The who’s who of pro-vaccination propaganda and military “counter-insurgency” in America reads as follows:
Colin McRoberts runs two “fronts”—SABonline.com, and its “cookie cutter” sham “Learning Group” called PRISM. The graphics below shows how the two groups, both fronts, were provided similar websites containing virtually the same information. Both SAB and PRISM, populated by exclusively Harvard doctors and lawyers, misrepresents their personnel, including Shahzad Bhatti and his wife, Dr. Joanne Simon, MD. MPH.
Tracking Bhatti and Simon on the Internet, Kong and Kane learned that Colin McRoberts lied about his and McChrystals’ two front companies—SAB and PRISM. The Bhattis actually worked for “Axiom Learning” funded by Bill Gates.
Kong corresponded with McRoberts (shown in this photo eavesdropping behind double-agent Larry Cook [left] after Cook assaulted and battered Horowitz, concealing the fact that Cook is a pro-vaccine lobbyist and Executive Director for the California Naturopathic Doctors Association. McRoberts wasted no time reporting on his blog about the Cook-Horowitz confrontation. McRoberts lied extensively on “Violent Metaphors.” This raised Kong’s curiosity, and later scholarly replies ripping McRoberts apart for lacking both intelligence and candor as follows:
“[Y[our YouTube link refers to Mr. Bhatti [who is funded by Gates],” Kong wrote McRoberts, “not you as [the sham front companies—PRISM/SAB’s] founding member.
“What makes no sense however is that as a Harvard trained lawyer, and Director of Business Development, you would make the following statement: ‘I have no idea what the company structure is or where it’s registered–it’s not my company.’ Wouldn’t any self aware Director of Business Development know the structure of his company?
“Wouldn’t a Harvard trained attorney be cognizant of his duty to know if his company was operating legally, and to have some working familiarity with the structure of the entity he was marketing to Fortune 500 companies and to multiple countries including the United Nations [World Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Pfizer, and Shell Oil]? The doctrine of respondeat superior only provides limited protection to the willfully ignorant. To suggest that it’s not your company, and therefore not your concern, is utter nonsense – and as PRISM’s Director of Business Development and a Harvard trained attorney, you know it. Don’t you?
“So why not disclose?
“My working hypothesis was that you don’t disclose because you have a Conflict of Interest.
“To test this hypothesis I first looked at whether your company represented major pharmaceutical companies.
“Pfizer; Sanofi-Aventis; Allergan; Forest Labs”

“Then I looked at whether as a whole, pharmaceutical interests represented a major source of income for your company. The majority of PRISM’s case studies in the 10 Million- 500 million and over 500 Million categories involve companies heavily invested in the pharmaceutical sector.

“Then I looked at your role in PRISM to determine if PRISM ‘s conflict could be imputed to you.
“As Director of Business Development it should be assumed that you receive direct benefit from enhancing the pharmaceutical operations of PRISM ‘s existing client base. To posit otherwise is as nonsensical as a big foot sighting in Harvard Yard.

“Next, I focused on the personal financial interests of PRISM ‘s team to determine if there was any material nexus with the pharmaceutical sector. PRISM ‘s website lists under “Our Team” seven members including you, so I took these seven published bios as my beginning point.
“The first team member listed is Shahzad Bhatti. Based on PRISM ‘s YouTube video ‘Who We Are’, Shahzad Bhatti is the company founder.
“Next, Dr. Joanne Simon is listed as one of PRISM Learning’s most effective trainers and consultants. Dr. Simon is the wife of Shahzad Bhatti and according to this link: http://www.axiomlearning.com/, Bhatti and Simon in September 2009 founded Axiom Learning LLC, funded by Bill and Melinda Gates.
“If you just returned from Mars and didn’t know what Bill & Melinda were all about, their foundation website states it clearly- “what we do is vaccine delivery“. Only in a parallax universe would a Harvard trained attorney, Steptoe litigator and Stratfor researcher not know that the company’s founder and his wife were feeding at the Gates’ trough.

“But in reading Axiom’s web page, I came upon this factum: ‘Before founding Axiom Learning, I (Shahzad Bhatti) used to be a an investment professional, consultant and entrepreneur where I got to work on over $40 billion worth of deals.’
“’Used to be’?
“It would appear from a plain reading of the Axiom site, and other corroborating information (see LinkedIn), that neither Bhatti nor Simon work for PRISM. While this cuts against you having a conflict of interest due to Axiom’s funding by Gates, it also means that PRISM’s team consists of only 5 members.
“5 team members would not be remarkable for any company per se, but given the depth and breadth of your claimed book of clientsm and PRISM’s representation that it is ‘one of the world’s leading training and consulting firms’, this would seem to be a heavy lift for so few team members.
“Now this is where things start to get weird. Not space alien weird, but empirically odd, even allowing for a non-deterministic stochastic distribution.
“Of the 5 remaining team members, next on the list is Laura Maasdam.
“Laura is listed as one of PRISM’s lead trainers. Laura however doesn’t work for PRISM, she now flies in formation with CrossLead. Seems Laura and her husband decided to carry the [nuclear] football clear un over to the other group, cause the MISO at PRISM just can’t tango with the finest mike charlie Crystal. Roger that?
“So no lead trainer here. Which leaves 4 team members.
“Next ‘Our Team’ includes Tim Sultan as Vice-President of Client Relations. But unless PRISM is code for some kind of solar ray gun, ‘Our Team’ is sans Tim who works as a salesman for Solar City in Arizona.
“So no VP of Client Relations here. 3 team members.
“Next Sandra L. Vasher is listed as one of PRISM ‘s lead trainers and the Director of Program Development. Yet again Sandra L. Vasher (who has been Sandra Vasher Cox since 2011) no longer works for PRISM, but for Georgia State University as its Associate Ombudsperson.
“So no lead trainer and no Director of Program Development here. 2 team members.
“The last team member listed, other than you, is PRISM ‘s Associate Partner, Saima B. Yusuf.
“Now before I believe that Shahzad Bhatti’s sister Saima, is PRISM’s Associate Partner, I’d sooner believe the military is hiding chupacabras in Area 51. Also of note is that Saima herself makes no pretensions to this lofty title. Saima only claims current involvement with Trowbridge Design Group LLC., and appears to prefer a Potyomkinskiye derevni populated by her own team members and clients. Her dual homage to PRISM is as a former consultant to it and the listing of herself (using her brother’s address) as PRISM ‘s site administrator.
“Hardly the stuff of Associate Partners…
…and then there was ONE [remaining]- “That’s my day job” Colin McRoberts.
“Even though I have documented each of my findings above with respect to every team member, I know you will mock my process ad hominem and/or focus on one piece of minutiae you claim wrong. The larger picture that emerges however is undeniable. So would much appreciate if you could dissemble how only you and your newly promoted intern Nikolay Sandev, could represent yourselves as ‘one of the world’s leading training and consulting firms’?
“Help me out if I’ve skipped right past the self-aware and critical thought process. But one would think at a minimum your IT Department could update its cut and paste website once a year, so as not to include team members who no longer work for the ‘company’. And even though I’m not charging you for my consulting time, here’s something that could add 8.8 million in value to PRISM overnight. Tell your secretary at your World HQ that the company she works for is called PRISM, so she won’t give out the wrong company name when she answers the phone.
“And finally as the Director of Business Development, a Harvard trained attorney and singular ‘full time’ PRISM Team Member, you might want to keep your conversation off the playground until you actually create a legal LLC. Perhaps they no longer teach such pedestrian matters at Harvard Law, but just so you know, conducting business under an unregistered assumed name constitutes an unfair and deceptive business practice. Just sayin…
