Big Island Candidates Roxanne Joan “RJ” Hampton and Tiffany Edwards Hunt Caught In White Hate Conspiracy to Defame a Famous Doctor Using “Revenge Porn” and Cyber-Bullying

Honolulu, HI — Two candidates for political office on the Big Island of Hawaii have been caught conspiring to cyber-bully, stalk, harass, extort, defame, and ruin the reputation and businesses of a famous vaccine industry whistleblower in alliance with a group of White Supremacists operating from the mainland, according to criminal charges filed with State of Hawaii Ethics Commission, pending police investigation.

The charges were filed against Hawaii County Council (District 5) candidates Roxanne Joan Hampton and Tiffany Edwards Hunt by Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz—a widely known natural healing expert and the candidates’ commercial target. The complaint claims Hampton and Hunt conspired to ruin the doctor’s reputation and businesses using videotapes filmed by the candidates and Hampton’s campaign aide, Sheryle Sultan (a.k.a., “Sativa” Jones), and published by Hunt along with members of a neo-Nazi terrorist group that cyber-stalked and defamed Horowitz after the County Council passed anti-vaccination Resolution 237-09 in December 2009. The Council’s action was heavily opposed by Hunt on her Big Island Chronicle website.

Since 2011, according to the complaint, Hampton conspired with anti-government pro-drug industry cyber-bullies to publish vile anti-Semitic attacks against the Jewish doctor. Hunt, who favors vaccinations, smeared Horowitz online for having inspired the County Council’s controversial Resolution that passed nearly unanimously. Hunt published a video she filmed May 3, 2012, to supplement the libelous and lascivious online attacks to destroy the doctor’s reputation, companies, and health ministry in Pahoa.

Hunt, the self-publisher of the Chronicle, came under scrutiny on July 15, 2014, by Hawaii Tribune Herald reporter Nancy Cook-Lauer for accepting “Honolulu Super Pac support” for her campaign.

Hampton then allied with Hunt, and co-published with America’s leading White Supremacy “Christian Identity” propagandists at least two vile videos containing defamation ordered to be removed from the Internet by an Idaho court, May 27, 2014.

To keep the videos playing, Hampton published an affidavit stating, “I expressly give my permission to Alex M. Studer, A True Ott and Tim White to use the footage for any video productions.” Hunt, then, in attempting to conceal her complicity with Hampton and these widely known anti-government racists, wrote on Big Island Chronicle (May 3, 2012) that Hampton’s affidavit contained “a list of unidentifiable names.”

Records to be turned over to police show the candidates complicit video editor, who is also Ott’s web developer, Alex Studer, thanking Hunt for her video, and corresponding with her through her Big Island Chronicle blog since the County Counsel passed Resolution 237-09 in 2009.

The main video promoted by Hampton, Ott, and Studer, linked to Hunt’s website, was recorded without Horowitz’s knowledge or consent. It shows the doctor and his fiancé, fellow journalist Sherri Kane, whom Hampton and Sultan drugged, in a domestic dispute over shooting a pig on Christmas day, 2010. In the video, Kane protests the shootings as an animal rights activist. The filming was done to avenge Hampton’s embarrassment over a KITV/ABC News segment Kane had arranged. Hampton then published the raw footage showing Kane in a “false light,” and later granted the neo-Nazis, a group known to her as being White Supremacists, free usage. The conspirators produced multiple versions of the two videos, edited to accentuate Kane’s nudity, ethnicity, and further defame the doctor.

Hampton published the video to extort the doctor to give up his properties and businesses, including his health retreat in Pahoa where she worked as a land caretaker prior to joining Councilwoman Emile Naole’s administration in 2009. Both Hunt and Hampton served under County Councilwoman Naole, then campaigned against her re-election. Hampton charged Naole with racism in 2010, then hypocritically authorized the White Supremacists to libel Horowitz and Kane in 2011.

“Len is going down,” Hampton is caught threatening Kane on May 3, 2012. Minutes later Hampton warns, ”You need to watch it girl,” as the cameras were rolling. Hunt later published her grossly edited video version, censoring Hampton’s threat, Kane’s public ridicule by Sultan, and the identities of their neo-Nazi co-conspirators named in Hampton’s affidavit.

Extortion is a crime under HRS § 707-764, as is cyber-bullying under HRS § 0708-0893(a). Kane’s nudity in Hampton’s unauthorized, retaliatory, lascivious film is called  “revenge pornography” under HRS § 712-1210, soon to be codified as a Class-C felony. Couple these crimes with attempted theft of the doctor’s property in Pahoa, purportedly under investigation by local prosecutors, and the candidates may end up serving jail time.

RELATED FACTS:

a. On-or-About December 24, 2010, Kane, Hampton, and “Jones” (a.k.a. Sultan) were pulled over by U.S. National Security agents and Honolulu Police officers assigned to secure President Obama’s neighborhood, after attempting in good faith to photograph the President during his Christmas vacation; at which time a local officer assaulted Jones, damaged her camera, then apologized, resulting in the event making national news. The KITV/ABC News segment brought Hampton extensive ridicule for her very odd performance on television.

b. Embittered by said television ridicule, Hampton became increasingly jealous of Kane’s professional appearance and performance on the KITV/ABC News report, and sought to embarrass Kane by videotaping her the next day (Christmas morning, December 25, 2010), drugged, mentally compromised, and largely nude.

c. Hampton and Jones drugged and videotaped Kane in her studio apartment in Honolulu in her bra and underwear, “nude” by definition in law [HRS § 712-1210 (2013)]; without KANE’s knowledge and permission.

d. Dr. Horowitz called Kane at this time from the Big Island to ask Kane for help locating his gun to shoot some wild pigs damaging his gardens; which upset Kane, an animal rights activist. While Kane and Horowitz were feuding over the telephone, Hampton videotaped Kane under the auspices of “audiotaping” the conversation. Kane’s cell phone was on “speaker” and the recording occurred without Horowitz’s knowledge and permission. Kane made certain gestures to Hampton to make sure she was not being videotaped; but agreed to have her “fight” with Horowitz audiotaped so that she could use the recording later in her defense to Horowitz regarding the pigs. At this time Hampton made Kane believe that Hampton was only using her video camera to record Kane’s voice during this dispute.

e. At this time, Horowitz’s x-wife, Kane’s other partner in Horowitz’s online health stores, entered the telephonic quarrel, siding with Horowitz about shooting the pigs, and Hampton recorded that as well, but completely edited the x-wife’s involvement due to the x-wife and Hampton’s scheme to use the edited video for extortion; and in attempt to disgrace Kane. It was, otherwise, a fairly typical “domestic dispute.”

f. About an hour after the dispute, Kane asked Hampton for a copy of the recording, and Hampton told Kane “I must have accidentally deleted it!”

g. During the Spring of 2011, according to court records, Hampton published the videotape and gave a copy to the x-wife and others, along with her permission to edit the video, and use it to defame and destroy Dr. Horowitz’s reputability and companies.

h. Alma C. Ott received a copy of the video, along with Hampton’s affidavit, on-or-about July 14, 2011, and shortly after gave Alex McGowan Studer his original copy. Studer made multiple edited versions of the film, published them on many websites, and arranged to have them linked from more than a hundred other websites.
