Regulatory Capture
Regulatory Capture Damages the “Free World”
Regulatory capture is where large companies, typically multinationals such as Monsanto, a division of Pfizer—a major GMO vaccine maker—directs special agents to infiltrate government agencies, effectively biasing, even bribing, government regulators. As a result of regulatory capture, a false pretense of law enforcement and consumer protection is staged. Laws passed to protect consumers are neglected, and the results are often disastrous.
In Dr. Horowitz’s battles in medicine and environmental science, he sees regulatory capture as one of the greatest risks to everyone’s health and safety. His opposition to Nestlé/Energizer’s fraud and crime provides evidence of a similar scheme involving ICANN and the NAF. Other good examples include when the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the poisonous products thalidomide, aspartame, and VIOXX. Millions of trusting people were killed or injured as a result of this overarching crime of regulatory capture.
“Regulatory capture amounts to a form of corporatism, as we saw in Nazi Germany, and the outcome is genocide, by strict definitions in law,” Dr. Horowitz warns.
This insidious alliance between so-called “regulators” and the corporations being regulated damages product safety, consumer confidence, free and fair trade, and the integrity of governments worldwide.
Case Study in Regulatory Capture and Criminal Corporatism
Dr. Horowitz is the author of eighteen books, including three national bestsellers. He directs traffic to WarOnWeThePeople.com for evidence of official malfeasance damaging the environment and public mindsets on everything from vaccinations to cancer cures. He also publishes Medical Veritas online journal—a website issuing articles under siege by drug cartel hackers and media trolls. Medical Veritas International, Inc., Horowitz’s 501(c)3 educational non-profit, features intelligence on consumer fraud, “bad faith” actions, and organized crime rings operating in the U.S. and abroad, especially affecting children via dangerous drugs and risky vaccines.
Eveready’s commercial crime and domain theft scheme is a case study in what has damaged America most, Dr. Horowitz asserted.
“The manner in which Nestlé/Eveready conducts ‘business as usual’ evidences a true mob–a ‘racketeering enterprise.’ And this kind of white collar organized crime must be the focus of political debate, as advanced by exclusively by presidential candidate Senator Bernie Sanders.”
According to Dr. Horowitz, regulatory capture must be more openly opposed. Otherwise, America will never recover from the damage corporate criminals committed over the past century to profit their arrogant greedy investors by capturing our regulatory agencies.
How Eveready’s Scam Worked
Dr. Horowitz recorded that in October, 2015, Nestlé/Eveready’s attorneys extorted him by threatening lawsuits if he did not concede his domains to the company.
The evidence shows attorney John Gary Maynard, III, at Hunton & Williams, extorted the doctor, and committed mail fraud, wire fraud, unfair and deceptive trade, and property conversion by “reverse domain name hijacking.”
Horowitz refused to concede to Maynard’s falsely claimed trademark and domain infringements. So Maynard directed ICANN/NAF agents to “hijack” Horowitz’s right to own and use the domains that Energizer sought to acquire for free.
Eveready’s correspondence and NAF complaint evidences organized crime, argues the doctor, who is also the award-winning filmmaker who produced In Lies We Trust: The CIA, Hollywood and Bioterrorism; PHARMAWHORES: The Showtime Sting of Penn & Teller, and recently The Paris Attacks Video: From Chaos to Global Governance Courtesy of the Terror Syndicate. Dr. Horowitz is also a contributor to JudicialCorruptionNews.com, and the developer of ProSeLegalAide.com—a web service that offers a money-back guarantee to self-helpers preparing for legal battles to defend their rights and properties.
Aside from Eveready’s aforementioned fraud and crime, by the end of October, 2015, after settlement negotiations broke off, the “Bunny Company” began “capturing” Horowitz’s web traffic (effectively diverting his customers) using fraudulent key words (meta tags and search terms) including “528,” “AUTO” and “ENERGIZERS” with an “S” that Horowitz had been legally using to promote 528 AUTO ENERGIZERS. As a result of Eveready’s abuse of false search terms, the company “captured” online consumers searching for the doctor’s products.
As a result, suddenly, in early November, 2015, Sears and Walmart ranked as high as Horowitz’s sites for 528 AUTO ENERGIZERS—products these retailers didn’t even sell! The complete scam caused Horowitz to lose more than $70,000.00 in magnetic pyramid sales, especially during the busy holiday season when his websites were blocked.
“Consumer confusion” is required to be proven in all trademark infringement cases. “But Eveready hasn’t proved anything, and can’t prove anything favoring their case,” Dr. Horowitz added.
