Ayahuasca Drug-Maker and Lawyer Charged with Treason in Federal Conspiracy Case

Hypocrisy of Ayahuasca “Priests” Engaged in Racketeering with Complicity by the CIA and FBI in “Religious” Manslaughter

 

Honolulu, HI — The U.S. District Court will hear an unusual RICO case in which a lawyer is charged with treason and seditious conspiracy after the hallucinogenic drug-maker, “ayahuasca” trafficker, “church” leader, and real estate entrepreneur, pleaded his right to evade questions about his  “religious” enterprise damaging citizens, including two whistleblowers who plan to prosecute on behalf of the American people.

 

Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz and Sherri Kane presented Judge J. Michael Seabright with their prosecution plan in a “Scheduling Conference Statement on Nov 5,” supplemented by evidence of attorney Paul J. Sulla, Jr.’s racketeering enterprise that has been aided-and-abetted by State and federal law enforcers. A series of neglected complaints evidences officials’ “willful blindness” to Sulla’s conspiracy to deprive citizens’ rights, properties, good reputations, and at the same time deal the deadly drug DMT to “churchgoers” as the owner and chief “priest” of the Big Island’s “Ayahuasca Church.” (Pictured below is a California 18-year-old, Kyle Joseph Nolan, who died from an overdose of “Ayahuasca” while visiting a Wall Street stock broker’s highly-touted facility in Peru in 2012.)

 

Dr. Horowitz is a leading pharmaceutical industry whistleblower and world renowned natural medicine ambassador; and Kane is a leading activist opposing pedophilia and child sex trafficking. They came into this case as victims of Sulla’s crimes, learning later that the “natural medicine” Sulla prescribes is potentially deadly and puts youth into an altered state in which they become highly susceptible to sexual abuse.

 

Unlike a legitimate “priest” or “shaman,” for the past five years Sulla has maliciously prosecuted the journalists in multiple State courts to steal their property, censor them, and destroy their lives in tandem with a half dozen “Internet trolls” trained in the methods of federal agents targeting whistleblowers labeled “radicalizers.”

 

The journalists discovered substantial evidence of Sulla’s involvements in the “religious” drug trade. He is Hawaii’s leading marijuana rights activist, manufactures the “God molecule” DMT, and traffics it with State and federal law enforcers’ knowledge and neglect.

 

The whistleblowers’ evidence includes court transcripts, affidavits from “church-goers,” drug makers’ testimonies, and Congressional Records proving FBI and CIA support for the lucrative hallucinogenic drug trade.  “Ayahuasca” could be the next “medicinal marijuana,” CNN reported. While National Security Agency (NSA) documents leaked by Edward Snowden proves CIA and FBI agents are trained to damage human targets called “radicalizers” and “Enemies of State” using the precise methods Sulla’s gang used to destroy the whistleblowers’ reputations and steal their Big Island property.

 

“This unprecedented case raises novel legal questions that we hope to answer during our prosecution of Sulla and his organization,” Dr. Horowitz said.  “We are filing to join the United States of America as our co-plaintiff under Rule 17(a) of federal civil procedure.  We intend to prosecute on behalf of many citizens damaged, and in the public’s interest under 18 U.S.C. § 1964, and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1988. Congress empowered us to proceed against Sulla as ‘private attorneys general,’ or ‘PAGs,’ on both civil and criminal claims in this RICO case. This is what Congress had in mind when they passed the aforementioned statutes, especially since State prosecutors and FBI officials rejected our numerous pleas for help over many years.”

 

Through this historic, many say heroic, “citizens’ participation in government,” the PAGs seek to defend themselves and the American people against a “religious” drug enterprise, arguably a “drug cult,” that stretches from Hawaii to Peru via Wall Street. This “religion,” marketed to people seeking greater meaning of life, has caused people to be drugged, in many cases overdosed and neglected, occasionally abused and sexually assaulted, and killed in rare instances, as reported by Kelly Hearn in Men’s Journal.

 

Religious Racketeering Case Removed to Federal Court

 

The charges against head “priest” Sulla include racketeering, extortion, robbery, forgery, perjury, securities fraud, mail fraud, defamation, criminal contempt of multiple courts, and manufacturing and distributing the dangerous, potentially deadly, controlled substance called “DMT,” widely-promoted as the “God molecule.” Sulla, Jr., and his son, Paul J. Sulla, III, have also, technically, practiced medicine without licenses, and “priest” Sulla, III, fraudulently operated as an unlicensed “clinical psychologist.”

 

Despite irrefutable evidence proving all of the above,  Sulla has been “unreasonably” and “unconscionably” granted “immunity” from prosecution by law enforcers. More than 1300 pages of evidence submitted by the journalists in a separate RICO-filing (required under District Court rules) weighs heavy that Sulla’s “outrageous” immunity sourced from his service as an alleged “confidential informant” (CI) helping State and federal agents nab unsuspecting targets, such as marijuana minister, Roger Christie, who Sulla advised prior to Christie getting busted, convicted, and jailed. And then there is Lamar Hardy, America’s leading tax evasion guru. He too ppears to have been likewise “set up” by Sulla to “go down” through federal indictments against four conspirators, including Sulla. Three of the four went to jail. Sulla “walked,” even though he administered the entire money laundering “religious trust” scheme.

Sulla originally filed this case in State court to evict the journalists from their Hawaii residence for failing to pay falsely-claimed mortgage debt illegally assigned to a sham “church” that Sulla incorporated, purportedly on behalf of his “client.” The “client”–really partner in crime, predicate felon, and convicted marijuana trafficker was named Cecil Loran Lee. Lee declared bankruptcy in 2007 from having defrauded several buyers before Horowitz and his ministry purchased Lee’s one-of-a-kind property in 2004. Sulla entered in 2009 to illegally transfer Horowitz’s mortgage debt by fraudulent assignments of the mortgage and promissory note by Lee’s request to evade Lee’s multiple judgment creditors; and then bring a fraudulent non-judicial foreclosure against Horowitz, supposedly on behalf of Lee’s sham “church” that Sulla incorporated and certified using a false address.

 

The journalists removed the case to U.S. District Court, where Judge J. Michael Seabright will preside. The honorable Seabright is widely considered a hero to American consumers for ruling against the Big Banks that caused the “mortgage meltdown” of 2009. As in this case against Sulla, the banks assigned homeowners’ mortgages and promissory notes illegally to third party lenders.

 

Judge Seabright served in the Justice Department as a federal prosecutor specializing in white collar and organized crime.  Put off by lenders’ “robo-signing” people’s signatures on mortgage documents, with forged promissory notes being assigned to parties uninvolved in the original contracts, Seabright ruled in Deutsche Bank v. The Williamses in favor of homeowners, and against the policy responsible for the collapse of the American housing market.

 

Mortgagees must prove the validity of their mortgages and promissory note assignments before having the “prudential standing” to foreclosure on borrowers, Seabright ruled, thereby restoring integrity to the American economy and saving hundreds of thousands of families from forced evictions.

 

Seabright’s resume’ bodes especially bad for Sulla, who illegally assigned Horowitz’s paid-off mortgage to his sham “church,” then extorted the Harvard-trained emerging diseases expert and world leading drug industry critic to pay $375,000.00 in “unlawful debt.”

 

To defend, Horowitz was forced to pay $150,000.00 for lawyers–a poor investment that earned only more lawsuits. After several outrageous State court rulings, and severe damage to Horowitz’s family, ministry, businesses, and reputation, Horowitz, in 2012, decided to fire his lawyers and study law.

 

“Picked on the Wrong People”

 

“Sulla picked on the wrong people,” Kane said, reflecting on the State court warfare in which Horowitz witnessed everything from jury tampering, witness tampering, and evidence tampering, to judges’ decisions favoring organized crimes.

 

“We’re going to take our damages,” Horowitz said, “and turn them into blessings for the American people.”

 

Relating his and Kane’s damages from being conned and extorted by the criminal enterprise, Horowitz continued, “We’re going to take Mr. Sulla’s crimes, and ram them through the heart of the unrighteous ‘beast’ responsible for defrauding, confusing, intoxicating, and killing millions of people under the guises of ‘public health’ and ‘national security.’”

 

Considering the ‘drug-mob’s’ powerful impact on society gained through political payoffs and corrupt courts, the journalists’ “due process” aims to bring righteousness back to the Third Circuit Court of Hawaii and beyond.

 

“We aim to free We The People from the scourge of corrupt and spineless lawyers, by teaching what we have learned, and modeling actions that private citizens can take to serve their own, as well as the public interests,” Horowitz said.

 

The whistleblowers plan is most unusual. They work to exercise their Congressionally-authorized right to prosecute Sulla and his co-conspirators as PAGs, under laws Congress passed authorizing citizens to serve as prosecutors in the public’s defense against organized outlaws, including court officers.

 

“This case raises novel ‘federal questions’ and ‘religious questions’,”  health ambassador and public minister Horowitz explains. “In this case, Sulla’s drug trafficking enterprise advances a new pharmaceutical-based ‘religion’ that has been aided-and-abetted by the CIA’s MKULTRA Program advancing hallucinogenic drug use for ‘mind control’ since the 1950s.”

 

“We think people are fed up with the hypocrisy of mind-controlling, side-effect assuring, pharmaceutical advertising, as well as divisive religions that have abused people to profit secret investors for millennia,” Kane interjected.

 

“In this case, Mr. Sulla promotes a ‘new drug religion’ that profits certain Wall Street investors at the cost of lives and humanity’s soul,” Dr. Horowitz explained.  “A pharmaceutical-based religion promising ‘self-realization’ through DMT-intoxication and regular hallucinations is a ‘bad trip’ for society, susceptible to being defrauded and indoctrinated by the media into a dangerous drug ‘cult.’

 

“Add to this case the propaganda arm of the CIA –the FBI’s Counter-Intelligence Program (i.e., ‘COINTELPRO’) whose agents are assigned to cyber-stalk, harasses, and libel drug-industry critics and natural health competitors as commercial and political targets, censoring and defaming ideological objectors, calling them ‘radicalizes,’ and attacking alternative medicine providers and natural healing experts, you have one hell of an interesting court case,” Dr. Horowitz said.

 

 

Replay of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Operation

 

The most powerful “social engineering” occurs by the mainstream media, and Internet “social media.” In this case of attacking whistleblowers and other targets, the crime is administered by the federal government under the MKULTRA Program. The mind-controlling and social engrineering operation historically advances propaganda favoring the pharmaceutical industry and holy war-makers.

 

The aforementioned allegations and scandalous facts are corroborated in the U.S. Congressional Record. Determinations by the Frank Church Congressional Investigating Committee (in: Church Committee: Book II – Intelligence Activities and the Rights of Americans; Volume 7 – Hearings on Covert Action; and Volume 1 – Hearings on Unauthorized Storage of Toxic Agents, Sept. 16-18, 1975). The “Church Committee” exposed the CIA and FBI “covert actions” taken against American citizens. These included biological and chemical weapons experiments with weapons manufactured by private drug and chemical contractors–typically large pharmaceutical companies–for use by the CIA and military to kill, incapacitate, or control people, including the infamous hallucinogenic drug “LSD.”

 

Technically, LSD is related to DMT–defined as a “chemical weapon”–that Sulla and son have manufactured and trafficked for years. “Willful-blindness” by many Big Island lawyers and judges have kept the Sullas’ “church” in business. Even State and County of Hawaii prosecutors have neglected the damage reported by “churchgoers.” Whistleblowers beyond Horowitz and Kane have repeatedly filed complaints with irrefutable evidence, including affidavits from many concerned and damaged citizens whose complaints to public officials, the police, the FBI and DEA have been neglected.

 

The FBI appears to serve as a protection racket for “The Enterprise” that not only robbed Horowitz’s property, but smeared him and Kane as “The HOROKANE” to discredit their allegations and publications. In fact, in 2012, the FBI threw “The HOROKANE” out of their Honolulu office when the couple arrived to file a complaint.

 

The FBI allow its confidential informants (CIs) to commit more than 5,600 crimes annually, according to USA Today. This best explains the evidence before Judge Seabright.

 

The most reasonable explanation for what has happened to “The HOROKANE” relates to Sulla’s collaborator and leading material witness–Alma C. Ott (a.k.a, “Dr. ‘True’ Ott). His alias itself is a “PSYOPS” subliminally messaging what he says is “True” when, in fact, he gets paid to lie.

 

Nor is he a real “doctor,” but a rabid racist, white-supremacist, anti-Semitic, neo-Nazi, propagandist who openly publishes evidence of his fractured psyche to grow his market for natural health products. Odd, you think? Ott has set up his Internet business, “Mother Earth Minerals, Co.” to compete directly with Horowitz and Kane’s online stores. Since no reasonable store owner would purposely expose himself as being a white supremacist, “The HOROKANE” concludes the “psychopath” has been intentionally groomed to destroy more than Horowitz’s credibility in the world of natural healing, but the entire natural products industry, thereby reducing Big Pharma’s competition that, like Horowitz, claims vaccines are poisonous and antibiotics are deadly.

 

Curiously, Ott works with Hollywood porn editor Alex McGowan Studer, and Studer hosts Ott’s LabVirus blog developed to discredit Horowitz’s best-selling book, Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola—Nature, Accident or Intentional?  These men relentlessly cyber-bullied and libeled the whistleblowers under the supervision of supposedly “retired” (now deceased) FBI Los Angeles bureau chief, Ted Gunderson, the bureau’s leading front-man in pedophilia and child sex trafficking complaints.  Gunderson, Ott and Studer, and a half dozen other Internet “trolls,” launched an organized defamation and commercial destruction campaign targeting Horowitz and his companies beginning in 2007, especially after President Barack Obama’s minister, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, drew international attention to Horowitz’s best-selling book about lab viruses published in 1996. Wright credited Horowitz for his meticulous research, and published proof of HIV/AIDS and Ebola being government-creations for biological weapons research and vaccine development by U.S. military contractors. The germs were cleverly loosed to reduce world populations and, at the same time, profit drug companies and Wall Street investors.

 

Horowitz—a U.S. Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada certified Ambassador for the World Organization for Natural Medicine, and Editor-in-Chief of Medical Veritas International, Inc., has been a “thorn in the side of drug industrialists” for decades.  Retaliation and competitor destruction is a form of corporate espionage routinely practiced by the CIA since the end of the “Cold War,” according to experts such as the late CIA Director William Colby. So it is reasonable to consider the high probability that unfair competition by drug-makers targeting Horowitz for destruction through covert government operations, especially vaccine-racket protectionists that hate Horowitz for damaging their markets, is the most reasonable explanation for the evidence presented to Judge Seabright.

 

Letters written by Sulla’s co-conspirators are shockingly similar to the persecution directed against Martin Luther King, Jr. by FBI officials. A comparative reading of this letter written to King, and these letters written to the journalists, provides irrefutable proof of the manner and means of the similar pattern of extortion, terrorism, and harassment.

 

Ironically, Horowitz and Kane are advancing their case against Sulla using civil rights statutes codified in the wake of Rev. King’s assassination; and anti-RICO laws charging Sulla, Ott & Co. with a “pattern of organized crimes.” Their case provides the punch to avenge Rev. Kings murder at the hands of government-sponsored evil.

 

In 2011, “The HOROKANE” were forced to defend their publications and integrity in a lawsuit filed by Sulla to save his reputation by censoring the whistleblowers (called a SLAPP-lawsuit). Sulla and the court caused the complaint to be dismissed in August, 2014, due to Sulla’s failure to prosecute his defamation claims. It cost the journalists two-and-a-half years to defeat the malicious prosecution.

 

Then, to damage the couple even more, Sulla filed two “ejectment actions” in “wrong courts” that he knew lacked jurisdiction to hear cases involving slandered titles.

 

 

Treason and Seditious Conspiracy

 

Federal laws (18 U.S. Code §§ 2381, 2384, and 229F) define Sulla’s conspiracy as treasonous and seditious. That latter law defines “chemical weapons” precisely describing the controlled substance “DMT” in Sulla’s “ayahuasca.” Trafficking the powerful and potentially deadly hallucinogenic drug as “community medicine” for “religious rituals” while America has declared “War on Drugs” is arguably treasonous, especially under these unique circumstances. Sulla’s head “priest,” his son Paul J. Sulla, III, was trained by (and co-published with) the CIA’s leading psychotropic drug scientist and propagandist, the late Dr. Stanley Kripner.

 

According to the whistleblowers’ legal filings, the drug DMT, and 18 USC § 229F, references a “toxic chemical” that “can cause death, temporary incapacitation or permanent harm to humans or animals,” and “includes all such chemicals, regardless of their origin or  . . . method of production, and regardless of” where they are produced. The law provides exceptions for using chemical weapons for “peaceful purposes,” but provides no explicit exceptions for ‘religious’ uses of chemical weapons reminiscent of the Jonestown Massacre.

 

“DMT use is not ‘peaceful’ for the majority of persons who vomit from the neurotoxic chemical, and then lose connection to this dimension,” Dr. Horowitz says. He points to Dr. Stefan Kasian’s publication as one example. The Sulla friend and churchgoer, Kasian, detailed his “blackout” and resulting emergency hospitalization under the negligent supervision of Sulla’s church-workers. Another Sulla “donor” whose father had reared him to honor Ayahuasca ceremonies, drove his truck through the “church’s” front gate to urgently escape Sulla’s terrorizing assistants attempting to confine him to their “KKK-like” ritual.

 

Public information published by the Church Committee in 1976 exposed the CIA’s related hallucinogenic drug experiments, and widespread promotion and distribution of dangerous psychotropic chemicals to America’s youth.  LSD produced by pharmaceutical contractors, including Sandoz and Ely Lily, Co., were deployed through secret agents representing federal and private commercial interests under the guise of “Cold War preparedness.”

 

The “classified” drug program was aided-and-abetted by the FBI’s propaganda and social engineering cover–the COINTELPRO (Counter-intelligence program)—a diversionary “protection racket” subordinate to the CIA’s MKULTRA—a mass persuasion program getting America’s youth to “turn on and drop out.” Precisely like Ayahuasca is promoted today, agents and organizations of the MKULTRA enterprise misinformed citizens about risks, while claiming “mind-expanding” neurotoxic drugs deliver “self-realization” and “God experiences.”

 

 

Iconic CIA Drug Propagandists

 

“Two of the top agents in this enterprise, Terrance McKenna, and Dr. Krippner,” Dr. Horowitz explains, “served Sulla’s and his son’s own DMT enterprise called the “Sky of Hawai’I Ayahuasca Church,” officially registered with the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA) as THE ECLECTIC CENTER OF UNIVERSAL FLOWING LIGHT-PAULO ROBERTO SILVA E SOUZA (ECU) heavily engaged in bringing real estate to market—the perfect cover for drug money laundering.

 

McKenna confessed to working for the FBI as a CI before his death from brain cancer. His regular DMT use is suspected of contributing to his death.

 

Krippner is best known for the CIA’s Men Who Stared at Goats ‘dream telepathy’ research. He led this field of MKULTRA mind-control, promoting pharmaceutical psychiatrics, especially psychedelics, and wrote about the Future of Religion as relying on drugs.

 

Relatedly, the film Kill the Messenger recounts the CIA’s program to distribute drugs in the Los Angeles ghettos with the FBI COINTELPRO’s mission to profit by crimes and gang wars.

 

The COINTELPRO operation is also widely known to have discredited peace activists Rev. King, Jr., Malcolm X, John Lennon,  and others whose rights were unlawfully deprived and reputations smeared by defamatory FBI propaganda. The COINTELPRO works to severely distress and financially damage its targets, disrupt their lives, and protect competing commercial interests; much like Sulla, Ott, Studer and other complicit persons did repeatedly to “The HOROKANE.” The “government-troll” attacks caused the dissolution of the whistleblowers’ California and Idaho-based companies, as detailed in their federal case filings (available for inspection and free downloads from PaulSullaCensured.com.)

 

The administration of conspiracies to deprive citizens rights and properties involving extortion, robbery, and defamation was certified by the Church Committee as a MKULTRA/COINTELPRO regular practice. Operating today under new names, the racketeering enterprise continues to damage and destroy its targets. These are facts proven by documents leaked by the Honolulu-based National Security Agency employee, Edward Snowden, while working at Booz Allen Hamilton.[1]  According to Snowden’s leaks, the COINTELPRO operates today under the Joint Threat Research Intelligence Unit (JTRIG), the British counterpart to the NSA, through the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) in England. The leaked intelligence indicts the government agencies for tracking, defaming, and commercially damaging people termed “radicalizers” in order to “neutralize” them, and effectively destroy their lives. “The HOROKANE” endured all the above as a result of Sulla and Ott’s criminal conspiracy.

 

 

Conclusion: The New World Drug Religion Under MKULTRA Mind-Control, Psychopathic Influence, and Demonic Possession

 

What is being done to advance ‘The New World Drug Religion,” and what was done to the whistleblowers opposing Sulla’s hypocritical “priesthood,” comes right out of the COINTELPRO’s ‘play book.’ (See: Dr. Krippner’s “Future of Religions” Paper.)

 

Nearly forty-years after the Church Committee closed its investigation on MKULTRA, the same culturally-crippling covert actions are being taught by GCHQ’s Human Science Operations Cell (HSOC) under CIA and NSA sponsorship. This is how “hacktivist trolls” are trained to foul the Internet. This administration best explains why discussion boards are constantly corrupted by vile postings, but websites favoring vaccines, pharmaceuticals, and Ayahuasca remain largely immune.

 

This curious fact does not manifest like a DMT hallucination. The disparity isn’t because Ayahuasca fans operate under “religious protections.” There is money to be made in this new “religion,” and globalist investors see the potential of replacing institutions, like the Roman Catholic Church.

 

Ayahuasca promoters have been largely successful in disparaging traditional religions. “Religious wars,” such as the ones in Afghanistan, Iran, or Palestine today is a good excuse for discouraged observers to consume the “God drug.”

 

Internet “trolls” target every leading religion and Ayahuasca critic, just as they do peace activists and civil rights leaders. They always post rude or disgusting information to disrupt dialogue, destroy social activism, and undermine righteous organizational development. They typically write racist, sexist, or other disparaging comments on activists blogs. They seem psychopathic, having been mind-altered and indoctrinated into celebrating wars, plagues, disasters, and vomiting before reaching another dimension of space/time courtesy of intoxicating DMT or LSD. This operation, and their trained and rehearsed techniques used to influence public perceptions, attitudes, and ultimately our CULTure, is promoting the New World Religion featuring Ayahuasca as surely as drugs often destroy people’s lives.

 

The MKULTRA Program also abuses the standard mind-control technique called the ‘Hegelian dialectic’ or “double sided message.” Government agents are trained to interject diversions, opposite positions, and sham arguments, into online discussions to disable and dis-empower their targets. Commonly, readers tire of the unproductive debate–“Drugs are good” / “Drugs are bad,”  and simply ‘log out.’”

 

That result, the drop-out, or apathy, is precisely what the propagandists had in mind. And this outcome is quite similar to an Ayahuasca trip, according to John Horgan, author of “My Ayahuaca Trip,” published by Scientific American. If you read Horgan’s lengthy detailed recollection of his “intoxication reaction,” you will feel the urge to ” Log out.” And, there is nothing redeeming about finishing that reading.

 

It is not surprising that no COINTELPRO trolls attacked Horgan, despite his Hegelian dialectic conclusion. “[W]hat is the final lesson?” Horgan asks. “Do I see only what I already believe? Is it too late to learn? Change? Do I want to learn and change? Need to?” I stared at the words, wracking my brain for some sort of epiphany, but nothing came. I felt more confused, more mystified, than ever. What is the point of all our mystical searching? Where does it get us? What truth does it give us? What consolation?”

 

Zero, zip, nah dah. Nothing. There is no consolation in poisoning your brain to escape “normal” life for a half-hour experience in another dimensions of choice-less, drug-induced, “consciousness.” This might otherwise be called “temporary dementia.” For entertainment and safety’s sake, your better off viewing Disney’s Fantasia.

 

It is said that regular Ayahuasca use increases risks of brain cancer, and accidents are common under the influence. What is not widely discussed is the experience of Ayahuasca resisters who become ostracized from their social groups. They are pressured by users to “try Ayahuasca” for the “personal experience”–not for some socially redeeming purpose or humanitarian mission. “It is a personal thing.” Those pressuring, critics contend, appear dissociated, kind-of-like in a residual “trance state,” with eyes darker than before, and less sure of themselves and their place in “straight” families and communities. They plead to convince others to join them in their “Zero, zip, nah dah. Nothing” state of whatever, as though “misery loves company.”

 

“Sulla’s behavior certainly reflects social detachment, and self-centered criminal psychopathology,” Dr. Horowitz opined. “The fact that he commercializes Ayahuasca under Constitutional protections, and prosecutors tacit consent, is outrageous. What he has done to us–peace activists, public health, consumer safety, women and children’s rights, and natural healing advocates, reflects a sick, arrogant, faithless, greedy, and demonically possessed ‘high priest’ in a risky and deadly drug cult.
