list, added Horowitz’s name below J. Edgar Hoover’s name, and then circulated this forgery widely on the Internet through allied “Bible Believer’s,” “Christian-Identity,”and neo-Nazi groups.
Among those spreading the defamation was Forbes magazine’s “ex-Asian Pacific Bureau Chief,” Benjamin Fulford.
Fulford was implicated in the assassination of Britain’s leading financial analyst, the late Edward Harle (aka Christopher Story), who wrote months before his death that his assassination was threatened by Fulford and agents of the Rockefeller-Bush war-making industry.
Fulford terrorized Harle, and openly promoted his close family relationship to David Rockefeller, the late honorary Chairman of the Partnership for New York City (PFNYC)–the most powerful business group in the Western World, certified by the Royal Family of England, and scrutinized by Horowitz and Kane in previous publications.*
At first, Horowitz neglected the defamations the cyber-bullies issued that were damaging his popularity and commercial enterprises, especially HealthyWorldStore.com that carries his brands; many featuring the “LOVE528Hz” frequency that he explains (as per the “real da Vinci CODE) is powerfully medicinal. Horowitz’s “OxySilver with 528” was, before the assaults, the top-selling alternative to risky vaccinations and troublesome antibiotics.
Fulford’s complicity in the gang libeling of Horowitz was the “last straw,” causing Kane (who gained a lot of media experience at FOX News in Los Angeles) to realize there was an organized criminal conspiracy behind the media harassments, prompting her to investigate and report her findings.
DEFENDING THE PHARMACEUTICAL PARADIGM THROUGH ORGANIZED CRIME
Horowitz’s contributions have been remarkable as an award-winning author of 17 books, dozens of audio and video publications, and three documentary films, all highly critical of the pharmaceutical industry.
In his latest documentary–PHARMAWHORES: The SHOWTIME Sting of Penn & Teller–the 2010 Accolade Award winner condemned the conflicting interests of the three co-chairman of the PFNYC–David Rockefeller, Rupert Murdoch of News Corp., and Lloyd Blankfein of Goldman Sachs–influencing the media and public acceptance of vaccinations for specious “pandemic emergencies,” including the 2009-2010 H1N1 Swine Flu fright and vaccination campaign.
A year before that, before Horowitz triggered international objections to the World Health Organization’s proclamation of “H1N1 pandemic emergency,” just as interest in his real da Vinci CODE was spiking, and Barack Obama was campaigning for the presidency. Then, you may recall, Obama’s campaign was broadsided by Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s reference to Horowitz’s best-selling classic, Emerging Viruses AIDS & Ebola–Nature, Accident or Intentional?, that explained why Wright cursed the American government for allegedly creating AIDS.

Interviewed by CNN, Horowitz noted that Rev. Wright had obviously read pages 425-27 of his best-seller, reprinting the U.S. Govt. contracts under which AIDS-like and Ebola-like viruses were bioengineered by the Army’s sixth top biological weapons contractor–Litton Bionetics. This 1970s supplier to the NCI and military-biomedical community sent Merck & Co. contaminated chimpanzees used to grow hepatitis viruses injected into gay vaccine recipients from 1972 – 74, and the rest is AIDS history according to Horowitz, Wright, Louis Farrakhan, Muammar Gaddafi, and other reported “enemies of state.”
CDC officials credit Horowitz–a Harvard-trained expert in public health–and his Emerging Viruses book, as largely responsible for the “anti-vaccination movement” in America.
And when anthrax was mailed less than a month after 9-11-01, Horowitz was made a “suspect” for “reading” the highly unusual and unlawful media propaganda bent on selling CIPRO, prompting him to demand an FBI investigation one week before the mailings were announced by the press.
Ultimately, Horowitz tracked the bioweapon-makers to the Batelle Memorial Institute in Ohio, working under the CIA’s top-secret project “Clearvision;” then persuaded William Broad of the New York Times to vet the source of the murderous sabotage. So if anyone is expected to get a CIA micro-dart in the neck, it is Horowitz, who already reported that happening a few years ago on his property in Hawaii.
Then there is Horowitz’s threatened takeover of the music industry, courtesy of his research in The Book of 528: Prosperity Key of LOVE. As slight change in tuning enhances creative artistry, generating “medicinal music,” and prompting a “528LOVERevolution.” Medicinal music is predicted to heavily damage the pharmaceutical trade.
That intelligence, Horowitz contends and Kane evidences, is the financial reason why the “cause stalkers” targeted him, and engaged high profile media personalities, including Britain’s David Icke and America’s Alex Jones, in an all out “Infowar” against the humanitarian scholar.
THE ESSENCE OF THEIR LEGAL CASE
In their lawsuit, the journalists are seeking compensatory damages for financial and emotional harm caused by organized criminals conducting a terrorizing “PSYOPS”―a mass public persuasion campaign to target the journalists and scapegoat them as Jews and “Zionists” for the world’s financial woes. The villains are racist propagandists, a complicit most-tolerant media, and federal agencies that are also complicit in the conspiracy by intentionally neglecting the crimes (as per, for example, “plausible denial.”)
Acting pro se (without an attorney) following their financial devastation from the co-conspirators’ raunchy libel, “the HOROKANE” decided to prove, and sue for, damages from this RICO (organized crime) saga that exposes media corruption extending from the highest levels of the communications industry to short wave broadcasters laboring for truth and constitutionally-guaranteed freedoms.
“In essence we’re suing an organized crime gang that includes commercial extortionists and white-hate extremists who are protected by federal agencies, without naming the United States of America as a co-defendant,” says Horowitz from his Big Island residence.
A lot of people feel the justice system is corrupt beyond hope. Horowitz qualifies:
“The system, like freedom of the press, needs to be exercised intelligently and responsibly by We The People. Otherwise, corrupt lawyers, judges, and the wealthiest parties win, and righteousness loses.”
Kane and Horowitz say they are advancing the case to prove the legal system, that is supposed to reflect God’s laws, the validity of the U.S. Constitution, and Bill of Rights, can be enforced by non-lawyer citizens, who can read the laws, work with the Courts’ procedures, and demand attorneys follow their rules of professional conduct. They also plan enforce compliance using the “Court of Public Opinion” as leverage.
“The pen is mightier than the sword,” Kane adds, “And people should pray that our pens fell this Goliath.”
Beyond prayer, the journalists are requesting financial contributions to help them succeed.”
USING FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS
Below you will read how and why victims’ families are often targeted and influenced to disrupt the operations of victims in the grand tradition of the COINTELPRO.
In this case, Horowitz’s family was devastated. The doctor’s ex-wife attempted to blackmail and extort the journalists for her and her co-conspirators’ commercial advantage. Her complicity in the conspiracy included feeding predicate felon Timothy Patrick White, “Dr. ‘True’ Ott,” and others stolen properties–a videotape and photo-memorabilia–reworked into “hateful and lascivious” propaganda, then distrubuted through third parties including Alex Jones and David Icke.
Jones perjured himself in his opening “Declaration” in an attempt to use Hawaii’s “long-arm statute” to dismiss the case against him. He wrote, “I do not have any business contacts in the State of Hawaii,” neglecting the fact Horowitz and Kane commissioned him to advertise while administering their companies from Hawaii; and worse: “I do not have any media broadcast affiliates in Hawaii.”
In fact, Jones is the leading “Ron Paul for President” campaigner nationally, with many supporters broadcasting and re-broadcasting Jones’s programs in the “Aloha State.”
For example, the image below shows Mike Adams―the Plaintiffs’ leading competitor in the natural health products personal-care markets―allied with Jones and broadcasting over the “Hawaii Political Info” website.
Many people are outraged that Jones, a favorite conspiracy-hound, is named in the suit. Jones fans say he has been honorably serving the “Patriot” and “Truth-telling” communities for years.
“But that’s the function of ‘Controlled Opposition’,” argues Kane. Jones presents opposition to controversial government policies that is part of the agenda.”
“COINTELPRO’s ‘PSYOPS’ generates confusion, fear, anger, and eventually general apathy. Alternatively, real heroes promote clarity, peace, and harmony, don’t breach contracts without an apology, and don’t libel their colleagues and clients,” adds Horowitz.
“In law, omissions and misrepresentations” are equally fraudulent,” Horowitz explains. “Jones, like all propagandists, on behalf of concealed special interests, omits and misrepresents enough to keep audiences divided and confused. That is the purpose of the COINTELPRO’s media PSYOPS.”
A perfect example of this is the May 28, 2012, issue of the National Enquirer. Jones, credited for sourcing the story, is promoted as a “conservative commentator” rather than a “conspiracy theorist” or “Ron Paul activist.” Common sense is neglected about who would profit by smearing the President, and how? It is public knowledge that Breitbart’s alleged assassination was not orchestrated from the White House, even the anti-government indicted-terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn. Parties that profit from both sides of the political isle operate from Wall Street. Track the money in every major contemporary conspiracy to find economic-governors commonly pulling the strings. In this case you do not need to look far to find National Examiner (and National Enquirer) owner, American Media, Inc., operating with a half-billion dollar bankruptcy debt. But that doesn’t stop owner David J. Pecker from making large Republican campaign contributions.
By discrediting the “news” in this way―putting legitimate stories in tabloids adjacent articles like “Alien-baby born with Three Heads”―concealed political/economic interests divide and confuse to conquer.
End result here: 1) The story is discredited; 2) Obama is discredited; 3) Jones and his candidate, Ron Paul, are vicariously discredited; and 4) the Republican-sponsored magazine and candidate gains money and favor.
“They make you jump through hoops to fly anywhere, and get security clearances for job; but they give you a president who worked for a a terrorist organization, Kane explains.
“People don’t see the hypocrisy of ‘national security.’ . . . Wryly she adds, “Ask not how Obama became president. Ask why he was positioned there at this time; and how he serves the warriors for wealth.”

COINTELPRO-like Operations in Media Persuasion
As the above example evidences, many of the co-defendants in Horowitz’s and Kane’s lawsuit are not simply “conspiracy theorists.” They are conspiracy opportunists and propagandists working with agents ranging from hardened criminals to some of Wall Street’s wealthiest wizardss.
The common thread among the propagandists is that they are all following, most precisely, the protocols established by FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover, and administered by Ted Gunderon, for COINTELPRO, that effectively controlled every kind of political threat or “dissident group,” as detailed in the U.S. Congressional Record.
In other words, treasonous economic–governors, well-represented in the PFNYC and Treasury Department, create and control their own opposition, attacking, discrediting, and disabling legitimate stories, journalists, and/or commercial competitors, as per their job descriptions for creating and administering “Controlled Opposition.”
This illegal practice is very well explained in the FINAL REPORT OF THE SELECT COMMITTEE TO STUDY GOVERNMENTAL OPERATIONS WITH RESPECT TO INTELLIGENCE ACTIV
Quoting from that report:
“An illustrative example of attacks on speaking concerns the plans of a dissident stockholders’ group to protest a large corporation’s war production at the annual stockholders meeting. The field office was authorized to furnish information about the group’s plans (obtained from paid informants in the group) to a confidential source in the company’s management. The Bureau’s purpose was not only to ‘circumvent efforts to disrupt the corporate meeting,’ but also to prevent any attempt to ‘obtain publicity or embarrass’ corporate officials.”
“The techniques used in COINTELPRO were — and are — used against hostile foreign intelligence agents,” the Senate investigators wrote in 1976. [Emphasis added.]
“The attacks on speaking, teaching, writing, and meeting have been examined in some detail because they present, in their purist form, the consequences of acting outside the legal process.”

Sullivan’s testimony that the “rough, tough, dirty business” of foreign counterintelligence was brought home against domestic enemies was corroborated by George Moore, whose Racial Intelligence Section supervised the White Hate and Black Nationalist COINTELPROs:
“You can trace [the origins] up and back to foreign intelligence, particularly penetration of the group by the individual informant. Before you can engage in counterintelligence you must have intelligence …. If you have good intelligence and know what it’s going to do, you can seed distrust, sow misinformation. The same technique is used in the foreign field. The same technique is used, misinformation, disruption, is used in the domestic groups, although in the domestic groups you are dealing in ’67 and ’68 with many, many more across the country … than you had ever dealt with as far as your foreign groups.
“The arsenal of techniques used in the Bureau’s secret war against domestic enemies ranged from the trivial to the life endangering. Slightly more than a quarter of all approved actions were intended to promote factionalization within groups and between groups; a roughly equal number of actions involved the creation and dissemination of propaganda.
“Other techniques involved the use of federal, state, and local agencies in selective law enforcement, and other use (and abuse) of government processes; disseminating derogatory information to family, friends, and associates; contacting employers; exposing “communist infiltration” or support of target groups; and using organizations which were hostile to target groups to disrupt meetings or otherwise attack the targets.”[Emphasis added.]
Regarding “Propaganda” the FINAL REPORT explained:
“The Bureau’s COINTELPRO propaganda efforts stem from the same basic premise as the attacks on speaking, teaching, writing and meeting: propaganda works. Certain ideas are dangerous, and if their expression cannot be prevented, they should be countered with Bureau-approved views. [Emphasis added.]
“Three basic techniques were used: (1) mailing reprints of newspaper and magazine articles to group members or potential supporters intended to convince them of the error of their ways; (2) writing articles for or furnishing information to “friendly” media sources to “expose” target groups; and (3) writing, printing, and disseminating pamphlets and fliers without identifying the Bureau as the source. . . .
“The Jewish members of the Communist Party appear to have been inundated with clippings dealing with Soviet mistreatment of Jews. Similarly, Jewish supporters of the Black Panther Party received articles from the BPP newspaper containing anti-Semitic statements. . . .
“Perhaps only one example needs be examined in detail, and that only because it clearly sets forth the purpose of propaganda . . . . Fifty copies of an article entitled ‘Rabbi in Vietnam Says Withdrawal Not the Answer,’ described as ‘an excellent article in support of United States foreign policy in Vietnam,’ were mailed to certain unnamed professors and members of the Vietnam Day Committee ‘who have no other subversive organizational affiliations.’ The purpose of the mailing was ‘to convince [the recipients] of the correctness of the U.S. foreign policy in Vietnam.’
“Much of the Bureau’s propaganda efforts involved giving information or articles to ‘friendly’ media sources who could be relied upon not to reveal the Bureau’s interests. [Emphasis added.]
“The attacks on speaking, teaching, writing, and meeting have been examined in some detail because they present, in their purist form, the consequences of acting outside the legal process.
“Perhaps the Bureau was correct in its assumption that words lead to deeds, and that larger group membership produces a greater risk of violence.
“Nevertheless, the law draws the line between criminal acts and constitutionally protected activity, and that line must be kept. [Emphasis added.]
“As Justice Brandeis declared in a different context fifty years ago:
“Our government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people, by its example. Crime is contagious. If the Government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law: it invites every man to become a law unto himself. To declare that in the administration of the criminal law the end justifies the means — to declare that the Government may commit crimes in order to secure the conviction of the private criminal — would bring terrible retribution. Against the pernicious doctrine this Court should resolutely set its face. Olmstead v. U.S., 277 U.S. 439,485 (1927)”[Emphasis added.]
The Senate Investigating Committee noted that continued success of the COINTELPRO depended on the infiltration of “dissident” groups, including the White Hate (e.g., KKK) Group; not to terminate its operations, but to control them indefinitely. This would actualize the illusion of free speech while actually controlling it, so long as the agents and covert actions remained concealed.
MEDIA CAMPAIGN FOR EXTORTION, LIBEL & THEFT
“Nobody picks fights for no reason, but there was money and political favors in it for ‘Gunderson’s Gang’–True Ott et. al, who initiated the attacks against Kane and I,” Horowitz said, referencing the FBI’s ex- Los Angeles Bureau Chief, Ted Gunderson, who admittedly administered COINTELPRO under Hoover a routinely communicated with Ott and his minion.
These gang-members’ attempted extortion and damaging libel is materially evidenced in the Complaint. The co-conspirators libeled Horowitz to get him to condemn his professional affiliations with the Knights Hospitaller of New York–the sponsors of the fledgling Clinics for Humanity Project advanced by doctors in the World Organization for Natural Medicine.
After the “cyberbullies” failed in their extortion attempts, they enrolled a new scheme involving the doctor’s x-wife.
As a result of a court-directed non-disparagement agreement the name of the x-wife is being withheld, but as a co-defendant and company fiduciary she overstepped her authority in alliance with Ott, and illegally dissolved the doctor’s three companies in Idaho. At the same time, she and Ott’s gang of White supremacists distributed a so-called “blackmail video” or “sex tape” manufactured using a private recording of Kane and Horowitz feuding.
The list of co-conspirators and their damaging deeds goes on, and includes the operators of two of the most popular “U.S. Patriot” and radical “Christian Right” websites.
Other offending websites and blogs were directed or neglected by nine media personalities in total. The veterans among them are Icke and Jones, who make their livings disseminating frightening propaganda, and compete as journalists in the “conspiracy industry” with Kane and Horowitz.
Many co-defendants also compete with Horowitz’s and Kane’s health products companies, raising the spector of unfair and deceptive trade. The use of “public disclosure of private facts,” and ethnic smears, to complement the illegal dissolutions of Horowitz’s companies; to defame them, to put them out of business for the gang’s commercial advantage, also violates the journalists’ civil rights to conduct free trade.
SIMILAR SOFTLAYER SERVICE TO RADICAL RELIGIOUS GROUPS & MILITANT EXTREMISTS
The court filings evidence links between SoftLayer Technologies, Inc. among the world’s largest ISP’s, and the parties that profited by publishing racist defamations andconducting unfair and deceptive trade, stealing Horowitz’s name, identity, books, DVDs, and health products, and conducting illegal sales through a Denver company, 303 Industries, Inc. (a.k.a., MakeTheWeb.com).
A few years ago, Dr. Jeremy Reynalds, the founder of Joy Junction, New Mexico’s largest emergency homeless shelter, was shocked by the hosting of neo-Nazi and terrorist sites by Softlayer’s acquisitions―Everyone’s Internet and Planet Internet―the world’s largest privately held dedicated server group. The doctor of education wrote of these matters of fact on globalpolitician.com.
These EV1-branding cyber-giants served the terrorist organizations Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade; www.tajdeed.org.uk), reportedly “run by Mohammed Al Massari, a man who has made a career of fronting for terrorist organizations, and supports the terrorist Islamic Army in Iraq;” www.alquds.com; “[t]he Database of Terrorist Websites and eGroups . . .” connected to The Al-Quds pro-terrorist newspaper; and www.Al-qal3ah.com, www.qal3ah.net and www.Qal3ati.biz— all believed to be associated with terrorist Saad Rashed Mohammed Al-Fagih, linked to the Al Qaida and the global jihad since the mid-1990’s.
Reynalds reported on the company’s chief financial officers, Roy Alvin Marsh III, and his brother, the CEO, Robert Marsh. Their influential friends include President Bush’s Secretary of the Navy, Gordon England, Sharon Bush, the President’s former sister-in-law, and her daughter, fashion model Lauren Bush.
In 2004, CEO Marsh replied to critics of EV1’s hosting of terror forums, thusly, “There is more to it than meets the public eye. That’s all I have to say.”
Marsh was referencing “national security” and intelligence agencies’ policies to regulate, not terminate, terrorist propaganda. Reminiscent of Hoover’s COINTELPRO, once opposition is controlled―infiltrated and regulated―the “radical” targets served useful purposes for profitable crime and war industries, including biochemical and pharmaceutical profiteers with revolving doors to the FDA and CDC.
Reynolds quotes cyber-terror researcher Johnathan Galt thusly, “Last year, along with all the Islamist hate-sites, we noticed a large number of American neo-Nazi, skinhead, KKK, hate sites hosted by EV1. This year, in double checking for this article we notice that many of those hate sites have moved to other ISPs. Currently the top NAZI ISP is ‘The Planet’ in Dallas.”
In 2006, the Planet merged with Everyone’s Internet, and in 2010, they merged with SoftLayer.
Time-Warner, a News Corp/Rupert Murdoch acquisition, holds second-place for NAZI hosting ISPs.
EV1 company officials told the Houston Chronicle that after they blocked some terror sites, they were “requested” to put them back on line by the U.S. Customs Service.
“We are good citizens in our community,” Marsh stated in defense of serving Nazi propaganda mills. “We are proud corporate sponsors of the local Jewish Community center, and sponsor their annual children’s carnival.
