Dakota Pipeline Provocateurs Disrupt Peaceful Protests
Filmmaker Phelim McAleer Reports on Dakota Pipeline Violence “Journalists” Provoke as Protestors are Arrested and Harassed
Reporting from the scene where actress Shailene Woodley was arrested by police days ago, filmmaker Phelim McAleer has urged everyone to contribute to a Facebook campaign to expose the corruption and violence ongoing at the Dakota Pipeline protest after the filmmaker challenged the protestors, not the police, for their reliance on gasoline to travel and pitch tents made of petroleum products.
Media agents, and protestors too, are regularly deployed by special interests to disrupt peaceful protests and broadcast propaganda. This was done, for instance, by the Democratic National Committee (“DNC”) who commissioned covert operatives to disrupt Donald Trump’s rallies.
The use of agent provocateurs inciting violence, and then paying media prostitutes to lie about it, has been recently vetted on a grand scale on WarOnWeThePeople.com. A new shocking set of articles, headlined “October Surprise-2016” best explains how the energy cartel criminally operates through media such as McAleer’s productions.
In addition, the “PetroWhores” and online “PetroTrolls” disrupt opponents’ gatherings, and damage Constitutional freedoms while destroying America from within.
“Well, what a week it’s been,” McAleer reported. “As you probably know Magdalena and I got attacked and held hostage by the Dakota Pipeline protesters, inside their protest camp in North Dakota. It was the most serious situation I’ve experienced in my entire journalistic career. We just released an extended video of the incident.
We did some initial interviews and covered their two protests on Monday 10/17, all with permission of the camp leader. On Tuesday, we went back to the camp to ask some tough journalistic questions about their protest over the pipeline.
Many of the people I interviewed said they were against the pipeline and also against oil and fossil fuels. They also told me they traveled to the protest by car and trucks powered by oil and were staying in tents made of plastic – a product of oil. I asked about this contradiction and the reaction was vicious.
One protester grabbed my microphone and dragged me across the field. We fled to our car but were blocked in by trucks and people and prevented from leaving. That’s when the nightmare began.
We were trapped inside our car inside the camp, surrounded by up to 30 people, some wearing face masks, some armed with sticks and dogs. Then they started to shake the car. It was a lawless volatile situation and we truly feared for our lives. We called the police but because it was a remote part of North Dakota the cell phone kept dropping out and I was not sure of our exact location so it took a very, very long 30 minutes for them to arrive.
Some of the things the protesters shouted at us:
“We’re going to take your equipment”
“If it comes to it we’re going to slash your tires”
“If you don’t come out we can’t control what’s gonna happen next”
“You are part of the problem, with your settler’s mentality, calling someone to save you”
“We’ll never let you leave with the footage”
“The police is not coming”
“You have to understand, these people will have a stand-off with the cops”.
As you can imagine we weren’t really concerned with filming during this ordeal, our only objective at that point was to get out of the camp. But our cameraman kept the camera rolling in the back seat.
You can see several minutes of the incident here, posted by Morton County Sheriff’s Department. It shows me being assaulted and then our vehicle being surrounded and attacked.
Here is an extended video of the incident.
Here is the press conference by the police.
This is a description of by Lieutenant Glen Ternes of what he witnessed when he arrived with a SWAT team:
Min: 7:45
They’re surrounded. The car is being shook at the main camp- –
Min: 8:13
I was able to observe that the maroon Traverse that they had called in, it was parked off of the intersection of 1806 to the east and it was surrounded. It was surrounded by numerous individuals wearing bandanas- – so I focused on that. And there were folks on 1806 with bandanas and by that time traffic had been shut down.
It’s been a long week and it’s only hitting home now just how lucky we were not to be killed or seriously injured. It turns out that the protesters aren’t all about “peace & love” as they claim, especially if you question their beliefs. They also have no problem spreading outright lies about what happened. If you would like to weigh in, please come to our Facebook page and comment.
Thank you for your support.
Phelim
What “Phelim” did as a one of the dumbest acts in the history of journalism. It was the equivalent of going to a protest in Iran and holding up a “Vote for Rockefeller” sign.
Could McAleer really be so stupid? Maybe, but not likely. It is more probable the “Troll” media infiltrator was on “assignment” and got what he deserved.
FYI. McAleer has regularly served the multi-national energy industrialists by producing pro-cartel films and repeatedly fomenting disturbances criticizing anyone concerned about the damaging impact of the petroleum industry.
As a paid propagandist for the Financial Times, that advocates for “free markets“ –corporations’ rights to destroy the environment and assassinate opposition leaders–McAleer too favors globalisation. During the 1980s his press assignments “supported Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan‘s monetarist policies,” recalls Wikipedia.
“McAleer attended the New York City premiere of The Age of Stupid,” Wikipedia continued, “a movie about the last surviving human after the world’s destruction by global warming, blaming air travel as the biggest contributor to global warming. When McAleer asked the movie director how she got to the premiere in New York, security kicked him out of the event. Later, McAleer told the Irish News that the film should have been called the “Age of Hypocrisy.”
McAleer’s hypocrisy to have Facebook fans bemoan his deserved condemnation and provoked assault at the Dakota Pipeline Protest is obvious, but deadly serious considering his despicable ilk controls the media and the mass mind.
