Will China Neutralize America’s Nuclear Superiority and Take Control of Hawaii Using the USAF’s CCDs?

Hilo, HI (July 24, 2015)—Organized opposition to an article titled Treason on Mauna Kea vetting military involvements in the Thirty Meter Telescope (“TMT”) has revealed a cell of pro-TMT agents posing as anti-TMT activists on the Internet. These “double agents” have diverted discussions, censored debates, disparaged these authors, and muddled the media to conceal many official publications evidencing military connections to the falsely advertised “pure-science” project.
Newly emerging evidence proves beyond any reasonable doubt that not only is the TMT project outfitted militarily with the U.S. Air Force’s latest “Adaptive Optics” (AO) technology, but the risks are high of transferring this “prototype” of the world’s most powerful space intelligence-gathering system to China that is supporting the Taliban in Afghanistan, and threatening war with America in Taiwan.
Most disturbing, the “CCD” optical technology in question is fundamental to U.S. National Security interests in space.
Central to this pending transfer of military intelligence or conversion of hardware is the “prototype” imaging technology called the CCID-61. This innovation, produced by the U.S. Air Force’s Lincoln Labs, gives holders of this technology superior “real time” satellite tracking and targeting capabilities according to the world’s best educated military analysts.
Threatened exportation or conversion of this technology to an ally of America’s enemies abroad, applicable to “C4ISR” (i.e., Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance), and China’s highly developed “counterspace” programs administered on behalf of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), risks America’s space supremacy, and Star Wars investments in Air Force and Navy reconnaissance and satellite telecommunications made during the past half century.
These clear and present dangers risk neutralizing America’s space defenses and satellite-dependent nuclear response capabilities.
On February 18, 2015, IHS Aerospace, Defense and Security Thought Leadership Senior Director, Tate Nurkin, reviewed China’s Space and Counterspace Programs for the United States Congress. He warned that the Federal Bureau of Investigation “expressed growing concern about the general proliferation pathway of academia over the last several years, . . . through witting or unwitting American academics and researchers that export controlled technologies, including “dual use” technologies, through foreign students [or agents] with whom they work. . . . China’s research institutes and universities offer an additional means of engagement with states possessing advanced space and aerospace programs through . . . collaborative research initiatives.”
Nurkin’s report4 (page 100) specifically cites older “military optics” as having been illegally-converted by China through academic or collaborative channels such as those posed by the TMT “partnership.” Meanwhile, China has already admitted that it seeks to gain more advanced optics from the Hawaii “collaboration,” including most advanced infrared optical technology. Consequently, the counter-productive and counter-intelligent muddling of these matters by “double agents” on the Internet, and other pro-TMT media, compounds the deceptive public relations campaign started by TMT officials and is arguably treasonous. Online PR agents’ aversion to this most serious information reflects a pattern of foul play contrary to American interests, favoring a Space Pearl Harbor attack by China that many military experts are predicting may terminate U.S. military superiority that relies fundamentally on nuclear supremacy and space based weaponry.

Introduction
One week before Japan bombed Pearl Harbor, on November 30, 1941, the Hilo Tribune Herald curiously leaked classified intelligence. The Big Island of Hawaii newspaper warned of the impending destruction of America’s Pacific fleet. But most people denied the article’s legitimacy, and many readers laughed believing it was a “joke.”
On July 13, 2015, a controversial article titled “Treason on Mauna Kea” published by these authors on the website WarOnWeThePeople.com was greeted similarly in Hawaii, but not elsewhere.
In an effort to disseminate little known facts bearing on solid scientific and technical evidence, “Treason on Mauna Kea” shared shocking but factual information as a public duty to secure the safety of military personnel and civilians put at risk by false information. The article described an advanced optical invention with military applications central to the TMT operation. That invention, the CCID-61 “eye” of the telescope was produced by the U.S. Air Force. This fact was concealed by TMT officials in their false advertisements that denied any “military connection” to the TMT project in which China–that supports the Taliban at war with America in Afghanistan–is partnered. The CCID-61, being advanced Star Wars technology at risk of being “hacked” or converted by Chinese government agents working at the TMT, and the false information output by TMT officials and Internet propagandists, sourced our concerns and this third in a series of articles.
But many readers, without addressing or controverting statements published by several leading Star Wars experts, challenged our warnings. Some said they laughed believing it was a “joke,” and proceeded in smearing these messengers. Others concluded the message was a “right wing” plot. Several claimed we authors were “self-serving,” without explaining.
This local media response contrasted sharply with readers overwhelmingly favorable reactions elsewhere, including overseas, giving the impression that special control was being administered to influence the social media in Hawaii at the forefront of opposing the TMT project on Mauna Kea.
Our attackers included vicious racists, even an extortionist, each generating an opportunity to investigate who they are, and what they published, as a “case study” in either “stupidity,” or an organized criminal conspiracy1 to deceive TMT opponents, and the general public, in violation of federal wire fraud law 18 U.S. Code § 1343. That law prohibits the use of the Internet, news wires, radio, or television to defraud people for financial gain, or theft of property.
Lessons Learned From World War II
Reflecting on similar circumstances historically, before World War II Franklin Delano Roosevelt sat where Barack Obama does today threatening foreign countries considered enemies of U.S. National Security. Roosevelt was persuaded by global industrialists and war advocates in Berlin, London, and New York, to scheme up Japan’s Pearl Harbor attack.
Parallels can be drawn from current events unfolding on Mauna Kea and in the Taiwan Strait. Concealed and neglected military intelligence published by experts predict a “Space Pearl Harbor,” as published by Ashley J. Tellis, Senior Associate, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Former National Security Council Special Assistant to the President for strategic planning for southwest Asia. In addition, there is a comprehensive report to the U.S. Congress on China’s Space and Counterspace Programs that states on pg. 12:
Returning to history, on October 18, 1941, Secretary of the Interior Harold Ickes wrote, “For a long time I have believed that our best entrane into the war [against Germany] would be by way of Japan.”
On July 4, 2015, Former Secretary of State for the Obama administration, Hillary Rodham Clinton, campaigning in New Hampshire for the presidency, accused the Chinese government of “trying to hack into everything that doesn’t move . . . [We] have to be fully vigilant that China’s military is growing very quickly and they are establishing military installations that again threaten countries we have treaties with, like the Philippines, because they are building on contested property.”
On November 26, 1941, O.S.S./C.I.A. Director William Casey, recalled in his book THE SECRET WAR AGAINST HITLER, (p 7) “The British had sent word that a Japanese fleet was steaming east toward Hawaii.” In earlier meetings with the President, officials decided that Japan would need to be made to look like the aggressor, to fire the “first shot,” to gain public support for the war. The plan was set, and the bureaucrats ordered the US aircraft carriers, the Enterprise and the Lexington, out of Pearl Harbor, contrary to top military advisers. This stripped “Pearl of 50 planes or 40 percent of its already inadequate fighter protection.” This was done knowing men and women remaining to protect Hawaii would be sacrificed.
On May 24, 2015, China warned that U.S. actions have been “raising the risk of physical confrontation with China recently,” and that the two countries may soon reach a “tipping point” if they are unable to compromise on their strategic purposes. The message came in an editorial published in China’s Global Times—which England’s Telegraph describes as “a tabloid owned by the Chinese Communist Party through another newspaper.”
The proverb, “When you don’t learn history, history repeats,” is applicable.
In 1941 and 2015 White House decision makers concealed the truth about their conflicting policies, industry interests, and military facts were hidden from civilians and military officials putting American servicemen and women, and the American people and property, in harms way.
This is obviously no “laughing” matter, yet Treason on Mauna Kea critics “laughed.”
Article Vets Military Involvement in the TMT on Mauna Kea and Generates a Firestorm of Criticism, “Laughter,” and Censorship
On July 13, 2015, these authors published “Treason on Mauna Kea,” and the general response to the article was favorable. International distribution of the warning was vigorous.
But local reactions on the websites and blogs most expected to welcome this certifiable intelligence was worse than mixed. The online media expected to make use of the research to advance the movement to “Free Mauna Kea,” actually censored the publication, as did Internet administrators purportedly allied with the Hawaiian sovereignty movement.
In other words, people entrusted to serve the needs of local political, cultural, spiritual, and community defense groups maliciously character-assassinated the messengers, and censored the message, rather than examining or debunking the facts.
Concealed Keck Engineer Cooper
Our most vocal critic was Mr. Andrew Cooper, who concealed the fact that he is an engineer on staff at Keck. Cooper’s publications on the “Protect Mauna Kea” Facebook thread condemned these messengers and diverted their message and substance of the debate; even though his superior–senior scientist for TMT instrumentation, Brent L. Ellerbroek, published statements contrary to Cooper’s deceptive, divisive, and diversionary propaganda.
Then, instead of responsibly refereeing their threads and people like Cooper’s publications, and directing debate on the official documents that proved the “military connection” concealment–some administrators, purportedly “activists” opposing the TMT construction, and their minions, censored the article, or alternatively published “red herrings.”
The unexpected response to the message, and disservice to the community, justified further investigation into what might have compelled these liars to respond maliciously to perpetuate the TMT fraud—”no connection at all to the military.”
Our investigation determined that the disparaging comments and resulting diversions and censorship came largely from TMT employees corresponding with paid media providers.
What’s At Stake: The Cost of TMT “Public Relations (PR)”
The TMT project is estimated to cost $1.4 billion—a large sum of money. Any reasonable person would expect to generate a reasonable return on that investment for investors, both for-profit and non-profit.
Assuming for the sake of critics that the project was simply a “science project,” to benefit astronomy, then there would be no need to conceal anything, would there be? Especially the honorable collaboration and scientific contribution of the U.S. Military.
Ask any honest magician how to conceal something, large or small, and they give the same answer: “Directly in the open by diversion!”
“Strategic concealment” is used all the time by governments and PR firms internationally to protect propaganda from being discovered and discredited. This is a main function of intelligence agencies and public relations organizations under contract with governments.
Any reasonably intelligent person would conclude that if an enterprise with something to hide were going to spend $1.4 billion in a “science project,” then at least 10 to 30 percent of the working budget would be allocated to PR diversions and deceptions, especially when the project was likely to generate controversy and political dissent.
This 10 to 30 percent spread is confirmed by a detailed study by USC investigators resulting in the graph below. This study shows the allocations for “PR agency fees” for multi-billion dollar projects that include the cost of PR agency personnel—the ground troops that spread propaganda in the media.
Accordingly, if the TMT general budget is $1.4 billion, 15% of that amount would be expected to be allocated for PR, especially in Hawaii where the action is. That includes generating opposition to activists and groups that oppose the project. You would expected at least $140,000,000.00 to be spent infiltrating and neutralizing any opposition, especially targeting “radicalizers” locally.
Now where, or to whom, do you suppose that money has gone?
Standard Counter-intelligence, Social Deception, and Diversion Tactics Are Debunked by Officially Published Facts
The PR obviously administered to suppress the Treason on Mauna Kea article is an illegal form of “protection racketeering” and wire fraud2 commissioned and committed to immunize the TMT “client” against assailants as defined in Wikipedia in the adjacent screenshot.
But why spend a lot of money when you don’t need to? Why spend money for expensive PR personnel when a few well-placed, technically savy, psychologically persuasive agents with writing skills, might be placed inside the online opposition?
Better yet, why not create and control your opposition? Sucker all the real activists into following the leadership of double agents.
A paid PR “cell” of propagandists were deployed to direct media communications for public persuasion, opinion formation, and control of the TMT operation, as evidenced in responses to “Treason on Mauna Kea.”
“The best way to control the opposition is to lead it . . . ,” instructed Communist leader and political theorist Vladimir Ilich Lenin.
In this political, economic, and business climate, every intelligent person with an interest in Mauna Kea, the Hawaiian “sovereignty movement,” or alternatively the TMT project, would be stupid to dismiss, or “laugh at” what these authors published.
But this is precisely what was recorded, as you can read below, copied from the 15,000 member strong, “Protect Mauna Kea” Facebook blog; or alternatively, in allied websites purportedly representing the interest of Hawaiian sovereigns and Big Island citizens.
Trading with the Enemy in Hawaii, and a Legal Strategy Opposing Tyranny
On July 18, 2015, the clearly-pro-TMT Hilo Tribune Herald wrote that residents Kaniu Kinimaka-Stockdale and Mike Yellen filed in good faith to block the TMT construction. Curiously, this news was placed adjacent a related propaganda piece, “Admiral Assures Asian Allies US Forces Ready for Contingency.” The material facts and government reports evidencing the Space Pearl Harbor liability, all neglected by the newspaper in support of the TMT project clearly debunk that Associated Press sourced message. If Taiwan goes, the Philippines domino is expected to fall on Hawaii.
The lawsuit article, however, evidences the effects of long-term damaging propaganda, political censorship, human rights abuses, and litigation diversions affecting those who claim ownership of the mountain.
“The lawsuit argues that the state can’t sublease the mountain’s summit because it is ‘crown land,’ in reference to lands the Hawaiian monarchy directly owned and were transferred to the United States following annexation,” wrote admitted pro-TMT Tribune reporter Tom Callis. A motion to dismiss was immediately filed by defendants Univ. of Hawaii, the state Board of Land and Natural Resources, and the Office of Mauna Kea Management.
But that lawsuit is expected to go “nowhere,” as Callis correctly implied.
Hawaiian sovereigns have repeatedly failed with the same “sovereignty” argument, in the same corrupt Third Circuit Court, for years. But because the media conceals the evidence heralded by these authors in “Treason on Mauna Kea” and “TMT and the Military,” the most proper and productive legal strategy that the plaintiffs could take remains neglected.
To return illegally-converted properties to their rightful landowners in Hawaii, informed critics of the local “justice system” contend you have to oppose the “Japanese Yakuza.” That can only be done in a federal court, not the State’s corrupt Third Circuit.
And a proper “federal question” is whether or not we are dealing with treason and trading with the enemy.
Thus, Kinimaka-Stockdale and Yellen vs. TMT et. al., may be more effective filing federal claims under the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1933; and simultaneously serve Notice to the President of the United States, and his “Alien Property Custodian,” as codified in Title 50, Section 3, of that Act.
Reason?
By definition of “ally of enemy” in that law, TMT project officers, and their PR agents, serve propaganda on behalf of the 25% shareholder China. That communist country is allied with the enemies of America. We are at war against the Taliban in Afghanistan who are allied with China fighting the U.S. military.
Speaking of propaganda, China has been harshly criticized by Republican Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Government Oversight, for funding anti-U.S. radio broadcasts supporting the Taliban.
“That China would be involved in anti-U.S./NATO broadcasts in Afghanistan should not be surprising, especially in the Pashto language,” Rohrabacher told the Free Beacon in a statement. “It is from the Pashtun tribes in Afghanistan and Pakistan that the Taliban recruit.”
Consequently, TMT officials and their PR minions have censored, concealed, misrepresented, or diverted from intelligence that risks the citizens and sovereigns in Hawaii, and US National Security, to benefit China for financial gain (as further evidenced below).
According to the laws that promise relief, and the return of converted Mauna Kea property to cultural defenders, this censored subject, and the reprinted official records linked hereto, can be most useful.
Litigants can and should petition the federal court for a “declaratory judgment” and relief on the question of the TMT-China association, and whether Univ. of Hawaii Hilo (UHH) officials legally (i.e., honestly—without concealing and misrepresenting facts) submitted their required “report” describing their “partnership” with the Taliban’s ally China.
The legally-required report must also detail the terms of giving China access to an advanced “prototype” U.S. Air Force technology—the CCID-61—that can give the ally of the enemy of America the capacity to knock out our nuclear defenses and satellite communications. Relevant sections of the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1933 that call for this report is footnoted below.2
A second question and notice to be brought to the federal alien property custodian for “declaratory judgment” is the questionable contract between the UHH et. al., and the TMT China et. al. alliance to lease Mauna Kea. This Law affecting contracts is also presented below in footnote 3.
Exposing a Cell of Liars, Traitors, and What They Conceal
Some of the propagandists whose writings you can read below expressed uncommon technical knowledge that you would not expect a “normal” (lay) person to have. At least two of the online agents possessed an extraordinary command of TMT project facts, yet clearly misrepresent them. These agents exposed themselves by denying, misrepresenting and concealing unassailable facts published by project senior scientist, the TMT instrumentation director, Brent L. Ellerbroek.
Dr. Ellerbroek’s publication on July 1, 2012, at the Adaptive Optics Systems III conference in Amsterdam, Netherlands, describes, in his own words, the “prototype detector, designated the CCID-61 . . . developed in collaboration with the MIT Lincoln Laboratory.”

Ellerbroeck’s publications void the credibility of every critic and criticism of the Treason on Mauna Kea article. The lead TMT instrument expert confirms every contentious point raised by these authors for four reasons:
(1) MIT Lincoln Laboratory is owned and operated exclusively by the DOD, and the contracts to produce this hardware was funded by the USAF. This irrefutably confirms a concealed “military connection” to the TMT;
(2) the CCID-61 planned for installation and operation at the TMT is an advanced “prototype,” certainly not a “commercial” readily available, “consumer market” component as the critics of the Treason on Mauna Kea claimed;
(3) the CCID-61 “prototype” to be used “in the field” at Mauna Kea for the first time is central to the Adaptive Optics (AO) system granting the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Space-based C4ISR (i.e., Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance). This can be known from a recent report to Congress on China’s Space and Counterspace Program and China’s own admissions in Science Case for the Chinese TMT Project.
In essence, the misrepresented “pure science” project grants China access to highly-desired leading-edge U.S. military technology capable of the most advanced rapid response surveillance on earth, well suited for missile defense and satellite tracking or, alternatively, targeting America’s assets in space; and
(4) Ellerbroek’s own participation and leadership in the TMT Project, and Lincoln Labs collaboration therein, has been purposely concealed from the official TMT website to willfully deceive people into believing that there is “no connection at all to the military.”
Here, in fact, hiding in plane sight, is the TMT official who developed the “advanced prototype” technology only recently, since obviously he presented this work in 2012 at special briefing in Amsterdam.
Alternatively called the “real time controller,” our concern is that the political negotiations with China that Hillary Clinton conducted in 2009 (referenced in the Treason on Mauna Kea article), may have granted the Chinese the TMT “partnership,” and vicariously the U.S. military’s Achilles heal.
If you still think, or wish to believe, this is simply a “foolish conspiracy theory,” think again.
Our view is shared by every top U.S. military official who has not been bribed, extorted, or drugged by commercial interests and war industrialists.
For example, Ashley J. Tellis, representing the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace published with Robert D. Blackwill, the Henry A. Kissinger Senior Fellow for U.S. Foreign Policy, a Special Report urging the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) to “create a technology-control regime.”
The CFR is America’s most powerful political think tank and multi-national corporate networking organization directed by Big Banking, especially the Rockefeller family. Tellis and Blackwill warned of the urgent need to shift military and commercial strategies in “Revising U.S. Grand Strategy Toward China.” They wrote:
“Washington should pay increased attention to limiting China’s access to advanced weaponry and military critical technologies.” The United States should encourage its allies “to develop a coordinated approach to constrict China’s access to all technologies, including dual use [i.e., military and commercial].”
More on point with the TMT CCD capability, in Tellis’s June 2007 “Policy Brief 51,” titled “Punching the U.S. Military’s ‘Soft Ribs’: China’s Antisatellite Weapon Test in Strategic Perspective,” after describing the accuracy and power of China’s direct-ascent anti-satellite (ASAT) weapon test on January 11, 2007, he wrote:
“Concerns about arms races in space should be taken seriously, but there is no arms-control solution. China is pursuing counterspace programs not in protest against the George W. Bush administration’s space policies, but as part of a considered strategy designed to counter the overall military capability of the United States. . . .
“What is in space are the sensory organs, which find and fix targets for these forces, and the nervous system, which connects all the combatant elements and permits them to operate cohesively. . . . Beijing’s diplomats, who repeatedly call for negotiations to assure the peaceful use of space, clearly understand this. And the Chinese military appreciates better than most that its best chance of countering the massive conventional superiority of the United States lies in being able to attack the relatively vulnerable eyes, ears, and voice of American power [in the space Star Wars arena involving satellite communications. Emphasis added.]. . . .”
Tellis continued explaining the Chinese threat most relevant to the TMT project, and the DOD’s Achilles heel, thusly:
“These space-based capabilities enable American forces to detect and identify different kinds of targets, exchange vast and diverse militarily relevant information and data streams, and contribute to the success of combat operations by providing everything from meteorological assessment to navigation and guidance to different platforms and weapon systems to early warning and situational awareness.
“Yet the very key to America’s unrivaled military strength is also its greatest vulnerability.
“Accordingly, Chinese strategists quickly concluded that any effort to defeat the formidable military power fielded by the United States should aim not at its capacity to deliver overwhelming conventional firepower from long distances, but at its Achilles heel: its space-based capabilities and their related ground installations.
“China will, therefore, continue to develop the technology necessary to attack U.S. space systems comprehensively. As one PLA analyst, Wang Hucheng, succinctly articulated this rationale, the enduring American dependence on space constitutes “the U.S. military’s ‘soft ribs’ and strategic weaknesses[.]”
Directed-energy weapons are part of China’s effort to develop “new concept weapons.” The Taliban ally has devoted substantial resources to directed energy systems, particularly ground-based high-and low-power lasers, for counter-space purposes.
These elements also make Mauna Kea a clear-and-present target for “ground attack.”
Tellis and Blackwill continued, “Perhaps the easiest form of counterspace operations consists not of exotic attacks on space systems but of mundane physical assaults on the ground segments associated with telemetry, tracking and control, data reception, analysis, distribution, and assembly and launch facilities. Because these nodes are usually fixed, identified, and vulnerable to everything from computer network penetration to physical attack, it would be surprising if Chinese military planners did not emphasize ground attacks as the leading edge of their space-denial operations. And given that many of the ground elements indispensable to the military use of space are located outside the United States, they are particularly inviting targets for China’s highly accurate late-generation conventional ballistic and cruise missiles.”
Consequently, because of the TMT, the technology it holds, and the military service it can provide, Mauna Kea, and surrounding communities, are susceptible to more than volcanic eruptions.
“The growing Chinese capability for space warfare implies that a major conflict in the Taiwan Strait would entail serious deterrence and crisis instabilities,” the CFR article predicted. “If such a clash were to compel Beijing to attack U.S. space systems—primarily intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, military communications, navigation and guidance, and meteorology assets—right at the beginning of a war to increase China’s chances of achieving its objectives, the very prospect of such a ‘Space Pearl Harbor’ could, in turn, provoke the United States to contemplate preemptive attacks or horizontal escalation on the Chinese mainland, particularly if such a conflict were to occur before Washington had the opportunity to fully invest in survivable space capabilities.” [Emphasis added.]
In essence, we are confronted with the real and present danger of World War III issuing between Beijing and Washington centered on the Big Island with its strategic “counterspace” capability recklessly neglected, or purposely concealed, by TMT officials and the complicit media.
The Propaganda, Pattern of Fraudulent Concealment, and Wire Fraud
The shocking truth is that TMT officials concealed extensive military connections to their “astronomy” project, and then commissioned online PR agents to defend their fraudulent concealments.
Within 48 hours of the article’s posting, nearly half of 9,000 readers had shared the article, 2,400 giving it a “thumbs up,” with very few criticizing the work.
But a completely different and extremely negative response was registered from local online Facebook discussion groups purportedly representing the groups most expected to welcome the publication, including groups purporting to represent the interests of the Hawaiian sovereignty movement opposed to U.S. military involvements, and the 15,000 member “Protect Mauna Kea,” that is purportedly dedicated to “Protecting and Defending the sacred temple of Mauna Kea!”
“I have a seen an article circulating on FB that claims the TMT to be an elaborate military conspiracy ultimately seeking to turn control of the mountain to China,” wrote Japanese critic Kyle Kajihiro, offering “a prudent caution.” I don’t think it is a good idea to promote it. This seems to be either paranoid conspiracy fantasies of a fringe right wing group, or a disinformation campaign to confuse and discredit the Mauna Kea movement.”
Kajihiro described himself a “Longtime Hawai’i advocate and activist.” But he wrote like a space-science-savvy U.S. military critic, outputting conflicting intelligence as an Asian pro-TMT propagandist.
“I am not aware of any evidence that directly links the TMT to a specific U.S. military program. However, I think we should always be critical in thinking about the ways that the military-industrial-academic-political networks work together through funding, information and technology transfer, political influence, and military applications in the development and exploitation of space technologies. Think systems and processes rather than conspiracies. [If folks are concerned about more direct manifestations in Hawaiʻi of U.S. military space technologies look into the NSA Regional Signals Intelligence Operations Center (RSOC), Naval Computer Telecommunication Area Master Station (NCTAMS), and Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) in Wahiawā above Whitmore village!]
“From a geographical and cultural and political perspective,” apparent double agent Kajihiro continued, “Mauna Kea and Pōhakuloa are related: their geology and ecological systems are related; there are similarities in the history and legalities of land tenure (i.e. stolen Hawaiian Kingdom lands, one used by the military for war preparation, the other controlled and abused by UH for its science industrial park); the history and customary practices in this area are related; and both are key sites of political struggle to confront the physical and epistemological violence of settler colonialism in Hawaiʻi.”
Another Treason on Mauna Kea critic, concealing his real identity using the name “Susurrus Surfeuse,” Freudian projected his assignment, writing, “If I were into conspiracies, I’d begin to post questions about why the supporters of this article are spending so much time arguing with people who have enormous tasks ahead in protecting the Mauna. It almost seems as if they (the ‘conspiracy theorists’) want to distract, demoralize and cause rifts in the group here, eh?
Defending the gist of Treason on Mauna Kea, Vernal Stevens intelligently replied to the technically savvy naysayers, albeit missing the intentional PR spin the double-agents published. Stevens defended:
“No thoughts relating to the secrecy employed when the US was developing the A Bomb. I do not believe anyone here has the kind of clearance that would be necessary to allow working on any top secret weapons platform. If in fact there are military uses being built into the TMT, why would anyone here have privy to this information and be discussing how they’re on the inside working on adaptive optic systems? All that would be known to you is what you need to know about your part in developing what might be part of a military grade system, without you having a clue. Someone else would take all the pieces and put them together as a weapon. . . . Furthermore, is there any doubt as to the very quiet US involvement in getting the TMT built? And why is it so important for the Hawaii State government to fight worldwide opinion relating to building the TMT? There must be reasons that are being kept from the public to have the politicians’ [interests] tied in such a tight knot.”
The TMT’s concealed troll, Andrew Cooper, defended, “There is a huge difference between buying tech from an aerospace contractor and being used for a military purpose. A lot of military tech has found civilian use… The key parts of a microwave oven were once highly classified as the critical tech behind radar. GPS satellites are launched and maintained by the US military. The list is long. If both you and the Air Force bought a desktop computer from the same supplier are you connected to the military? The relationship with a government research lab can be much the same, a military tech finding a civilian use. . . .
“There are always relationships between industry and science, though it is usually industry looking to obtain some advantage over competitors with the latest tech, either buying it, or licencing it. In this respect astronomy is almost completely free of influence from either industry or the military, we simply do not do anything they are interested in.
“We do have some access to military sensor development, as these optical detectors are very useful in building cameras and spectrographs[.] Astronomy institutions have invested considerable effort in the development of this tech. But these contacts are pretty narrow and interested in very niche technology.
“In general the military is not very open to involvement with astronomy. We are too open, to[o] many different people from many countries involved. And that is what the conspiracy theorists completely miss. We are open, everything we do is publicly accessible. The observing schedules are online and accurate. The research is all published in the science journals, there is no dark side hidden from view.
“If you came to the Keck public lecture tonight you would have met the observer using both telescope[s] tonight and listened to what he was doing. They are observing Pluto in concert with the New Horizons spacecraft flyby of the planet. Ground and space working together, fun stuff.
“I have seen more than a few crazy theories surrounding the telescopes lately. We have been having a good laugh around the office. This stuff is simply too funny.”
These authors engaged Cooper.
Kane replied, “Andrew Cooper, why are you in this group if you are in defense of TMT and building the telescope? I was under the impression this group was about protecting Mauna Kea, not about protecting TMT? Wow, was I wrong! This group is obvious controlled opposition!”
Horowitz wrote, “Andrew Cooper, ‘there is a huge difference between’ lying TMT propagandists and honest hard-working astrophysicists; and that difference is not ‘funny,’ nor something to laugh at in your office.
“Maybe your laughter is a form of denial, a ‘normal’ reaction to the whole of your work at TMT being discredited by those in PR who ‘speak with forked tongues’–publishing ‘there is no connection at all to the military’ when, in fact, the central components were all developed for, and certified by, Lincoln Labs (the military).
“How can you be sure, with all your intelligence, that you have not been similarly deceived, hoodwinked into supporting a Manhattan Project?
“TMT officials could have honestly informed us, explaining like you do, that ‘some’ of the critical systems source from the military. They didn’t. What does that tell you? Are you dealing with honest, forthright, upstanding Americans, or are you dealing with liars.
“Moreover, if you too were conned (and the lie evidences a high probability of your being victimized like everyone else) why would you find this ‘funny,’ or laughable? As a professional whose ‘scientific’ credibility and reputability is at stake, along with the entire astrophysics community, why would you not call a serious meeting with your colleagues, and DEMAND an explanation and apology from the liars responsible for the misrepresentation and propaganda?
“To neglect this responsibility to your own integrity shows transparent and substantial bias.”
Later Cooper was joined by his publicist since 2009, Damon Tucker. This man describes himself and his “service” on the Internet as “getting information out to the community . . . [that he] feel[s] our local ‘mainstream’ media here on the island doesn’t give us the full story at times.”
Tucker, however, instantly proved himself a hypocrite by concealing and evading every substantive matter of criminal fact, military connection, and scientific document referenced. Tucker lashed out, threatened Kane, and later extorted these authors to stop us from publishing. He threatened to “burn” us. Tucker warned if we did not stop publishing, he would “expose all the fraud that you guys have done on this island,” but failed to name one. He threatened to get us “in deep legal Kim Chee,” not withstanding the source of Tucker’s lame claims and malicious threats is Mr. Alma C. Ott, co-defendant in federal case Civ. No. 15-00186 JMS/BMK. Mr. Ott now faces an $8.8M judgment stemming from his published libel.

Sobering History, Space Debree, and Star Wars Psychopathology
Drawing liberally from Wikipedia, in 2007, China conducted a successful anti-satellite missile test destroying a weather satellite with a kinetic kill vehicle launched with a multistage solid-fuel missile from the vicinity of the Xichang Satellite Launch Center.
The strike was confirmed on January 18, 2007 by a United States National Security Council (NSC) spokesman.[3] At first the Chinese government did not publicly confirm whether or not the test had occurred; but on January 23, 2007, the Chinese Foreign Ministry officially confirmed that a test had been conducted.[4]
In 1985, the United States conducted a similar anti-satellite missile test using an ASM-135 ASAT to destroy the P78-1 satellite.[6]
A Wikileaked classified U.S. State Department cable revealed the same system was tested in January 2010[11] in what China publicly described as a test of “ground-based midcourse missile interception technology”.[12] That description matched the description of another test conducted by China in January 2013[13] , leading most analysts to conclude that China has an advanced ASAT system.

“In January 2001, a (US) congressionally mandated space commission headed by Donald Rumsfeld recommended that ‘the U.S. government should vigorously pursue the capabilities called for in the National Space Policy to ensure that the president will have the option to deploy weapons in space to deter threats to, and, if necessary, defend against attacks on U.S. interests.’
“Moreover, the U.S. withdrawal from the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty in 2002 has allowed the United States to pursue missile defenses, including space-based.
“In response to US weaponisation of space, the Chinese started a space defense program, including anti-satellite defense.[15]
Weaponry
The Chinese anti-satellite system was named by the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Lieutenant General Michael Maples, in a Senate Armed Services Committee Hearing as the SC-19.[16] The SC-19 system includes a modified DF-21 ballistic missile with a Kinetic Kill Vehicle mounted. The ASAT kill vehicle relies on an imaging infrared seeker.
The “imaging infrared seeker” relates to the TMT’s NFIRAOS (Narrow Field Infrared Adaptive Optics System) technology providing similar strike capabilities used in surface-to-air missile attacks. The program is said to have been at least partially funded by China. Yet China reportedly lacks the most advanced NFIRAOS being field tested at the TMT on Mauna Kea.
The reference source for this deficiency in Chinese aerospace technology is the government of China. Quoting from “Science Case for the Chinese TMT Project,” China published that it, “has no access to infrared CCD technology. . . .” (Emphasis added.) Though its “partnership” in the TMT will cure that deficit.
Quoting the government of China further:
“The Chinese participation in TMT will bring a number of scientific, managerial, technological and industrial benefits to China:
- It will thrust China into the forefront of astronomy in the extremely large telescope era; it will establish a platform for China to collaborate and compete with world astronomers.
- It will also enable other large Chinese science projects such as LAMOST and FAST to realise their fullest science capabilities and potentials.
- It will enable China to learn key technologies in advanced optics, mechanics, electronics and automation, including technologies in IR CCDs that are inaccessible currently. [Emphasis added.]”
China Also Conceals Its “Military Connections”
It should be noted that much like American officials disclaiming any “military connection” to the TMT, China’s investment in the TMT involves entities allied with the Institute of Optics and Electronics (IOE). The IOE is part of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (“CAS”). The CAS acts in concert with the Chinese Astronomical Society. The CAS is the Astronomical Society’s parent group. The National Astronomical Observatories also falls under the CAS, which controls the Institute for High Energy Physics that operates on behalf of China’s nuclear energy and nuclear weapons industries. The government of China controls the CAS and its subordinate nuclear interests.
In other words, the TMT “partnership” feeds China’s nuclear industry America’s most advanced military optics technology crucial to Star Wars operations against America’s nuclear defenses.
The Growing Threat to World Peace and Alternative Use of Frequency Science
In our previous articles–Treason on Mauna Kea, and TMT and the Military, we provided extensive research that shames our worst critics for concealing facts, and diverting discussions away from the substantive issues. The scientific and Congressional reports detail new technologies providing advanced military capabilities to the TMT on Mauna Kea and elsewhere, including energy weapons.
We selected the NANOHMICS defense contractor to give you some idea of these rapid advancements in Star Wars capabilities, including directed energy weapons; and even how the military has been gearing up to fight the Chinese in the Taiwan Strait.
According to the DOD’s most recent Report to Congress titled “Military and Security Developments Involving the People’s Republic of China, 2015,” China’s ability to conduct long-range reconnaissance and strike operations largely depends on these new technologies, giving China a frightening edge in space and diplomacy.
One frightening reality is China’s development and deployment of UAVs, that is, “unmanned aircraft systems,” such as drones equipped with torpedoes and missiles. Quoting that Congressional Record, “Some estimates indicate China plans to produce upwards of 41,800 land-and-sea-based unmanned [AUTONOMOUS] systems, worth about $10.5 billion, between 2014 and 2023.
Many industry observers relay the seriousness, even urgency, of concealed technology transfers involving the superpowers preparing China to commit a “Space Pearl Harbor.” One such article, “US Warns China to Halt ASAT Threats as Defense Dept. Reorganizes for Improved Space Warfare Capability,” predicts the use of drones to “darken the sky” around the Pacific Fleet sent to defend Taiwan.
America’s fleet largely depends on satellite telecommunications that could be substantially compromised by synchronous “dark sky” and satellite attacks.
Hawaii, currently under American military occupation, could, thereafter, easily fall under China’s occupation, since the Pacific Fleet is increasingly being made more vulnerable through technology transfers or conversions such as those described herein and pending at the TMT.
Many people justifiably argue that rather than spending $1.4 billion for a dual-use military-astronomy project that may or may not reveal the origin of the universe, or be used by China to disarm America, why not remedy Fukushima?
Other activists are appealing to the TMT sponsors to re-appropriate the $1.4 billion in an international project to stop the 400 tons of contaminated radioactive waste water pouring into the Pacific Ocean on a daily basis.
They reason that it won’t matter to our children how life started in the universe, if all we leave them is the ever growing threat of all life ending on this planet.
And if you think all of the above is beyond belief, here’s the strangest fact. . . .
The technologies developed and deployed to kill people, while electromagnetically and petrochemically-poisoning the planet, could be easily and inexpensively replaced with “free energy” technologies a’la Tesla, for healthier inner and outer space.
The entire enterprise of science is now being questioned, and many experts are proposing ways to reduce corruption and improve beneficial products and services to sustain and heal people, protect the environment, and restore harmony to earth as demonstrated in the heavens.
Since space and everything else is animated by energized and energizing electrons that resonate optimally at certain frequencies and polarities, these factors and electromechanics are being studied. Advanced frequency technologies using light and sound (i.e., photons and phonons), generators, broadcasters, and receivers are revolutionizing everything in every industry at this time.
In other words, perhaps war has become passe’. Maybe it’s time to manifest and steward “prosperity in all ways” as the basis for a paradigm of peace.
For instance, all Star Wars applications depend on sound and light signaling to accomplish their deadly or defensive objectives, including lasers and other energy weapons. Many use optical systems such as the NFIRAOS to guide missiles.
Suppose we simply changed the frequency of the laser to the ultraviolet light range (rather than the infrared range) and directed it into terribly polluted lakes and rivers. Let’s not heat the water, simply purify it. And let us not forget our now poisoned community water supplies. That ultra-violet light is already used to kill germs spreading diseases. At the same time we could stop polluting waters with deadly and damaging chemicals, such as chlorine, bromine, and other institutionalized poisons promoted for, purportedly “public health” while neglecting safety and risk/benefit analyses.
Or suppose you knew the frequency of deadly viruses that generally maintain protein crystal coats sustained by electro-resonance and electro-chemistry. But these pathogens shatter quickly when shaken by unfamiliar or dissonant energies (much like people hate certain types of music, and get stressed and sick, possibly even die, when forced to listen to toxic sounds or static for long periods of time).
Equally good, suppose you knew the sound and color of love, pure harmony, and you broadcast it over satellites or directed its laser energy frequency into water supplies to produce a potent and positive “homeopathic effect?”
It’s not hard to determine the frequency and color at the heart of sunshine. The center of the electromagnetic color spectrum appears greenish-yellow in every rainbow. Greenish yellow is 528nm, the heart visible solar radiation. That is the color of a baby leaf budding in springtime. That is the optimal wavelenth, or good vibration, of chlorophyll that sustains us by producing oxygen.
That frequency, and color of chlorophyll, was obviously “naturally selected” with superior intelligence to maintain itself in harmony since the first life on earth began.
Why does chlorophyll resonate at the heart of sunshine?
Due to its biochemical structure.
Here is a diagram of the nearly identical structures of chlorophyll and hemoglobin. The former produces oxygen, and the latter carries it in your blood to every biochemical part of your body needing energy.
Since oxygen, produced by the greenish-yellow plant pigment chlorophyll, vibrates and harmoniously reflects this 528nm of light sustaining life, this frequency can be used to help people heal. That good vibration’s electro-resonance and advanced optical system should be studied, don’t you think? This scientific knowledge could help save billions of lives and protect humans at risk of going extinct.
In fact, military scientists, astrophysicists, and engineers have already studied these facts for clues about natural designs, universal scaling, and integrated systems all replicated in the TMT’s design celebrating the special Pythagorean number set of “3s, 6s, and 9s.”
Notice in Figure 6, published by TMT officials, the fundamental design of the Laser Guide Star Facility closely matches the structure of chlorophyll and hemoglobin. That is, a six-pointed star.
Likewise, the Primary Mirror (M1) of the TMT is shaped like a snowflake, Solomon’s Seal, a hexagon, a honey-comb, like two water molecules bonded by their polarized electro-energy. This is the core structure of a water molecule, a marriage between two H2Os–two tetrahedron atomic pyramids.
All the above sacred geometry is formed in accordance with the 528Hz frequency studied by Dr. Horowitz and cymatic scientists worldwide.
This knowledge affects all life on earth, especially your human design–the fact that your organic chemistry is founded on carbon-6 hexagonal rings.
Astronomers and telescope engineers are not the only professionals to honor intelligence presented by the world’s leading mathematicians and physicists. Everyone in science is compelled to follow the laws of nature, and of creation. These were studied and practiced by ancient alchemists who transformed elements such as lead to gold by shifting the spin, resonance, and number of their electrons, altering electronic clouds and resulting physical characteristics.
Vetruvian mathematicians reflect the brilliance of da Vinci’s Universal Wo/Man, and Aristotle’s pioneering science book titled “Physics” continues to change the world. Aristotle’s book title, Physics, sourced from the meaning of philosophy, and the utility of mathematics to achieve the virtue of philos, meaning love. That was the original mission of Aristotelian science, in the study of physics and astronomy.
Modern science and astronomy remains a branch of ancient philosophy, as seen in the adjacent diagram.
In defense of human and cultural rights to Mauna Kea, versus scientific arguments, the diagram shows that philosophy includes the study of metaphysics, that includes both the musical-mathematical science of physics, as well as the quest for spiritual knowledge about your own metaphysics in a mission to “know thyself”– the basis of who you are, physically and energetically.
Notice also that earth’s pioneers in metaphysics, science, and philosophy included ethics and logic as equally important for knowing thyself, administering justice, living righteously, and comprehending the universe; and this is akin to what Hawaiians call pono or “righteousness.”
It was grossly unethical for TMT officials to lie about the military connections to the TMT. It is recklessly illogical to continue the lie, cover it with diversionary propaganda, and then claim to be reputable scientists, journalists, or even “activists” worthy of the public’s trust on a mission to discover and tell the truth about outer space.
TMT astrophysicists claim a heart-felt desire to discover the energies compelling the mysteries of the stars. They seek answers to outer space while neglecting their inner space ethics, and logic.
All money abused to commercialize death can’t compete against impoverished people with nothing to lose praying for life. These are two different sports.

3. Lists of enemy or ally of enemy officers, directors or stockholders of corporations in United States
“Any person in the United States who holds or has or shall hold or have custody or control of any property beneficial or otherwise, alone or jointly with others, of, for, or on behalf of an enemy or ally of enemy, or of any person whom he may have reasonable cause to believe to be an enemy or ally of enemy and any person in the United States who is or shall be indebted in any way to an enemy or ally of enemy, or to any person whom he may have reasonable cause to believe to be an enemy or ally of enemy, shall, with such exceptions and under such rules and regulations as the President shall prescribe, . . . or within thirty days after such property shall come within his custody or control, or after such debt shall become due, report the fact to the alien-property custodian by written statement under oath containing such particulars as said custodian shall require. The President may also require a similar report of all property so held, of, for, or on behalf of, and of all debts so owed to, any person now defined as an enemy or ally of enemy, on February third, nineteen hundred and seventeen: Provided, That the name of any person shall be stricken from the said report by the alien property custodian, either temporarily or permanently, when he shall be satisfied that such person is not an enemy or ally of enemy. The President may extend the time for filing the lists or reports required by this section for an additional period not exceeding ninety days.

(a) Any person not an enemy or ally of enemy claiming any interest, right, or title in any money or other property which may have been conveyed, transferred, assigned, delivered, or paid to the Alien Property Custodian or seized by him hereunder and held by him or by the Treasurer of the United States, or to whom any debt may be owing from an enemy or ally of enemy whose property or any part thereof shall have been conveyed, transferred, assigned, delivered, or paid to the Alien Property Custodian or seized by him hereunder and held by him or by the Treasurer of the United States may file with the said custodian a notice of his claim under oath and in such form and containing such particulars as the said custodian shall require; and the President, if application is made therefor by the claimant, may order the payment, conveyance, transfer, assignment, or delivery to said claimant of the money or other property so held by the Alien Property Custodian or by the Treasurer of the United States, or of the interest therein to which the President shall determine said claimant is entitled: . . . .
Then the President, without any application being made therefor, may order the payment, conveyance, transfer, assignment, or delivery of such money or other property held by the Alien Property Custodian or by the Treasurer of the United States, or of the interest therein to which the President shall determine such person entitled, either to the said owner or to the person by whom said property was conveyed, transferred, assigned, delivered, or paid over to the Alien Property Custodian: . . .”
Finally, these authors cite the risk of espionage at the TMT completely neglect by the project’s advocates. According to the recent report to Congress on these matters, “It is difficult to develop a comprehensive picture of how much aerospace and defense technology China acquires through espionage, but open source reporting on the subject strongly suggests that espionage, both traditional forms and cyber-espionage, constitute an important avenue for the acquisition of aerospace and defense technology, including space-focused technologies.
