Summary

This article presents a case study in social and political subversion bearing on the controversy, arguably hypocrisy, of mandating vaccinations in a “democratic” society. The evidence revealed herein proves an organized criminal conspiracy to shape public mimes (beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors) by fraud and bribery of public officials, largely orchestrated by the Strator private intelligence organization, its agents, lobbyists and affiliated propagandists. These matters are crucial to legislative debate at this time when mandatory “immunization” decisions are being made by voters and lawmakers.

This report evidences and examines a “cell” of agents whose actions during the last week of January, 2016 (during a “Conspira-Sea Cruise” of the Mexican Riviera), in the presence of the world’s leading vaccine risk analysts and whistleblowers, Dr. Andrew Wakefield and Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz, provides clear-and-convincing evidence of a racketeering enterprise commercializing in genocide by administering propaganda critical to imposing legislative mandates–legally void laws (that the public has yet to realize are unenforceable, or enforced exclusively by violations of Constitutional rights)–depriving citizens of their human, religious, cultural, philosophical, and/or theological rights and properties, including their right to control what occurs in, and to, their own bodies.

Definitions

Conspiracy: In fact, is not a “theory” when its elements satisfy 42 U.S. Code § 1985 – the federal law prohibiting interference with civil rights. Section 3 prohibits two or more persons going in disguise “on the premises of another, for the purpose of depriving, either directly or indirectly, any person or class of persons of . . . equal privileges and immunities under the laws. . . .”

PharmaTroll: A person (with psychopathic tendencies) that goes on the Internet, often on other people’s blogs, to affect memes (social beliefs, attitudes, and citizens’ behaviors) by spreading propaganda, disinformation, and/or to sow discord by fraud, fraudulent misrepresentations, diversions, and/or bad faith omissions aiding-and-abetting genocide profiting Big Pharma, Big Biotech, Big Banking, and/or the complicit organizations, institutions, or associated intelligence agencies constituting a racketeering enterprise profiting from the petrochemical-genetopharmaceutical intoxications of people and the environment.

                  PharmaTrolls are identified by their incivility and blatant and regular abuse of publishing privileges. They repeatedly start arguments, by posting alone, or while working with others (i.e., complicit co-conspiring propagandists) in an organized “cell” of agents and/or double-agents often disguising themselves by using multiple aliases to publish inflammatory, defamatory, libelous, extraneous, or off-topic messages or comments in the online community (such as a newsgroup, forum, chat, or blog). The PharmaTroll publishes with the deliberate intent of provoking readers into behavioral or emotional responses; to upset and cyber-bully citizens by disrupting civil on-topic discussions, reasonable/rational/deductive decision-making (usually on controversial and/or politically-hot topics) often for not only a paycheck, but for their own psychotic amusement. PharmaTrolls’ denialistic “condition of mind” and reasoning, clearly reflects malice, delusional thinking, and psychopathology, and their work product degenerates intelligence and society, thus may be adjudged seditious and treasonous.

“Nuremberg Defense”: In law this is synonymous with the “superior orders defense.” This is a legal defense that essentially states that the accused was “only following orders;” and is, therefore, not responsible for his or her crimes. In cases charging genocide, as this report does,  Nuremberg Principle II states: “international law does not relieve the person who committed the act from responsibility. . . .”[1]

Foreword

In a previous article, these authors discussed vaccinations and World Bank bribes of nations complying with “immunization” policies imposed by the wealthiest petrochemical-pharmaceutical industry investment bankers, including the Rockefeller JP Morgan Chase conglomerate and the Rothschild League of Banks.  We exposed and opposed financial payoffs and campaign financing that aid-and-abet concealed conflicting interests damaging legislative processes and capturing regulators, including those a the FDA and CDC. We noted how such malfeasance impacts vaccine safety, vaccination policies, and world health. Vaccination programs, we argued, pose the most serious risks to civilization due to direct injections of genetically-altered materials into bloodstreams, or in the most recent “outbreak” of Zika genetically-modified (GM) viruses and insects risking safe environments and future generations; even posing extinction risks to multiple species.

But these “PharmaRisks” are certainly ideal for administering profitable depopulation–a generally dismissed notion despite being a clear-and-present danger and objective of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. This profitable depopulation, this genocide, has been openly encouraged and academically justified by Microsoft/MSNBC’s top shareholder, Bill Gates himself, during his Ted Conference lecture. Here, Gates prescribes massive depopulation as a remedy for global warming. Reasonable reviewers adjudge this intelligence as outrageous, chilling, and reprehensible.

Introduction

Most reasonable people in modern society agree with the world’s aboriginals, naturalists, and religious orthodoxy–the commission of “murder by injection” or “depopulation by vaccination” is unthinkable, even ungodly.

Yet, the fact that such an assault is now being imposed by legislative mandates, as seen by California’s passage of SB277 requiring mandatory vaccinations for school children, or by Hawaii’s Senate recent passage of SB2394 requiring annual flu shots for every healthcare worker, attests to the alleged hypocrisy in our alleged “democracy.”

Something has gone VERY wrong in this matter of intelligence gathering, reporting, and decision making; and the key word is INTELLIGENCE. From whence commeth our intelligence forming our vaccination meme–that is, our beliefs, attitudes and values concerning “immunizations”?

In this series of articles we report on newly discovered evidence of genocide administered by a relatively small “cell” of secret agents assigned to disrupt grassroots organizations opposing mandatory vaccinations by publishing propaganda and defaming CDC and drug-industry whistleblowers, especially doctors Andrew Wakefield, Brian Hooker, William Thompson, and the co-author of this report, Leonard Horowitz.

Background

Contrary to popular beliefs formed from repeated meme-altering media messaging, “vaccinations” are not “immunizations.” Vaccinations are believed to spur natural immunity, but if immunity needs to be spurred by injecting petrochemicals and GMOs, then the result is no longer “natural.”

Accordingly, what is surreptitiously called “immunizations” for alleged “health protection,” typically believed to be life-saving and longevity extending, is projected to reduce the world’s population by 15% according to Bill Gates and his ilk (whose rationale for justifying this unscientific claim is so preposterous and nonsensical, so outrageous, it needn’t be considered it in this reasonable discussion.)

The assertion that vaccines will reduce the world of nearly 1 billion people compels intelligent people, “reasonable” voters, to carefully consider whether or not we want to reduce populations this way–by lethal injections or unnatural processes; or otherwise review our meme for its conflicting values, attitudes, and behaviors.

Reasonable people would consider these issues crucial, especially since Presidential candidates Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders raised related matters in recent months, including how many vaccines children are increasingly being forced to receive, or how multi-national corporate control over our bodies impacts society, and how vaccine injuries, including the MMR vaccine link to autism–data concealed by CDC officials in recent studies–affect our families, communities, educational resources, and economy.

And for this analysis bearing on vaccination-risked-extinction, we have some authoritative precedence. Stephen Kunitz, among America’s foremost medical sociologists, published a revealing article in the American Journal of Public Health.pdf titled, “Globalization, States, and the Health of Indigenous Peoples.” He documented that corporatism administered by “white Anglo Saxon Protestants (WASPS)” regularly results in genocide(s), extermination of populations, cultural degradation, and irreparable damage to environments, especially in lesser developed nations; all profitable, and ongoing since the early twentieth century.

The Legal Precedent in America

 

Another required deliberation upon the examination of evidence of the aforementioned enterprise that is racketeering in genocide, “regulatory capture,” “legislative capture,” and the cell of propagandists–“protection racketeers”–largely responsible for the passage of SB277 in California, and similar efforts elsewhere, is the case of Jacobson v. Massachusetts. As noted in related articles, the legal foundation upon which these actions and mandatory vaccination legislation and public debate is built is case of Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 US 11, 26-27 (1905) (See: “Jacobson v Massachusetts at 100 Years: Police Power and Civil Liberties in Tension” (Am J Public Health. 2005 April; 95(4): 576–581).

 

Jacobson was a religious leader who, in 1905, defended his congregation in opposition to the health department’s mandated smallpox vaccine in Boston. This was the earliest case signaling a “Holy War” over this matter of religious freedom versus police State enforcement of vaccination policies. This was the first time that the notion of “herd immunity” was raised in a legal dispute.

 

But a careful read of the court’s decision in Jacobsen neglects consideration of the benefits to drug industry special interests. Jacobson v. Massachusetts established the legal precedent in our “Christian Nation,” giving States power over matters of public health for supposedly the good of the community (i.e., the “herd’). The “separation of church and state” was seriously diffused in Jacobsen’s case, in deference to religious objectors, damaging the defendant’s ministry and invoking a $5 fine.

 

Jacobsen can and must now be reconsidered, arguably overturned, primarily due to “regulatory capture” of consumer protection agencies, such as the FDA and CDC by Big Pharma and Big Biotech, especially since these matters have been raised  by presidential candidates and members of congress.  Regulatory capture, and  “legislative capture,” by special interests and corrupt lobbyists has made the “medical model” untrustworthy. The social meme, unlike in Jacobsen’s time, holds serious reservations about the obviously outrageous number of vaccinations being increasingly forced upon children, compounding concerns of corruption and scientific evidence suppression at the CDC.

 

Furthermore, during the past several decades, increasingly concerned citizens have demanded alternatives to “modern medicine,” petrochemical intoxication and environmental pollution, along with organic foods. A significant percentage of this “green technology market” has embraced “energy medicine,” and the concept of human spirituality reflecting energy that either heals or damages people by way of “electrogenetics,” and biophysics. Such revolutionary thinking, medical reasoning, in clinical practices exploding worldwide, are shattering the “one shot suits all” vaccination paradigm.

 

Couple these revelations with social obligations and defects in the Jacobsen decision with evidence of how vaccine industry advertising, including what propagandists publish and fraudulently conceal, including their conflicting interests, thus betraying the public’s trust in order to produce false, dangerous, and destructive memes, and Jacobsen can and must now be revisited, and arguably overturned.

 

The scholarly review of Jacobson by Lawrence O. Gostin, JD, is essential reading in this regard. “Jacobson v Massachusetts at 100 Years: Police Power and Civil Liberties in Tension” (Am J Public Health. 2005 April; 95(4): 576–581) raised this same question, “Would Jacobson be decided the same way today?”

 

Gostin answered diplomatically, but unfavorably for the State. He concluded the “importance and the enduring meaning of the most famous decision in the realm of public health law,” was likely to be overturned by new and emerging revelations about risks.

 

The “reasonable person” standard would no doubt affect Courts and juries’ indictments of vaccines and drug companies that have been legislatively indemnified against lawsuits. Emerging intelligence, including how and why top CDC officials fraudulently concealed scientific data proving beyond any reasonable doubt the MMR vaccine’s link to autism, especially in African-American boys, compels pause and vaccination reconsideration. The fact that the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC)–the main grassroots intelligence resource–was hijacked by lobbyists for the pharmaceutical industry from its inception is equally susceptible to reconsideration. Despite even the NVIC’s  level of whistleblowing, the organization still “believes in vaccines” according to its officials. The elephant under the carpet that effectively manufactured this “astroturf” organization for “controlled opposition” is largely accountable for the outrageously unjust National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. (See: NVIC_BarbaraLoeFisher.) This is a primary reason why the vast majority of families victimized by vaccine injuries have received nothing by heartaches.

 

Reasonable people are horrified by such compounding injustice, industry cover-ups, and skyrocketing morbidity and mortality data ascribable only to official malfeasance and genocidal intent. Given the history of 21st Century genocides reviewed by Kunitz, the dramatic rise in vaccine injuries, and the social media heralding damage that the corporate-controlled mainstream media neglects due to their drug industry co-dependence, people are increasingly awakening to the harsh “immunization” reality. Fraudulent concealments and mass media propaganda are largely responsible for the skyrocketing rates of vaccine-related illnesses, including autistic spectrum disorders and many types of cancers.

 

In essence, We The People have been hoodwinked into accepting our position as docile cattle, to be injected, infected, intoxicated, and depopulated, most profitably slaughtered, by a drug-industry-captured society acting under the influence of drugs, media propaganda, regulatory capture, legislative capture, and arguably judicial capture as well, so that we are immunized against reason.

 

When Jacobson is revisited, and courts became aware of the material evidence proving the aforementioned outrageous reality, including vaccinations’ use for global depopulation, juries will be outraged.  Knowledge of this “slow kill” highly profitable method of “pharmaceutical warfare” is revolting.

 

Thus, the Jacobson decision must and shall be overturned, some day.

 

Revisiting Jacobson v. Massachusetts

 

Contrary to the Jacobson decision, courts today would be confronted by vaccination industry-wide fraud, evidenced by a pattern of “false flag outbreaks” and bioterrorism committed by the mainstream media. A classic example is the 2009 H1N1 “swine flu emergency.” This commercial crime benefited exclusively the pharmaceutical industry, and placed humanity at great risk.

 

According to Gostin’s research, Jacobson v Massachusetts was decided just a few years after a major outbreak of smallpox in Boston. That plague resulted in 1596 cases and 270 deaths between 1901 and 1903. But the court in Jacobson neglected the genocidal administration of smallpox infected blankets gifted to native North Americans the century before. And Jacobson’s defense did not plead a pattern of false flag “outbreaks” that have driven drug company stock profits through the roof on numerous occasions.

 

“The [1901] outbreak reignited the smallpox immunization debate, and there was plenty of hyperbole on both sides,” Gostin chronicled.

 

“Antivaccinationists launched a ‘scathing attack:’ compulsory vaccination is “‘the greatest crime of the age,’ it ‘slaughter[s] tens of thousands of innocent children,’ and it ‘is more important than the slavery question, because it is debilitating the whole human race.’

 

“The anti-vaccinationists gave notice that compulsory powers ‘will cause a riot.’ Their influence was noticeable and resulted in a ‘conscience clause’ from the British Parliament that exempted any parent who can ‘satisfy Justices in petty sessions that he conscientiously believes that vaccination would be prejudicial to the health of the child.’

 

“The response of the mainstream media was equally shrill. The media characterized the debate as ‘a conflict between intelligence and ignorance, civilization and barbarism.’ The New York Times (that most recently showed its conflicting interest by grossly and purposely misrepresenting the Zika virus “mystery” days before this writing), stated, ‘No enemy of vaccination could ask better than to have England’s compulsory vaccination law nullified by that [conscience] clause’; the paper referred to antivaccinationists as a ‘familiar species of crank,’ whose arguments are ‘absurdly fallacious.’”

 

Gostin neglected to report that, during Jacobson’s day, the New York Times was published by Arthur Hays Sulzberger, on the Board of Trustees of the Rockefeller Foundation, aiding-and-abetting whatever cause the Rockefeller and Carnegie families advanced commercially and politically. Today, the NYTimes is owned by Carlos Slim, who is heavily invested in the BlackRock Group, that is administered by ISIS innovations’ and Evercore officials, including Evercore’s Senior Managing Director and Chairman of Europe Investment Banking, Bernard Taylor, co-Vice Chair for the Rockefeller JPMorgan Chase bank.

 

In Jacobsen’s day, the media, political climate, and public health policies and perceptions were biased, and socially-influenced, by the Carnegie and Rockefeller enterprises especially. Their special (drug industry) interests and influence, impacting the “pop-culture” and “memes” at that time, and the court’s decision in Jacobson, cannot be over-stated. The special interests behind the media in granting public health officials’ authority over citizens’ bodies, and civilization’s destiny, cannot be underestimated. This is especially true in light of the influence of industrial eugenicists funding institutions and foundations indoctrinating society by engineering memes, mentality, beliefs, and attitudes favoring vaccinations, and the “miracles of modern medicine,” beginning in the early part of the twentieth century.

 

Accordingly, the Supreme Court in Jacobson wrote, “[I[f we are to attach any value whatever to the knowledge which, it is safe to affirm, is common to all civilized peoples touching smallpox and the methods most usually employed to eradicate that disease, it cannot be adjudged that the present regulation of the Board of Health was not necessary in order to protect the public health and secure the public safety.”

 

Today, however, as the intelligence evidenced in this article and related articles prove, the “knowledge . . . common to all civilized peoples touching on” vaccines is steeped in fraud, scientific evidence tampering, and commercial bias.

 

“[I]t [i]s the duty of the constituted authorities primarily to keep in view the welfare, comfort and safety of the many, and not permit the interests of the many to be subordinated to the wishes or convenience of the few,” the Supreme Court continued with wisdom applicable to the regulatory capture by the pharmaceutical industry of the FDA and CDC.

 

“The state legislature proceeded upon the theory which recognized vaccination as at least an effective if not the best known way in which to meet and suppress the evils of a smallpox epidemic that imperilled an entire population.”

 

Today, however, many of the vaccines coming under legislative mandate, such as the HPV vaccine administered as a purportedly safe preventative against cervical cancer, much like the MMR vaccine safety data concealed by the CDC, place what is “known” about vaccines, into disrepute. In addition, all viable alternatives to vaccinations in preventive medicine are suppressed by regulatory capture at the FDA, and CDC, and industry wide acts of unfair and deceptive trade, depriving the public of a wide array of natural nutritional remedies, such as the NASA science developed silver hydrosols. [Note: Dr. Horowitz honorably discloses his conflicting interest in OxySilver, one such NASA science evolved broad spectrum anti-microbial.]

 

Where the “rubber meets the road” in this discussion, pursuant to widespread public acceptance of vaccinations as “safe and effective” for “immunizations,” the Supreme Court in Jacobson held:

 

“A common belief, like common knowledge, does not require evidence to establish its existence, but may be acted upon without proof by the legislature and the courts. . . .

 

“The fact that the belief is not universal is not controlling, for there is scarcely any belief that is accepted by everyone. The possibility that the belief may be wrong, and that science may yet show it to be wrong, is not conclusive; for the legislature has the right to pass laws which, according to the common belief of the people, are adapted to prevent the spread of contagious diseases. In a free country, where the government is by the people, through their chosen representatives, practical legislation admits of no other standard of action; for what the people believe is for the common welfare must be accepted as tending to promote the common welfare, whether it does in fact of not. Any other basis would conflict with the spirit of the Constitution, and would sanction measures opposed to a republican form of government. While we do not decide and cannot decide that vaccination is a preventive of smallpox, we take judicial notice of the fact that this is the common belief of the people of the State, and with this fact as a foundation we hold that the statute in question is a health law, enacted in a reasonable and proper exercise of the police power.” 72 N.E. Rep. 97.

 

In other words, even if Rep. Bill Posey et. al., were to prove to Congressional investigators that vaccine industrialists have caused CDC officials to cover-up the genocidal impact of MMR vaccinations damaging and depopulating African-Americans in the “land of the free,” the “home of the brave” has so few people aware of and opposing this mass murder, that the justice department is compelled by precedent to remain willfully blind and silent.

 

 

Globalization Pains: Symptoms of Hypocrisy

 

Today, the Rockefeller family’s influence remains largely concealed and unprecedented. For instance, the New York Times‘s coverage of Zika’s sudden deadly emergence omits the fact that the Rockefeller Foundation licensed this virus for world distribution! Their profit motive has extended during the past century over the energy industry, OPEC, the U.N., World Bank, World Health Organization, the petrochemical-pharmaceutical cartel, the national security state in America, the CIA, and the “pop-CULTure” engineered by the “PharmaMedia” abusing the “Entertainment Industry” to facilitate globalization along with mental retardation and gross reductions in populations.

 

These results of corporate-controlled “globalization” effecting increasing aggression, division between various religions and ethnic groups, fear, and dependence on drugs and vaccines, is relevant to, even fundamental to, the acts of murderous aggression attributed to the Taliban in the Pakistani Vaccination Massacre reported on previously by this author.

 

In essence, the actions of the international banking cartel threatens humanity’s extinction understanding the risk of lab-virus mutations central to vaccinations. Set aside for the moment the petrochemical-pharmaceutical pollution damaging the environment and risking many other species, cultures, and even religions in lesser developed nation as documented by Kunitz (Ibid.) The Rothschild League of banks, and the Rockefeller-controlled World Bank finances the U.N and WHO that promotes the genocidal impositions and depopulation by vaccination the world is watching. The WASP-envisioned transition for “globalization”) heralds vaccinations for “biopreparedness” and pharmaceutical response for each new seasonal “outbreak,” including dengue, Zika, and more.  These matters must be revisited along with Jacobson, to restore integrity during legislative hearings on mandatory vaccinations. We must revisit Jacobson with new question about religious convictions and Bible law that contraindicate GMO blood intoxications for so called “immunization.” (See: Leviticus 19:19)

 

Can you imagine religious practices featuring designer drugs? You can if you are a shaman in Amazonia. During the past half century drug-based religions have prospered, according to Dr. Stanley Krippner who, in fact, predicts the “Future of Religions” will feature hallucinogenic drug trips with psychoactive substances such as dimethyltryptamine (“DMT”), marijuana, and/or LSD. Considering Eli Lily’s and Sandoz pharmaceutical company’s manufacture, distribution, and experimentation with LSD by the CIA, this history raises the high probability that drug companies will succeed in overtaking the religious world in more ways than vaccination exemption. Such taxpayer funded “social experiments” have gaven rise to the recent increase in “ayahuasca churches” that practice “community medicine” employing marijuana and the controlled DMT narcotic to gain “spiritual content” and commune with God.

 

The Supreme Court in Jacobson did not have these issues before it.

Honolulu, HI (Feb. 14, 2016)–An organized “cell” of “PharmaTrolls” publishing propaganda on the Internet and mainstream media to smear the reputations of whistleblowers, vaccine industry critics, and GMO/genetic engineering opponents, is vetted in this report along with evidence of a global racketeering enterprise advancing legislative actions in support of mandatory vaccinations by commercial libel and unfair and deceptive trade resulting in social engineering, meme capture, and genocide.

The cell of drug industry secret agents–the PharmaTrolls–are vetted herein following discoveries of evidence of their correspondence, private postings on Facebook, and mutual reliance. They fraudulently concealed and misrepresented their professional activities, and worked in tandem for months leading up to the controversial California vote on mandatory vaccinations Senate Bill SB277.

The propaganda cell maliciously libeled Dr. Andrew Wakefield, author of the controversial report in The Lancet that lerted the scientific community to the probability of MMR vaccine links to skyrocketing rates of autism. Dr. Wakefield and his publication was smeared and discredited, not for scientific inaccuracy, but for political expedience.

The pharmaceutical agents vetted below assembled in bad faith to manufacture propaganda influencing healthcare consumers’ beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors regarding vaccinations and advancing legislation; and were discovered after they wrecked havoc on a “Conspira-Sea Cruise” of the Mexican Riveria in late January, 2016, and began to fraudulently report on the event.

Evidence of a racketeering enterprise coordinating a national U.S. legislative campaign generating propaganda cover reveals the syndicate is aided-and-abetted by corrupt law makers engaged in illegal campaign financing schemes enriching and influencing key legislators to railroad Americans into accepting “mandatory” inoculations of school children, healthcare workers, and many others.

The aforementioned satisfies the legal definition of genocide, in violation of several international humanitarian laws established by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), that are adjudicated in the International Criminal Court pursuant to the elements of the aforementioned crimes.

The PharmaTrolls identified here are: (1) Larry Cook, the Executive Director of the California Naturopathic Doctors Association (CNDA), who misrepresented himself as simply a “California blogger” and “natural health coach,” concealing his mandatory-vaccination lobbying and SB 277 support. In fact, Mr. Cook concealed his employment with the organization endorsing, for money and political concessions, Governor Jerry Brown’s controversial signing of that law; (2) Dina Litovsky, a freshman paparazzi contracted by Popular Mechanics/Hearst Corp. (PM/HC) to gather photographic intelligence to smear vaccine objectors and whistleblowers; (3) Bronwen Dickie, assigned by PM/HC to record and report disparagingly on CDC scientific fraud whistleblower, Dr. Andrew Wakefield, to extend that company’s earlier malicious libel that also smeared all GMO opponents; (4) discredited tabloid mercenary, Anna Merlan, commissioned by Gawker Media (Gawker.com, previously Defamer.com) and Jezebel (Magazine owned by Nick Denton in alliance with Isis Magazine and the Oxford Univ. Group heavily invested in vaccines and biotechnologies (See: BANG! and Dr. Horowitz’s dengue fever presentation to the Hawaii County Council) to disparage and discredit anti-vaccinationists and anti-GMO coalition targets; and (5) senior adviser, Kenneth “Colin” McRoberts, a “consultant” for the JP Morgan Chase bank and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals (which few people know owns Monsanto Corp.). Attorney McRoberts works with the SABonline “negotiating” service (a.k.a. Prism Group). Blog correspondence and more evidence indicates McRoberts supervised the “cell” of California PharmaTrolls that pushed passage of SB 277; including covert ally Cook and the CNDA that acted in accordance with drug industry campaign financiers to influence Governor Jerry Brown’s signing of the controversial bill.

By the organized actions of these covert agents, including both social and mainstream media channels, the criminal enterprise is seen competing unfairly and deceptively in violation of, among other laws, the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, to generate and control the social vaccination mime, effectively advancing a “germ-cult” depriving alternative healthcare providers of their rightful place in serving society.

Exposing the Propaganda Cell

No reasonable person would believe that the multi-trillion dollar pharmaceutical industry would neglect hiring protection racketeers to secure their businesses and political influence.

Nor would any sane person neglect common sense that says propagandists are hired to generate propaganda for the same reason–to secure established influence and expanded commerce.

Yet, this is precisely what the aforementioned PharmaTrolls denied by their omissions, misrepresentations, fraudulent concealments, and adversarial disruptions, aboard the Princess Cruise Line’s Ruby Princess “Conspira-Sea Cruise” of the Mexican Riveria, January 24-31, 2016.

This conference was organized by New Age “spiritual intuitive” author, and tour entrepreneur, Susan Shumsky, who headlined Dr. Andrew Wakefield; Genetic Roulette filmmaker and anti-GMO activist, Jeffrey Smith; physician author Nick Beggich, whose works engage energy weaponry and psychotronic warfare; and many others. These authors provided four programs on: (1) “Controlled Opposition;”  (2) The Book of 528: Prosperity Key of Love and the “528LOVERevolution” expanding in the music industry; (3) a panel of whistleblowers detailing their personal experiences and damages from adversaries in counter-intelligence; and (4) the first public screening Dr. Horowitz’s hour-long documentary, The Paris Attacks Video, immediately after which a near brawl errupted.

The conflict was prompted by Kane’s public duty to oppose the abuse of the speakers, and the audience, committed by the aforementioned persons. Kane investigated, discovered, and distributed a set of published reports evidencing the “journalists” fraud, misrepresentations, and bad faith infiltration of the conference. Horowitz gave the paperwork to cruise organizers, affected speakers, and members of the audience, following which violence erupted. Mr Cook assaulted and battered Dr. Horowitz, as detailed below.

Invitation to an Ambush

When these authors were invited by Ms. Shumsky to speak on the cruise, we repeatedly respectfully declined. We anticipated devil-doing by infiltrators, as we have grown accustomed to, and have been forewarned against.

Horowitz repeatedly questioned Shumsky’s proposed security, which the hostess assured him would be amply provided.

But Shumsky neglected to do any reasonable inquiry into the “journalists” backgrounds needed to assure the “press” attended in good faith. And even after Horowitz was assaulted by Cook, and Shumsky’s niece spread word that these authors were “trouble makers,” Ms. Shumsky acted oblivious to what was actually unfolding on board.

“The infiltrators claimed they came to gain information, called ‘intelligence,’ but the mistakes they made prove they weren’t very intelligent. They generated and neglected a paper trail of evidence proving their bad faith and coordinated complicity to libel and damage their targets, especially Dr. Wakefield; and they should have known better than to attack us.

“We were not invited to the conference to speak on vaccines,” Kane continued. “We were not invited to speak on finances, astronomy, crop circles, dowsing, UFOs, or even the Constitution. We were invited to speak on COINTELPRO–counter-intelligence programs, propaganda rings, “Controlled Opposition,” and cyber-bullies attacking heroes to profit villains. So the infiltrators were really dimwits for believing they could defraud, maliciously libel, and commercially damage us without being investigated and outed.”

In fact, as this article proves, the journalists provided a classic study of drug industry protection racketeering manufacturing propaganda to direct and divert public attention away from the source of America’s ethical, moral, financial, educational, and cultural dilemmas, especially impacting the economy, public health, disease control, and the risk of emerging diseases, such as the Zika or Ebola viruses, killing millions of people.

It wasn’t until the final evening of the week-long event that Shumsky privately apologized to these authors, after Kane exclusively alerted the nearly 100 attendees that the “press” had attended, gathered intelligence, and snapped everyone’s pictures in bad faith.

Collected and Rejected Evidence

Numerous attendees complained about the activities and perceived ill-will of the journalist-infiltrators. Paparazzi Litovsky distracted speakers regularly, and the audience incessantly, to capture close-ups from every angle; especially targeting speakers who dared to mentioned they were selling books, videos, or natural healthcare products to sustain their whistleblowing or “fringe” services.

As soon as Kane vetted Popular Mechanic‘s earlier bad faith hit pieces against Dr. Wakefield, anti-GMO activists, and “conspiracy theorists; and “journalists” Litovsky and Dickie were confronted by Kane for their malfeasance, a near brawl broke out prompted by Abbie Hayutin (Ms. Shumsky’s niece), and Larry Cook (pictured below).

Ms. Hayutin, a purported “yoga teacher,” became rabidly enraged and verbally abusive when Kane called to the forefront paparazzi Litovsky to acquire intelligence on who Litovsky worked for, and who she really served. Hayutin screamed maniacally at Dr. Horowitz. She blamed him exclusively for Kane’s actions, and for “embarrassing” her aunt’s guests–the “journalists.” She bellowed to the audience that the journalists would surely smear the entire cruise, and all the speakers, because of Horowitz.

Hayutin’s conflicting financial interest was transparent, but her alliance with double-agent Cook remained concealed.

That night, Kane spent a half hour on the Internet searching for Popular Mechanics intelligence flatly denied by Litovsky and Dickie. The duo claimed that the magazine had simply commissioned them to gather information on newly emerging technologies, such as the “528 Revolution,” and Horowitz’s “528 Auto Energizers,” not vaccination opposition or Dr. Wakefield’s forthcoming film exposing regulatory capture in healthcare and scientific fraud, evidence tampering, and corruption ongoing at the highest levels of the CDC.

Kane obtained the following documents, photocopied nine sets, and the next day, Dr. Horowitz began to distribute them to Ms. Shumsky, several of the speakers (including Dr. Wakefield), and the “journalists:”

(1) What Can We Do About Junk Science? –a blatant “hit piece” libeling Wakefield and anyone concerned about the damage caused by GMOs in foods and vaccines.

(2) 9-11 Conspiracy Theories – Debunking the Myths – World Trade Center – Pentagon – Flight 93–a “hit piece” on anyone subscribing to 9-11 empirical evidence that buildings, including Building #7 that was never struck by aircraft, don’t free fall into dust from fuel fires that had already been extinguished before the buildings fell.

(3) Popular Mechanics – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia–Showing Litovsky and Dickie’s employer was owned by the Hearst Corporation.

(4) Hearst Corporation – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia–Showing extensive ownership of mainstream media outlets, including ESPN, Inc., Dr. Oz The Good Life, “O” The Oprah Magazine; and in 2011, the purchase of 100 magazines from the Lagardere group for more than $700 million, to became a challenger of Time Inc. ahead of Condé Nast.

Curiously, Horowitz’s  Paris Attacks Video exposed the Lagardere group as being a radical anti-Zionist media and real estate conglomerate that included Al Jazeera, all owned by the Shiek of Qatar. This enterprise purchased the Bataclan Theater on 9-11 2015, and then promptly administered, with radical-Zionist Ari Emanuel, brother of Rahm Emanuel, the William Morris Endeavor Agency to stage the Eagles of Death Metal Band concert massacre; and

(5) Hearst Corporation Announces Formation of Hearst Health, a healthcare information (i.e., intelligence) business advancing and protecting trade in clinical medicine, pharmacy, home and hospice care, and health insurance markets. Corporate development included forming the First Data Bank (FDB)–“the leading provider of drug knowledge bases that empower healthcare information systems and enable healthcare professionals to make better medication-related decisions.”

In other words, Litovsky and Dickie appeared on assignment from a leading intelligence gathering and propaganda generating company operating on behalf of drug and vaccine industrialists, to advance and protect the “germ cult’s” monopolization of medicine, smear whistleblowers, and suppress all competing healthcare memes and trades.

After Dr. Horowitz gave the aforementioned documents to the interested parties, he walked over to Litovsky to hand her a set of the same papers for her and Dickie’s perusal.

Not only did Litovsky refuse Horowitz’s good faith offering, but as the doctor began to explain why it was important, Cook–the concealed CNDA director–suddenly grabbed Horowitz by his left shoulder, forced the humanitarian drug industry critic into a spin, grabbed and twisted his left arm, and yanked Horowitz aside, all without warning, with no words to explain Cook’s abuse of force.

Naturally, the paparazzi’s camera flashed to capture the conflict that followed.

Horowitz, in no uncertain terms, verbally defended himself, condemning Cook for his assault and battery.

The doctor was outraged, especially because he had granted Cook several minutes of his stage the previous night, to enable Cook to advertise his blog, and purported “anti-vaccination” and “anti-SB277 activism.”

Cook falsely claimed he had been blogging independently to defeat California’s SB277 legislation. In fact, he was really a lobbyist working for the CNDA, assigned to support the passage of SB277  with one self-serving condition. Cook lobbied for a provision giving naturopaths more power and money for voting in favor of the controversial bill. Thus, Cook’s “anti SB277 activism” was two-faced. Larry was actually working as PharmaTroll and double agent, hoodwinking all of his “friends” on Facebook and conference attendees.

As Cook continued to block Horowitz’s every move, the doctor challenged Cook to an all-out physical brawl in the ship’s gym.

Cook never said a word as he continued his assault, all under the watchful eyes of the cell leader, Kenneth McRoberts, who relished Cook’s physical confrontation as scuttlebutt for his and his colleagues blogs and articles.

Larry Cook Lies to Conceal His Assignment

This bizarre series of events caused Kane to question Cook directly. Captured on Kane’s video camera, and linked above, she asked Cook, “Who do you work for Larry?” He only disclosed that he had a large following on Facebook.

What Cook neglected to tell, and generally concealed on his blog as well, is that he is the Executive Director for the CNDA, assigned to persuade naturopathic doctors to support mandatory vaccinations, and California Bill SB277, for a fee. Cook lobbied Governor Jerry Brown to grant naturopaths signing privileges for vaccination exemptions, for which they could charge patients and insurance companies fees, while expanding their clinical practices. The exchange supported SB277’s passage.

Further investigation showed Cook was positioned most timely in 2010, as the chief CNDA official, just before SB 277 was introduced. The position, and Cook’s agenda, undermined most naturopathic doctors’ and natural healers’ opposition to the mandatory vaccination bill.

But for Cook, so long as naturopaths got their fair share of the vaccine dollar, the national organization, and the Cook-directed California branch, was on board with Big Pharma, Big Biotech, and Big Money.

Obviously, this unethical compromise did not sit well with the vast majority of naturopathic doctors, and others who were not inclined to “sell out.” The nauseating political maneuver required an unethical administrator, along with massive propaganda in California. The national precedent was at stake, and Larry was hired to do the job.

Cook hypocritically opposed mandatory vaccinations on Facebook, acquired the StopManditoryVaccinations.com domain to defraud voters; meanwhile, he professionally championed mandatory vaccines for a price.

Cook is a classic example of what we refer to as “Controlled Opposition.”

Fallout From the Conspira-Sea Criuse

Soon after the Ruby Princess docked, the FBI arrested Sean David Morton, who Shumsky had made Master of Ceremonies for the entire conference. This conveniently gave the PharmaTrolls more fodder for libel. McRoberts and Merlan wasted no time smearing Morton and all the “conspiracy theorists” aboard the cruise ship.

Soon thereafter, Kane received alerts from supporters concerned about articles and blogs output by the propagandists, including misrepresentations that “The HOROKANE” had prompted Cook’s physical confrontation, were violent, and like other “conspiracy theorists,” like Morton, perhaps all the speakers, were frauds and rip offs.

The PharmaTrolls abused the phrase “conspiracy theorists” to label and libel the whistleblowers, especially Dr. Wakefield. This disparagement was part of the propaganda tactics used to dissuade people from examining the risks of the MMR vaccine (Merck Co.), the “fast-tracked” vaccines for dengue fever and the new Zika virus, and mandatory inoculations for everything from the flu to cervical cancer (HPV).

The tactic of character-assassinating the messengers, rather than refuting their messages, is a criminally-psychopathic ploy repeatedly used by Big Pharma and Big Biotech to secure their illegal enterprise racketeering in genocides–the mass killing and maiming of people for profit, politics, and ideology.

Larry Cook later claimed he never threatened or touched Dr. Horowitz. He claimed that he was protecting the journalists. Litovsky, Dickie, and Merlan joined McRoberts in blogging to back Cook’s fraudulent concealment and malicious conduct. Subsequent publications by the  dis-informants evidenced their cohesiveness as part of a racketeering enterprise organized and orchestrated by concealed interests in JP Morgan Chase, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and Monsanto. “Consultant” McRoberts.

Material evidence of McRoberts and Merlan acting as paid propagandists for industrial subversion was published by California pro-vaccine SB 277 blogger Liz Ditz as shown the in screenshot below. A year before the cruise, strategizing public support to pass SB 277, Ditz, whose alliance with Cook is well documented, refers her readers to attorney McRoberts’ operations and recommendations in the “Most Important Playground Conversation: How to Persuade a Friend to Vaccinate.”

The three women blogged that they feared for their lives in the presence of the “conspiracy theorists” after Cook assaulted Horowitz. The following photos tell a different story, however. Notice McRoberts is consistently seen creepily lurking in the shadows, behind his cell-mates.
