SPAMS EXPOSE CIA-GOOGLE-INTERNET REGULATORS PUSHING DRUGS AND UNFAIR COMPETITION

This is an unbelievable report about what you might think is simple spam, that is actually being used to advance the most technologically-sophisticated organized crime.

In this case, the spam appears to source from Vimeo.

But the spam, evidence indicates, sources from Vimeo’s competitors instead–competitors abusing the Vimeo service in unfair and deceptive trade, violations of the Sherman Anti-trust Act, for commercial gain.

The chief suspects include GOOGLE/YouTube, NBC Universal, and the global banking cartel operating through the Internet regulatory agency RIPE–the most powerful Internet regulators that this evidence proves, use large companies, such as Vimeo to conduct secret operations on unsuspecting users’ desktops, breaching the public’s civil liberties, including privacy rights, as well as State and Federal cyber-crime laws.

Ironically, these discoveries came within hours of U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder issuing a “Joint Statement on the Negotiation of a EU-U.S. Data Privacy and Protection Agreement . . .” with European Commissioner, Vice-President, Viviane Reding. (June 21, 2012)

On the one hand, government officials proclaim their commitment to data privacy, while on the other hand they neglect simple studies and intelligence investigations proving ongoing violations damaging nearly everyone. (See: Eric_Holder_Joint_Statement_Data_Privacy.pdf.)

The damage caused by this criminal conspiracy is severe, commercial, and threatens the life, health, and safety of every Internet user.

Imagine, for instance, “cyber-spiders” jumping off spams that rapidly move through your computer, accessing your Internet usage history, determining your likes, dislikes, and personal data, as well as potentially adding “malware” to your computer to put you under added surveillance, increased harassments, and even increased EMF distress. This report evidences this existing capability and potential abuse activity.

Most disconcerting is that this organized crime (RICO violation) is not conducted by blue-collar hackers or radical “cyberbullies,” but by white-collar corporate criminals commissioned to administer these commercial activities, and even proudly brag about them in tweets and blogs.

This report evidences these operations are even administered through the main Internet regulatory agency RIPE, that provides the military, intelligence agencies, and governments with such ill-gained data.

OPEN LETTER TO VIMEO OFFICIALS

The following letter was mailed to Vimeo officials on

June 24, 2012.

Dear Friends At Vimeo:

We have a problem, and I need to speak with your “abuse” department manager right away.

I have attached a file titled “Canadian Family Pharmacy Fraud Exhibits.pdf” that solidly evidences this matter of abuse of Vimeo services by apparently your competitor(s), to violate privacy and civil rights laws, as well as to collect data and conduct unfair competition damaging Vimeo and my commercial interests.

This document records a set of spams citing an “executioner” likely administering malware in a criminal conspiracy implicating your competitor(s), Google/YouTube, partnered with the CIA, (and possibly a secondary suspect–an expert in software development–at NBC/Universal.)

The above accusations may seem far-fetched, but are materially evidenced in the attached Exhibits.

I am in investigative journalist. My name is Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz. I am an internationally celebrated humanitarian, peace activist, leading pharmaceutical industry whistleblower, and pioneer in the rapidly emerging “medicinal music” industry. (See: 528Records.com and 528RadioNetwork.com)

Recently, I filed a lawsuit with a co-plaintiff—investigative journalist, Sherri Kane–against co-conspirators who attempted to destroy my reputation and businesses using the Internet. They relied heavily on GOOGLE/YouTube, with the companies’ knowledge and consent, in violation of 47 U.S.C., section 230(c).

With GOOGLE/YouTube’s complicity, the co-defendants extorted and defamed me using a stolen private videotape (i.e., public disclosure of private facts); aided and abetted by other defendants including SOFTLAYER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. Causes of action include RICO violations and unfair and deceptive trade. Copies of these legal filings, if you wish to peruse them, are available online HERE.

Over the past few days I received three solicitations claiming to be sourcing from Vimeo (See: PDF Exhibit 1), on which I broadcast politically-controversial videotapes vetting parties, agents, and agencies involved in the drug trade and child sex-trafficking networks.

The three spams came from three persons fraudulently claiming to be fellow journalists. The first one, received on June 21, 2012, was from a “Wendy Bailey,” allegedly working for The Washington Post. It is public knowledge that The Washington Post outputs propaganda on behalf of American intelligence agencies, including the NSA, CIA, and FBI.

It is public knowledge that the CIA assigns journalists at The Washington Post to publish propaganda, as detailed by Carl Bernstein, the famous Watergate whistleblower.

The names of the spammers include “Catriona Wood,” “Wendy Thomas,” and “Wendy Bailey.”

Carefully examining the Vimeo mail from “Wendy Thomas” shows that her user number “15669658” fronts for the link http://acegames.99k.org/executioner.html that connects through “friendpharmacy.com”.

The name “acegames” and “executioner,” suggests a game of malice and murder, and is threatening to me and my partner, as we have received many other related threats from the co-defendants in our litigation, especially the aliases “Dr. ‘True’ Ott,” Alex McGowan Studer, and predicate felon, Timothy Patrick White.

Alternatively, “Wendy Bailey’s” “user14248433” ID links to “http://77.91.63.249/~kamol/stirrer.html.

As the connection address shows, this also links to “friendpharmacy.com”.

This link to friendpharmacy.com is specious, as it opens the domain of “Canadian Family Pharmacy” that appears to be a legitimate website selling all kinds of drugs.

Querying the DNS domain nameserver of “friendpharmacy.com” and you get “81.92.219.66” that exposes the source (in ARIN ONLINE) being the world’s leading Internet regulating organization, RIPE, and the RIPE NETWORK COORDINATION CENTER in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

RIPE stands for “Reseaux IP Europeens.” The organization began early in the development of the Internet as the main Internet regulatory agency.

Thus, to have harassing and threatening spam, abusing Vimeo on behalf of a drug company, that is fronting for RIPE, is shocking.

Although there are no reports, to my knowledge, that “friendpharmacy.com” has been linked to illegal activity, there is a warning on the Internet regarding a “Pharmacy Spam” falsely alleged to be sourcing from Foursquare (social networking service) to a “bogus ‘drug store’” suspected of harboring “malware,” according to Hoax-Slayer.com.

Foursquare, further cited below, was purchased by GOOGLE(/YouTube) in 2005 and shut down in 2009, according to Wikipedia. But the service is still operating according to evidence below, provided by one (or more) GOOGLE employee(s).

RIPE’s activities include working with the technical community, governments, regulators, civil society and law enforcement agencies, that are heavily involved in collecting data and analyzing intelligence gathered by often covert Internet operators in commercial/criminal operations.

Relatedly, a 2012 RIPE conference cites “Mike Hearn,” representing GOOGLE, presenting on “Abuse at Scale” on Monday, April 16, 2012.

A GOOGLE search of “Mike Hearn GOOGLE” produces many publications showing two suspected Mike Hearns. One works as a chief software developer for GOOGLE, and the second is a “Product Manager” of NBC Universal of New York City that contracts with GOOGLE.

Also, this NBC/Universal/Comcast/General_Electric/Royal Family of England, official cannot be excluded as a corporate suspect in this spam crime, because of competing interests held by these companies vying with Vimeo/Viacom/CBS/ Paramount/NationalAmusement/Redstone.

It may be noted that the former is linked to the American intelligence community. It is well known that the CIA works closely with Britain’s MI6 and the Western World’s intelligence agents and agencies.

The GOOGLE employee, Mr. Hearn, wrote that he “came up with the original idea for the CIA commit tracking network and some of the initial code with Micah. . . . maintained it for a time, though I have since passed on maintainership to Micah.”

That means that Mr. Hearn holds CIA clearance for espionage and sabotage, such as hacking and counter-intelligence activities on the Internet; and both are reflected in his resume and online discussions.

Mr. Hearn, from competitor NBC holds a subscription to Vimeo, but has not posted any videos, nor discussions, through the Vimeo platform, meaning that he is a competitor to Vimeo who has infiltrated the service, not to contribute, but to gather intelligence, or otherwise abuse the service.

As a “’Product Manager at NBC Universal” in New York, Michael Hearn, appears to be the “Product owner of site-wide video implementation,” handing “over 1,000 editorial videos per week” many broadcasting on GOOGLE /YouTube as opposed to Viacom/Vimeo.

This NBC-Hearn is also the “Analystics Expert in Omniture tracking” collecting “over one-billion data points per month,” on every aspect of end-user reactions to web prompts, including, “tracking readers’ emotional reactions to articles.”

He is also the “Sole product-owner of the CMS” Content Management System, “and main, editorial contact” for NBC Universal in New York “since its inception in 2008.”

Mr. Hearn’s Twitter “Tweets” include references, and links to “bit.ly/MILKOSJ,”  “@foursquare” and “#allnew4sq.” During discussions with a colleague, on June 6-7, 2012 it was written, “My 95% use-case of @foursquare is scrolling through the feed, so my life just got a bit harder. #allnew4sq;” and “WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO.”

That author, Mike Hearn, is a member of “the foursquare community” advancing technological developments at the current time, despite Wikipedia reports that GOOGLE terminated that program.

Alternatively, the GOOGLE-CIA-Hearn is highly controversial, having been invited by the CIA’s private capital investment group, In-Q-TEL, to brief them on his expertise in the “Bitcoin” enterprise that is commercially competing with the Central Banks. These are the world’s most powerful banks directed by members of The Rothschild League, including JP Morgan-CHASE and Goldman Sachs in NYC. It is public knowledge that the British Secret Service and the CIA operates most actively on behalf of these Anglo-American business interests critical to national security, geopolitics, governmental policies and economics.

For your information, these British and American intelligence agencies are most interested in the Bitcoin enterprise advocated by this, Mr. Hearn.

In-Q-TEL reportedly operates as a CIA not-for-profit venture capital firm. It evaluated Bitcoin Virtual Currency for investment potential and possible replacement for the Federal Reserve, World Bank, and the Global Monetary Fund.

Besides the CIA’s interest in Hearn and Bitcoin, GOOGLE is partnered with the CIA in the “Internet Data Mining Project” in the company called, “Recorded Future.”

The Recorded Future company mines every form of intelligence well beyond demographics. The data gathering technology is advertised as able to predict the future dynamics and network relationships in every industry. It provides tracking capabilities ideal for surveillance of targets with GPS and GOOGLE/intelligence agencies’ tracking.

Law enforcement and military interests in Recorded Future technologies are great, therefore, and both the CIA and GOOGLE Ventures have invested in the company. The technology visualizes projected connections and results from interactions, from troop movements to weather patterns, over “GOOGLE Earth.”

Given these facts, these spamming activities should be reported as violations of civil liberties to law enforcers, and investigated as a RICO violation by the Attorney General of the United States. (CLICK HERE to file your complaint.)

Consequently, I would like to speak with a high-ranking Vimeo official, responsible for Internet security, to discuss these matters, and a proposed co-filing of a complaint to Federal officials.

Moreover, I am posting this as an “Open Letter” on the Internet as a public service; and to secure this important intelligence.
