“Moore ‘yammers’ about American war mongering, invading other countries, when his Big Pharma backers, a.k.a., Hollywood producers and billionaire media moguls, expand their wealth and population control agendas, including poisoning people with everything from napalm to FLUMIST,” Dr. Horowitz warns.

Surely Moore knows that without propaganda driving military conflicts and pharmaceutical wars against AIDS, cancer, and crime, his Capitalist co-producers might go broke. War waging requires propaganda, and Hollywood delivers it, in this case funded by the same people Moore blames for America’s failing economy.

Moore charges with neo-Marxist zeal, “Blessed are the wealthy for amassing more and more loot — and they do their best to pay little or no income tax (last year Goldman Sachs’ tax rate was a mere 1%!). . . . Would Jesus be a Capitalist? Would he approve of a system that has allowed the richest 1% to have more financial wealth than the 95% under them combined?”

Moore’s “PharmaMedia” Backers 

Examine these allegations and connections for accuracy. . . . The Weinstein Company, a division of ABC/Disney funded by the CEO of Goldman Sachs, billionaire, Lloyd Blankfein, has co-produced the last three Moore blockbusters–SICKO, Faranheit 911, and Bowling for Columbine. Yes, the very same Goldman Sachs and Blankfein that Moore says is the chief Capitalist evildoer in his film evidences an unparalleled hypocrisy.

Documenting BigPharma’s complicity, and Moore’s insincerity, Blankfein is a major shareholder in the H1N1 vaccine maker of FLUMIST. Advancing civilization’s intoxication and population reduction, this concoction transmits genetically-unstable lab-created viruses spreading rapidly from those injected to those not vaccinated. As these vectors of illness spread, they mutate recombining with deadlier viruses risking worsening pandemics. Falsely alleged to be “safe and effective,” most of the bogus safety tests of Merck & Co.’s H1N1 vaccine was done under the direction of Rupert Murdoch’s family-run facilities in Australia–The Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI) and Royal Women’s Hospital collaborating with CSL, Inc.

And this is just the “tip of the iceberg” in gross criminal conflicting interests that persuaded Moore to neglect his co-producers connections to BigPhara. As though payment for population poisons is more damning than the drugs themselves, Moore’s camera focused on third party payers–the Insurance Industry–shielding his PharmaMedia bosses from the exposing light of truth.

Mr. Blankfein is Rupert Murdoch’s Co-Chairman for the David Rockefeller-founded, Royal Family of England chartered, Partnership for New York City (PFNYC)–the world’s most powerful drug ring, vaccine syndicate, and biotechnology trust.

Helping Rupert run his family “business,” News Corp., is his heir apparent, James Murdoch. James is a supervising director, overseeing the Board of Directors to GlaxoSmithKlein, another major H1N1 “Swine Flu” vaccine maker.

Salvation Through “Socialism” 

Coincidentally, Soros’s current prescription for resuscitating the ailing global economy is virtually the same as Moore’s!

In the words of Soros’s favorite hedge fund manager, Victor Niederhoffer, “Most of all, George believes in a mixed economy, one with a strong central international government to correct for the excesses of self-interest.”

Is this global “Socialism”? You bet!

In fact, it is International Socialism, directed by corporate fascism; the same kind that successfully fueled the Third Reich, and now this rising Fourth Reich. This is what the advancing New World Order-ism (NWOism) promises, and that’s not all. . . . Monotheism (the New World Religion) is piggybacking (or should we say “piggy-banking”) along with International Central Banking, all on tap for civilization’s salvation under Moore’s bosses direction. 

“This much like the Book of Revelation (18:2-4;23-24),” he adds, “tying the End Time’s deadliest plagues to drug industrialists (sorcerers) that deceive the wealthiest global merchants contenting with ‘unclean and hateful birds.'”

To advance this rising Neo-Nazism, aka NWOism, by way of corporate fascism and paid political prostitution, people are herded like cattle by fear of eternal damnation, starvation, dehydration, and infections. Public health officials candidly proclaim their objective is to gain herd immunity. Internationally, governments decree this urgency to advance fraudulently tested vaccines, declare mind-numbing mercury “safe ,” and get people feverishly intoxicated (i.e., hypersensitized, called “immunized”) under the guise of prevention.

In Hitler’s day, it was called disinfection. It was the “public health” solution for the “Jewish question”–a cure for the banking industry’s politically-imposed problem.

This, exclusively, is the “heart of the beast” that Moore calls SICKO, yet conveniently neglects in his documentaries.

So Moore’s hidden backers and psycho-social agenda is now transparent. Capitalism: A Love Story is a propaganda piece promoting the New World Order’s agenda–centralized global governance to foster his bosses “socialist” philosophy and profitable theologies.

The Bottom Line

Why would population reduction be an option for money makers feeding on customers? Because protecting assets against revolutionary uprisings is even more important; foremost for “national security.”

People are awakening en masse to this fraud. This is evidenced by the majority of people who have realized vaccines are unsafe, largely ineffective, and secretly deadly. By disempowering, incapacitating, and downright murdering billions of people with poisons and plagues, Blankfein, Murdoch, and Moore stay solvent.

1%–including the Royal Family of England’s Rothschild banksters, the American Rockefellers, Aussie Murdochs,’ and New York’s “Partnerships,” generate Hollywood films to mold mind-sets; and now advance a new “ism”–not Capitalism, Socialism, or Communism. This is NWOism. 

By better angels, Moore means your inner sheep.

For those have been fooled, vaccinated, and now mentally retarded by heavy metals mercury, aluminum and more, these sheeple no longer think clearly, intelligently, or independently. Thus, they need this Illuminati puppet whore, “St. Michael,” to dispense this kind of crap:

Moore really could care less about “We the People.” But he sure loves his money and chocolate cake!

Summary and Conclusion

Moore fans proudly proclaim his entertaining and biting commentaries in Farenheit 911, Bowling for Columbine, SICKO, and now Capitalism. But he neglected the real “SICKOS” in all these films.

The primary devil-doers controlling guns, wars, and American health care, in SICKO for example, is not the insurance industry, but the Rockefeller-directed petrochemical-pharmaceutical cartel.

Somehow Moore missed the prime players among the indictable war monders and drug dealers and war mongers, including Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, a major shareholder in toxic Tamiflu, conducting biochemical warfare on “We the People.”

This appeal for Obamacare is clear. Rather than making a political difference through honest film-making, Moore’s Love Story and SICKO advances American health care conformance with Senator Jay Rockefeller’s and Steven Burd’s globalist agendas.  By projecting Americans discontent with insurance providers, Moore promotes our current CFR diplomat, Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton’s socialized medicine mandate.

“If you tell a lie long enough,” Goebbels said, “eventually it will be believed as truth, and the greater the lie more people will believe it.”

A lot of people are believing Michael Moore to be a friend of commoners and an irritant to the world’s wealthy. For this New World Class act, instead of an Oscar, Moore wins my award for Hollywood Hypocrite of the Century.

The National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC): A Case Study in Deception for Controlled Opposition

National Vaccination:

The NVIC, led by Barbara Loe Fisher, is “pro-vaccine and pro-choice.” Most people believe, however, they oppose vaccinations. Not so. Ms. Fisher never admits vaccinations evolved to exclusively serve drug industrialists who advanced eugenics (i.e., racial hygiene), the NAZI party, and todays biotechnologies for population control using blood contaminations from disease injections. Fisher heralds her accomplishments and alliances with congress, regulatory agencies, industry officials, and the leading role the NVIC plays in “consumer activism.” She NEVER apologizes for her role in advancing the primary legislation that has left millions of people sick and financially destitute (the Vaccine Injury Act of 1986) nor her roll in “controlled opposition” furthering the “Big Lie”–that vaccines are “generally good” but some pose problems.

The NVIC was founded in 1982 by petrochemical/banking industrialists subverting the purely grassroots Dissatisfied Parents Together (DPT). From there the NVIC’s evolution was based on massive pure propaganda administered principally by current President, Barbara Loe Fisher.

To gain control over DPT, Fisher, allied with vaccine industry lobby-linked attorney Jeffrey Schwartz. They stole the contacts of parents of vaccine-injured children generated by Marge Grant, a mother of a DPT vaccine-injured child who appeared on the Phil Donohue Show. Fisher and Schwartz ousted Grant to form the NVIC that has, ever since, commandeered near exclusive mainstream media coverage of the public’s opposition to vaccinations using the “Big Lie”–that vaccines are generally good. Thus, from the NVIC’s conception, the Rockefeller banking and petrochemical cartel has enabled it as “controlled oppostion” to advance world vaccination programs. Murder by injection is the “sacred cow” of “public health”–the “Big Lie” commanding genocidal depopulation and promoting profitable wars against germs and humanity in general.

Fisher appeals emotionally to audiences recalling her own son’s intoxication through vaccinations, yet still promotes the “Big Lie” to psychologically prepare Americans to accept vaccination injuries (like her son’s), and “immunization” policies, as generally acceptable. She slanders those telling the WHOLE truth about vaccinations, including Dr. Leonard Horowitz, as “RADICALS.” She defends this by claiming such censorship is needed for NVIC to have a political impact.

Fisher played a leading role in the “war” waged against vaccine injury compensation by BigPharma. By 1982, following 60-Minutes’s coverage of the deadly Swine Flu vaccine fiasco, and Marge Grant’s DPT appearance on national television, the “war” was turning against the drug industry. So Fisher and Schwartz were called upon to lobby with other pro-vaccinationists co-constructing the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. Schwartz, the NVIC’s first President, had worked for “Mr. Health”—Florida Rep. Paul Rogers who led congress to advance the 1976 swine flu vaccination program. Rogers then crafted the legislation eliminating vaccine victim compensation. He was subsequently rewarded by the industry with a position on the board of directors of Merck, Sharp & Dohme, the world’s leading vaccine maker.

Fisher’s propaganda techniques have been totally cynical. She bemoans all the catastrophes vaccines have caused, but then credits herself, the NVIC, Congress, and vaccine regulating agencies, thusly: “In 1986 Congress said ‘Yes. Vaccines can kill and brain-injure children,’ and created the federal vaccine injury compensation system that has so far paid out nearly $2 billion.” She purposely neglects the fact this system has left hundreds-of-thousands of vaccine injured families completely uncompensated. The $2 billion paid out is a drop-in-the-bucket compared to profits and actual damages.

Fisher wrote, “Forced vaccination, forced use of prescription drugs and forced quarantine in non-home locations . . . is the line in the sand for NVIC.” In other words, administering pharmaceutical genocide, or volunteering to accept it, is just fine for America’s leading “anti-vaccination” activist.

In reply, Dr. Horowitz wrote, “Wow! Let’s just concede who will go into the concentration camps, shall we? The street people? The Blacks in urban ghettos? The Muslims in Palestine? The old Jews in Florida who believe MDs are “Medical Deities?”

YouTube statistics are reported to be moderately to grossly manipulated. Dr. Horowitz carefully watched the numbers of views that his Mexican Flu Outbreak Special Report received for 72-hours when it remained at the top of Google searches. He noted gross discrepancies in numbers of views reported over time, and watched his own hits on Google searches for “Dr. Leonard Horowitz” drop from more than a quarter million to less than 90,000 during this period of time.

National Socialist

German Workers (NAZI) Party

The NAZI Party, led by Joseph Goebbels, and Adolf Hitler, favored vaccinations for producing the “master race.” NAZI eugenicists, financially and ideologically advanced thanks to global drug industrialists operating through the Rockefeller and Carnegie families’ foundations, considered vaccinations a leading (most profitable) technology for genetic modification, blood intoxication, health degeneration, and population reduction. This technology was considered essential to maintain economic control in the wake of burgeoning labor unions and immigrant populations that posed threats of revolutionary uprisings. For Hilter, Goebbels, NAZI doctor Mengele, and the Rockefeller-led eugenicists, the “Big Lie” included the need for “public health” measures, including vaccinations, that could be used to kill and pharmaceutically-enslave people.

The NAZI Party was founded in 1933 by allied petrochemical/banking industrialists intent on subverting the liberal democratic Weimar Republic; thus, forming the corporate fascist NAZI party whose evolution was based on massive pure propaganda administered by Joseph Goebbels.

To gain control over the NAZI party and the German people, Goebbels allied with Adolf Hitler, and stole Jewish families businesses and properties. Goebbels and Hitler were supported by the Rothshield-Rockefeller banking and petrochemical cartel that largely funded the NAZI party and BigPharma Central–IG Farben–Germany’s leading industrial organization–to advance profitable WWII and global genocidal depopulation. Goebbels is most infamous for exerting totalitarian control over the media and information in Germany. As information minister, he perfected the “Big Lie” technique of propaganda, which is based on the principle that a lie, if audacious enough and repeated enough times, will be believed by the masses. The “Big Lie” holocaust victims were told was that the gas chambers were needed for disinfection to secure “public health”

Goebbels’ emotional appeals are legendary. He prioneered the “Big Lie” propaganda method to psychologically prepare the German people for aggressive war and the annihilation of civilian populations. Among other propaganda devices, he libeled, slandered, and accused many of Germany’s ethnic officials and national minorities (such as the Poles, the Jews, the French) of trying to destroy Germany, claiming that Germany’s belligerent actions were taken in self-defense–another outrageous “Big Lie.”

Goebbels played a leading role in the “war” waged against the jews and Axis power by BigPharma (including the OSS, and later the CIA). By 1940, and throughout World War II, Goebbels increased his power and influence through shifting alliances with other Nazi leaders. He became Hitler’s chief executive and most  trusted friend. By late 1943, the tide of the war was turning against the Axis powers, but this only spurred Goebbels to intensify the propaganda by urging the Germans to accept the idea of total war and mobilization. Goebbels remained with Hitler in Berlin to the end, and following the Führer’s suicide he was the second person to serve as the Third Reich’s Chancellor — albeit for one day. In his final hours, Goebbels and his wife, Magda, killed their six young children. Shortly after, Goebbels and his wife Magda both committed suicide.

Are you aware that Marge Grant actually initiated the NVIC, and Barbara stabbed her in the back as encouraged and guided by BigPharma lobby attorneys? They LITERALLY STOLE from Marge the contacts data base that began the NVIC. Then they administered a gross obfuscation effort of which you are obviously another victim. The National Childhood Injury Act of 1986 is a legacy to this criminal malfeasance. 

Although it may look like a “grassroots” organization on the surface, the NVIC is actually an “astroturf” organization set up, with Barbara’s full knowledge, to express the exclusive voice of vaccine risk awareness activists legislatively, and via the mainstream media, on behalf of “CONTROLLED OPPOSTION” FOR THE VACCINE INDUSTRY!

I know this personally because I was a co-sponsor of the first national conference the NVIC and Barbara held. I met and interviewed Marge Grant there, and watched Barbara rubbing shoulders with the BigPharma linked attorneys that Marge exposed. Any serious objections to vaccination risks were CENSORED BY BARBARA. I was not even allowed to get up and ask a question. Barbara made sure of this censorship and obfuscation.

So, frankly, your plug on behalf of the NVIC and Barabara grossly dishonors your reputation and great honest works.

Resolutions for Religous & Philosophical Exemptions from Swine Flu Vaccinations

WHEREAS, ___________Revised Statutes, Title ___, Department of Health, Chapter ____, Section ____, Subjects of Health Rules, states:   “No child shall be subjected to . . . vaccination, revaccination, or immunization, whose parent or guardian objects in writing thereto on grounds that the requirements are not in accordance with the religious tenets of an established church of which the parent or guardian is a member or adherent….no objection shall be recognized when, in the opinion of the department, there is danger of an epidemic from any communicable disease;” [HRS §_____ (2005 Cumulative Supplement)];

WHEREAS, the United States Constitution is the law of the land, and any law, including state law, which is inconsistent with the US Constitution is superseded by the US Constitution;

WHEREAS, Constitutional Amendment I states that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;” Amendment IV secures the right of “the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures;” and Amendment V states, that “No person shall be . . . deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation;” and Amendment XIV, Section 1, guarantees that “no state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

WHEREAS, forced vaccinations violate religious convictions and blood purity laws established in the Old and New Testaments and the Koran;

WHEREAS, proposed swine flu live viral vaccines are neither adequately tested nor proven safe or effective;

WHEREAS, the health and natural immunological adequacy of the human body represents private property not to be taken or compromised for “public use, without just compensation” respecting the U.S. Constitution;

WHEREAS, stockpiled flu vaccines contain many certified toxic ingredients including mercury, and squaline adjuvants, scientifically linked to neurological and immunological diseases; and animal tissues, viral proteins, and genetic materials from various species of germs and culture media that certainly prompt autoimmune diseases in many persons as well as raise cancer risks;

WHEREAS, live viruses used in swine flu vaccines can easily mutate to become more deadly causing unpredicted diseases and contagion that can spread from vaccinated persons to others vaccinated or unvaccinated;

WHEREAS, world leading virologists and genetics experts have concluded the swine flu currently circulating was laboratory generated; even possibly designed to have its damaging impact on people amplified by circulating seasonal flu viruses, or others “accidentally” released from laboratories as reported in the national news, including the H5N1 “avain flu” virus spread by Baxter, Corporation to several European nations;

WHEREAS, the unprecedented Department of Health’s 2009 flu response plan calls for people, especially children, to receive three or four different live flu virus vaccines simultaneously, contraindicated by scientific evidence, not proven safe or effective, violating common sense; especially dangerous considering expected recombinations of new laboratory-engineered live flu viruses in these vaccines mutating with other viruses resident in the human body at the same time (e.g., seasonal influenza) potentially gaining lethality, and/or undermining natural immunity, and producing more diseases in people locally and globally;

WHEREAS, Federal officials classify the bird flu virus (H5N1) as a “biological weapon,” and consider this, and potentially the swine flu recombining with the avian flu, a “national security” risk; and have placed the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) above all Federal agencies coordinating emergency responsiveness for “biodefense;” and

WHEREAS, according to the Congressional Record and expert testimony in national news reports, the CIA operates covertly and largely on behalf of large multi-national corporations, including those drug and vaccine makers financed by the infamous Carlyle Group;

WHEREAS, officials influencing CIA covert operations, including past CIA director and past President George H.W. Bush, and his Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, hold obvious conflicting interests in the Carlyle Group with persons and companies associated Baxter Corporation and Gilead Sciences, makers of stockpiled swine flu vaccines and Tamiflu; and

WHEREAS, Federal officials have grossly neglected approximately 15 million American children, and as many as 60 million adults, receiving psychotropic drugs for phobias and depression, illnesses made worse by repeated widespread rebroadcasting of swine flu death warnings using statistics that pale by comparison to normal seasonal flus;

WHEREAS, Federal officials are implicated for conspiring with drug industrialists to abuse the news media to increase demand and sales for flu vaccinations through fear as explicitly revealed in a classified publication of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) that sponsored a conference for vaccine manufacturing executives entitled “7-Step Recipes to Increase Demand for Flu Vaccination;”

WHEREAS, the best ways to be protected from any flu are grossly neglected by Federal and State officials, including nutritional and lifestyle behaviors that naturally boost healthy immunity in addition to simple hand-washings or mask-usage;

WHEREAS, persons who refuse swine flu and regular flu vaccines in 2009, and thereafter, may be threatened with arrest, imprisoned, or held indefinitely in internment camps established by FEMA for so-called “quarantine,” with no liability whatsoever of health officials, or “deputized” emergency responders, for any harm that may be caused to persons or property resulting from these officials’ actions;

WHEREAS, Federal and State health officials are intending to accept command from World Health Organization (WHO) officials, representing a foreign institution heavily influenced by certain pharmaceutical industrialists, to use international law to justify American martial law;”

THEREFORE, due to:

1) the un-American unconstitutionality of forced vaccinations that compel people to violate bible laws and their religious convictions;

2) the compromise of vitally important natural immunity that is degraded by repeated doses of vaccine chemicals, heavy metals, and biological infections from multiple vaccination intoxications;

3)  insufficient scientific evidence proving flu vaccine safety or efficacy, “fast-tracked” or not through FDA approval;

4) obviously conflicting financial interests among influential political and corporate entities promoting the psychosocially debilitating, even deadly, 2009 flu fright and multi-vaccination preparations;

5) the unprecedented problematic nature of administering multiple flu vaccines simultaneously, risking more deadly pandemics as a result expected mutations; and

6) robbing people of the freedom to choose to vaccinate or not, quarantine or not, or risk losing their health and God-given gift of natural immunity against diseases, or not,  without adequate compensation for damages, loss of property, life, liberty, or the pursuit of happiness required under the US Constitution, that supersedes Federal and State statutory laws.

BE IT RESOLVED that the County Council (Township Committee) extends the right to exercise religious freedom and philosophical exemptions, as per the ________ Statutes, Title ___, Department of Health, Chapter ____, Section ____ health rules, to exempt religious families, or those philosophically opposed, by their choice and declaration of religious and/or philosophical conviction(s), from the 2009 Flu vaccination program, suspending any and all obligatory statements issued therein pertaining to a health official’s declaration of epidemic or pandemic for this swine flu season.

According to Constitutional attorney Larry Becraft, the United States Government was founded upon Christianity.

This is evidenced in Holy Trinity v. United States, 143 U.S. 457 (1892): “and for this plain reason that the case assumes that we are a Christian people, and the morality of the country is deeply ingrafted upon Christianity, and not upon the doctrines or worship of those impostors.’

And in the famous case of Vidal v. Girard’s Ex’rs, 2 How. 127, 198. This court observed: ‘it is also said, and truly, that the Christian religion is a part of the common law of Pennsylvania.'”

In addition there are various Presidential Proclamations and the frequent references to “Almighty God”

Thus, it is completely inconsistent with American jurisprudence to suspend religious freedom and legislate violation of religious convictions under any circumstance; especially without “just compensation.”

RESOLUTION 2

A RESOLUTION URGING STATE AND FEDERAL REPRESENTATIVES TO AMEND IN HAWAI‘I THE” MODEL STATE HEALTH POWERS ACT” (SB2779) TO INCLUDE THE RIGHT OF MEDICAL AND RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION FROM STATE AND FEDERALLY MANDATED VACCINATION PROGRAMS

WHEREAS, the World Health Organization [WHO] declared a Level 6 “pandemic” on June 11, the US government has mandated that all Americans over the age of six months be vaccinated; and

WHEREAS, under the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act (MSEHPA), during a public health emergency, the public health authority would be authorized to forcibly “vaccinate persons as protection against infectious disease and to prevent the spread of contagious or possibly contagious disease;” and

WHEREAS, according to MSEHPA, as of October 2001, Section 404 {Enforcement}; if a person refuses the vaccination, the public Health Authority may request assistance from the organized militia in enforcing the orders of the Public Health Authority; and

WHEREAS, Homeland Security Bill (H.R. 5710), Section 304, removed from the states their traditional, constitutionally secured, control over public health laws, including vaccination laws, and handed it over to federal health officials; and

WHEREAS, the Homeland Security Act HR5710, that created the Department of Homeland Security, contained a provision giving the Secretary of Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) power to order the forcible inoculation of all Americans. He or she would only have to declare the “potential” of a bio-terror attack to invoke such power; and

WHEREAS, the Executive and Legislative branches of our federal government shall not supersede States rights, but have empowered federal health officials, including one or more positioned in the State of Hawaii, Department of Health, to force vaccination of all citizens without reasonable informed consent; and bar lawsuits against drug companies for injuries and deaths caused by vaccinations; and

WHEREAS, the $7 billion US Government ‘fast-track program’ to rush vaccines onto the market in time for the autumn 2009 flu season is being done without “normal” or adequate safety testing; and

WHEREAS, Sections 1714-1717 of the bill shields the pharmaceutical industry from lawsuits for injuries caused by FDA-approved vaccines; and provides liability protection for vaccine makers; and

WHEREAS, in 2009, the US Secretary of Health and Human Services and former Kansas Insurance Commissioner, Kathleen Sebelius, signed a decree granting vaccine makers total legal immunity from any lawsuits that result from any new “Swine Flu” vaccine; and

WHEREAS, there is body of evidence which demonstrates that vaccines can injure, create disease, and risk the public health as was the case during the last federally-promoted swine flu vaccination campaign; and

WHEREAS, the federal government’s concession of vaccination risks, established The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Program to reimburse parents for children who die from or are permanently disabled by vaccines; and

WHEREAS, the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has paid out over 1 billion dollars in damages to families for injuries and deaths following vaccine reactions, but this compensation has left 2-out-of-3 damaged children and families uncompensated; and

WHEREAS, vaccines are made with toxic chemicals and foreign proteins (viruses and bacteria), and some vaccines are made with genetically engineered viral and bacterial materials; and

WHEREAS, every year the Food and Drug Administration receives 12,000-14,000 reports to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) of hospitalizations, injuries and deaths due to vaccines, and this reflects less than 10% of actual injuries according to CDC official admissions; and

WHEREAS, there is insufficient scientific evidence proving that vaccines are safe or effective; therefore, it is not in the interest of public health to impose mandatory vaccinations, and

WHEREAS, in December 2006 the head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Julie Louise Gerberding, M.D., M.P.H., stated on CNN that vaccines can trigger autism in a vulnerable subset of children; and that no vaccines are 100% safe or effective; and

WHEREAS, June 21, 2008, CDC Director Dr. Julie Gerberding delivered a potentially explosive report to the powerful House Appropriations Committee, in which she admits to a startling string of errors in the design and methods used in the CDC’s landmark 2003 study that found no link between mercury in vaccines and autism, ADHD, speech delay or tics; and

WHEREAS, GlaxoSmithKline’s version of swine flu vaccine has been confirmed to contain Thimerosal, a preservative for vaccines mainly composed of highly toxic mercury; and

WHEREAS, Mercury is the 2nd most toxic metal on the planet and is known to cause autism and other neural injuries in children; and

WHEREAS, an unprecedented Department of Health’s 2009 Flu Response Plan calls for people, especially children, to receive three or four different live flu virus vaccines simultaneously; and

WHEREAS, according to the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) the process of approving and “recommending” vaccines is tainted with conflicts of interest; and

WHEREAS, rampant conflicts of interest in the approval process has been the subject of several Congressional hearings; and

WHEREAS, a recent Congressional report concluded that the pharmaceutical industry has indeed exerted undue influence on mandatory vaccine legislation toward its own financial interests; and

WHEREAS, the vaccine approval process has also been contaminated by flawed or incomplete clinical trials, and government officials have chosen to ignore negative results; and

WHEREAS, public documents show that the CDC was aware of alarmingly high intussusceptions (life threatening intestinal disease) rates in the rotavirus vaccine months before the vaccine was approved and recommended; and

WHEREAS, the CDC was forced to withdraw its recommendation of the rotavirus vaccine within one year of approval; and

WHEREAS, the FDA and CDC was similarly forced by hundreds-of-thousands of  people who became symptomatic for Lyme disease following receipt of the officially approved Lyme vaccine within one year of its licensing; and

WHEREAS, stockpiled flu vaccines contain many certified toxic ingredients, including mercury and squaline adjuvant, scientifically linked to neurological and immunological diseases; and

WHEREAS, there is a significant body of evidence that live viral flu vaccines can generate new viruses that can spread disease to others; and

WHEREAS, the main ingredient in the GlaxoSmithKline(GSK) and Novartis swine flu vaccines contain a LIVE VIRUS, attenuated virus meaning it’s a weakened form of the swine flu virus; and

WHEREAS, Attenuated vaccines can be deadly and cause virus shedding; and

WHEREAS, an attenuated virus injected via vaccine, moves through the human body and comes back out in the feces, droplets from the nose, or saliva from the mouth; and

WHEREAS, anyone who comes into contact with a person vaccinated with a attenuated or live virus could potentially contract the disease for some time this is called secondary transmission or shedding; and

WHEREAS, both Novartis and GSK vaccines will also contain MF59, a squalene-based adjuvant that when combined with a live attenuated virus becomes many times more potent and deadly; and

WHEREAS, the vaccine also contains formaldehyde, a cancer-causing chemical most commonly used for embalming dead bodies for preservation; and

WHEREAS, vaccines contain animal tissues, viral proteins, and genetic materials from various species of germs and culture media that prompt autoimmune diseases in many persons as well as raise cancer risks; and

WHEREAS, vaccines compromise the immune system by creating humeral (blood and lymph based) and cellular immunity aberrations that are associated with allergies and autoimmune disorders; and

WHEREAS, the CDC’s own “Guide to Contraindications to Childhood Vaccination” warns that when assessing children’s common symptoms, “if any one of them is a contraindication, DO NOT VACCINATE” [caps added]. And yet, under legislated mandates, the vaccines are still required.

WHEREAS, members of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons voted at their 57th Annual Meeting in St. Louis to pass a resolution calling for an end to mandatory childhood vaccines; and

WHEREAS, Jane M. Orient, MD, AAPS Executive Director said “our children face the possibility of death or serious long-term adverse effects from mandated vaccines that aren’t necessary or that have very limited benefits, . . “.; and

WHEREAS, according to the AAPS “safety testing of many vaccines is limited and the data are unavailable for independent scrutiny, so that mass vaccination is equivalent to human experimentation and subject to the Nuremberg Code, which requires voluntary informed consent”; and

WHEREAS, Hawai‘i Administrative Rules §11-157-5 & official code of Hawai‘i. Rev. Stat. § 325-34 Subjects of Health Rules, states: “No child shall be subjected to . . . vaccination, revaccination, or immunization, whose parent or guardian objects in writing thereto on grounds that the requirements are not in accordance with the religious tenets of an established church of which the parent or guardian is a member or adherent….no objection shall be recognized when, in the opinion of the department, there is danger of an epidemic from any communicable disease;” [HRS §321-11 (2005 Cumulative Supplement)]; and

WHEREAS, the United States Constitution is the law of the land, and any law, including state law, which is inconsistent with the US Constitution is superseded by the US Constitution; and

WHEREAS, Constitutional Amendment I states that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;” and

WHEREAS, 48 states allow religious exemptions for vaccinations and at least 20 permit philosophical exemptions; and

Constitutional Law Review Regarding Forced Vaccinations & Quarantines

The following information is presented as a public service to help grassroots activists take this matter of forced vaccination and quarantines to court, and hold state agencies and health officials liable for gross negligence, official malfeasance, and damages to people’s health and freedoms.

What is the basis for this fright? What will the vaccines contain? What harm will be done?

Educate and litigate effectively!

FOREWORD

As confirmed by veteran US Constitutional attorney Larry Becraft, in his writing below, there is no basis in constitutional law, and possibly even statutory law depending on how your state statutes read, for official mandates, state and county cooperation, or public compliance, in-so-far-as forced vaccinations and/or quarantines are concerned. This is the case even during officially declared epidemics or pandemics. Presidential executive orders lack the legal power to force or enforce vaccination and/or quarantine mandates on the American people.

The important RESOLUTION on this website addresses religious and philosophical exemptions from vaccinations. It reads, “WHEREAS, Constitutional Amendment I states that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;” Amendment IV secures the right of “the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures;” and Amendment V states, that “No person shall be . . . deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation;” and Amendment XIV, Section 1, guarantees that “no state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

These Congressional and state legislative prohibitions rule American jurisprudence and case law as attorney Becraft argues. Likewise, state statutes and administrative rules and regulations pertaining to compulsory vaccinations and quarantines advanced by health departments shall be prohibited as violations of fundamental human rights, religious freedoms, and just compensation for personal property secured by the US Constitution.

Given these conclusions, it is official malfeasance for state and federal health officials to advance such unconstitutional policies and engage such prohibited procedures.

Furthermore, health officials may be held accountable for gross criminal negligence: engaging in broadcasting flu warnings, using the news media to relay deadly predictions of pandemic morbidity and mortality, or otherwise sensitizing people to promote compliance with vaccination or forced quarantines while grossly neglecting their mental health and quality of life; increasing anxiety, phobia, and depression, and causing severe economic damages from the medical, psychosocial, and behavioral impacts of these public health malpractices.

Having spent a great deal of time compiling this information, adding links wherever I thought it  might be helpful, providing some guidance and commentary when indicated, I observe references to the fed quarantine laws only apply to people crossing international and state borders.

Regarding quarantines, there is nothing printed in “black and white” law that even intimates doing something in the States; the Constitution does not grant these types of “police powers” to the Congress or the feds.

Likewise, any Presidential Executive Order regarding quarantine can only be based on these laws as an executive order could not be broader than the statutes forming the basis of his authority. Any Executive Order, in this respect, would only apply to people crossing borders and inside the insular possessions.

Quarantines have a long history going back hundreds of years. Governments have encountered and dealt with epidemics for centuries and the courts have upheld such police power.

In reference to the States, one must actually look at the laws for each State regarding vaccinations and quarantines. All states have quarantine laws regarding plants and animals; all require vaccines for school children (with certain exemptions); and most require emergency and hospital personnel to take vaccinations. Besides these, a smart legal student must focus on what his own state provides in reference to pandemics. Do state laws only provide that people be quarantined, or can mandated vaccinations be enforced? What are the rights of people targeted for this “emergency” treatment?

Some states have “due process” provisions so that people can legally challenge any detention. For example, Arizonans know about this:

What was troubling for me was learning about the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act. This proposed act, adopted by as many as 39 states in one form or another, represents a new advancement in this field.

According to Constitutional attorney Larry Becraft, the United States Government was founded upon Christianity.

This is evidenced in Holy Trinity v. United States, 143 U.S. 457 (1892): “and for this plain reason that the case assumes that we are a Christian people, and the morality of the country is deeply ingrafted upon Christianity, and not upon the doctrines or worship of those impostors.’

And in the famous case of Vidal v. Girard’s Ex’rs, 2 How. 127, 198. This court observed: ‘it is also said, and truly, that the Christian religion is a part of the common law of Pennsylvania.'”

In addition there are various Presidential Proclamations and the frequent references to “Almighty God”

Thus, it is completely inconsistent with American jurisprudence to suspend religious freedom and legislate violation of religious convictions under any circumstance; especially without “just compensation.”

ADDITIONAL CASES INVOLVING BODY RIGHTS AND BODILY HARM PERTAINING TO MEDICAL EXAMS & VACCINATIONS

Union Pacific Ry. Co. v. Botsford, 141 U.S. 250, 251 (1891): “no right is held more sacred, or is more carefully guarded, by the common law, than the right of every individual to the possession and control of his own person.”

Schloendorff v. Society of New York Hosp., 211 N.Y. 125, 219, 105 N.E. 92, 93 (1914):

“Every human being of adult years and sound mind has a right to determine what shall be done with his own body; and a surgeon who performs an operation without his patient’s consent commits an assault, for which he is liable in damages. This is true except in cases of emergency where the patient is unconscious and where it is necessary to operate before consent can be obtained.”

Rishworth v. Moss, 191 S.W. 843, 847 (Tex.Civ.App.-San Antonio 1916):

“a physician is liable for operating upon a person unless he obtains the consent of such person, if competent to give consent, and, if not, of some one who, under the circumstances, would be legally authorized to give the consent; that in the case of a child of tender years consent must be obtained from the parent or guardian.”

Karp v. Cooley, 493 F.2d 408, 419 (5th Cir. 1974):

“The root premise jurisprudentially is that ‘[e]very human being of adult years and sound mind has a right to determine what shall be done with his own body’.”

Reyes v. Wyeth Laboratories, 498 F.2d 1264, 1294 (5th Cir. 1974):

“the right of the individual to choose and control what risk he will take.”

Fain v. Smith, 479 So.2d 1150 (Ala. 1985):

In re Duran,  2001 PA Super 52, 769 A.2d 497 (2001):

The right to refuse medical treatment is deeply rooted in our common law. This right to bodily integrity was recognized by the United States Supreme Court over a century ago when it proclaimed ” no right is held more sacred, or is more carefully guarded, by the common law, than the right of every individual to the possession and control of his own person. . . . ” Union Pacific Railway Co. v. Botsford, 141 U.S. 250, 251,

11 S.Ct. 1000, 1001, 35 L.Ed. 734, ___ (1891).

The right to control the integrity of one’s body spawned the doctrine of informed consent. See Fiori, supra; Schloendorff v. Society of New York Hospital, 105 N.E. 92, 93 (N.Y. 1914) (Cardozo, J.). This doctrine demands that if the patient is mentally and physically able to consult about his or her condition, the patient’s informed consent is a prerequisite to treatment. Moure v. Raeuchle, 529 Pa. 394, 404, 604 A.2d 1003, 1008 (1992). See also Fiori, supra at 910; Nogowski v. Alemo-Hammad, 691 A.2d 950, 954 (Pa.Super. 1997), appeal denied, 550 Pa. 684, 704 A.2d 638 (1997).

A logical corollary to this doctrine is the patient’s right, in general, to withdraw consent to treatment once begun. Courts have unanimously concluded that this right to self-determination does not cease upon the incapacitation of the individual.

While this right is fundamental to our concept of personal autonomy, it may be outweighed by any one of four state interests: 1) protection of third parties; 2) protection of the ethical integrity of the medical profession; 3) preservation of life; and 4) prevention of suicide.

Acuna v. Turkish, 192 N.J. 399, 414, 930 A.2d 416 (2007):

“The underlying basis for the doctrine of informed consent is a patient’s right of self-determination, the right to intelligently decide whether to choose or decline a particular medical procedure. See Niemiera v. Schneider, 114 N.J. 550, 562, 555 A.2d 1112 (1989); Schloendorff v. Soc’y of the N.Y. Hosp., 211 N.Y. 125, 105 N.E. 92, 93 (1914) (Cardozo, J.) (“Every human being of adult years and sound mind has a right to determine what shall be done with his own body; and a surgeon who performs an operation without his patient’s consent, commits an assault, for which he is liable in damages.”)

IN 2004, ATTORNEY BECRAFT WROTE:

“All the courts are authorized to do when the constitutionality of a legislative act is questioned is to determine whether Congress, under the Constitution as it is, possesses the power to enact the legislation in controversy; their power does not extend to the matter of expediency. If Congress has not the power, the duty of the court is to declare the act void. The court is unable to find any provision in the Constitution authorizing Congress, either expressly or by necessary implication, to protect or regulate the . . . in a state, and is therefore forced to the conclusion that the act is unconstitutional. . . .

If this is the case, you might ask what is the Constitutional basis upon which the U.S. [Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC)] has been created and currently operates [to direct state health departments through locally positioned federal agents]?”

IMPORTANT FOOTNOTE by Dr. Horowitz:

If you decide to file a lawsuit against your state health department or local health official(s), MAKE CERTAIN YOU DO NOT NAME ANY FEDERAL AGENTS as defendants, such as those commonly stationed within states’ health departments! This will save you from having to sue the federal government of the United States and lose the case instantly when the case is remanded to federal court wherein no remedy can be provided on behalf of the state defendants.

My brother just had swine flu – lab confirmed a couple of weeks ago, and he is a school principal.  He was required to stay home by law for 6 (based on incubation period I guess) days.  His kids were NOT required to stay home from preschool, nor was his wife given any direction to limit her activities.  They are in Connecticut.  There were dozens of kids in his school with it.  They even stopped testing the kids because it was obvious it was what they had since so many others had been confirmed and it was really no big deal.  Just a flu where the symptoms came on really quickly – like almost instantaneously, pretty miserable for about a week (which made the 6 day mandatory stay home a no brainer for my brother cause he felt lousy anyway).  I think so many have known people with it seeing that it was not a serious illness so this type of heavy handed behavior would have to be questioned by all those in schools etc who have already dealt with this.   My sister in law was good about keeping the kids a distance from dad, but he still helped feed the baby (wore a mask) and did everything together at home taking reasonable precautions and nobody else in the house including my parents who went to visit and help with the little ones caught it.  This doesn’t seem any worse than the regular flu to me.

I think it is overreaching to require home quarantine for a mild disease such as the current one. But in this politically charged situation where public health officials are anxious to use recently expanded police powers that have been give to them post 9-11, it may be wise for people who are sick to voluntarily home quarantine to avoid provoking harsher methods of quarantine. The sick voluntarily separating themselves from those who are well and employing traditional infection-control measures such as hand washing, masking, etc. are acceptable measures to take. And if we don’t offer some concession to employing sensible, least restrictive disease control measures, it plays into the hands of those who want to bring out the police with dogs.

But forced vaccination, forced use of prescription drugs and forced quarantine in non-home locations –  particularly when it could involve co-mingling the sick and the unvaccinated – is totally unacceptable and is the line in the sand for NVIC.

I came to the same conclusion. My family and I SHALL not be forced to violate the Creator’s laws. Read these two papers: 1) Vaccination: The UnGodly Practice; and 2) What Jesus and Moses Would Say & Do About Vaccinations & TB Skin Tests.

Depending on the “forced vaccination” scenario, we would either:

1) Run and/or hide. . . . Head for the woods or some secret hiding place with rations. . . . Ideally in a place, like Hawaii, where food and water is plentiful, or

2) I would post “No Trespassing” signs on the borders of my private property; If I was armed, and on my own property, and the genocidalists came for us, I would order them to cease their threatening tresspass; fire a warning shot, if needed, to get them to leave. 3) If caught, I would practice peaceful resistance at every level; and

Governments worldwide are preparing to force multiple “fast tracked” inadequately tested (i.e., experimental) swine flu vaccinations on human populations. These injections are designed to deliver genetically engineered viral recombinants that intoxicate the immune system with swine, avian, Spanish, and “normal flu” proteins and harmful chemicals. Foreign genetic material from various species is included, as is squalene—a most deadly autoimmunogenic oil. As was seen in hundreds-of-thousands of cases of Gulf War Syndrome, squalene is responsible for slow and painful death by injection. Vaccinations that promise more harm than good; reconcilable only as profitable depopulation, are ethically repugnant and contrary to every humanitarian, philosophical and religious tenant. This advancing genocide compels urgent activism in reasserting the Nuremberg Code in defense of ignorant populations.

Introduction

Official alerts regarding an emerging avian flu have increased since December 23, 1997, when the Associated Press (AP) reported a single human fatality in China.(1) The ensuing fright justified the slaughter of fowl flocks viewed competitively by Tyson Foods Corporation. Tyson executives profited immensely from the propaganda and avian carnage. The independent media focused on Clinton Administration officials, especially Hillary Rodham Clinton’s political and economic ties to Don Tyson. Rodham-Clinton’s financial conflicts of interest stemmed from a $100,000.00 inside trading tip from Tyson Counselor, James Blair.(1)

Similarly, the current alleged flu pandemic and propaganda campaign features persuasion through fear induction driving a profitable depopulation campaign.

Drug industrialists have effectively conspired through lobbyists to secure unprecedented liberties and legal protections violating organized crime (RICO) statutes. Recently enacted state and federal laws license vaccine makers to kill large populations without compensation for damages to those morbidly and mortally injured from vaccinations and prescription drugs.(2) Orchestrated by World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) officials, likewise representing pharmaceutical interests, and misrepresenting “public health,” their declared pandemic empowers governments and health workers to administer forced quarantines, compulsory vaccinations, and required druggings.

On June 16, 2009, the Associated Press (AP), gave notice that schools across America were being prepped for the administration of flu vaccinations during the coming flu season.(7)

It should be noted that the AP has historically served as the print media’s mouthpiece for Anglo-American propaganda on behalf of the CIA—the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency that maintains intimate ties to Her Majesty’s Secret Service (MI6).)(8)

On June 11, 2009, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the alleged swine flu pandemic the highest level of urgency.(14) The WHO,  tied to the Rockefeller-instigated “disease surveillance” ring, myopically promoted vaccinations and antibiotics while grossly neglecting lower cost, less risky, alternatives to pharmaceutical intoxication of humans and the environment (such as the remediation and protection offered by silver hydrosols, [e.g., OxySilver]).(15)

According to Google News, there are 24,000 articles in the last 30 days that talk about swine flu, surpassing 24,000 articles about global warming. One day later, swine flu articles doubled to 50,000+.

 

Intelligently reporting that media hype sways peoples minds, but also business profits, Rusila concluded, “The reason that swine flu is in the headlines is that it can also kill wealthy people. Old diseases [like AIDS, TB, malaria and other leading killers] are not [in the news] because those dead are poor.  Instead of panicking with imaginary risks of this flu, [governments] . . . could start to save lives today by considering how the medical breakthroughs . . . could be distributed to developing countries for free, and not exploited by pharmaceutical companies for decades . . .”(16)

 

Reasonable intelligence compels analysis of who profits most from this swine flu fright. Baxter and Novavax vaccine makers are heavily implicated. Both have extremely infamous histories as exposed previously by this and many other authors. In summary, Novavax incriminated itself by heralding its ability to deliver the precise unprecedented H1N1, H5N1, H9N2 multi-variant influenza vaccine at the exact time Mexican officials began reporting the alleged first cases of this flu in Mexico.(17) With CDC official co-authors, Novavax Vice President of Global Influenza Programs and vaccine sales, Dr. Rick Bright, synchronously published in the Journal of Virology, a preclinical trial allegedly proving their “Virus-like Particle Vaccine Provided Protection Against Highly Pathogenic H1N1 and H5N1 Influenza Strains.” Their “H1N1 Virus-like Particle (VLP) Vaccine” was genetically engineered from the 1918 Spanish Influenza that came from British stockpiles of this cloned virus shipped to the CDC, according to documents gathered by this author, heavily implicating Dr. James S. Robertson of the UK and CDC Influenza Branch Director, Rubin O. Donis.(18)(19)

 

Baxter Corporation’s genocidal infamy is even more unnerving. In December, 2008, a Baxter lab in Austria shipped virulent H5N1 bird flu viruses, allegedly by “accident,” to at least 18 other labs across Europe. Three months later, in the Czech Republic, ferrets inoculated with the contaminated vaccine began to die. It is unknown whether additional tests were conducted on humans, whether humans were exposed to the H5N1 recombined with seasonal flu H3N2 viruses, or any animals escaped from testing labs. According to court filings, the crisis sent at least 36 lab workers to the hospital for medical attention and preventive treatments. (25)

 

According to The Times of India, “If someone exposed to a mixture of the two [viruses H5N1 and H3N2] had been simultaneously infected with both strains, he or she could have served as an incubator for a hybrid virus able to transmit easily to and among people.”(20)

 

This was the logical conclusion reached to explain the current pandemic according to famous Australian virologist Dr. Adrian Gibbs, among the scientists that developed Tamiflu. (21)

 

Dr. Gibbs analyzed mutation rates among viruses similar to the H1N1, 2009 strain. Six of the eight genes appeared to come from North America and two others came from Eurasia. “It is clear,” he reported, “that all eight genes have speeded up for the last 7 years . . . and that struck me as really, really strange. . . .”

 

Considering the great likelihood of vaccination contamination and a Baxter vaccine induced outbreak he questioned, “what if there had been a lab accident and some [of the virus] had survived?”

 

Both human and pig vaccine manufacturers, Gibbs noted, use eggs to grow the viruses. He cited studies that showed that this odd avian environment can accelerate viral evolution and recombinations. If these viruses were not properly killed, they could have reassorted in a pig and created the new H1N1 strain, he reasoned.  “Not killing off the virus [in a vaccine] could explain the whole thing very neatly, . . .” Gibbs said. (21)

 

In the early to mid-1980s, Baxter Corporation manufactured and distributed HIV/AIDS contaminated blood clotting factor VIII.(22) The Bayer Corporation, infamous for advancing the Third Reich’s World War II Holocaust with the Rockefeller Standard Oil Company as founding members of I.G. Farben, did the same with HIV-tainted blood products.(1) The Rockefeller Brothers’ Blood Council of New York, likewise, spread HIV/AIDS worldwide in contaminated blood supplies obtained through the Red Cross.(22) In January, 2008, Baxter was also indicted for substituting cheap highly-toxic heparin substitutes that killed dozens of people and sickened potentially thousands.(23) Besides this, the company had its poorly designed medical infusion pumps seized by U.S. Marshals following more deaths.(24)

A lawsuit has now been filed in Austria in an effort to hold Baxter Corporation accountable for their part in this advancing flu.(25)(26)

 

It is also highly suspicious that on April 28, 2009, just two weeks after Novavax heralded its H1N1 swine flu vaccine allegedly provided cross protection against H5N1, Voice of America News reported that a Swiss train “accident” occurred releasing more H1N1. In this case, vials of virus exploded during transport between labs, exposing passengers. More than 150 people were hospitalized and then quickly released following “standard” treatment.

FEAR, FLU & FRAUD

Knowing Laurie Garrett personally, I’m taking this opportunity to respond to her Newsweek feature, “Fear & the Flu: The New Age of Pandemics.”

Ms. Garrett’s spin on the “New Age of Pandemics,” is that mankind, not laboratory-kind, has brought these plagues upon us. Blaming we the people, the victims of infectious ailments, for indulging in modern conveniences such as air travel and agricommerce, she refuses to mention the notion of vaccination contamination and laboratory outbreaks of manipulated microbes. This taboo subject completely escapes her psycho-sociology. Medically, her malady is called a “Scotia,” defined as “an inability to view, or have insight into,” certain apparent phenomena. Scientifically, this is called gross bias. In the art of military-medical persuasion, it is called “psyops” or psychological operations. Ms. Garret spins propaganda perfectly suited for the mainstream media controlled by corporations with vested interests in neglecting Occurs Razor–an analytic method of diagnosis that considers obvious intelligence and common sense to be most helpful in discerning reality, including natural versus imposed threats, in this case the H5N1 and H1N1 evolving flu.

Seeing What is Obvious

“At the viral live, influenza is an awfully sloppy microbe that is in a constant state of mutation and evolution. Its genetic material is in the form of RNA (not DNA), as is humans), loosely collected into chromosomes. When a virus infects a cell, its chromosomes essentially fall apart into a mess which is copied to make more viruses that then enter the bloodstream to spread throughout the body. Along the way in this copying process any other genetic material that may be lying about the cell is also stuffed into the thousands of viral copies that are made. If the virus happens to be reproducing this way inside a human cell, it picks up Homo sapiens genetic materials; from a chicken cell it absorbs avian genes; and from a pig cell it garners swine RNA. The jackpot events in influenza evolutions occur when two different types of the viruses happen to get into an animal cell at the same time, swapping entire chromosomes to create ‘re-assorted’ viruses.”

Now that Garrett can write this, and Newsweek print it, without one word in 5,000 mentioning vaccination intoxications of populations infected with foreign species genetics reflects vast intelligence common sense tells you is “counter-intelligence,” or propaganda fundamental to a psyops.

In fact, her thesis, and gross negligence, is so blatant, it reminds me of Hitler’s praise for Nazi propaganda. “If you tell a lie long enough,” he encouraged his psyops minister, Josef Goebbles, “eventually it will be believed as truth, and the greater the lie, the more people will believe it.”

So rather than writing about what is obvious, including profits Newsweek advertisers such Baxter pharmaceutical company and Novavax Corp. make by generating multi-billion dollar government contracts from injecting large experimental human populations with pig and/or chicken flu viruses, this topic is totally taboo. Instead, in her fear inflicting fairy tales, she focuses on inexplicable incidents of flu transmissions among farm children and adults living near avian populations, to promote why we should trust Tamiflu for protecting, fear the emergence of drug resistant strains, and pressure governments to spend more for vaccine and drug research on we human guinea pigs.

In other words, for the money she is paid, and the esteem showered upon her by geopolitical powers underlying the corporate controlled media, she prostitutes like a cheap whore for those finding her services attractive.

Take for instance the Council on Foreign Relations that ordained Garrett 

“Senior Fellow for Global Health,” according to Newsweek. The CFR, composed of 3600 leading movers-and-shakers in geopolitics, has been the central think-tank, through its “study groups,” to advance Anglo-American genocides involving nuclear, biological, and environmental markets for decades. In recent years, the group of mainly industrialists, and people like Garrett who feed off them, has been directed by David Rockefeller whose  Rockefeller Foundation funded the fledgling genetics industry through Rockefeller University, and the earliest virus stockpiles and cultures for mass dissemination at Yale University. Rockefellers’ disease surveillance outposts predated those of the World Health Organization’s, that are largely, likely entirely, controlled by “disease cowboys” in the UK and CDC who, like Garret, suffer from frank scatomas.

So the proper picture here shows Laurie Garrett prostituting for the drug cartel, moaning about the coming plagues, sucking up to vaccine sorcerers, and fornicating for the orgasmic goal of profitable depopulation.

Garrett, Geopolitics, and Genocide 

“An Egyptian Islamist group has declared that swine flu is ‘God’s revenge against infidels,” wrote Garrett to fan the flame of racism for Anglo-American neocolonialism called “globalism.” Transparent to anyone half awake is this war mongering against mostly muslims by the western powers. This simply, and obviously, plays into waging a cold war, preceding a real war, against eastern and muslim populations by Anglo-American idiots.

The fact is, religions across the board, including fundamentalist Christians and orthodox Jews, condemn sin, that includes unkosher intoxications of  humanity’s holy spirit filled “temples.” Religious edicts universally compel faithful followers to keep blood-streams free of foreign RNA and DNA from various species of bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeast, chicken and human fetal tissues, monkey kidney tissues, and cow pus proteins injected into unwitting humans under the guise of “public heath” and “disease prevention.”

“The Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt recently declared that the Cairo-based U.S. Naval Medical Research Unite (NAMRU), which has provided public-health work for the entire Middle East for decades, must be shut down, and Egypt must stop sending samples of H5N1 viruses that emerge in the country to the WHO. The Egyptian group, which holds seats in Parliament, is echoing sentiments first put forward by Indonesia’s minister of health, Siti Supari, who has refused to share her country’s H5N1 samples with the WHO since 2006. Supari is also trying to evict another NAMRU lab from Jakarta. On April 28, Supari declared that the new swine flu was genetically engineered and released in order to promote American pharmaceutical sales worldwide,” Garrett wrote, condemningly.

I am glad there are a few intelligent people left in the world who see through the Anglo-American propaganda to view the complete omnicide that is befalling humanity and ecology in general. Drug industrialists are totally OUT OF CONTROL as petrochemical-pharmaceutical intoxication is delivering myriad species to extinction. Humans are now threatened similarly as drugs entering water supplies worldwide are fed to fetuses by unwitting mothers intoxicated by pollution from metabolized or dumped antibiotics, antidepressants. Everyone, the entire biological kingdom, requires natural pure hydration for health and sustenance.

Given this more intelligent, obviously urgent, view of what is really happening here, Indonesia’s Siti Supari deserves a Nobel Peace in Medicine, not Newsweek’s condemnation, for her practical position opposing Anglo-American pharmaceutical corporation manipulations.

The Coming Plague: Seeding the “Big One” 

Garrett’s featured article heralds hundreds of millions of people possibly dying worldwide of the advancing flu. Her article’s sidebar states,”the current outbreak appears to be caused by a rare combination of three types of flu which combined in a pig and then jumped to humans.”

IF this is true, the “pig” apparently kept company with Drs. John Wood and James S. Robertson, the Principal Scientists in the Division of Virology at the National Institute for Biological Standards and Control (NIBSC) in the UK. Dr. Robertson is a leading advisor on influenza viruses and vaccines for the European [Economic] Union (EU) and the World Health Organization’s (WHO) “biodefense” strategies for the flu. According to a report published in 2006 by the British Royal Society, Dr. Robertson’s team:

1) Controls the standardization of influenza vaccines based on H5N1 and H1N1 strains on behalf of the World Health Organization (WHO);

2) Is involved in the serological testing of vaccine trials for these agents internationally;

3) Prepares these strains of influenza viruses for these trials;

4) Selects all strains of viruses used in flu vaccine research and development on behalf of the EU;

5) Prepares and distributes selected influenza viruses on behalf of a) vaccine manufacturers, and b) and the EU;

6) Promotes governmental stockpiling of the latest influenza vaccines;

7) Provides economic incentives for private companies to invest in vaccine research and development;

8) Prefers American corporate collaborations in H5N1, H1N1, and H9N2 research allegedly due to availability of U.S. taxpayer money to fund research, development, and stockpiling of vaccines;

9) Introduced laboratory flu viruses, unassumingly called “mock up files,” to entice private corporations to invest in vaccine development;

10) Generate new vaccine viruses using “reverse genetics;”

11) Holds lucrative “Intellectual Property (IP) rights for reverse genetics technology used to create new influenza viruses, and

12) Holds “Material Transfer Agreements (MTA)” that provide compensations following their delivery of reverse engineered viruses to vaccine companies when a related vaccine becomes commercialized.

Beyond these stunning conflicting interests, this official report quotes: 

“Drs. Wood and Robertson were asked their opinion regarding the priming of human populations for the pandemic flu using live viral vaccines, and if they consider it to be a good idea.” They admitted, “if live H5N1 vaccines are used now it would be considered too dangerous, but if a pandemic is imminent the risk may be justified. A stockpile of live vaccine, with the cleavage site removed, could be used to prime the population in advance of the pandemic . . . “{Emphasis added.]

Recall, Laurie Garrett’s explanation of how easily flu virus recombinations occur in human populations as this current flu mixed breed makes its way worldwide.

In other words, “priming” the generally ill-informed non-compliant public with live flu viruses in 2006 was considered marginally contraindicated. But in 2009, as they Mexican flu outbreak occurred, this likewise occurred either accidentally, or more likely ntentionally, according to expert analyses and a stack of scientific evidence.

These world directors of “biodefense” clearly recommended the release of live viruses (with certain “cleavage sites” removed), to “prime” earth’s people. Completely neglected by Garrett’s yellow press is the fact that man-made viruses with certain “cleavage sites” removed are even more genetically unstable than natural recombinations. These man-made flu “mock up files” mutate rapidly, and recombine vigorously, with the natural and/or genetically-engineered viruses they contact.

More Accumulating Evidence of Genocidal Malfeasance 

In May, 2009, an esteemed Australian virologist, Adrian Gibbs, captured world attention by decrying the likelihood of “human error” in the current pandemic’s origin. Gibbs’s credibility was established as a co-developer of the toxic drug Tamiflu, promoted by Garrett, and developed under the administrative watch of Gilead Science’s official shareholder, Donald Rumsfeld, Secretary of the Department of Defense in the Bush administration.

Gibbs studied the genetic sequences and mutation rates of this “primer” advancing to become “the Big One” while spreading worldwide, compared to known naturally occurring swine flu viruses. The rate of mutation was substantially accelerated, . . . meaning the virus appears man-made, Gibbs said.

Every legitimate virologist, vaccinologist, and genetic engineer knows that rapid mutation rates evidence man made viruses, because natural viruses, evolved over millennia, are far more stable, and far less lethal given the many years humans have had to develop immuno-resistance against natural viruses.

Think about it, for eons human beings have farmed chickens and pigs. But suddenly US and UK government virologists rebuke the simplest, most logical explanation for this pandemic cited by Gibbs. Why? The only realistic explanation is a gross criminal cover-up engaging WHO and CDC officials’ negligence.

The increased rate of mutation, and recombination with other viruses, including the H5N1 avian and Spanish flu strains transported by Robertson et. al to Baxter and Novavax on behalf of corporate profits, the WHO, and the CDC, is now certain as the germ makes its way through the populations exposed to these pathogens. This hideous reality is most assured by Baxter corporation’s “accidental” release through distribution of the world’s most feared flu viruses.

H1N1 Genetics: Nature, Accident or Genocide ?

The following historic and urgent “debate” between two world leading “experts”,  Recombinomics pioneer Dr. Henry Niman, and Medical Genocide Investigator, Dr. Leonard Horowitz, occurred Oct. 1-5, 2009 on the Rhiza Labs FluTracker Forum. I am Dr. Leonard Horowitz, responding to this series of allegations that reference me, my credentials, and my positions regarding the H1N1 swine flu “triple reassortant” pandemic.

With all due respect, without reading this blog, simply responding to one limited Niman letter I was sent, I replied to radio talk show host Steve Martin’s appeal to “debate” Dr. Niman and his mention of my celebrity this way:

“It seems to me that Dr. Niman’s observations are honest and accurate. He tells you what he knows and what he does not know. I do not perceive that what he is saying rules out foul play. He is not an epidemiologist, but to my knowledge a molecular biologist and geneticist. He is unable to explain how two S. Calif. children who never met, living 100 miles apart, could simultaneously be the first victims of “triple reassortment“ of the world’s most feared influenza strains. Nor is he able to reconcile how Mexicans living near Mexico City, who had never seen these children, simultaneously got the same never-before-seen triple recombinant infection.”

Then I was instructed by Steve Martin to read Dr. Niman’s and colleagues statements that indignantly referred to me as a “dentist” turned “conspiracy theorist.”

Frankly, Ockham’s razor analysis would simply contend that if the current official history of this 2009 viral “reassortant” is accurate, then either: 1) God or nature has demonstrated spontaneous combustion in viral creationism synchronously in two American continents; or 2) the vaccin-o-haulics are repeating what they apparently got away with in 1976 and 1977 loosing a “laboratory sourced” viral outbreak for profit and depopulation. Now Dr. Niman is neither naïve or stupid, as those assassinating my credentials as a natural health products pioneer, a retired dentist, and practicing naturopathic physician with extensive virology study, demonstrate by their aversion to material facts proving pharmaceutical iatrogenocide is ongoing in America this flu season.

Perhaps Dr. Niman or my detractors might comment on two World Health Organization viral genetics/influenza chiefs, Drs. James Robertson and John Wood, explaining in 2006 that when a serious flu pandemic is predicted, they prefer to loose “primer” viruses into populations in advance. These reverse engineered viruses used to “prime” the public in advance are reverse (genetically) engineered, according to the science detailed by Dr. Robertson in his many publications. Does Dr. Niman contend that these genetic laboratory recombinants remain secure in this age of industrial bioterrorism and white collar crime?

Dr. Niman has no explanation for the “accident” that occurred earlier this year–how H5N1 avian flu virions somehow escaped into vaccine vials from a Biocontainment Level-3 facility at the Baxter drug company contaminating Europe’s seasonal flu vaccine shipped to more than a dozen locations.

Does Dr. Niman and/or my detractors have any medical sociology training? Have they read the scientific publications of Steven Kunitz in APHA journal; studied the evolution of health care in America, cancer research, and public health in the USA; or read any of my national bestsellers, to realize the power wielded by the Rockefeller family and currently George Soros over the genetics/eugenics biotechnology industry?

Surely Dr. Niman, whose website alleges his “paradigm shifting” contributions to vaccinology would not wish to bite the hand that feeds him, or he hopes will feed him, by assailing vaccinations as genocidal intoxications, as I freely do.

Does Dr. Niman contend it was simply negligence that Baxter, Bayer, and the American Red Cross spread contaminated blood products to the world, largely responsible for AIDS, hepatitis B, Hep. C, and herpes virus pandemics?

Would Dr. Niman like to advance his professional opinion regarding SV40’s presence in Merck’s VERO cell cultures used in the early polio vaccines, and currently used by the Baxter corporation that is responsible for flu vaccine safety across Europe this year after “accidentally” shipping H5N1-laced flu vaccines throughout Eurasia?

Does Dr. Niman think it is more or less likely triple viral “reassortants” occurred recently by nature or lab “accident” combining Asian avian, Mexican pig, and the Spanish flu virus extinct since 1918 until resurrected this decade by pedigreed pharmaceutical prostitutes called virologists?

Gee wiz. Sorry. I just lost my CULTured composure.

The 1918 sequences are known. That virus has changes that trace to human H1N1 and swine H1N1 ciculating in the 1930’s (swine is A/swine/Iowa/30 and human is A/WSN33). The swine from Iowa is classical swine. This has NOTHING to do with the 2009 pandemic strain.

I really don’t follow the internet babble very closely because it is so absurd. Jeff Rense occasionally e-mails me stories and I just roll my eyes. Its not that the story have a debatable controversial issue, its that they are absurd. Your comment above is one example. The 2009 virus is quite natural and doesn’t have segments of the 1918 virus. There may be a few polymorphisms because 1918 is a recombinant between swine H1N1 and human H1N1 from the 1930’s, and swine can hold onto some small segemnts and swap them through recombination, but there is NO data supporting placing of these polymorphisms in the 2009 pandemic sequence. which is a swine triple reassortant.

These stories really lack specifics and make absolutely absurd assumptions. Many pharmas are working on H5N1 vaccines. Like the swine 2009 vaccine, viruses are distributed by WHO regional centers and vaccine makers use the H and N as targets. These sequences are PUBLIC.

There was an internet story about the tragets being bioweapons crreated by some mystery group planning on unleasing the pandemic strain as part of a population control program. The evidence for the existance of the “secret” bioweapons was the fact that vaccine makers had a target so they must have made a secret bioweapon, when the reality is that the targets are the H5N1 isolates from dead patients that are well know and the sequences are PUBLIC.

I am going to have to break, but here is the real deal on the pandemic vaccine. Vaccine safety is definitely NOT my area of expertise, but the pandemic vaccine is a NO BRAINER. It is made the same way as the seasonal flu vaccine, but has ONE target instead of THREE. It is constructed the same way as new targtets are constructed almost EVERY YEAR by vaccine companies. It has the same six carrier genes with H and N targets added. For the pandemic vaccine, the H and N come from one of the first cases in southern California. The child had a mild case and the target was identified in April (A/California/7/2009). Like the seasonal flu, the virus is grow in eggs, purified, and killed. There is NO adjuvent and the US govenment has bought 250 million doses. It is FREE (although some Drs or retailers may change an administrative fee of something like $10-$25).

The seasonal flu has been made this way for years. You can walk into a Walgreens drug store and get the seasonal flu shot today. In Pittsburgh you can get a shot at the SUPERMARKET!

The virus is DEAD. The vaccine is used in RETIREMENT homes in people that are 80 and 90 years old with SEROIUS chronic medical problems. It is given to children and pregnant women. It cost $20-$25 and is NO big deal!

I get a shot every year and have had NO ill effects. I have six children who have received the shot with NO ill effects. The first time the youngest got the shot (she was under 10), she got TWO shots, three weeks apart. There was NO problem. There also has been NO real controversy on the safety front. Some may argue that it works better in healthy children and adults than those over 65 who are most vulnerable, but no one is saying that the vaccine is creating serious adverse effects.

I am not an MD and am not directing anyone to get a seasonal or pandemic flu shot, but I haven’t seen any good reason for not (other than those who have egg allergies or have some issue that precludes getting a seasonal flu shot), internet babble nothwithstanding.

The pandemic vaccine is a NO BRAINER. The internet babble is utter nonsense and a sad commentary on the level of logic and rationale thought in the general population.

It is an example of MASS HYSTERIA, that will be studied for years to come (and those looking at the history will just shake their head and say how could so many people be so stupid as to believe that the vaccine was part of a government conspiracy on population control or an untested product with serious risk).

I have received a number of safety / efficacy questions on the vaccine, and many sub-topics on this thread originate in conspiracy sites, which exist in a parallel universe which lacks a reality base. Although vaccine composition / regulatory issues are NOT my area of expertise, I can offer a few relevant points to put the vaccine issues into an analysis framework that has a reality base.

Vaccines in general go through the same types of clinical trials as other drugs. Companies first generate pre-clinical data from lab experiments and animal testing. When a drug passed those preclinical tests it then goes into a clinical phase, which requires approval (IND based on animal data). Clinical trials start with safety and for a vaccine this would typically involve healthy adults. If there are no significant adverse effects, the trial will expand to larger numbers and vary the dose to identify the appropriate dose for a larger trial. The company then has to provide data showing that the drug is both safe and efficacious.

For the flu vaccines in the US, the pandemic vaccine testing is really just a formality because it is really the FDA approved seasonal vaccine with a new target. The FDA approved seasonal flu vaccine is based on the assumption that the flu target will change and the new targets will be used. Thus, a new clinical trial is not required each time the target changes, in part becasue there really isn’t enough time because new targets are selected every six months, and the “drug” is really the same (the virus is grown under the FDA approved method and has the FDA approved components, which includes the carrier virus). Thus, the pandemic vaccine does NOT contain a new virus, it just has 2 of the 8 gene segments of the new virus, which is what is done each time a new vaccine is made (the old H and N are swapped for the new H and N).

The seasonal flu vaccine has been used for years, and the established safety profile allows for use WITHOUT a prescription. Many areas offer the shot a flu clinics set up a drug stores or super markets. The vaccine is safer than an infection, because the virus is killed. Thus, the shot for the pandemic strain has the same carrier, a virus isolated in 1934 in Puerto Rico (PR-8). In the seasonal flu there are THREE different targets, the PR-8 virus with H and N from human H1N1, H3N2 and influenza B. This year the pandemic vaccine just has one target – PR-8 with the H and N from swine H1N1. Next year the swine H1N1 will replace the seasonal H1N1, so it actually will be in the seasonal flu shot. The virus is grown in chicken eggs, harvested, and killed.

The VAST majority of immunized people in the US will get a shot of a killed, split vaccine made as described above. The nasal spray, which is the other vaccine purchased by the US uses a cold adapted carrier (a virus isolate in Michigan in 1980), which grows at room temperature, but is severly weakened at body temperature because of multiple genes that don’t function well at higher temperatures. That vaccine has 6 cold adapted genes and new H and N targets.

Other vaccines are under development. These include viruses grown in mammalian cells, other targets such as DNA, and use of adjuvents, some of which are proprietory and some of which have been used for decades in other vaccines and are generic. However, all of these newer versions have to go through clinical trials, which will be more vigorous becasue the track record is shorter, especially in the US.

The clinical trials for the pandemic vaccine produced data which was MUCH better than expected. One shot of the lower dose produced protective antibody levels in more than 90% of volunteers. Test was done sequentially. First trail was with healthy adults. Since there were no significant adverse effects, a trail with children was started and when there still were no adverse effects, a trial with pregnant women began.

The idea that clandestine trials were required is nonsense. The pandemic vaccine really isn’t new, and the rate limiting step is NOT initial results from a trial. It is growing the vaccine in quantity.

KEY SCIENCE: WHAT IS “NATURAL”

To begin, Dr. Niman, you write, “the genetic composition of the pandemic H1N1 has been used to claim that it is man made (deliberate or lab escape) . . . nothing could be further from the truth . . . comments about triple reasortants not being natural reveal a rather glaring lack of knowledge about information well established in the scientific literature.”

Assuming I am as ignorant as many of our lay readers, Dr. Niman, please tell me/us, genetically-speaking, in terms everyone can understand, is there any difference between two H1N1 avian/swine recombinant virus clones containing all eight genetic sequences evidencing a “triple reassortant” found in “nature,” such as the one you have identified currently spreading called “influenza A (H1N1) virus” or “S-OIV,” and the same isolate analyzed in your lab?

In other words, given sophisticated gene sequencing analysis, is there any difference between two cloned viruses, one present in a lab, and the other in a pig, human, or bird moving about this planet?

As far as I know, NO, there is no difference that you can tell, despite the sophistication of your technology.

This is not to degrade your ability to show differences, track virus evolution, or speculate intelligently about recombination probabilities, but this question and correct answer seems especially relevant because throughout the past century much, possibly most, of the viral reassortments/recombinants studied in science were accomplished by labs using live animals (i.e., in vivo) rather than in cell cultures (i.e., in vitro).

Thus, your assertion that this triple H1N1 reassortment is certifiably “natural,” to me is specious.

Given my “focus,” such attitudes reflect more wishful thinking. In your community there is general incredulity that spreading germs might have been “seeded” by pharmaceutical agents and federal agencies profiting from plague frights and vaccine programs, as I will attempt to convince you and our readers here.

As World Health Organization documents reveal, vaccine makers receive their viruses, otherwise called “biosimilars,” or “mock up files,” from Dr. James Robertson et al. serving the WHO, CDC, and beyond to the various vaccine makers that engage your common industry and allopathic paradigm. In this instance of pandemic flu, these transfers are derived in whole or part from the “triple reassortant” you have analyzed and others have named “S-OIV.”

Where nature stops and labs begin nobody really knows, and recombinomics analysis is little help in this important regard as it can neither diagnose, predict, or retrospectively pinpoint the source of a laboratory loosed virus composed of sequences naturally circulating.

For example, if an agent with access to Dr. Robertson’s lab, or the CDC’s supply, loosed the circulating triple reassortant, S-OIV, where would you be? You write repeatedly these gene sequences have undergone reassortments and switchings for more than a century. So, providing your lab was supplied with a clone of the culprit bearing identical sequences as S-OIV, you have no way of certifying the virus’s origin, and would be hard pressed to determine what came first, the lab clone, the avian, pig, or human contribution.

Comparative analyses might be helpful, as in the recent publication by Zimmer and Burke, but there is much left to faith and discernment.

Said another way, and please correct me if I am wrong, recombinomics cannot certify the “source” or origin of a cloned triple recombinant, or any cloned viruses produced in vivo or in vitro, accidentally or intentionally released into the wild, including those released into the “wild” via vaccines.

So most disconcerting is your claim with perceived authority that you know absolutely S-OIV came from “nature” and not a lab. I believe you are exaggerating your certainty which is undermining your credibility in my mind.

If there is foul play (i.e., vaccine genocide) happening here,  recombinomics, and your “focused” analyses, would not only miss it, your life’s work would be used to aid and abet it given your alliances with special interests.

I have reviewed, thanks to your direction, a couple of your referenced writings. My concern about your referencing reassortants from the 1990s as alleged proof that this flu came from God or “nature,” or a chance transmission between avain, swine and man, not by MI6 direction through the CIA (that according to the Washington Post and federal documents oversees all infectious disease agencies in the UK and America respectively, and is controlled by the same Rockefeller family interests that have controlled American medicine and public health since its inception) is that by the 1990s the world’s most horrific recombinants had already been created in bioweapons labs worldwide as published in the Special Virus Cancer Program (SVCP) report by the National Cancer Institute.

For example, the NCI’s SVCP publications that you can read, like I did, prove that several of the influenza sequences you analyze today were apparently recombined with acute lymphocytic leukemia viruses by the early 1970s using animals as crude incubators and recombination chambers. New “virus material” was then tested in sprayed aerosols for lethality, and by injections. These agents were developed to transmit fast acting cancers by inoculations or sneezing, AND were reasoned to be legitimate “cancer research” aimed at developing vaccines to cure cancers.

CORRECTIONS APPRECIATED

Frankly, I appreciate your correction that my claim is false that the current circulating flu contains genes from H5N1, not simply avian H1N1. But, in fact, it was not me that first issued this insinuation. It was Thomas Glocer’s Reuters News Service that initially alerted the world (on April 23, 2009) that this new flu was identified, and referenced H5N1 as highly feared in it.

Working in the industry, you probably know what most people do not–that Thomas Glocer also directs the Merck pharmaceutical company on its board of directors. Thus, this propaganda is important to discern. This news release was immediately preceded by others heralding the CDC/Novavax preclinical trails of their vaccine that allegedly provided immunity against H5N1 and H1N1 strains. I found this to be more than synchronous given Novartis’s advancing acquisition of Novavax at the prime time the fright and market for this vaccine was generated. Plus, this kind of profitable propaganda issuing from vaccine makers this spring and summer is everywhere. Here is Glaxo-SmithKlein’s recent H1N1-H5N1 paired propaganda:

“Following more than ten years of investment in research and development of pandemic influenza vaccines, and the successful registration of its pre-pandemic H5N1 vaccine, the company is making rapid progress to produce an A (H1N1) adjuvanted influenza vaccine.”

Likewise, H5N1 and adjuvanted vaccines are heralded widely by industry promotions pertaining to the current pandemic.

So with my focus on medical sociology, behavioral science, and media persuasion for mass marketing of emerging diseases and vaccines and drugs to treat them, I see clearly the agenda of pushing H5N1 fears and vaccines. I am also aware that H5N1 is said to be circulating globally, and authorities are most threatened by a recombination involving this agent and the spreading S-OIV.

CHALLENGING BASIC TENETS

Dr. Niman, you wrote in your referenced paper that your technologies and observations, “challenge the basic tenets of influenza genetics and provide a method for predicting the changes in seasonal and pandemic influenza, as well as other rapidly evolving genomes.”

Despite this potentially practical capability, just as you were unable to predict Baxter corporation’s H5N1 viral “accident” that contaminated vaccines shipped across Europe in early 2009, you would not be able to predict a similar “accident” occurring tomorrow risking the public’s health through the vaccines you endorse.

You wrote, “recombination plays an important role in influenza evolution and can generate both drifts and shifts in a predictable manner.” Can you, therefore, predict what “natural” versus “laboratory sourced” pandemics might be expected from the current flu vaccines “seeding” populations worldwide with “active” genetic sequences from viral particles included in vaccines you recommend? What potential is there for these active sequences to recombine with H5N1 also circulating? Or with other viruses, including cancer viruses such as Epstein Barr, or hemorrhagic fever viruses?

You wrote on your website about an incident involving a Marburg virus outbreak in Angola. You wrote this bizarre “seeding” was reportedly “initiated via a childhood vaccine program.”

So we are at risk of having “accidental” and “intentional” vaccine contaminations and transmissions, as historically certified, that preclude your ability to claim with any certainty that this 2009 pandemic reassortant did not follow similarly from vaccine exposures of flu recombinants administered to people worldwide over the past several decades, or foul play by drug industrialists in April 2009, but also you infer a risky “natural” recombination possibility given Asian avian, Mexican pig and 1918 human “Spanish flu” sequences administered in the 2009 vaccines may potentially recombine with circulating viruses.

There is one anecdotal report from a frightened woman who testified on YouTube regarding a nurse who explained that the initial Mexican outbreak was associated with a vaccine experiment. (See: FLUscam.com “Media Central”) Surely this is a possibility, I believe high probability, especially in light of a growing body of circumstantial evidence investigative journalist Sherri Kane and I have been unearthing.

EARLIER SIMILAR CATASTROPHIES

Another vaccine-related catastrophe involves your field of expertise in molecular biology developed during the 1970s. Your “dissertation focused on feline retroviral expression in tumors in domestic cats,” according to your website. So you must be familiar with George Todaro’s pioneering work in this field. Todaro reported that feline leukemia was another man-made virus that apparently evolved during cancer virus hybridization and/or vaccine studies. This was the case, Todaro reported, for the RD114 cat/human mutant. Vaccine experiments involved cross species transfers of infectious particles. Among these was the “KT [Kawakami-Theilen] strain of feline leukemia virus (FLV) concentrated to 103 virus particles/ml” according to a 1971 Merck & Co. contract with the NCI. (See page 268 of Death in the Air: Globalism, Terrorism, and Toxic Warfare, by Horowitz, June, 2001.) Are you able to acquire RD 114, the KT-FLV, and contemporary strains of feline leukemia, to retrospectively determine whether the genetic segments of the feline leukemia pandemic today sources, as Todaro reported, from the KT laboratory experiments? This may be valuable in further evidencing the man-made origin of HIV-AIDS as well.

As you may recall, Dr. Don Francis and the entire HTLV-III/HIV-1 AIDS-investigating community strongly suspected this FLV agent was linked to the origin of AIDS from Merck’s hepatitis B vaccines prepared in Litton supplied chimpanzees. Few dared comment on it, however, lest they lose their valued positions within the genetic academic community. Are you in more or less the same position?

If you have the ability to secure certified original samples of the chimpanzee cultured hepatitis B strains inoculated into gay men in NYC and Willowbrook State School mentally retarded children on Staten Island between 1972 and 1974, and compare viral sequences present in this vaccines with SIVcpz, I will wager $15,000 right now you will find stunning smoking gun evidence of the presence of SIVcpz indicating genocidal malfeasance in this vaccine study triggered HIV/AIDS in the US and Africa. As Gerald Myers, working for Los Alamos wrote, “The preponderance of evidence still argues for an explosive event in the mid-1970s” giving rise to HIV-1 subtypes A-F.

This Merck vaccine trial was actually part of the SVCP research being completed at the time you were just finalizing your dissertation on this subject, so you must be familiar with Dr. Francis’s published observations in this regard, and probably Dr. Todaro’s thesis on cross-species recombinants between retroviruses investigated to transmit chicken sarcoma, feline leukemia, and human AIDS-like illnesses. Dr. Francis heralded these concerns to reporter Randy Shiltz. Francis linked HTLV-III/HIV-1 (AIDS) to hepatitis B and feline leukemia.

Although this “entrepreneurial dentist” knows less than you regarding recombinomics, I know a good deal of history in your field, including the activities of your contemporaries, like Dr. Robert Gallo, J. Craig Ventor, and Thomas Monath—agents and agencies fundamentally stewarded by George Soros and David Rockefeller through the Rockefeller Foundation and revolving doors to the NIH, IoM, NCI, PHS, CDC, NIAID, FDA and even CIA particularly responsible for “biopreparedness” for “national security” and the forthcoming mass vaccination tragedy.

FORT DIX and RUSSIAN OUTBREAKS

I trust your findings and analysis of your 2003 and 2004 isolates and the others you recollect. I concur with your conclusion that anyone with any reasonable intelligence believes these recombinations are possible in nature, and in labs.

But you are no stranger to PROBABILITY statistics. So why do you curiously disregard the extraordinarily high probability that the 2009 pandemic flu virus (said to be spreading and endangering billions of people) was not “seeded” like you wrote of the Marburg outbreak in Angola associated with a vaccine program, or the  “laboratory sourced” 1977 flu in America, followed by another one in Russia, both surmised by Zimmer and Burke to be “laboratory sourced” following the 1976 Fort Dix “experiment” to best explain the evidence? (See: New England Journal of Medicine; July 16, 2009;Vol.361:279-285)

It is stunning to me, based simply on reasoned probability analysis and common sense, how you, so obviously genius in your analysis of genetic sequencing and gene-swapping, can form such an unreasonable conclusion concerning the origin of S-OIV. You advance and defend the ridiculously remote possibility this S-OIV pandemic is serendipitous, I say conveniently synchronous, with the Novavax/Novartis/SmithKelin/Baxter/CSL corporate capacity to prepare these novel vaccines just in time for this year’s flu season.

Evidencing mental scotoma, you write, “The only other known significant transmission was in 1976 at Fort Dix, where swine H1N1 jumped to humans and killed one soldier and infected about 200 more. However, that swine H1N1 (which was classical swine) never got out of Fort Dix and that vaccine program was justifiably criticized because by the time the vaccine was ready, the virus was gone.”[Emphasis added.]

The emphasized words evidence grossly negligent analysis. I view this incongruence as TOTAL MADNESS, diagnostic, or symptomatic, of deadly Manchurian candidacy in health science. WHERE WAS THE SWINE? How did its “classical” virus JUMP species?

Military personnel have been used for more than a century for drug, vaccine, chemical, and biological warfare experiments. Referencing the “Fort Dix” outbreak so casually as “where swine H1N1 jumped to humans . . .” is tragically remiss. In my humble opinion, it aids and abets an accelerating genocide.

There were no pigs at Fort Dix besides the human swine that would experiment on honorable service men and women defending America’s freedom. No pigs at all. Authorities interviewed the infected military personnel to determine if any had contacted any pigs prior to returning to base. None had.

This factual epidemiological analysis strongly suggesting military experimentation lends further support for the conclusion reached by Zimmer and Burke that the following year’s swine flu was “laboratory sourced.”

In fact, Zimmer and Burke virtually condemned the vaccine program of 1977, not for the lame reason you give, neglecting the resulting injuries and deaths. For all you and I know, that 1977 vaccine, manufactured by Merck that demanded and gained federal indemnification against vaccination injuries and deaths, would have used the Fort Dix strain that was isolated, cloned, tested, then shipped to Russia (as per NCI documents). There it was loosed either accidentally, or more likely intentionally, to drive vaccine markets in the Soviet Union.

Here is Zimmer and Burke’s writing that additionally explains WHY Fort Dix was chosen for such military experimentation:

“Because of careful characterization of the soldiers and the nature of basic training, the outbreak at Fort Dix provided an ideal setting for investigation and modeling of the epidemic events.(28) . . . Once the virus saturated the tight social-contact structure of the military training base, its transmission potential was insufficient to ignite a larger epidemic in the civilian population at large. The emergence of swine influenza at Fort Dix led to the implementation of a mass vaccination program, which resulted in 40 million civilian vaccinations and 532 cases of the Guillain–Barré syndrome (a rare side effect of influenza vaccination), including 32 deaths.(29)”

(Please note that the latter allegation of only 532 cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome, including 32 deaths, is tragically false, as these figures, at that time, were substantially underreported. This allegation is based on the fact that the CDCs own admissions, during the 1990s, attest to less than 10% of vaccine injuries being reported at that time due to lacking surveillance and reporting systems for adequate adverse event data collection. In 1977, it was far more grossly negligent.)

Dr. David Sencer, director of CDC from 1966 to 1977, was the man pushing the 1976 swine flu vaccination program like Dr. Anthony Fauci is doing today. Did you know that Dr. Sencer approved of the continuation of the Tuskeegee Syphilis Study in 1969? Did you know that Dr. Sencer was repositioned in New York City at the time AIDS was outbreaking to facilitate media propaganda on behalf of Rockefeller associated blood bankers’ refusal to test American Red Cross blood supplies for contamination; tragically exploding AIDS globally? Did you know that Dr. Fauci, today’s “AIDS czar” for America and Director of the NIAID, on Oprah the other day with Dr. Oz, has conflicting interests in vaccine markets being the co-patent holder on interleuken-2 adjuvant?

Although these historic details extend beyond your purview, they are most relevant to urgent matters of faith and trust in those preparing vaccines, influencing media, and directing the “public health” and public’s response to S-OIV.

H1N1 REEMERGENCE IN HUMANS IN 1977

Zimmer and Burke continued:

“Even though human influenza A (H1N1) virus had not circulated since 1957 and the swine influenza A (H1N1) virus that had been identified at Fort Dix did not extend outside the base, in November 1977, the H1N1 strain reemerged in the former Soviet Union, Hong Kong, and northeastern China. . . . Careful study of the genetic origin of the virus showed that it was closely related to a 1950 strain but dissimilar to influenza A (H1N1) strains from both 1947 and 1957. This finding suggested that the 1977 outbreak strain had been preserved since 1950. [In a laboratory refrigerator, compelling them to admit. . . .]  The reemergence was probably an accidental release from a laboratory source . . .”

Dr. Niman, you propose that the first cases of H1N1 2009 were “not linked to swine or each other. They also were not linked to earlier cases in Mexico, because the virus rapidly spread and had infected many humans in Mexico and the US via H2H [human-to-human] transmission.”

Your writing is devoid of epidemiological evidence and reasoned analysis. Thus, it is unrealistic and unscientific. It is a ridiculous speculation, harmful to the public given its flagrant omissions, especially since it comes from you–a respected “expert” in “predicting the changes in . . . pandemic influenza,” as you claim.

Dr. Niman, were you sent two S-OIV’s from two places in S. Calif, allegedly coming from two children living about 100 miles apart who had never met, and a whole slew of Mexican S-OIV’s, for analysis too? Probably not. But you assertively argue, “there is NO evidence for human intervention.” Obviously, if someone from CDC or WHO sent you virus samples, clones of S-OIV, then there is “evidence for human intervention.” If no one sent you anything, how can you trust anyone involved? How can you be certain they are trustworthy?

As though repeating the same lame argument is going to sufficiently persuade me, and others like me, to make the leap of faith to get vaccinated, you write:

“Reassortment, especially in swine, is quite common and quite natural. On rare occasions, flu can jump species and transmit efficiently to its new host as happened in 1918 and 2009, which is why there is an intense effort to generate protective vaccines, like those that have recently shipped after going through clinical trials in multiple countries (China, Australia, US, etc) and are made using the same formula as seasonal flu (a split vaccine grown in eggs, killed, and infected with NO adjuvents).”

I have several problems with this quote.

THE 1918 SPANISH FLU VIRUS

First, are you aware the 1918 Spanish flu virus was exhumed by the least trustworthy agents and agencies in America involving the vaccine industry? The Defense Department directed this contract, meaning it was a covert operation for potential biological weapons applications. Dr. Maurice Hilleman, the vaccine chief at the Merck drug company directed the secret discovery according to the New York Times. His living testimony of having brought the AIDS virus into North America in contaminated monkeys (really chimpanzees) destined for vaccine research and development at Merck during the early 1970s now broadcasts on YouTube. Leading the national publicity campaign to persuade the scientific community to accept the risk of reactivating that virus was geneticist Dr. Joshua Lederberg, Counsel on Foreign Relations (i.e., David Rockefeller) Bioterrorism Study Group Director, Nobel laureate, president emeritus of Rockefeller University, and Director of the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC) that shipped Sadam Hussein’s regime anthrax, West Nile virus, and other agents of potential mass destruction as determined by Don Riegle’s Congressional investigating committee looking into squalene adjuvant and Gulf War Syndrome.

Second, are you aware of the World Health Organization’s “Safety of pandemic vaccines” report (Aug. 6, 2009)? It states, “. . . some manufacturers have conducted advance studies using a so-called “mock-up” vaccine. Mock-up vaccines contain an active ingredient for an influenza virus that has not circulated recently in human populations and thus mimics the novelty of a pandemic virus. Such advance studies can greatly expedite regulatory approval.” [Emphasis added.]

This reveals the industry’s intention to expose populations to new genetic sequences from old immunogenically-active or “live” laboratory engineered “mock up files.” So obviously your allegation these vaccines are “killed” and thus, “safe,” dishonors your credibility and my intelligence.

Third, as mentioned, Baxter’s patent claims to be producing its vaccine in VERO cell cultures, not in eggs, raising concerns about SV40 contaminations linked to pandemic cancers and possibly AIDS that, as I previously reported in Medical Hypotheses, incriminates the Merck drug company for both Salk and Sabin contaminated polio vaccines, and the Krugman/Szmuness/Hilleman hepatitis B vaccines.

Forth, CHIRON’s MF59  and SmithKlein’s ASOs(2-4) are heralded in vaccine makers’ propaganda as though they expect to use them, including their many toxic ingredients. Just because Anthony Fauci (NIAID Director) claims “No adjuvants” will be used American vaccines, his conflicting interests preclude me from trusting him and those for whom he works.

TRUSTWORHTYNESS OF H1N1 VACCINE “SCIENCE”

Read the vaccine manufacturing patents and they refer to the use of adjuvants. Given the negative publicity squalene and other adjuvants have received in recent years since Gulf War Sydrome was linked to this “oil in water,” it would not surprise me that adjuvant inclusions would be conveniently neglected in package inserts that, by the way, make no mention, whatsoever, of any active ingredients, stabilizers, or sterilizers. It seems the only place people can get a full list of flu vaccine ingredients is by researching the various companies’ patents or secondary sources—mostly vaccine activist organizations.

And contrary to claims of vaccine safety and efficacy for general populations, contemporary study designs are highly questionable, or downright dishonest. For example, CSL’s new package insert presents no efficacy science in flu prevention, nor respectable safety study design. (Their placebo for the “active control” group was a “European-licensed trivalent inactivated influenza vaccine” rather than harmless saline solution. And further, their controls received active vaccines with either no preservatives, or multi-dose formulations containing Thimerosal mercury.) Differences between experimental and control groups were, thus, grossly precluded.

You acknowledge Australia’s contribution to vaccine safety testing. I wonder if you know that the CSL Vaccine (Afluria) tested in Australia during the past several weeks in pregnant women, as been promoted by American officials despite containing neurotoxic mercury? Many legitimate scientists have linked skyrocketing rates of neuro-developmental and behavioral disorders in children to Thimerosal mercury. These vaccines are being tested on impoverished pregnant women, infants, and children in clinics administered by Rupert Murdoch’s mother, Elisabeth, the Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire, and Murdoch’s daughter-in-law, Sarah.

Now besides these stunning ties to media mogul, Rupert Murdoch, and issues of gross conflicting interests this revelation raises, what really irks me is the abuse of pregnant women that throughout the history of medicine have always been responsibly treated most sensitively avoiding “elective procedures” that have historically included vaccinations. It is unconscionable that neurotoxic mercury would be injected into these women intoxicating extra-sensitive fetal neurology.

Moreover, 2009 pandemic flu vaccines are being heavily promoted for pregnant women by Anthony Fauci and other officials on mainstream media. Here is what the actual package insert for Novartis’s FLUVARIN has to say:

8.1 Pregnancy

Pregnancy Category C: Animal reproduction studies have not been conducted  with Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine or FLUVIRIN.  It is also not known whether Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine or FLUVIRIN can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman or can affect reproduction capacity.  Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine should be given to a pregnant woman only if clearly needed.

CONCLUSIONS

Although you and your peers may find my ignorance in recombinomics annoying and discrediting, I find your naivety and myopia appalling irresponsible given your position of leadership and influence in virology, genetics, “public health” and the vaccine industry.

What is MOST TREASONOUS to science in the public’s interest, common sense, and the health and safety of people worldwide, is the obvious government and industry officials’ aversion to these detailed discussions. This aversion to scientific debate is the most obvious clear and present danger of vaccinations. This arrogance (i.e., mental scotoma affliction) shown by those with whom you associate, claiming to be reputable scientists and geneticists, is genocidal.

The inability to engage the greater scientific probability, and discuss these issues openly, respecting their urgency and gravity, demonstrates the most lethal ignorance, criminal negligence, and official genocidal malfeasance in human history.

This belief-behavioral inconsistency, allegedly honoring science yet evading most reasonable scientific evidence and discourse, demonstrates the hypocrisy in our professional community that is both deadly and demonic.

The intransigent lie that “scientists” and “experts” subscribe to, that “vaccines are safe and effective,” is reminiscent of Hitler’s greatest genocidal weapon–his method of psychosocial control advanced by Third Reich propaganda minister Josef Goebbels who proved, “If you tell a lie long enough, eventually it will be believed as truth, and the greater the lie the more people will believe it.”  Vaccines have not been shown to be either safe, or effective, any more than “showers” for “public health” and “disinfection” benefited eugenics targets during WWII.

Here’s the problem with this “debate”. The origins of viruses can be traced through phylogenetic anlysis, which is not your area of expertise or knowledge. Scientists can use real data (sequences generated by scientists worldwide) to make a point, which you failed to do, because you can’t analyze the real data.

Multiple sequences from 1918 have been made public. The location of the isolates is given in the name, so the sequences from Brevig Mission in Alaska are called A/Brevig_Mission/1/18(H1N1) – indicating it was isolated from Brevig Mission, it is sample #1, the sample was from 1918, and the serotype is H1N1.

Anyone with internet access can see the history of the sequences. A partial HA sequence was submitted on December 23, 1998 to a public datbase and can be viewed by anyone reading this message by clinking on

Dear Friends,

I hope that you are celebrating this holiday season, in solidarity with others heralding the vaccination deception in efforts to save lives.

You have probably noticed more signs than ever soliciting customers at Safeway, COSTCO, Walgreens, Longs, CVS, and other pharmacies, offering financial incentives to get vaccinated against the flu, chicken pox, human papilloma virus (HPV) and other frights. Please recognize these solicitations encourage genocidal intoxications for depopulation. They especially target the elderly, and children of poor people, considered “useless eaters” by “immunization” policy directors controlling the FDA and CDC through BigPharma on behalf of Wall Street moguls (i.e., Rothschild League bankers).

Months ago Sherri Kane and I published a series of reports, and a documentary film–PHARMAWHORES: The SHOWTIME Sting of Penn & Teller–exposing The Partnership For New York City’s links from Wall Street, and the (Not) Federal (Empty) Reserve, to Hollywood and the Global News Dictatorship.

James Murdoch (shown above), for instance, represents Rupert’s interests in the drug cartel, well beyond his recent scandalous resignation from New Group Newspaper, Ltd.

Last month, under demands that James quit his daddy’s media empire after getting caught directing wiretaps on British government officials, James sidestepped the matter to remain chairman of News International and deputy chief operating officer of News Corp.

James is also the Non-Executive Director of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), that vies with Merck for a monopoly over the vaccine industry, with father Rupert and mother Elizabeth heavily influencing the Merck Co. while directing new vaccine trials in Australia in partnership with CSL (Commonwealth Serum Laboratories).

The CSL connection, Kane and I revealed, provides a direct route to humanity’s bloodstream through the supply of blood products. This is like the Rockefeller-controlled New York City Bloodbank and American Red (Double) Cross that people trust with their lives and blood, as though these agents of death and deception are trustworthy. 

Note: Rupert Murdoch and David Rockefeller co-chair, with Goldman Sach’s CEO, Lloyd Blankfein, The Partnership for New York City (PFNYC), with partner Steve Burd, “the wizard behind Obama’s Health Care Reform plan,” and Chairman of Safeway Supermarkets (VONS, Pavilions, and more) that is owned by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) another PFNYC partner.

In case you forgot, in 2009, Safeway heralded the new GSK and Merck H1N1 flu vaccines for pregnant women despite the spermicides in these vaccines being linked by scientists to birth defects and spontaneous abortions.  A main ingredient in the European injections was MF59TM with nonoxynol-9 spermicide. According to science, the MF59 with squalene alone might have harmed or killed 59-out-of-60 people who bought into the stores’ deceptive solicitations, such as those above offering cash rebates for getting vaccinated. 

David Rockefeller is the Founding Chairman of the PFNYC, partnered with the trust’s Co-chairman, Rupert Murdoch, whose Australian family tests Chiron’s adjuvants. Murdoch’s grand matriarch, Elisabeth, runs the country’s main hospital. Rupert’s daughter-in-law, Sarah, oversees the Murdock Children’s Research Institute (MCRI) and its Development Board. The MCRI was established to serve Queen Elizabeth of England in 1986, the year Safeway was acquired by Burd’s employer, KKR; and the same year hepatitis C was allegedly identified by Chiron’s blood analysts.

Suffice it to say, given the above intelligence, the BEST HOLIDAY GIFT you can give this season is this life-saving wake-up call to shoppers approaching drug stores.

Children Celebrate “Doctorship’s” Failed Attempt at Compulsory Vaccinations Due to Patients’ Uprising in Columbia

Patients’ Front Chases Away Vaccination Iackers and the Children are Happy: The Medical Doctors Attempted a Compulsory Vaccination, but the Doctatorship Failed

Under the pretext of a so-called “measles-epidemic” the iackers (the medical doctors) started a massive campaign for vaccination. At an educational establishment where a Front Patient is attending school the iackers attempted to vaccinate all children compulsorily. “Vaccination is obligatory”, “whether the parents are against it is of no importance for us”, they said. The children cried, some of them ran away, all protested. A teacher collaborating with the vaccination iackers proposed: “We will have to tie the children up, then.”

But, fortunately, an MFE-collective was there on the spot, handing out leaflets to the pupils and putting the iackers and their helpers under patients’ control. The Front Patients attacked, the slogan of confrontation: “In accordance with the constitution everybody can and must intervene on the side of the children. In any case: Patients’ Class is the citizens’ first duty.”
