I feel blessed and honored to share this extraordinary news, announcing the “fruit” of “The HOROKANE'” efforts to save my Hawaii property from land thieves and worse–racketeers serving Big Pharma through the United States National Security Agency its subordinate intelligence agencies.

This work covers a two-year legal investigation and case-study into the racketeering activities and organized crimes committed by Hawaii real estate attorney, “Ayahuasca Church” “priest”, and “covert action” agent, Paul J. Sulla, Jr.; in a case that evidences the manner and means by which people are defrauded and damaged all the time by corrupt lawyers, and in this unprecedented case, drug industrialists, the CIA, and FBI, aided-and-abetted by the corporate-controlled media complicit in racketeering, unfair, deceptive, and deadly trade.

Pleadings in this model case oppose organized crimes, including extortion by character assassinations through publishing defamations, abusing the media and sleazy behavioral science techniques coercing consumers and “targets” alike, and restricting everyone’s freedoms, not only as has damaged “The HOROKANE”–yours truly and Sherri Kane–in our efforts to save our property from illegal foreclosure and ejectment actions brought by Sulla, but precisely as is being done to damage other activists and whistleblowers worldwide.

Through “covert actions” as documented in this case, the agents, Internet publishers, and malicious prosecutors abusing lower courts, aided-and-abetted by corrupt court officers, deprivations of civil rights damaging We The People and our justice system are imposed.

A Model Case

Our “model case” records great examples of this tragedy occurring daily, internationally, presenting our opportunity to help administer awareness to this injustice; to rid the world of this scourge, or at least reduce its practice and lessen its damage.

In essence, we are opposing a criminal conspiracy that protects and promotes Big Pharma’s monopoly over “medicine” and more.

We are extremely concerned that the next step in the “medical monopoly,” after neutralizing resistors like “The HOROKANE,” and destroying people’s faith in traditional religions, is “Religious Pharmaceutics.”

A drug-based “New World Religion” is advancing, and its leading American advocates are under indictment in our lawsuit.

The “Church of Ayahuasca” (based on the Santo Daime rituals originally practiced in Amazonia) has become more than tainted by Mr. Sulla and his son, the head priest of the Sky of Hawai’I organization whose “church” compound is shown below.

According to Wikipedia’s propaganda, their church is supposed to promote “a wholesome lifestyle in conformity with . . . ‘harmony, love, truth and justice’, . . . strength, humility, fraternity and purity of heart.” In our case, however, attorney Sulla has abused his own son to maliciously persecute, harass, and prosecute us, censor and rob us of our time, money, and property, and slander us in our community.

“The practice [of consuming DMT] became a worldwide movement in the 1990s,” and at the same time, the Sullas, with multiple irrefutable commercial connections to U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) agents and private business entities, developed their “Ayahuasca Church.” Today, the “Sky of Hawai’I Church” operates at the heart of a real estate and racketeering enterprise engaged in foreclosure fraud, extortion, money laundering, tax evasion, forgery, perjury, mail fraud, and robbery; with complicity by numerous local court officers, law enforcers, prosecutors, and politicians on the Big Island of Hawaii.

By definitions in federal drug laws, the Sullas manufacture and traffic the risky and deadly “natural” “chemical weapon” called “DMT.” This fact implicates licensed lawyer Sulla, Jr., his son, Sulla, III, other drug-makers, including pharmaceutical manufacturers of DMT and LSD that find their way to our nation’s youth. Government agents and agencies are, in our case, complicit in aiding-and-abetting drug trafficking risking and damaging public health, safety, and even U.S. National Security as America’s youth are increasingly being poisoned by the drug or the “church’s” propaganda.

In our historic case, criminals are evidenced maliciously abusing the courts, and violating the integrity and legitimacy of traditional religions, spiritual theologies worldwide, and our Justice Department that is supposed to be operating in keeping with the Ten Commandments in “One Nation Under God.”

In this federal action, we are working to recover more than our private loses. Beyond recovering damages to me, my family, ministry, Sherri, and three successful companies destroyed, we advocate for thousands of loving supporters and satisfied customers also victimized by the actions of Sulla, Jr. working with complicit criminals on the mainland who have targeted us, and many others like us.

Sickness in the Judicial System

You too have probably been damaged by corrupt lawyers, complicit judges, bribed politicians, and negligent law enforcers who shirked their duties and broke laws while serving vicariously (or directly) to administer injustice.

In our case, lawyers and law-enforcers are acting criminally to maintain a monopoly by the drug industry over health science, medicine, healthcare, and certainly alternative care providers, by censoring and defaming us, and imposing policies serving concealed “special interests,” such as through imposed vaccinations that we have every right to oppose.

Over the years there have been numerous scientists, health professionals, academicians, and journalists, who have been unjustly and outrageously persecuted, harassed, cyber-bullied, defamed, extorted, and robbed of their rights and properties, such as has occurred in my case or in the case of Dr. Andrew Wakefield. Several other of my colleagues have even been arrested and assassinated for expressing dissenting views on healthcare and healing, including Dr. Basal Wainwright, who simply advanced oxygenation technologies to purge the blood of AIDS virus victims.

Now, in our case before Judge J. Michael Seabright, we have submitted material evidence of these crimes being committed to suppress my voice, and disparage my controversial contributions in the fields of emerging diseases and natural cures. In fact, central to the persecution we are evidencing, is my pioneering works advancing 528nm/Hz frequency therapeutics (including “medicinal music”). My “528 Industrial Property” has been the focus of the COINTELPRO’s commercial defamation, and criminal copyright infringements.

Our case meticulously documents these forces of darkness and disease abusing science and the media for persuasion and persecution of “targets” by “cover actions.” Mass-mind manipulators and population controllers are operating seemingly oblivious to the damages they are causing to people, civil rights, ethics, public health, children’s safety, and human freedoms.

Many more people are awakening very quickly now to these inequities in our “modern CULTure,” and to severe increasing personal risks and ongoing damage done by Big Pharma’s/Big Government’s bribed, lying, and untrustworthy public health “experts” and CDC “officials,” especially exposed during the Ebola emergency designated a “top National Security priority” by the Obama Administration.

The following GLOBE article (Nov. 10, 2014; published by a Republican-owned yellow press) presents a classic example of the absurdity of partisan politics in the wake of a health crisis for which the civilized world is unprepared and cannot cope. Republican detractors spin the crisis to blame Obama for the Ebola risks and damages that I have been evidencing, predicting, and decrying since 1996, through every presidential administration, and before every audience I have served. This yellow press is frankly seditious and treasonous; since it goes beyond stupidity to obvious psychopathology and abuse of the public’s mind by the corporate-controlled media.

The madness of this socioeconomic and political affliction is further evidenced in another article in the same treasonous tabloid, titled “LOVE STORY OF THE CENTURY: WILLIAM GIVES UP THRONE TO SAVE PREGNANT KATE.”  This CULTural diversion evidences the Royal Family’s sickness, physically and mentally. The world’s oldest and wealthiest monarchy can’t cope with modern life. The sick, hospitalized, pregnant Duchess has been bed-ridden for weeks in “excruciating pain.” Nonetheless, she has been ordered back to work by the Queen, despite appearing emaciated, nearly moribund, in her previously tailored now ill-fitting designer attire. William fears Kate’s risk of dying and/or losing her baby from politically-imposed living. Kate’s station in life has become demeaning, enslaving, health-degenerating, and life-endangering. The Royal lifestyle is causing all of them severe mental and emotional distress. Kate’s required smiles are forced for diplomatic meetings. So William has (purportedly) abdicated his throne (for the moment.)

This Royal story serves metaphorically to evidence what is happening culturally and commercially to the world’s wealthiest leaders and investors whose lives spoil from lost meaning and value. But their psychopathic motives, arrogance, greed, and forced smiles concealing risky and deadly actions continue.

Seek Greater Meaning in Life? Take Meaningful Action.

Consistent with the aforementioned sickness in the Royal Family, this new Ayahuasca religion is marketed to people seeking greater meaning in life.  As with Kate’s chemically-treated sickness, the Ayahuaca religion has caused people to be increasingly drugged, in many cases overdosed and neglected. Occasionally, users are physically abused and sexually assaulted under the guise of “community medicine.” In rare instances they are killed, as reported by Kelly Hearn in Men’s Journal.

We are all placed at great and grave risk from such mental illness, religious hypocrisy, and medical malfeasance.

As citizens and veteran whistleblowers, we plan to exercise our Congressionally-authorized right to prosecute Mr. Sulla and his co-conspirators as “Private Attorneys General” (PAGs).

Under laws that Congress passed, you too are authorized as citizens to serve as prosecutors in the public’s defense against organized outlaws, including your “court officers” and drug dealers damaging people and companies in your community.

I am convinced that a pharmaceutical-based religion promising ‘self-realization’ through DMT-intoxication and regular hallucinations is a ‘bad trip’ for society.

I draw my conclusion and make this assertion because of the aforementioned susceptibility of We The People to being railroaded, defrauded, and indoctrinated by the media into dangerous political agendas, in this case, into an obvious illegal drug ‘CULT.’

Repeat users often become “Ayahuasca missionaries,” pleading to convince others to join them in what Scientific American author John Horgan describes as “mystical searching” resulting in “NOTHING.”

Wracking his brain “for some sort of epiphany,” Horgan wrote, “I felt more confused, more mystified, than ever. . . . What is the point of all our mystical searching? Where does it get us? What truth does it give us? What consolation?” “NOTHING.”

Certainly, scientists and agents for the CIA and FBI, who have aided-and-abetted the hallucinogenic drug industry, have been informed that this illegal drug manufacturing and trafficking trade produces more than “NOTHING.” It generates something. That is, lots of money, especially for Ayahuasca investors and drug-makers with foresight to see profits from Old World religions falling from unrighteous actions and media deceptions promoting this New World Religion as an alternative.

Thus, I am forced to consider this prosecution against racketeering as a public health ambassador, Judeo-Christian minister, pharmaceutical industry whistleblower, and personal victim of Mr. Sulla’s real estate foreclosure fraud scheme involving his Hawaii “Church” assembly and “True Ott & Company” on the mainland.

To cure the aforementioned menacing afflictions, I recommend sharing the linked feature article with others, along with our information and intelligence gained the hard way, through the “law school of hard knocks.”

Light at the end of imposed darkness

Our lessons strongly encourage:

1) Social activism. Do everything you can to help bring truth to light, to activate the “hundredth monkey” (i.e., gain the “critical mass” needed for urgent change). Communicate with everyone you can about the source and solutions to the madness and organized crime;

2) Arm yourself with a legal education, including knowledge of criminal laws being broken. Study this yourself, and develop community groups dedicated to educating people acting socially and responsibly. Ideally, licensed lawyers can be enrolled who are honest, dedicated to civil rights work, and not afraid to take on “the beast;”

3) Serving legal notices and complaints against criminals on your radar screens. Enforce your cease and desist demands by community (class) legal actions–including performing “citizen’s arrests” (by activist groups) filming and publishing your action(s). To do this, obviously review your state and federal laws for instructions, and videotape and record every conversation and step you take in opposing injustice when confronting it. Your publications will fruitfully expose outlaws and negligent or complicit officials;

4) Develop your independent media to output your legal and political actions, as well as your aforementioned audio and videotape recordings. The pen, and power of the media, even independent media, is “mightier than the sword.”

5) Rely on your Constitutional protections and Congressional provisions. You must exercise these to have them work for you. Rely especially on Congressional provision Title 42 U.S.C., section 1988, that empowers you, or other knowledgeable members of your group, to act as “Private Attorney Generals.” This law allows you to prosecute gangsters on behalf of others who have, like you have, been harmed. You may, in this way, represent a class of damaged people. (Note, again: You do not need to be a licensed lawyer to act as a whistleblower and public defender as a “Private Attorney General.” In fact, Congress encourages you to act this way. The law grants you a large amount of the damages you recover, and/or reasonable “fees and costs” when you win. . . . And you will win if you do your homework–gather solid material evidence and a team of committed persons around you–and work together.)

We have God on our side. We are unstoppable. The time for justice is NOW!
