It’s pretty sobering to have a person you admire, promote as “honorable,” and in whom you invest your hopes and dreams, rule that your court filing of rock-solid evidence for justice, security, protection, and public service against the mob of drug industrialists and “protection racketeers”  is “DELUSIONAL.”

 

That is what you will read in the honorable Judge J. Michael Seabright’s “COURT ACTION” of December 16, 2014–a near-instant response to Sherri Kane and my filing of the above linked “Ex Parte Communication” containing facts upon which the following article is based.

 

Naturally, it is we who are implied “delusional,” much like people who believe the “terrorist attacks” of 9/11 was an “inside job,” or that two commercial jets could not have caused the highest buildings in NYC to free fall into dust like a classical thermite incendiary demolition job!

 

We suppose similarly “delusional” people condemned the Warren Commission Report as a Kennedy assassination cover-up.

 

“Delusional” are those who oppose vaccination poisonings responsible for skyrocketing rates of autism in our nation’s youth.

 

“Delusional” are those who believe the “Free Press” became expensive, and ceased providing anything but propaganda for concealed corporate interests.

 

“Delusional” are those who honor nature’s secrets above man’s greed, arrogance, and pseudo-science.

 

“Delusional” are those who believe the Federal Reserve, U.S. Treasury, JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Wall Street, and the World Bank are controlled by special (family/mob) interests abusing taxpayers through taxpayer-funded agencies, like the “Centers for Disease Creation” (CDC), and “Food and Drug Advocates” (FDA) prostituting for Big Pharma, Big Chemica, Big Energy, and Big Banking.

 

“Delusional” am I for thinking that the “Honorable Judge J. Michael Seabright” would have the wisdom and integrity to rule against organized crime administered under the watchful eyes of our NSA/CIA and FBI damaging peace activists libeled as “radicalizers” such as myself and Sherri Kane.

 

Perhaps part of our “delusional” thinking was: (1) that we could respectfully and responsibly rely on the “honorable court” to serve society, as well as “We The Defendants,” by considering the facts about others who have struggled to stop cyber-crime and consumer fraud, but have likewise been damaged. We asked the court to consider the two groups engaged in public deceptions and distractions to protect “special interests;” racketeering in foreclosure fraud, drug trafficking, and abuse of the Courts for profit; organized crime gangs that handle the Internet like an assault weapon;  (2) that we could respectfully and responsibly serve society at the same time we asserted our First Amendment rights to honest free speech and free press, opposing dishonest (fraudulent) providers of invalid news, views, and propaganda media; (3) that seeing our friends and business partners, especially Michael Vara*, the owner of Late Night in the Midlands (LNM) Radio Network being harmed and severely distressed after being assaulted so badly by cyber-bullies that he was made to suffer a heart attack requiring heart surgery; whereas Sherri Kane, likewise, required medical care for her broken heart following similar damage and distress from the same group of cyber-stalkers. We were “delusional” thinking these facts, and death threats against each of us, were worthy of the court’s attention, especially as our assailants are implicated by their Internet evidence in diverting and confusing public awareness about Giffords shooting and Roll’s murder.

 

Maybe we are “delusional” that we pray for America to no longer lead the world in cancer rates. Perhaps our filing of our Ex Parte Communication as a “prayer” that future generations won’t need to suffer needless vaccine injuries such as autism was “delusional.”

 

Judge Seabright clearly ruled that all of this is “delusional” in the context of what you are about to read–that our decade-long struggle against organized criminals laboring to steal our property in “paradise” (Hawaii) might soon be over in federal court under a wise and honorable judge.

 

We proudly admit being “delusional” believing that a federal court judge might discern what we peace activists and natural healers have to deal with, with no vested interests in representing anything other than the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, “so help us God,” to be set free.

 

We admit being “delusional” believing that our pro se opposition to a Bar licensed lawyer would not be viewed most conservatively by any court officer; and

 

We admit being “delusional” thinking that the evidence we present, clearly “bizarre” and “unprecedented,” would not instantly cause an honorable federal justice to STRIKE said evidence and pleadings, and claim it “delusional”.

 

Two Saturday’s ago Sherri and I met with an active police officer, a fellow Christian.  We asked for his wisdom whether he believed that we would be overreaching in our case against Hawaii attorney Paul J. Sulla, Jr.,  by attempting to address the aforementioned far reaching social concerns in our simple legal case for Quieting Title to our property–a title stolen by Sulla in a scheme to steal the entire estate. We told him our dilemma: on the one hand keeping the case simple and focused on clearing the title versus alerting Judge Seabright about what we have witnessed and evidenced giving probable cause for the arrest of Sulla and his collaborators in theft and cyber-crime.

 

In our “delusional” opinion, using National Security Agency methods to spin nearly every story of social importance, blaming Jews and Jewish journalists using racist, sexist, and/or terrorizing rants, effectively using the Internet as an instrument for assault, is a shared problem involving the justice system, especially since Judge Roll was an honorable and staunch Constitionalist.

 

Our friend, the officer, said, “If your goal is to save your house, then don’t say anything about the NSA.”

 

“But what about serving God and We The People,” I replied. “We have a slam dunk amount of hard-cold evidence proving everything we are saying is true, and this information is urgent for mitigating damage to ourselves, our community, extended family, millions of children, and civilization as a whole.” I am very passionate about the paradigm-shattering capacity of the LOVE/528 Revolution–528nm/Hz being the ‘Key” to the “house of David,” now known and available to unlock the door to humanity’s metaphysical transformation and spiritual rejuvenation.

 

Without any hesitation, the police officer  said. “Then I would go ahead and raise the issues.”

 

So that’s what we did. And for that our Ex parte Communication was judged “Delusional” on 12/16/14.

 

What follows is our coverage of the easily verified, “frivolous,” certainly “bizarre,” and adjudged  “delusional” facts. . . .

 

Personally, we wish to apologize to everyone who has stood beside us, and behind us, during the ten years this case has been evolving. Though we feel in our hearts a deep sense of loss, having been adjuged “delusional” rather than helpful, we know this is a test of faith and patience. HONOLULU, HI—Why would an organized group of cyber-bullies, who abused the Internet like an assault weapon causing two people to suffer heart attacks,  publish volumes of propaganda about the Arizona Massacre that killed Judge John Roll?

 

This is an interesting question raised in an “Ex Parte Communication Pursuant to New Discovery, Death Threats, and Sealed Video Evidence” ruled “delusional” by one of America’s most beloved judges who helped millions of homeowners defeat Big Banking, effectively ending the national foreclosure fraud crisis–the honorable Judge J Michael Seabright–in Civ. Case No. 14-00413, ongoing in the federal District Court in Honolulu.

 

Why would one of the cyber-terrorists, involved in confusing and diverting media coverage of the Loughner shootings in Arizona–the “Arizona Massacre”– that “neutralized” Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, attach to his terrorizing e-mail a recording of his “counseling” sessions with a nefarious soothsayer from Hawaii, and a New York State licensed psychologist, both of whom were involved in a plot to publish criminal copyright infringing “revenge pornography” to destroy the honorable reputations of two journalists–the “Defendants” who are world leading peace activists, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz and his partner in Revolution Television, Sherri Kane?

 

The answers includes what Occam’s razor infers, and in-your-face evidence proves. The cyber-bullies are among a “covert action cell” trained to spin stories, obfuscate issues, provoke anti-government attitudes, incite social unrest, and sabotage the reputation of Big Pharma’s commercial competitors by the instruction and apparent direction of the United States National Security Agency (NSA) and Britain’s intelligence community.

 

By attacking law-abiding citizens, consumer advocates, peace activists, and fearless journalists in the media, especially online, labeling them as “radicalizers,” confusing their messages and identities, damaging their businesses, smearing their reputations, and destroying their relationships, they become “neutralized,” much like what happened to Rep. Giffords, and the eminent Constitutionalist–the honorable Judge John Roll–in the months and weeks leading up to their shootings by Jared Lee Loughner on January 8, 2011.

 

The next day, on January 9, 2014, CBS News online published, “Sarah Palin Criticized Over Gabrielle Giffords Presence on ‘Target List’,” with a link to this graphic showing three crosshairs targeting three Arizona enemies of the Republican Party.

 

Foreshadowing the shootings by nine months, CBS News reported on March 25, 2010, “House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer said Wednesday that more than 10 members of Congress have received threats in the wake of the [healthcare reform] vote, prompting FBI and police investigations.

 

“‘Republican leaders are themselves engaging in actions and rhetoric that previously would have been limited to fringe elements…,” Democratic National Committee chairman Tim Kaine said in a statement Wednesday. “Sarah Palin has invoked health care ‘death panels’ and has now placed gun sights on 20 Members of Congress who supported reform.”

 

“Palin was also criticized for inciting violence for writing this on Twitter: “Commonsense Conservatives & lovers of America: ‘Don’t Retreat, Instead – RELOAD!'”

 

Ironically, the CBS News article featured the photo of Sen. John McCain defending his former running mate, Palin, against charges she was “inciting violence.” McCain had recommended Judge Roll for the bench appointment.

 

Now, given these facts, Occam’s razor would limit your inquiry and analysis to the following facts : 1) You suspect Republican Party heavyweights allied with multi-national corporations and Big Banking advancing globalization politics and policies at the time of the Massacre; 2) Judge Roll had been working cordially and productively with Rep. Giffords prior to the shootings, and Giffords filed national legislation to terminate preditory lending by Big Banking; and they were both receiving death threats from political enemies; 3) Judge Roll telephoned Rep. Giffords within days of the tragedy and Giffords invited him to attend her event in his neighborhood, while their telephones were undoubtedly tapped (as anyone in their positions, having received death threats while under federal marshall “protection” would reasonably assume; and the wire taps were obviously not placed by Loughner (meaning that only “law enforcers” and national security officials had access to the wires); 4) Loughner reported his MySpace stolen in 2008. But it was curiously found immediately after the shootings, advocating the precise political and economic positions of the victims–Giffords and Roll–opponents to: a) Constitution violators; b) Treasury Dept. related racketeering and currency fraud; and c) anti-government police-state themes lamenting intelligence agency abuses.

 

These facts are inconsistent with a young man–Loughner, the alleged “lone gunman”–reportedly happy and bragging to friends that he could “dream pleasantly while awake.”

 

Alternatively, these facts are completely consistent with organized crime and political assassinations aided-and-abetted by a “cell” of NSA “online covert action” agents assigned to divert and confuse public awareness about the Arizona Massacre, assigned by adverse interests who knew in advance by phone surveillance that two of America’s strongest opponents to Constitution-prohibited financial crimes could be felled by one “lone gunman.”

 

 

Conspiracy Theory Becomes Evidenced Reality

 

The case before Judge Seabright had an unexpected and enlightening turn of events for the Defendants/Counterclaimants in mid-December when a series of e-mails containing death threats from Pima County Arizona resident, Lee Nevins Bracker, arrived to threaten three victims of Bracker’s cyber-crimes: Dr. Horowitz, Sherri Kane, and radio network owner Michael Vara. The mail presented the most unsettling evidence in history covering American jurisprudence corroborating Occam’s razor analysis of the Arizona Massacre implicating National Security Agency activity in the plot.

 

Engaging the “Outer Limits” of Manchurian candidacy psychopathology, Bracker recorded his “counseling” session with Hawaii soothsayer “Sativa Jones,” who informed Bracker that “Horowitz owes you in this life.” Bracker, who is called “mentally ill” by members of his own family, recorded that his estranged father had “adopted” Bracker’s greatest nemesis–a replacement for his mother–a “mirror” of Sherri Kane, he claimed. On the recording, Bracker rationalized his enmity and efforts to assault Kane and destroy Horowitz by coming to Hawaii.

 

Bracker gave listeners the following instructions: “I feel I should share this with you.  The password is Sasha.  Note that when Sativa refers to a Len, or Leonard, she’s referring to Leonard Horowitz.  The first 1/3rd of the [Bracker edited] conversation is Nuccitelli and I,” Bracker wrote. ” Take note that he [Nuccitelli] could care less about my feelings just before saying good-buy.”

 

This story requires some additional background. Defendants Kane and Horowitz were dubbed “The HOROKANE” by Bracker’s and Nuccitelli’s West Coast cyber-gang “cell” leader, Alma C. Ott. The HOROKANE had filed for a Permanent Restraining Order on Ott after Kane received a threat from one of his aliases that if Kane didn’t do as Ott ordered, she would end up life Giffords. Later, Bracker and a half-dozen other cyber-bullies working with Ott, including Hawaii attorney Paul J. Sulla, Jr. who filed this lawsuit in efforts to steal Horowitz’s real estate, suing for “Quiet Title” and “Summary Ejectment” based on false papers filed with the State.

 

Sulla had named Ott as his supportive witness in an earlier case, along with Hawaii resident Roxanne Joan “RJ” Hampton who introduced Sulla to the West Coast cyber-bullies to whom Sulla directed his law firm’s Internet traffic. The “Hawaii cell,” like the “West Coast cell,” was bent on defaming and commercially-destroying Horowitz. The allied cyber-stalkers included the lawyer, Hampton, her soothsayer partner, “Sativa Jones” (real name Sheryl Sultan), their partner in Internet libel, Big Island Chronicle owner Tiffany Edwards Hunt, and a Hollywood film editor working for Gary Goddard Entertainment. The infamous Goddard was embroiled in allegations of pedophilia, widely known to be rampant in “tinsel town,” and Goddard was exposed and sued by ex film-star sex-slaves. Bracker’s e-mail and video production led to Goddard’s address that was registered by Alex McGowin Studer, who is Ott’s subordinate directing ceaseless attacks against Horowitz and Kane on the Internet, yet advertising himself as a “Hollywood editor.”

 

The long-evolving conspiracy to “get Horowitz” had been evidenced in a number of ways, all claimed by State prosecutors as being insufficient to issue arrests, including the following blog postings by media editor Studer–Ott’s principle partner in LabVirus (dot com) developed to “neutralize” Horowitz’s reputability and whistleblowing on dangerous vaccines emerging along with new viruses from genetic engineering in bio-war labs.

 

Need proof of a long term conspiracy to destroy the reputation of Horowitz?  In the 2009, Studer posted what is shown below. The LabVirus blog entry of California resident Studer disparaging Horowitz for prompting the County of Hawaii to become the first county in America to oppose “mandatory” vaccinations during declared “outbreaks” such as SARS, H1N1 or Ebola.

 

 

 

What evidence failed to reveal before Bracker’s mail was that the “West Coast propaganda cell” operated as the chief online group of Internet “trolls” extensively manufacturing and publishing “spins” on the Internet to distract and deceive Americans about the Arizona Massacre, diverting attention from the most obvious and important elements of that crime.

 

The e-mails, linked recording, and videos published by the cyber-bullies raised the aforementioned questions. And the obvious answers uncovered a “protection racket” for Big Pharma and Big Banking–a conspiracy to abuse the Internet to fool people. That’s called “consumer fraud” in violation of anti-trust laws. These actions obscure what actually happened in the case of the Arizona Massacre, affording the opportunity to compare the propaganda issued by the “corporate-controlled media,” versus the spin published by the anti-government faction of society directed by “CONTROLLED OPPOSITION“–conspirators in the case of Hester v. Horowitz et. al., whose criminal actions and abuse of the Internet as an assault weapon come directly out of the NSA’s “online covert action” playbook.

 

Leaked NSA Intelligence Provides Insights and Evidence

 

“Edward Snowden and Glenn Greenwald had no idea their leaked NSA intelligence provided a key to unlock justice for the doctor and I,” Kane said.  “People worldwide are sickened and enslaved by private interests corrupting the greatness of America. Everything righteous about the U.S. Constitution, fundamental to ‘One Nation Under [One] God,’ civility, and human rights, are deprived by these ‘online covert agents’ who produce and distribute disgusting, racist, sexist, perverted, and xenophobic political propaganda to destroy heroes, profit villains, and divide people of all nations for war and illness commerce.”

Evidence submitted, but struck by Judge Seabright as “delusional”  reveals that Bracker was involved with the West Coast cell targeting “The HOROKANE” since the Ebola virus began to make headline news.

 

Horowitz is not your “typical defendant.” He is the author of the bestselling book Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola—Nature, Accident or Intentional? That is the reason Ott and Studer established “LabVirus.com” on August 21, 2009, the year after President Obama’s minister, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, acknowledged Horowitz and his textbook widely in the corporate-controlled media.  Horowitz’s tome reviews the science that argues the man-made origin of AIDS and Ebola viruses.  Since that time the racist propaganda blog has been used to attack Horowitz’s reputability, theories, and U.S. Govt. contracts under which numerous lab-viruses, descriptively and functionally identical to HIV/AIDS and Ebola, were bio-engineered. The medical-legal implications of the scientific records republished by Horowitz in his book are unprecedented. The evidence explains how and why these immune-system-destroying viruses were developed using crude, early, “benchwork” genetic engineering methods during the 1960s and early 70s, exposing corruption at the highest levels of health science and geopolitics far more persuasively than any other.

 

But Dr. Horowitz does more than reveal the “bad news” in health science obfuscated by special interests. In recent years, the focus of Ott & Company’s anti-Semitic Horowitz libel shifted to include Horowitz’s “Natural Cure for Global Warming” theories and publications based on his 2006 discovery of the real da Vinci code.

 

By keeping Horowitz discredited and diverted from his life’s work in public health education, successfully whistleblowing on corruption in science, the group of cyber-criminals serve as “protection racketeers” for the larger criminal syndicate making money from human suffering, wars, drugs, vaccine side effects, pollution, and more. . . .

 

The “agents of evil,” Kane and Horowitz learned, are  trained in “online covert actions,” administered according to the  “art of deception,” as published by agents and agencies identified in Snowden’s leaked information. In this case, the agents are actually identified and implicated in conspiring to steal Horowitz’s good reputation and Hawaii property. They are evidenced having committing heinous acts of deception and diversion in the “entertainment” industry that powerfully impacts public opinion, and what Americans consider “delusional” or belittle as “conspiracy theory.” In fact, this case includes the first use of Snowden’s leaked intelligence evidencing the CULTural engineering and social control methods used by covert operatives as instructed by the National Security Agency’s training materials.

 

Bracker’s mail, audio recording, and video production to “neutralize” Horowitz by abusing Kane and LNM Radio Network owner, Michael Vara, vets a group of psychopaths–totally “fractured” personalities–who demonstrate criminal co-dependencies and complicity in cyber-crimes. Evidence for these allegations is the dialogue between Bracker and his psychiatric “handler” and video publisher, iPreditor owner, Nuccitelli, and soothsayer “Sativa Jones.” Copies of this evidence has been turned over to police, the FBI, and the court, to no avail.

 

Bracker’s mail, published media, and death threats, not only reveals MKULTRA-like influence or mind control used on Bracker, popularly associated with “Manchurian candidates,” or people like Loughner, but provides a candid view into the world of utterly deranged people operating with a common goal of attacking and “neutralizing” political targets, even if they are heroes. The recording also reveals Bracker’s and Nuccitelli’s malice, and attitude of entitlement used to rationalize their deadly deeds.

 

Attempted Murder Using the Internet As a Weapon

 

Bracker’s mail was forwarded to LNM Network owner Vara, and investigative journalist Kane, against whom Bracker held a vendetta from the time they rejected Nuccitelli’s referral of Bracker as a guest on Vara’s talk show. Nuccitelli, purportedly a doctor of psychology, and licensed in New York State to counsel people, had infiltrated Vara’s team, and purportedly sought to develop a talk show to advertise his iPreditor “service.”

 

In reality, Nuccitelli’s cover, soliciting victims of cyber-crimes, allegedly coaching them in self-defense, is similar to Chicago’s Prenda Law firm. That group advertised  “free porn” on the Internet. They then threatened down-loaders with law suits for copyright infringements. The lawyers then charged down-loaders legal fees for defending against sham corporate complainants. In fact, the lawyers administered all the baiting of  their victims and services for their legal defense. Four lawyers lost their licenses and were referred by the court for criminal prosecution.

 

Evidence before the honorable Hawaii court indicates Nuccitelli infiltrated Vara’s organization to “target” Horowitz, who with Kane, sponsored Vara and the LNM Radio Network. Nuccitelli’s iPreditor ploy, and cyber-bullying scheme to destroy Horowitz, was revealed in Bracker’s audiotape.

 

“Share this” . . . password is Sasha,” Bracker directed Red Pill Realty Show host “Riscalla,” in efforts to divide and conquer everyone at LNM and ruin the network.

 

“Dr. Nuccitelli:” The iPreditor Preditor

 

Vara granted Nuccitelli an opportunity to host his “iPreditor radio show” on the LNM Radio Network. Soon after, all hell broke loose. Nuccitelli, with support from his allies in “covert action,” assailed Vara so horribly Vara suffered a heart attack.

 

During Vara’s hospitalization and emergency heart surgery, Nucitelli and Bracker continued to work feverishly to kill Vara–like commercial competitors and “iPreditors” using the Internet as their murder weapon. Even though they knew they had caused Vara the suffer severe emotional distress that triggered his heart attack; even though they knew he was in intensive care following surgery; and even though they knew Vara was the exclusive provider of child care, depending on his network to feed his family, the two “iPreditors” persisted and finally succeeded in convincing ISPs to block Vara’s LNM website, effectively putting Michael Vara out of business.

 

“Nuccitelli, and Bracker–whose criminal record includes 19 Arizona indictments–acted criminally,” Dr. Horowitz said. “No reasonable professional, let alone a licensed psychologist, claiming to hold a doctorate in that field, would conduct this attempted murder and commercial disparagement campaign, and expect his licensing board to accept that behavior.”

 

Dr. Horowitz wrote Nuccitelli’s New York State licensing board to protest the i-preditor’s deviant, potentially deadly, assaults.  Dr. Horowitz reported the “criminal production” of a video tape published by Bracker and Nuccitelli on the Internet. The film, co-produced by LabVirus host Studer, had abused Horowitz’s name, likeness, copyrighted works, and trademark; and contained all the elements of ‘video voyeurism’ which is a class C felony in Hawaii.

Dr. Horowitz is a Harvard-trained public health expert considered among the most influential and controversial pharmaceutical intelligence analysts in the world.  The award-winning doctor and U.S. Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada apostilled Ambassador for the World Organization for Natural Medicine (WONM), produced five documentary films and seventeen books, including the aforementioned national bestseller Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola—Nature, Accident or Intentional? That book, criticized by CDC officials for advancing anti-vaccination “pseudo-science,” caused several foreign governments and millions of people worldwide to reject World Health Organization (WHO) efforts to vaccinate global populations; long before President Obama’s minister, Rev. CIA-linked attorney Sulla, filed this complaint to force Horowitz from his home, tying the doctor up legally, forcing him to defend his estate against fraudulent foreclosure, at the same time the West Coast cell worked to rob Horowitz’s businesses,  intellectual properties, and honorable reputation by personal defamation, property title slander, criminal copyright infringements, and commercial disparagement, causing his company’s dissolution, ministry’s insolvency, and requiring the doctor to act “pro se,” after paying attorneys nearly $175,000.00 with no return on investment against the aforementioned criminal syndicate.

 

Evidence compiled for trial in an earlier case in the State Circuit Court revealed Sulla’s multiple connections to the CIA, besides fraudulently foreclosing on Horowitz’s property by manufacturing illegal securities after the doctor had paid all the money owed on the mortgage. Sulla’s purported “client” simply refused to issue the required mortgage release, and then began harassing, extorting, and maliciously prosecuting the doctor in State courts, later adding Kane to the complaint as well.

 

The journalists then removed the case to federal court to terminate five years of this “outrageous” abuse and “political persecution” after Sulla committed a series of malicious prosecutions aimed at “neutralizing” Horowitz politically, damaging him financially, destroying his reputability, and stealing his property.

 

Public records filed with the court shows Sulla, Jr. and his son, Sulla, III, commercializing in the Google X Project, and a “religious” drug-trafficking enterprise manufacturing the controlled substance di-methyl-tryptamine (“DMT”) under the tutelage of leading CIA hallucinogenic drug contractor, Dr. Stanley Krippner.

 

Refusing to give up, Horowitz pledged to “ram Sulla’s crimes through the heart of the ‘beast’ of injustice responsible for killing and maiming millions of Americans annually, and hundreds of millions more globally, from the drug industry neglecting vaccine toxicity, and devastating drug side-effects now damning society and devastating the economy.”  He cites numerous examples, including several vaccines produced in monkey kidney tissues linked to epidemics of cancer, and the costs of “‘special services” needed by generations of mentally-ill children made ‘autistic’ by mercury-laced chemically-intoxicating injections.

 

Ebola and Massive Media Censorship of Horowitz

 

In August 2014, news agencies from Breitbart to MSNBC spun stories about the Ebola emergency and related rioting in Africa by people no longer trusting doctors and hospitals. The corporate-controlled media selectively censored Horowitz’s leadership in this resistance movement, fueled by conscientious objectors and a developing global consensus of experts opposing the imposition of risky vaccinations for apparently man-made diseases.

Their LIVE/H2O event was celebrated in 76 countries and became such a risk to drug and war lords that the main events in California were nearly cancelled from agent infiltrations, harassment, and “LOVE/528” commercial disparagement.

 

Horowitz, Kane, and Emoto (who died on Oct 17, 2014), were each concerned about vaccination risks to children suffering from mercury toxicity—a hotly contested scientific scandal dismissed by American public health officials who have no better explanation for skyrocketing rates of mental illness called autism. Substantial science has linked the scourge to “childhood immunizations”–a practice that, according to Bill Gates’s lectures, will reduce global populations by 15 percent.

 

After meeting Horowitz, and discovering the network of naysayers assigned professionally to discredit the doctor and LIVE/H2O event Kane applied her astute psychosocial analysis skills and identified several of the “trolls” who were linked to a child sex slavery racket run by pedophiles through the Temple of Set—the literal “Church of Satan” in California. Using her uncanny discernment, she unveiled how the “cell” of cyber-bullies and suspected pedophiles “targeting” Horowitz worked, best explaining the assault on the LIVE H2O concert and Horowitz’s and Lorenzen’s companies. The “covert action” gang of cyber-trolls included Hollywood film producers, pharmaceutical industry protectionists, and reprehensible pedophiles. The sordid group was directed by “retired” FBI Los Angeles bureau chief, Ted Gunderson, who served under J. Edgar Hoover. Gunderson, and his crony, Anthony J. Hilder, had befriended, and later betrayed Horowitz. The doctor was led to believe that Gunderson was legitimate, not the “gate-keeper” protecting the “child sex slave-masters” when American parents complained to Gunderson about child abductions. And Gunderson’s crony, Hollywood C-grade filmmaker, Anthony J. Hilder, was also considered among Horowitz’s “friends.” But Kane discovered evidence that would convince the doctor he had been deceived.

 

Gunderson had lectured on his leadership in the FBI’s COINTELPRO at the time Gunderson worked to indict Black Panther Party activist, Bobby Seale. Gunderson also became the chief propagandist for the “Franklin Cover-up” involving Boys Town’s sexual predators reportedly feeding sex slaves to members of Congress. The FBI-“retired” Gunderson, who reportedly went to work for the CIA following his work for the FBI, campaigned to destroy Horowitz’s reputation with Alma C. Ott–a Utah-based natural health products store owner (and Horowitz-competitor) working with Alex McGowin Studer, a repeat pedophile protector and film editor for Gary Goddard Entertainment in Hollywood. Studer’s labor for Goddard was most revealing. Goddard was charged with pedophilia and enslaving young Hollywood actors, and Studer was known to the FBI for defending FBI-indicted kiddy porn enthusiast, Robert McDougal. All of this generated substantial suspicion that the “covert action” against Horowitz, Emoto, and dozens of other peace and natural medicine activists sourced from the same criminal syndicate of drug industry protectionists, Satanists, and sexual perverts.

 

But according to RICO discovery documents submitted to the court by Horowitz, his “targeting” by treasonous trolls was prompted by more than his publishing about AIDS sourcing from a biological weapons lab. In 2007, Horowitz advanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) theory to explain the medical benefits of using electro-magnetic resonance energy used universally and successfully throughout nature to heal itself, optimizing natural immunity against diseases, regenerating lost or damaged limbs, and rejuvenating old DNA and decaying bodies suffering from premature aging. The “trolls” called that “pseudo-science” and “quackery,” but Horowitz calls it the “good vibration” or “healing frequency” of “LOVE/528.” It is the color of green grass, the heart of sunshine, and center of rainbows–the light of 528nm. The sound of 528Hz, Horowitz also evidences, is fundamental to that greenish-yellow color and chlorophyll-produced oxygen required for “miraculous healing” and environmental cleanup.

 

Horowitz’s “528LOVERevolution” has since become a “musical medical-paradigm-shattering movement” that simply explains the “power of LOVE” as the “universal healer” and “good vibration” of 528. The “real da Vinci code,” Horowitz claims, and published just before the rogue NSA hit squad began to heavily libel him on the Internet, can be used to produce “medicinal music” that relaxes, heals, and rejuvenates people without drugs. For these reasons Horowitz and Kane launched 528Records.com to transpose the world’s music to make it medicinal; and nine radio stations on their 528RadioNetwork to broadcast the musical messages of LOVE/528 to open people’s hearts to the primordial energy of harmony in spirituality.

 

“We believe that peace can be felt in nature and in your heart when communing with nature. It is a great vibration administered musically and mathematically, theoretically opening people’s hearts and healing people. So this has become a scientifically-legitimized world peace movement,” Horowitz explained.

 

“Why would any ‘normal’ person waste years of their time actively working on the Internet to discredit me and this wonderful work?” Horowitz asked.  “You’d have to be a complete psychopath, outrageously jealous, or, most likely, a paid agent for the forces of darkness to make that commitment in attempting to extinguish our light.”

 

To suppress Horowitz’s “528 Industrial Property,” and at the same time abuse him to discredit the entire vaccination risk awareness movement, a coordinated attack to destroy him financially and socially came primarily from attorney Sulla’s malicious prosecutors in Hawaii. The “Hawaii cell” officially assigned to conduct “covert actions” called “anticipatory prosecutions was directed by Sulla. Also called “FBI Entrapment” and “Hacktavism,” depending on what government document you read, The HOROKANE filed for relief against the land robbers and cyber-stalkers extorting them and working to destroy their reputations. The evidence clearly proves Sulla was working with Gunderson’s West Coast cell of media propagandists, coordinated by Ott.

 

Under the alias, “Dr. ‘True’ Ott”, the Utah businessman directed Internet trolls and commercial criminals attacking to destroy Horowitz’s California and Idaho companies. The resulting Idaho persecution through litigation and court abuses advanced under the protection of Idaho attorneys John A. Finney of Sandpoint, and Dana M. Herberholz of Boise. Together with Ott & Company, Finney and Herberholz worked to destroy Horowitz’s reputation and companies.

 

According to evidence before Judge Seabright, the racketeers committed multiple counts of contempt in several Hawaii and Idaho courts. They extorted, robbed, harassed, and terrorized The HOROKANE by mail fraud and wire fraud. They produced Hollywood-quality revenge pornography to blackmail the couple. And Kane discovered that Sulla’s Hawaii cell operated a hallucinogenic drug manufacturing and trafficking enterprise called the “Sky of Hawai’I,” or more commonly “The Big Island ‘Ayahuaca Church,” in direct personal association with the CIA’s most widely known hallucinogenic drug proponent and “dream telepathy” contractor, Dr. Stanley Krippner.

 

In most recent court action, Seabright denied the HOROKANE’s motion to default Sulla for failing to plead substantively (directly and responsively) to their series of pleadings factually detailing the theft of their property title–pleadings wherein the journalists requested more than $17 million in general and special damages.

 

The HOROKANE’s Hawaii property came under siege from attorney Sulla in 2009, at the same time Ott and several complicit intermediaries acted to damage, divert, and destroy Horowitz’s whistleblowing and companies. The doctor’s “528 industrial property,” and real property on the Big Island, have been blocked from commercial development due to the criminal actions of the “trolls.” Horowitz had invested more than $1 million over five years to develop the estate as a one-of-a-kind geothermal natural healing spa, educational institute, and rural community health center training naturopathic doctors while serving the needs of many under-served people living in this impoverished area of Hawaii.

 

And if this sick and sad history is insufficiently extraordinary, as The HOROKANE battled the “beast” working to destroy them and their businesses in multiple courts, two recent hurricanes and Pele’s 2,000-degree lava bypassed Horowitz’s estate on their way to damaging and destroying many neighboring properties in America’s leading methamphetamine trafficking center, the tiny village of Pahoa, HI.

She co-hosts the Hollywood Spin series of film reviews with Dr. Horowitz viewed on RevolutionTelevision.net and Vimeo’s Revolution Television Channel. Ms. Kane also co-hosted The HOROKANE Hour on LNM Radio Network with Dr. Horowitz, and co-wrote Space Pearl Harbor, reviewed in the 39-minute news program seen HERE.
