The attached sworn AFFIDAVIT OF LONEY J. SALAS, and notarized Affidavits from two other eyewitnesses who participated in “Ayahuasca Church” ceremonies directed by Paul J. Sulla, Jr., his son Paul J. Sulla, III, detail the illegal operations most clearly, including the agency of fellow hallucinogenic drug champion and real estate enterprise partner, W. Augustuz Elliott.
Salas’s father, whose chosen religion honors the traditional Santa Daime Church ceremonies conducted in Brazil, attended the Sulla’s church services in Hawaii, and the two men left very concerned. “Loney became extremely distressed by what he was witnessing, that he described as a “KKK-like” drug cult experience. He literally fled the church compound in his truck, following threatened assault by church agents. He crashed through the locked front gate with his vehicle, fearing for his life.
Two other sworn affidavits published here by anonymous church ceremony participants, in addition to the Affidavit of Michael A. Sakell published previously, provides a total of four eye-witness testimonies to the illegalities ongoing at the so-called “church” of “The Eclectic Center of Universal Flowing Light-Paulo Robertosilva E Souza (CEFLUPARSS)” incorporated by attorney Sulla, Jr.
Loney Salas’s description of ayahuasca church agent, and Sulla’s real estate partner, W. Augustuz Elliott, compounds the evidence discovered by investigators Dr. Leonard Horowitz and Sherri Kane linking “Augustuz” to Sulla’s real estate enterprise including the property management entity “Kaohimaunu Limited Partnership” through which Sulla, Jr. gave his son, head priest of the “church,” a value 4.76 acre “condominium” residence.

This series of discovery exhibits shows Sulla and his partners’ investments in health products manufacturing and supply companies, evidencing anti-trust violations in unfair commercial competition not only for Dr. Horowitz’s real estate, but opposing the doctor’s health products companies as well.
The following chart graphs the “Vertical Abusive Trust Beneficiary Scheme” involving Elliott and Sulla’s Kaohimaunu Limited Partnership entity abused to grant Sulla’s son, Sulla, III, a valuable condominium for “the sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration,” such as complicity in a drug-manufacturing and DMT trafficking enterprise with Sulla, Jr. and Elliott.
Sulla’s additional VATBS entities through which properties were brought to market and brokered concealing Sulla and the “Ayahuasca Church” (aka “Eclectic Center for Universal Flowing Light”) as beneficiaries include “BZ Development” (involving fellow Hilo attorney Gary Zamber) “Rainha IemanJa Casa Holdings Limited Partnership”, Heahea Heights, LLC, and Puueo Limited Partnership.”
