Background

A quarter century ago, after I published the landmark text Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola–Nature, Accident or Intentional? that the United Nations AIDS Theme Group censored. CDC officials too decreed the research tomb taboo. The book led the anti-vaccination movement in America, authorities argued. Overseas, it persuaded leaders of several nations to rethink, even resist, World Health Organization “immunization policies.” The book became a best-seller nonetheless, because it vetted the previously-secret heavily-funded “Special Virus Cancer Program” administered by the National Cancer Institute (“NCI”) under the guise of medical science.

The book revealed the U. S Central Intelligence Agency’s (CIA’s) and U.S. Navy’s biological warfare operations advancing profitable depopulation via vaccinations. The evidence was clear and convincing. It solidly tied the origin of AIDS to the Merck Company’s experimental hepatitis B vaccine injected into gay men in New York City and Central African women, along with Willowbrook State School mentally retarded children on Staten Island in New York (as a sub-group along with kidney dialysis patients at an unidentified location).

The procedures administered by civilian and military officials had the blood from homosexuals in Greenwich Village “pooled” and mixed with other blood products at the Rockefeller Brothers-founded New York Blood Center. New York Medical Center and U.S. Army officials collaborated. The pooled blood subsequently spread to others receiving transfusions and blood products.

Media Censored Facts

Today, a Google search on the words “Special Virus Cancer Program” (“SVCP”) yields (on 2-14-18) at the very top of the results the “Cancer Research Institute” (“CRI”). Clicking that link provides propaganda that diverts from the aforementioned facts evidencing genocide, scientific censorship, and commercial crime–that is, the true origin of HIV/AIDS.

The CRI article says nothing about the NCI’s Contract #71-2025 with Litton Bionetics–the Army’s sixth leading biological weapons contractor at that time. That firm was paid a million dollars annually to manufacture AIDS-like viruses under their contract titled, “Investigations of Viral Carcinogenesis in Primates.” The CRI also neglected the related SVCP Merck contract #71-2059 titled “Oncogenic Virus Research and Vaccine Development” from which the aforementioned hepatitis B vaccine “outbreak” of AIDS sourced.

Accordingly, the CRI’s search engine optimized propaganda piece provides an illuminating case study in CIA/NSA/NCI (Deep State) media persuasion for social engineering, damage control, and commercial crime–the AIDS genocide favoring CRI’s financiers.

CRI’s Direct Ties to the Rockefeller Cancer Enterprise

If you had as much money as the Rockefellers you would undoubtedly act to keep it, and expand your wealth in ways most people could never imagine. Your options to neutralize upstarts and revolutions include media persuasion for “hypnotronic warfare” and profitable depopulation.

The CRI’s lead article suites this purpose. It contains very little information about the Special Virus Cancer Program, yet dominates the Google/CIA-NCI-NSA-controlled search engines. The article was purportedly written by Matthew Totonoz. But click on his name and you arrive at a list of publications featuring FDA approved drugs and vaccines.

This slick Big Pharma propaganda ploy profitably conceals the true origin of AIDS, numerous other cancers, and dozens of autoimmune diseases triggered by vaccination intoxication.

Search the “Matthew Totonoz” identity further, and you will discover his bias. He is a leading “PHARMAWHORE” prostituting as the “senior science writer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Cancer in New York.” That institution is directly implicated in the genocide we now call AIDS.

This outrageous fact is proven on page 413 of the 1972 Special Virus Cancer Research Program Progress Report #9. That government publication cites the Memorial Hospital for Cancer and Allied Diseases and its activities under Segment Chairman and Project Officer, Dr. Jack Gruber. Gruber was contracted by the Rockefeller-Cancer Industry to administer the “Acquisition of Human Materials to be Used in the Search for Transmissable Agents in Human Tumors.” HIV’s predecessors were among such provisions. The Memorial Hospital and the Sloan-Kettering Institute formally merged into a singular entity under the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center name in 1980, according to the CIA/NSA-edited Wikipedia that censored my biography (written in 2008 to discredit me and my work) only weeks before the “Ebola Emergency” of 2014. Apparently the Deep State, like the UN, the WHO, and the CDC, did not want anyone to read Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola–Nature, Accident or Intentional? that solidly exposed how and why Ebola’s mother–the Marburg virus–broke out in 1976 simultaneously in three vaccine manufacturing plants in Belgrade, Frankfurt, and Marburg, all from one shipment of infected monkeys and chimps sent by Litton Bionetics under their Special Virus Cancer Program primate supply contract.

Search next the Sloan Memorial racketeering enterprise and you will find the leading investors, called “donors,” include the usual set of Anglo-American “banksters” heavily invested in the lucrative “slash-burn-and-poison paradigm” sustaining “modern medicine.” You will find the Sloan enterprise is partnered with leading drug and vaccine hucksters. In effect, this “humanitarian” non-profit 40th largest “charity” is a “front.” A protection and money laundering racket like other “Criminal Foundations,” this Sloan front conceals its institutional donors/investors/stockholders profiting from the cancers and other illnesses the cartel generates mostly from vaccinations and drug “side effects.”

Incredulous newcomers to this world of “iatrogenocide” must gather foundational intelligence from articles such as this: “Billionaire club in bid to curb overpopulation.” This article by corporate-controlled (i.e., Big Pharma complicit) London Sunday Times states: “America’s richest people meet to discuss ways of tackling a ‘disastrous’ environmental, social and industrial threat.” According to the wealthiest oligarchs, who stand to lose most from popular uprisings, there are “too many useless eaters” on the planet.

But that publication evidencing profitable administration of depopulation policies and commercial activities is best explained by the quintessential “Confidential” report for U.S. Foreign Policy and National Security administrators justifying the crime of global genocide. That is, National Security Memorandum 200 (NSSM 200): Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests, published December 10, 1974. This document was spawned by Henry Kissinger, the National Security Advisor under Richard Nixon overseeing the CIA, FBI, National Security, and Foreign Policy as Nelson Rockefeller’s protege; and the Merck Drug Company’s leading financial strategist (in Kissinger & Associates). NSSM 200 was declassified in 1980, and states (originally on pages 10-11):

“The political consequences of current population factors in the [Lesser Developed Countries] LDCs . . . are damaging to the internal stability and international relations of countries in whose advancement the U.S. is interested, thus creating political or even national security problems for the U.S. In a broader sense, there is a major risk of severe damage to world economic, political, and ecological systems and, as these systems begin to fail, to our humanitarian values. . . . urban slum dwellers (though apparently not recent migrants) may serve as a volatile violent force which threatens political stability.

“Adverse socio-economic conditions generated by these and related factors may contribute to high and increasing levels of child abandonment, juvenile delinquency, chronic and growing underemployment and unemployment, petty thievery, organized brigandry, food riots, separatist movements, communal massacres, revolutionary actions and counter-revolutionary coups. Such conditions also detract from the environment needed to attract the foreign capital vital to increasing levels of economic growth in these areas. If these conditions result in expropriation of foreign interests, such action, from an economic viewpoint, is not in the best interests of either the investing country or the host government.”

World Leading AIDS Origin Investigators, Dr. Alan Cantwell and Dr. Leonard Horowitz Dialogue

Dr. Alan Cantwell is the author of several books detailing the emergence of HIV/AIDS in the gay community during the 1970s. He is a dermatologist and scientific researcher in the field of cancer and AIDS microbiology. He is a graduate of New York Medical College, and studied dermatology at the Long Beach Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Long Beach, California. He was a member of the Dermatology Department at the Southern California Permanente Medical Group in Hollywood from 1965 until his retirement in 1994. His books include AIDS and the Doctors of Death, Queer Blood: The Secret AIDS Genocide Plot; and The Cancer Microbe, each available here. Dr. Cantwell’s publications have been targeted by Big Pharma’s censorship and disparagement actions to the same extent as mine have been.

For more than a decade Dr. Cantwell, despite his expertise in this field, could not grasp the wisdom in my conclusion that AIDS emerged from the 1972-1974 hepatitis B vaccines as aforementioned. From my researching Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola–Nature, Accident or Intentional? and reporting the spread of HIV/AIDS from mixing gay men’s blood at the New York Blood Center, Dr. Cantwell eventually grasped the evidence supporting the thesis.

What follows is Dr. Cantwell’s and my illuminating correspondence on this topic on December 4, 2016. Our dialogue was prompted by “Alan.” He had re-read a report by Dr. Wolf Szmuness published in the Journal of Medical Virology (Volume 4, Issue 4 1979; pages 327–340) titled “Large-scale efficacy trials of hepatitis B vaccines in the USA: Baseline data and protocols.” The abstract caused him to re-consider the mixing blood protocol. The abstract stated:

“The protocols of three placebo-controlled, randomized, double-blind clinical trials to assess the efficacy of an inactivated hepatitis B vaccine in dialysis patients and staff, and in male homosexuals are described. Based on the projected attack rates of HBV in the controls, the vaccine efficacy and rates of loss to follow-up, over three thousand participants followed for at least twelve months are required to prove the efficacy of the vaccine. The results of longterm baseline studies in these populations are also reviewed.”

Dr. Cantwell replied by recalling that Dr. Maurice Hilleman’s HBV vaccine developed at Merck took 65 weeks to make, and “Goodfield, in her book (page 77), notes ‘the vaccine had been tested in chimpanzees and in more than two hundred human volunteers.'”

“In Paul Offit’s book VACCINATED — he wrote that Hilleman tested the preliminary vaccine on Merck executives. Offit also wrote (p115) — re Hilleman’s pooled blood — that “he didn’t know the blood was HEAVILY CONTAMINATED with HIV.”

This was precisely the scenario that I had concluded occurred from my Emerging Viruses research into the precise studies involving Hilleman’s 1972-1974 Special Virus Cancer Program contract # 71-2059, and supply of those non-human primates and viruses by Litton Bionetics.

“We must assume he collected the ‘pooled blood’ from gays in NYC sometime around 1976!!” Dr. Cantwell wrote me. “Why would Offit write that gay blood at that EARLY time was “heavily contaminated” with HIV??? He gives NO REFERENCE! Does he know something we don’t ???”

So I sent Dr. Cantwell a copy of my Medical Hypothesis article titled, “Early Hepatitis B Vaccines and the ‘Man-Made Origin of HIV/AIDS.” He replied as follows (in blue):

Your article in Med. Hypothesis covers the early testing very well with references.

I am not sure we are finding much that is new and earth-shattering…..we have already presented much of this in our books/posts.

However, now that the MYTH of Patient Zero has been debunked…and the African green monkey theory (now the chimp) — and primatologists like Marx saying the “cut hunter theory” is NOT possible…..etc. etc. NOW may be appropriate to ask the reader if the time has come to debunk the “out of Africa” and “out of the bush” scenario — and pinpoint yet again the outbreak of the epidemic in the U.S. to the NYBC—— i.e. a man-made (iatrogenic) epidemic/ pandemic.

Help me out here…. I may have had an epiphany………don’t know if I am DENSE on this, or what.

I have been praying for, and seeding your “epiphany” for years. I am So THANKFUL you finally “GOT IT.”

Now you know why I subtitled my book, Emerging Viruses: Nature, Accident OR INTENTIONAL? WITH THAT QUESTION MARK. That is what you are raising here in your following paragraphs. . . .

AS you know, I have NO PROBLEM considering a SABOTAGE attack via injecting SIV-HIV into the hep B vaccine to gays in 1978 at the NYBC.

This would be a DELIBERATE attack to seed a chimp SIV (aka HIV) into the vaccine. Theoretically, this could be done by simply introducing chimp contaminated fluid into the vaccine.

Now — could it be an ACCIDENT to seed chimp SIV (aka HIV) into the vaccine given to gays? For this to happen there would have to be contact between chimp blood fluids and the hep B vaccine made by Merck and the NIH and given to gays.

WHEN I studied more deeply your ideas about EARLY attempts to create a vaccine via chimps (1970 or so — up to 1976 or so) — a la Krugman, Gerin, Purcell, Hilleman?? — I could NOT conceive of mixing chimp blood into humans — and especially into homosexuals (perhaps EXCLUSIVELY) PRIOR to the final experiment. Your research could very well explain why a few of the gays in the experiment were already POSITIVE as early as 1978-1979 — perhaps some BEFORE the actual experiment began.

I recall that Hilleman was the first and ONLY vaccine maker to use HUMAN hepatitis B-infected blood (serum) as the antigen for the experimental vaccine.

SO it DAWNED on me today — what was the ANTIGEN used in the PRIOR experiments on gays, mentally retarded kids, Merck executives, that was NOT made from pooled blood????

I ASSUME it HAD TO BE chimp blood —— this had to be the antigen — what ELSE could it have been to test the effectiveness of an EARLY vaccine??

SO — do we really need DOCUMENTATION for this ASSUMPTION that chimp blood HAD TO BE EMPLOYED.

My problem was that I could never have CONCEIVED of the stupidity of this????? It seems so insane!!!

YES! You are now interpreting correctly, and YES you and I are still “missing” what they actually did. BUT we can and must use Occam’s Razor analysis (as used in courts of law) to draw the most reasonable conclusion. This is where medical sociology and political reality MUST enter the analysis and discussion. Namely, who owned and operated the NYC Blood Center, and the cancer virology industry at that time. Quick answer: Rockefellers. Do Rockefellers like anyone or anything other than money? No. Do they hate Jews, Blacks, Gays, whatever? Yes. Was the Population Council of the City of New York the predecessor of Family Planning, Hitler’s eugenics program, and the current Population Council? Yes. Does that Council promote depopulation every way possible? Yes. Is there a higher probability that chimpanzee blood and/or SIVcpz/HIV-1 entered the pooled blood at the NYCBC on purpose rather than by accident? Yes, in my opinion.

Now, with your epiphany, you can better comprehend why the Denver Airport dedication chamber has a mining cart filled with “Au/Ag” in the floor, and murals of dead Jews, Natives and Blacks on its wall, adjacent a celebration for a New World Order. The name of the first hepatitis B isolate was called the “Australian Antigen,” and in the [Special Virus Cancer Program] SVCP 1971 Project Report it was labeled “AuAg” by Litton. That is, when “mining” for the silver and gold for population control, the most precious element is the hepatitis B vaccine.

I am at a disadvantage in that I don’t have access to the prelim vaccine papers in the early and mid-1970s.

What do you think of all this??? Is this also your interpretation, which may have been clear to you, but was NOT clear to me — partly because I simply could NOT conceive of such a DANGEROUS experiment!! Although I fully realize this was what the SVCP was all about in animals — and I wonder if the hepatologists may have considered the hep B virus as a “human candidate virus” (it is, in reality, a cancer-causing virus) —— and slipped in some chimp viruses IN ADDITION as possible “human candidate viruses.”

One last question……..what do you think of OFFIT’S assertion that Hilleman didn’t know until “later” that his pooled human blood from gays and IV drug addicts was “heavily contaminated with HIV”….(this at a time when HIV was UNKNOWN anywhere (except maybe the SVCP).

Although I believe Offit is a criminal psychopath deserving of genocidal indictment and a Nuremberg trial, from what I know about Hilleman–Hilleman may not have known anything as a J.C. Penny flunky. Hilleman, I think was an idiot. He was given information on a need to know basis only. This was for “plausible denial ability.” That is how it works. period.

I think you are the one to write a piece on the early hep B vaccines – and the distinct possibility/probability that SIV (HIV) was put into humans during these early “pilot” studies and/or Phase I and II studies and/or the final gay experiment.

I want to write it with you for several good reasons: (1) You started this “Patient Zero” reconsideration project; (2) You raised substantial questions prior to your “epiphany” that caused me to have to feed and feed you until you “Got it;” (3) You are the only other authority on this planet who now “Gets It,” an achievement honoring your steadfast commitment and thousands of hours of loving labor; (4) strength is in numbers. If we publish together, we can’t be as easily dismissed; (5) you going it alone, or me doing this alone, is not as “fun”; and (6) the “fun” might keep us young and better able to cope with the tragic discernment you and I exclusively hold.

My suggestion is that we both sign on to two or three papers: (1) The general lay article you decided to do that would include the paragraphs I wrote; (2) a professionally referenced scientific publication that we submit to some professional journal that is not controlled by CHOICE POINT (if there are any remaining); and (3) a mix of the two that we publish on Medical Veritas online.

If a chimp virus was put in OTHER people BESIDES gay men — how do we explain the fact that HIV erupted exclusively in gay men? UNLESS his vaccine was the ONLY vaccine NOT treated (perhaps with heat) which allowed SIV to remain in the product. I think the other vaccines (Krugman, Purcell, Gerin might have been HEAT-TREATED and killed any chimp virus.

I do not think that only the gay men were targeted. I believe the Haitians and Central African Women, and Willowbrook Children were also test subjects who sero-converted. There were also, probably, kidney dialysis patients somewhere tested, according to my reading of the early literature.

This AIDS business must be the longest COLD CASE on record — it’s certainly the most fascinating, mysterious, and IMPORTANT case— with 37 million deaths and millions more on the way!!!
