OPEN LETTER TO UBM CHAIRWOMAN, HELEN ALEXANDER GIVES NOTICE OF VIOLATIONS OF FIRST AMENDEMENT RIGHTS AND FREEDOM OF THE PRESS PURSUANT TO “THE PANDEMIC AND ALL-HAZARDS PREPAREDNESS ACT;” THE SHERMAN ANTI-TRUST ACT, AND PROHIBITIONS ON CONSPIRACY TO DEPRIVE CITIZENS’ RIGHTS UNDER EMERGENCY CONDITIONS RISKING U.S. NATIONAL SECURITY BY SEDITION AND CONSUMER FRAUD. [Inter alia, Title 48 USC 1985 and Title 18, U.S.C., § 241 and 242; 18 U.S.C.S. § 1962)].
Dear Chairman of the Board Alexander:
Between August 18-20, 2014, PRNewswire Service and iREACH officials under your authority, claimed to be compelled by Google, Inc. censorship policy to block the dissemination of an important, arguably urgent Press Release (the “Release”) concerning the Ebola virus “emergency” linked to the rioting in Liberia. Initial requests to publish said Release were arranged with iREACH personnel through my business partner, Sherri Kane. The title of the Release is, “Another Ebola Problem Solved: ‘ Natural Source ’ Found Generates Racism.” The Release subtitle stated: “Another Ebola Problem Solved by Dr. Horowitz and Sherri Kane Evidencing the ‘ Natural Source ’ of the Outbreak is Not in Fruit Bats, but in Commercial Interests Fueling Fears, Black Hate, and War Economies.” Editors at iREACH declined to disseminate the evidence-based publication submitted with proper attributions following repeated appeals pursuant to the legitimacy and urgency of the statements made in said Release that are neither false, libelous, or designed for purposes of sedition.
To the contrary, the Release challenges the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) as being seditiously influenced by pharmaceutical industry special interests to commit:
a) scientific and consumer fraud;
b) unfair competition and Sherman Anti-Trust Act violations favoring drug companies;
c) treasonous violations of 18 U.S. Code § 2381 and 18 U.S. Code § 2384 prohibiting sedition and insurrection against common sense and scientific evidence vital to the administration of U.S. Government policies pursuant to emergency responses to Ebola; and
d) monopolistic violations of Section 405 of 42 USC 201, of the “COLLABORATION AND COORDINATION” requirements of the PANDEMIC AND ALL-HAZARDS PREPAREDNESS ACT of the 109th Congress, 2006.
This Complaint addresses these specified unlawful acts that are aiding-and-abetting drug companies affiliated with your company’s major share-holders and Board Members, acting corruptly to deceive people globally, including citizens and government decision-makers in the United States, placing people’s lives at risk pursuant to the “international emergency” announced by the WHO and CDC on August 8, 2014, to stem the spread of Ebola.
NOTICE TO CEASE and DESIST CENSORSHIP of said News Release, and to Mitigate Damages by Distributing Said Release in Accordance with Your Usual and Customary Consumer Service Agreement. Said NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO COMPEL YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
A. ALLEGATIONS OF VIOLATIONS:
A-1. By said acts, iREACH and PRNewswire officials have violated the “good faith” of your governmental license(s) as Corporation(s) doing business in the United States.
A-2. By this Notice, Demand is made upon your companies, officials, and agents to enforce the terms of your license and contract(s), under laws established by the U.S. Constitution, most importantly the First and Fourteenth Amendments, the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, and Section 405(v) of The Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act of 2006, or otherwise face a multi-million dollar lawsuit to enjoin your illegal discriminatory censorship and disservice to people worldwide.
A-3. By this Notice and Demand, you are ordered to serve the public’s interest, free speech, and press freedoms, by disseminating said emergency-related Release, and Cease and Desist discriminatorily censoring said scientific evidence-based news, analysis, commentary, and opinion that encourages urgent and neglected Public Debate and Scientific Discourse that has been grossly and outrageously evaded by leading members of the media disserving intelligence gathering and decision making risking public health and safety, claiming lives unnecessarily, and subverting U.S. Government policies and decision-making, pursuant to:
a) the CDC, an esteemed American institution, has become seditiously and treasonously corrupted by conflicting corporate and financial interests. These concealed special interests now threaten public health and safety, and the administration of emergency pandemic response through the U.S. National Security Agency and allied departments in Government and industry, subverted by dishonest,and inaccurate intelligence being exclusively distributed by your companies, Google, and the corporate media in general, to the detriment of emergency medical response planning upon which people’s health and safety depend.
Purportedly, our governors are under oath to protect citizens’ lives, liberties, happiness, security, and property, including “intellectual property” in the wake of growing pandemic threats. The Release pertains to the high probability that the Ebola outbreak has been contrived for commercial gain by your affiliates/investors/advertisers aiding-and-abetting a pharmaceutical industry conspiracy to commit genocide through its covert racketeering enterprise. Viewed in this light, your Censorship serves as a seditious “Protection Racket” concealing intelligence that is critical for civil process and emergency response to Ebola.

b) The PRNewswire/iREACH/Google, Inc. Censorship Policy aids-and-abets consumer fraud most transparently, benefiting exclusively drug companies and medical emergency response commerce that profits said concealed special interests and expands markets for exclusively costly and risky vaccines and pharmaceuticals at the expense of frightened and damaged people and free market competition. This sedition compels, for instance, media-frenzied taxpayers to pay for “fast tracked” vaccines approved by special interest-influenced agencies and government officials, or otherwise face death and diminished quality of life. This is a form of extortion by social persuasion—mass-mediated mind manipulation—and is unlawful, treasonous, seditious, and intolerable.
Your companies’ acts of censorship in recent days make your officials complicit in said conspiracy to put down the Government of the United States and/or prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of federal laws by your force of prejudicial persuasion (i.e., propaganda) and discriminatory media Censorship, by which you seize, take, or possess the minds of citizens and legislators, the life blood and intellectual property of the United States of America, its greatest strength in citizens and legislators, contrary to Seditious Conspiracy law, 18 U.S. Code § 2384.
c) Proper treatment and prevention of Ebola infections may result from confirming its legitimate source. In fact, the scientific evidence I compiled and authorized to be freely distributed for urgently needed public awareness, discourse, and scientific debate, indicates Ebola is a laboratory creation—a man-made biological and commercial weapon—not a natural virus periodically out-breaking from “fruit bats”—the purported “natural reservoir.”
Censored evidence for this thesis, albeit scandalous, demands scientific scrutiny and open public debate; otherwise, said Censorship is grossly damaging and effectively treasonous, comparable to an act of war. This is particularly so because American institutions and our National Security Agencies depend on accurate confirmed intelligence, not commercial propaganda exclusively available through your news services censoring alternative views and evidence-based science.
In this regard, epidemiologists worldwide are now engaged in tracking cases to prevent the Ebola virus from spreading. They deserve to know why scientific data, debate, and public information expressing independent, “alternative,” or “minority” views of the source of the infection are being censored by the media and institutions of purported “higher learning,” effectively reinforcing and sustaining an illegal pharmaceutical industry monopoly over the intelligence and emergency response pursuant Ebola—a VERY DANGEROUS CIRCUMSTANCE placing lives at risk.

On August 20, 2014, National Public Radio reported rioting in Liberia at an Ebola quarantine facility due mostly to media censorship and ignorant or misinformed people feeling threatened, angry, and frustrated that they are not being giving adequate information or protection(s). This alone provides good cause for disseminating, not censoring, our Release; or otherwise makes UBM, plc. et. al., complicit in, and liable for, inciting deadly and destructive social unrest and life-threatening violence—the last thing reasonable people want during an infectious disease emergency.
d) Your officials, decision-makers, agents, and news outlets complicit in said Censorship places everyone’s lives at risk. Your license does not afford you the right to commit consumer fraud by omitting, neglecting, misrepresenting, or further censoring concealed U.S. Government documents—National Institutes of Health contracts (hereto attached) detailing the virology and highest probability that Ebola exclusively outbreaks militarily and/or pharmaceutically. Censoring this honest truth and reputable science is akin to evidence tampering and scientific fraud in the commission of genocide.
Your editors routinely approve “negative news reports,” and social engineering messages called “business advertisements,” that frighten, confuse, and alienate or divide people, inciting violence and terrorism as evidenced by the aforementioned NPR report. By alarming the public using false and misleading information, omitting and misrepresenting irrefutable facts such as the Contracts I have attached hereto and cited below, you enable special interests and pharmaceutical agents infiltrating the U.S. Government, especially the CDC, FDA, the National Institute for Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), to act seditiously and treasonously on behalf of their concealed commercial interests. Your editors and officials demonstrate bias and discriminatory animus in restricting coverage of these urgent matters, exclusively advertising advances in vaccines and drugs while neglecting safer and less costly alternatives and prevention strategies.
At the same time, they implant racist innuendoes in the minds of people everywhere, inferring that life threatening plaques nearly always emerge from Africa vis-à-vis “Black People,” versus providing equal coverage of evidenced-based science that refutes this racist messaging and riot-inciting disinformation.

More specifically, your social influence created by said Censorship and pro-drug bias violates the public’s trust and numerous laws, among them, 18 U.S. Code § 2381 (for Treason), and 18 U.S. Code § 2384 (Seditious conspiracy), by reason of said insurrection against common sense and law enforcement in the administration of U.S. Government policies. Section 405(v) of The Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act certifies said liability for anti-trust claims, for “[e]ntering into any agreement or engaging in any other conduct restricting, requiring, or otherwise involving the production of a product, process, or service that is not expressly exempted from the antitrust laws under subsection (a)(4).”
