Russian’s NTV Interviews Dr. Leonard Horowitz on the Censored Subject of U.S. Military Biowar Outbreak Risks

Las Vegas, NV (11-3-17)–The Russian television channel NTV, widely considered the country’s most “independent news” provider, received unprecedented criticism from world leading biological weapons expert, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz, during an interview scheduled to be aired later this week. The award-winning author and filmmaker blamed the network, the Russian government, along with President Putin, for “censoring scientific facts for more than a quarter century, now risking civilization’s health and safety.”

The network, a subsidiary of Media-Most and Gazprom Media, largely controlled by government officials and energy companies favoring President Putin, framed the interview to accuse U.S. military biotech labs of producing an assortment of new viruses threatening global populations. The acknowledged bioweapons included HIV/AIDS and Ebola viruses. Consequently, NTV directed their questions to Horowitz, who in 1996 first published the definitive tomb on the subject, Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola–Nature, Accident or Intentional?

Horowitz’s book became an American bestseller, then was officially granted Chinese translation rights by the People’s Republic of China. The controversial scientific study was subsequently censored by United Nations and World Health Organization for its explosive content. The book reprints never declassified U.S. Government contracts under which numerous AIDS-like and Ebola-like viruses were bioengineered by the Army’s and cancer industry’s leading biological weapons producer, Litton Bionetics.

During the NTV interview, Horowitz credited the Chinese government, but condemned equally the U.S. and Russian governments for completely neglecting “the greatest threat to civilization since the introduction of nuclear weapons.”

NTV Questions U.S. “Bio-security”

“Here [are] the questions that we want to discussed with you,” wrote NTV’s Андрей Козлов (A. Kozlov) to Dr. Horowitz:

– How serious in the USA approach [to bioweapons development is] the issue of biological security?

– What threat [does] a leakage [of] bio or genetic data [impose]?

– Price reduction and availability of biotechnologies on the one hand, can bring many benefits for humanity. However, some criminals may be able to generate any toxins for their own purposes. Might these technologies become a bioweapon?

– Bill Gates at the Munich security conference said that the American military should pay particular attention to the threat of a pandemic and bioterrorist attacks. [Does] the threat of bioterrorism really exist? How is it real?

– Some people blamed the U.S. Ministry of Defense for the spread of the Ebola virus or AIDS. They said that these viruses [were] developed [by] Western pharmaceutical companies. What do you think about it? What are artificially created viruses? Which examples do you know?

– Fort Detrick was the lab in the USA, which did all [the research and development of] all types of biological weapons. Could such laboratories exist in other countries? How do you think?

Dr. Horowitz’s Confrontational Replies

The doctor explained that the risk of biosecurity breaches is “very high” in Western labs. That this threat is widely known, and repeatedly leveraged by drug industrialists and government propagandists. Even worse, this knowledge provides the most reasonable justification to blame “terrorists” for loosing “genocidal weapons of mass depopulation,” such as new mutant recombinants of the H1N1 and H5N1 swine and avian flu viruses, respectively, that could kill a large segment of the human population.

Biological weapons are being mass produced by many clandestine labs contracted by the CIA, MI6, Israeli Mossad, and many other Western nations under the guise of “cancer research,” Dr. Horowitz explained. This covert industry has been growing since the early 1970s. Many of their biotechnologies might be used as bioweapons, and as disease triggers, since these are very profitable for drug makers and “healthcare” entreprenuers.

Dr. Horowitz mentioned the anthrax mailings in 2001 as a great example, and directed the network’s attention to the Russian defector, Kanatjan Alibekov (aka. Ken Alibek) who concealed his knowledge of the production of the mailed anthrax produced under the CIA’s “Project Clearvision” at the Battelle Memorial Institute’s “Life Sciences Center” in West Jefferson, Ohio.

American virologists under contracts with the National Cancer Institute’s Special Virus Cancer Program (“SVCP”) actually trained Russia’s leading mutant virus makers how to genetically-engineer the most deadly cancer viruses during the Cold War, Dr. Horowitz explained.

And the Fort Detrick, Maryland bioweapons facility “became the new home of the National Cancer Institute” in 1972 by President Nixon’s proclamation. Thereafter, biological weapons production continued under the guise of “cancer research” and “vaccine development,” Dr. Horowitz explained.

This document strongly evidences that the source of that which has killed nearly 40 million people worldwide since the late 1970s was administered by the National Academy of Sciences–National Research Council (“NAS-NRC”). Readers will notice that the NAS-NRC was commissioned in 1970 to develop AIDS-like viruses and cancer vaccines during the Nixon Administration following Henry Kissinger’s request to develop a “synthetic biological agent” for military purposes in alleged competition with Russia. The virus described therein, in paragraph “2”,  is descriptively and functionally identical to what the AIDS virus is and does.

“Now what is disturbing to me,” Dr. Horowitz continued, “is that obviously Putin and Russian Intelligence has had this information for a quarter century; and have been sitting on it.”

Horowitz’s book, plus his  FLUSCAM.com website, along with his documentary In Lies We Trust: The CIA, Hollywood & Bioterrorism, and more than 150 videos blocked by Google/YouTube, were all censored because of the explosive liability to the pharmaceutical industry and U.S. governmental agencies. “Most of our productions deal with vaccination risks and “Big Pharmacide,” the doctor explained.  “This is the reason that anyone truly interested in reporting honestly on this topic of drug company malfeasance, risky vaccinations, new strains of flu and other “emerging diseases” (such as Zika threatening civilization), would need to contact me for an interview. But that rarely happens.” Horowitz credited NTV for their honorable, albeit rare, interview.

Irrefutable Evidence and Media “Silence” is Most Persuasive

Now if  Dr. Horowitz were simply a “quack,” or “foolish conspiracy theorist,” it would be easy for the mainstream media, or government officials, to discredit him. But they can’t.

In 2015, PBS Hawaii expected to roll over Horowitz with expert guests, Dr. Sarah Parks–America’s leading biopreparedness chief, and medical doctor, State Senator, Josh Green. The end result, the Great Mandatory Vaccination Debate of 2015, embarassed Parks, Green and PBS.

“I’m not capable of being discredited; because the truth is unbeatable when you have the evidence to prove it,” Dr. Horowitz asserts.

Anyone purporting to expose Big Pharma’s propaganda about where the world’s deadliest germs actually come from, contrary to where the Western media and academia directs indoctrinated minds and entrenched memes to believe, would naturally cite Dr. Horowitz’s uncontroverted works. Horowitz closed by chastizing Putin for concealing what the KGB knows about the “Virus Makers of the CIA.”

“If Putin really desired to use his influence to benefit the world, then he would be exposing and condemning more than he does. It’s one thing to honorably condemn the CIA for funding and arming ISIS,” Dr. Horowitz said, referencing his Paris Attacks Video. Therein, Putin criticises President Obama, as well as the CIA, for fueling ISIS.

“But it’s altogether dishonorable for Russia to neglect Russian intelligence proving millions of people are now dying from Western depopulation plots, schemed initially by Kissinger and Associates following WWII. Russian intelligence knows very well these programs have been administered through Project Paperclip officials, including Erich Traub. Putin knows, or should know, about those involved with the Merck Drug Company–a leading beneficiary of the Nazi war chest, whose President, George W. Marck, was America’s biological weapons industry director in charge of Fort Detrick.
